Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.
Regulation
8/10 · CriticalThe only authority named is one the Comoran central bank calls fictitious, and the licence number is absent from that body's own published list, so no real supervision could be established.
Identity & transparency
6/10 · HighEntity, registration number, address and paying agent are disclosed consistently and the UK agent verifies on the register, but ownership and management are undisclosed and the Comoran address is shared boilerplate.
Withdrawals & conduct
7/10 · HighSeven fund-loss accounts between June and September 2026 describe one mechanism with checkable amounts and named staff, offset by credible reports of withdrawals being paid.
Reputation
6/10 · HighRatings of 3.7 and 2.7 on the two domains, with one-line positive padding and recovery-service adverts in the mix, and no organic community footprint anywhere.
Website claims
6/10 · HighPresents a disavowed registrar as its regulator and gives no client-money statement, but makes no false age claim, no tier-1 claim and no profit promises.
Operational history
7/10 · HighOldest domain July 2025, paying agent incorporated December 2025, and the first domain was already abandoned, so there is under a year and a half of history and some churn.

Mwali International Services Authority (MISA)
Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
Two findings carry this verdict, and one important thing is missing from it.
- The regulator it names is not a regulator. The site states that FX783 Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority. That body sells registrations from an autonomous Comoran island. The Central Bank of the Comoros has stated publicly that it is a fictitious entity with no legitimacy and no legal basis to issue licences to financial firms. There is no capital requirement behind it, no client-money rule, no complaints adjudication and no compensation scheme. In substance this is a broker taking deposits without financial supervision.
- The licence number is not on the authority's own list. We read the published list of authorised brokerage companies, 258 entries, and searched it for the company name and for BFX2025102. Neither is there, and neither appears on the suspended or liquidation lists. We will be straight about the limit of that finding: the list ends with licences issued in 2024 and carries no 2025 issuances at all, so the absence does not by itself prove the number was invented. What it does mean is that a prospective client has no way to verify this licence, and the broker's own verify link points to a general list rather than to its own entry.
- Clients describe a consistent and specific failure. Across the review profiles for both of its domains, seven accounts between June and September 2026 describe one mechanism. A staff member is assigned, directs which instruments and amounts to trade, asks for further deposits to continue, and the balance then goes to zero or the withdrawal stalls. The detail is checkable: a deposit of N207,000 with every trade placed by the assigned manager and then liquidated; a loss of over 1,000 dollars after instructions given on a shared-screen call; an adviser named Mr Kerian who stopped answering once the account hit zero; a client asked to cancel a pending withdrawal and then put into a commodity trade that took the remaining equity. Three of the four tests we apply are met, the same failure, a tight window and checkable specifics. The fourth is not: this all sits on one review platform, with no forum or community trail anywhere else, so we treat it as a serious but single-source pattern.
- The operation has no track record. fx783ltd.com was registered on 17 July 2025 and 783fx.com on 11 September 2025. The London paying agent was incorporated on 24 December 2025 and has filed no accounts. Nothing here is older than about fourteen months, and the brand has already abandoned its first domain, which now serves nothing while its review profile stays open.
- The review page is being managed. Alongside the complaints sits a run of one-line, content-free positives from single-review accounts spread across unrelated countries, and two posts written as complaints whose real purpose is to advertise a fund-recovery service. Promotional articles presenting the broker as trusted were also placed across unrelated news and press-release sites in March and April 2026. None of that is evidence of theft, but a managed reputation is not a clean one.
- What is missing matters. No regulator warning, alert or blacklist entry names this brand or either domain, and we found no enforcement action and no fraud-related court record against FX783 Ltd. Without one of those, or a second independent source for the complaint pattern, the evidence does not reach a scam finding. It reaches an unverified high risk, which is what we are publishing.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1The authority the broker names as its regulator is not one. The Central Bank of the Comoros has stated that the Mwali International Services Authority is a fictitious entity with no legitimacy and no legal basis or authorisation to issue licences to financial firms.
E2Licence BFX2025102 and the name FX783 Ltd appear nowhere on the Mwali authority's published list of authorised brokerage companies, 258 entries, nor on its suspended or liquidation lists. The list carries no licences issued in 2025 at all, so it cannot confirm or positively refute a 2025 number.
E3A consistent pattern of fund-loss reports between June and September 2026. An assigned manager directs the trades, asks for more deposits, and the balance is wiped or the withdrawal obstructed. Specifics include a deposit of N207,000 with every trade placed by the manager and liquidated, a loss of over 1,000 dollars after instructions on a shared-screen call, an adviser named Mr Kerian who stopped replying, and a client asked to cancel a pending withdrawal before losing the remaining equity.
E4The review profile is being managed. A run of one-line, content-free positive posts comes from single-review accounts across unrelated countries, and two posts written as complaints exist to advertise named fund-recovery services. Two further negative posts are the same text under different names.
ModerateTrustpilot profile for 783fx.comE5The whole operation is recent. fx783ltd.com was registered on 17 July 2025 and 783fx.com on 11 September 2025, both through the same registrar.
E6The domain on our record, and the one the company claimed its review profile under in November 2025, no longer serves a website. It returns a hosting placeholder reading that the domain is not connected to a site, while trading continues on a second domain registered two months after the first.
E7Client funds are routed through Vorras Limited, a London company incorporated on 24 December 2025 with no accounts yet filed and no financial-services authorisation, and the broker's legal documents contain no statement that client money is held separately from company money.
E8Trading terms are adverse to the client. The entry account requires 250 dollars and quotes a 3.0 pip spread on EUR/USD, several times the normal market rate, leverage runs to 1:400 across all tiers, and withdrawals are metered with only one free withdrawal on the entry account.
Moderate783fx account types pageE9Promotional articles presenting the broker as trusted and legitimate were placed across unrelated regional news and press-release sites in March and April 2026, a reputation-management pattern rather than independent review coverage.
E10No regulator warning, alert or blacklist entry names this brand or either of its domains. The sweep covered the IOSCO aggregate, the FCA, CFTC, ASIC, CONSOB, CNMV, BaFin, SFC and MAS lists, and found no enforcement action and no fraud-related court record naming FX783 Ltd.
E11The site makes no false claims of the kind usually found alongside an unverifiable licence. There is no invented founding year, no borrowed tier-1 regulator, no guaranteed-return language and no fabricated awards, and the entity name, registration number and address are identical across the footer, the legal pages and third-party records.
E12The London paying agent the broker names is a real, active company at exactly the address published on the site, registered for activities auxiliary to financial intermediation. The corporate detail the broker gives is accurate as far as it can be checked.
E13Withdrawals are not uniformly blocked. One client describes eight months of trading with profit withdrawn several times and no verification delays, and another a withdrawal requested on a Saturday and received by Monday afternoon.
The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
The case for the broker, stated as fairly as we can put it.
- Its disclosure is better than most operations at this risk level. It names its legal entity, its registration number, its registered office and its payment agent, and those details are identical on the footer, the legal pages and third-party records. There is no hidden entity here.
- It makes none of the claims we normally catch. No invented founding year, no borrowed tier-1 regulator, no guaranteed returns, no fabricated awards, no celebrity endorsements. The risk warnings are prominent and the excluded-countries list is published.
- The London paying agent is real. Vorras Limited exists on the UK register at exactly the address the site publishes, with a business classification consistent with the role described. The corporate paperwork checks out as far as it goes.
- Offshore registration on its own is not fraud. Hundreds of genuine brokers hold only low-tier offshore paper, and the absence of a 2025 entry on a list that publishes no 2025 entries is a gap in the record rather than proof of a lie.
- Withdrawals are not uniformly blocked. One client reports eight months of trading with profit withdrawn repeatedly, another a withdrawal requested on a Saturday and paid by Monday. A pure theft operation does not usually pay anyone.
- The complaint set has real weaknesses. Two of the worst-sounding posts are recovery-service adverts and should be discounted entirely, two others are the same text posted under different names and count once, and several of the remaining accounts describe losing money on trades they agreed to, which is not the same as funds being stolen.
- No regulator anywhere has acted against it. On the lists that matter, it is simply absent.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
Specific things that would move this verdict in either direction.
- Toward a scam finding: any regulator warning or alert naming 783fx.com, fx783ltd.com or FX783 Ltd would be decisive on its own.
- Toward a scam finding: a second independent source for the complaint pattern, such as forum threads or adjudicated cases with statements and ticket numbers, would complete the test that currently fails on one axis.
- Toward a scam finding: a credible, specific report that a fee, tax or further deposit was demanded as the condition of releasing an existing balance. Nothing we found says that yet, and it is the one complaint type that would settle this.
- Toward a scam finding: evidence that the licence number belongs to a different company, or that it was never issued.
- In the broker's favour: the Mwali authority publishing BFX2025102 on its list of authorised brokerage companies with FX783 Ltd named and 783fx.com recorded as the website.
- In the broker's favour: a licence from an authority that actually supervises, such as the Seychelles FSA, the FSCA in South Africa or CySEC, held by the entity that takes the deposits.
- In the broker's favour: an audited statement that client money is held separately from company money, and a public, documented resolution of the June to September 2026 complaints.
- In the broker's favour: two or three years of operating history with the fund-loss reports not recurring.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is FX 783 a scam?
We rate it high risk at 68 out of 100 rather than a confirmed scam. We could not verify that it holds a licence from any genuine financial regulator, and several clients describe deposits being guided into losing trades and withdrawals then blocked. But no regulator has issued a warning about it and no court has ruled against it, so the evidence falls short of a scam finding.
Is FX 783 a fraud?
No regulator or court has made a finding of fraud against FX783 Ltd, and we found no fraud-related enforcement action or court record naming it. What we did establish is that its claimed supervisor is not a real financial regulator and that its licence number is absent from that body's own published list. We assess the risk of losing money with this broker as high.
Is FX 783 regulated?
Not in any meaningful sense. It names only the Mwali International Services Authority, a registrar on a Comoran island that the Central Bank of the Comoros has publicly called a fictitious entity with no legal basis to issue licences. There is no capital requirement, no client-money rule and no compensation scheme behind that registration.
Can I withdraw my money from FX 783?
Some clients say yes and some say no. Several report withdrawals arriving within days, including one who withdrew profit repeatedly over eight months. Others report being asked to cancel a pending withdrawal, pushed to deposit more first, or finding the balance gone entirely. If you hold funds there, request a full withdrawal in writing now and keep every record.
Is my money safe with FX 783?
No. We found no statement anywhere in its legal documents that client money is held separately from company money, and no regulator supervises how the funds are handled. Payments run through Vorras Limited, a London company incorporated in December 2025 which has filed no accounts and holds no financial-services authorisation.
Who owns FX 783?
The site names FX783 Ltd, registration number HV00725472, registered in Mwali (Mohéli) in the Comoros, and Vorras Limited in London as its paying agent. No directors, shareholders or managers are named anywhere on the site, and we could not establish who is behind the operation.
How old is FX 783?
About fourteen months at most. The domain fx783ltd.com was registered on 17 July 2025 and 783fx.com on 11 September 2025. Its London paying agent was incorporated on 24 December 2025. The broker makes no claim to be older, which is honest, but it means there is no track record to judge it by.
What is the MISA licence worth?
Very little. The Mwali International Services Authority is a registrar that sells brokerage paper, not a supervisor, and the Comoran central bank has disavowed it. Even taken at face value it would give you no protected deposits, no ombudsman and no compensation if the firm failed. In this case we could not find the licence number on the authority's own list at all.
Is FX 783 a clone of another broker?
No. We checked the licence number, the legal entity name, the registration number and the registered address, and none of them belongs to another company. The brand does not imitate a known firm. The problem here is an unverifiable licence, not a stolen identity.
Why does fx783ltd.com not work?
That domain is no longer connected to a website and returns a hosting placeholder page. The broker now trades at 783fx.com, which it registered in September 2025, about two months after the first domain. The abandoned domain still has an active review profile that the company claimed in November 2025.
What should I check before depositing with any broker?
Look up the licence number yourself on the regulator's own register, not on the broker's site, and confirm the register names the same company and the same website. Check that the regulator is a real government body. Check how old the domain is. Then read the one-star reviews for withdrawal complaints with amounts and dates in them.
What do I do if I have already lost money to FX 783?
Ask your bank or card issuer for a chargeback straight away, naming Vorras Limited as the payee, and report it to the financial regulator in your own country. Keep all messages, ticket numbers and transfer receipts. Do not pay anyone who offers to recover your funds for a fee, including the recovery services being advertised in the reviews of this broker.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
What we would tell someone considering this broker.
- Do not deposit money you are not prepared to lose entirely. There is no regulator to complain to, no compensation scheme and no segregation rule protecting your balance.
- Refuse trading instructions from staff. The single thread running through every loss report is a person at the firm choosing the trades. No supervised broker does that, and the site's own terms say the company is not a financial adviser and does not give recommendations.
- Treat any request for a further deposit as a stop signal, especially one framed as recovering a loss, qualifying for an event, or unlocking a withdrawal.
- If you already hold a balance, request a full withdrawal now, in writing, and keep every message, ticket number and transaction reference.
- If a withdrawal is refused, raise a chargeback with your card issuer or bank at once. Payments run through a UK company, Vorras Limited, which gives your bank a UK counterparty to pursue.
- Ignore anyone who contacts you offering to recover your funds. Two of the posts on this broker's review page exist to advertise exactly that service, and paying a recovery agent is how people lose money a second time.
- Report your experience to the regulator where you live. There is no supervisor in the Comoros to receive it, and a national complaint is what eventually puts a domain on a warning list.
