Broker Summary
What Wikilix has recorded about FXverge: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.
FXverge Broker Overview
FXverge is a contracts for difference brand operated by Fxverge Ltd, a company that states it is registered on Mwali (Moheli) island in the Comoros with registration number HV00725464. It offers four account tiers, leverage up to 1:400 and its own web platform reached through the client area, with a published asset list of 215 instruments across currencies, shares, indices, commodities and cryptocurrency CFDs. The company names the Mwali International Services Authority and licence number BFX2025073 as its regulatory basis. No founding date is published anywhere on the site.
FXverge Regulation and License
Fxverge Ltd states in its site footer, on its About Us page, in its client agreement and in its AML policy that it is authorised and regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority under licence number BFX2025073, with its registered office at P.B. 1257 Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Comoros. The claim is consistent and the same number appears in every document. It nonetheless remains a claimed licence rather than a confirmed one: this review found no independent record confirming that it exists or is in force, and the authority named operates no public licence lookup. That authority is an offshore registrar-style body rather than a mainstream financial regulator, and it provides neither a compensation scheme nor a complaints mechanism for clients of the firms it lists.
Is FXverge Regulated?
FXverge claims regulation that could not be confirmed. Fxverge Ltd names a specific authority and a specific licence number and repeats both consistently, but nothing independent of the company establishes that the licence exists or remains valid. The regulatory position should be read as asserted by the operator rather than established. Even taken at face value, an offshore registration of this type leaves a client with no compensation scheme and no external body to escalate a dispute to.
Is FXverge Safe?
There is not enough confirmed information to call FXverge safe, and several of its own published terms weigh against it. The operator is a single Comoros company with no verified corporate record, no named directors and no address beyond a post box. Its client agreement states that the company has no obligation to assess whether a product is appropriate for a client, and no obligation to classify clients according to knowledge or experience, so two standard retail protections are disclaimed in writing. Its fee schedule permits an 80 EUR withdrawal charge where an account shows little or no trading activity, alongside monthly inactivity fees beginning at 150 EUR. A client who deposits the 250 USD minimum and then does not trade can be charged more than the whole balance inside two months.
FXverge Account Types
Four tiers are published, separated by minimum deposit and spread rather than by execution model or platform. All four carry the same maximum leverage of 1:400 and none charges commission.
- Basic: 250 USD minimum, EUR/USD from 3.0 pips.
- Gold: 25,000 USD minimum, EUR/USD from 2.7 pips.
- Platinum: 100,000 USD minimum, EUR/USD from 2.1 pips.
- VIP: 250,000 USD minimum, EUR/USD from 1.6 pips.
The gap above the entry tier is steep. Improving the EUR/USD spread by 0.3 pips means moving from 250 USD to 25,000 USD, a hundredfold increase in committed capital.
FXverge Spreads, Commissions and Fees
Spreads float and no commission is charged, so the spread is the headline trading cost. At the entry tier EUR/USD starts at 3.0 pips, GBP/USD at 3.4 pips and USD/JPY at 3.3 pips, which is wide for major pairs. Swap applies to positions held overnight and is charged three times on Wednesdays.
The costs most easily overlooked are not trading costs. Inactivity fees begin after a single month with no deposit, withdrawal or trade: 150 EUR a month from one month, 200 EUR from two, 625 EUR from six, and 1,000 EUR a month once an account is classed as dormant at twelve months, with a further 2,000 EUR to reactivate it. The published general fees schedule also reserves an 80 EUR withdrawal fee where trading activity has been insignificant or absent, where identity documentation has not been supplied, or where the company elects to process a refund.
FXverge Leverage
Maximum leverage is 1:400, applied uniformly across all four account tiers with no published reduction for the entry tier and no published variation by instrument.
FXverge Trading Platforms
FXverge runs its own web platform, reached only after logging in to the client area. It does not offer MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or cTrader and names no third-party platform anywhere on its site. No demo, download or public preview is published, so execution behaviour, charting and order types cannot be examined before an account is opened and funded. The client agreement further states that clients are not entitled to download, save or copy the trading platform.
FXverge Deposits and Withdrawals
Three channels are published: debit and credit cards, wire transfer, and e-wallets, with Skrill and Neteller named. Deposits are free. Withdrawals cost 3.5 percent by card and a flat 30 in the account currency by wire, while e-wallet withdrawals carry a 1.5 to 4.5 percent charge that the company attributes to the payment provider rather than to itself. The minimum wire withdrawal is 120 USD or its equivalent; cards and wallets have no stated minimum. Requests are said to be processed within 24 business hours with funds arriving within five business days, and money must return to the method it came from. Cash and cryptocurrency are not accepted for funding.
FXverge Support
Support runs through live chat, email at info@fxverge.com and a single telephone number, a Japanese line on +81 50 3114 9780. The company describes the service as multilingual and available 24/5. The site itself is published in English and Japanese only, and no social media account is linked from anywhere on it.
FXverge Pros and Cons
- A low 250 USD entry minimum, with the same 1:400 leverage on every tier.
- Commission is genuinely zero and deposits carry no fee.
- Fee, restriction and AML documents are published in full rather than summarised, which is more disclosure than many offshore brands provide.
- The licence is claimed rather than confirmed, and the authority named offers no compensation scheme and no complaints route.
- Entry-tier spreads of 3.0 pips on EUR/USD are wide.
- Inactivity and low-activity charges are severe enough to consume a minimum-sized account within weeks.
- No third-party platform, no verified corporate record, no named officers and no social presence.
FXverge Review and Assessment
FXverge is a young single-entity offshore CFD brand whose regulatory standing rests entirely on its own statements. The commercial offer is ordinary rather than competitive: a low entry deposit and high leverage, paid for through wide spreads at the tier most clients will actually use. The document that matters most before funding an account is the fee schedule rather than the spread table, because the inactivity and low-activity charges are large in absolute terms and begin quickly. Anyone considering a deposit should confirm the licence directly with the authority named, and should treat any money placed here as capital they can afford to lose.

What our check found
An offshore company registrar on the autonomous Comoros island of Moheli. The Banque Centrale des Comores, the national central bank, has publicly stated it has no authority to license financial firms, so a MISA licence gives clients effectively no protection. Client protection: None. No compensation scheme and no meaningful supervision; the Comoros central bank has disavowed MISA licences..
Verification note
Claimed by the operator across its own site footer, About Us page, client agreement and AML policy. Not confirmed against the issuing authority, which publishes no public licence lookup. No effective or expiry date is published anywhere by the operator.

How we know — 12 sources
- 1Site-wide footer notice, repeated on every page and in the client agreement (https://www.fxverge.com/en/ and https://www.fxverge.com/en/terms-and-conditions/): 'Regional Restrictions: Fxverge Ltd does not offer services within the European Economic Area as well as in certain other jurisdictions such as the USA, British Columbia, Canada, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Russia and some other regions.'
- 2blockedConfirmed holds the five jurisdictions that notice names as countries in its own words: the USA, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar and Russia.
- 3The European Economic Area is named as a region, not as a list of countries, so its 30 member states are recorded as likely rather than confirmed and are listed under blockedLikelyUnconfirmed.
- 4Canada is recorded as likely rather than confirmed because the notice names only the province of British Columbia, not the country as a whole. A Canada-wide block is inferred from that wording and has not been read anywhere on the site.
- 5Dependent territories of the United States (Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands) are not themselves named anywhere and are recorded only as territories covered by the block on their parent.
- 6'and some other regions' is left unresolved: it names no jurisdiction and no code has been derived from it.
- 7Client agreement clause 5.1 adds that the company reserves the right to impose additional due diligence requirements to accept clients residing in certain countries, without naming any.
- 8No country is explicitly accepted anywhere on the site, so the whitelist is empty. The registration form at https://www.fxverge.com/onboarding/ asks only for name, email, telephone and password and presents no country-of-residence selector. Its only country array is the telephone dialling-code list, which carries all 243 territories including the United States, Iran, North Korea, Russia and every EEA state, so it reflects a phone-number library rather than an onboarding policy and sets no codes.
- 9No dedicated countries page exists: /restricted-countries/, /prohibited-countries/, /accepted-countries/, /where-we-operate/ and /countries/ all return 404 at the site root and behind the /en/ locale prefix, and none of the six help-centre categories carries a restriction list.
- 10The AML policy (https://www.fxverge.com/aml-policy/) was read in full and names no jurisdiction. It does state that the company will not accept cash deposits, cash-related methods or transactions related to cryptocurrencies.
- 11The deposits and withdrawals help-centre section (https://www.fxverge.com/en/faqs/depositsandwithdrawals/) was read and carries no country restriction. No partner or introducing-broker terms are published on the site.
- 12The company publishes English and Japanese variants of the site and no others.
