Register says
Advertised as an active MISA registration (BFX2025073). MISA is a disavowed non-regulator, and this specific 2025 licence could not be confirmed on a public register: the current MISA registe

Finding

An offshore company registrar on the autonomous Comoros island of Moheli. The Banque Centrale des Comores, the national central bank, has publicly stated it has no authority to license financial firms, so a MISA licence gives clients effectively no protection. Client protection: None. No compensation scheme and no meaningful supervision; the Comoros central bank has disavowed MISA licences..

Verification note

Claimed by the operator across its own site footer, About Us page, client agreement and AML policy. Not confirmed against the issuing authority, which publishes no public licence lookup. No effective or expiry date is published anywhere by the operator.

MISA is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about this licence

Answered from this register entry and the authority’s own record.

Most Popular Questions

No swap-free or Islamic account is published. All four tiers are subject to swap charges on positions held overnight, calculated once per trading day and three times on Wednesdays to cover the weekend.

Through live chat on the site, by email at info@fxverge.com, or by telephone on +81 50 3114 9780, which is the only number published. The company also publishes a complaints procedure document. There is no external ombudsman or compensation scheme behind the authority it names, so an unresolved dispute has no independent escalation route.

The company does not publish a list of accepted countries. It does state that it does not offer services within the European Economic Area, or in the USA, British Columbia in Canada, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Russia and unspecified other regions. Its registration form asks only for name, email, telephone and password, with no country-of-residence field, so the restriction is not applied at the first step of signing up.

The company's own cost calculator lists 215 instruments: 44 currency pairs, 18 cryptocurrency CFDs and 153 shares, indices, commodities and ETFs. Note that the homepage advertises more than 300 financial assets, which the published instrument list does not bear out.

Its own web platform, reached only after logging in to the client area. FXverge does not offer MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 or cTrader, and it names no third-party platform anywhere on its site. No demo account, download or public preview is published, so the platform cannot be examined before an account is opened and funded.

No. The company states that withdrawals must return to the same payment method used to fund the account. The minimum wire withdrawal is published as 120 USD or the equivalent in CHF, EUR, GBP or RUB; cards and the named wallets have no stated minimum.

Requests are said to be processed within 24 business hours, with funds taking up to five business days to reach the payment method. Card withdrawals cost 3.5 percent and wire transfers a flat 30 in the account currency, while e-wallet withdrawals carry 1.5 to 4.5 percent that the company attributes to the payment provider. An additional 80 EUR fee is reserved where an account shows insignificant or no trading activity, or where identity documents have not been supplied.

By debit or credit card, by wire transfer, or by e-wallet, with Skrill and Neteller named. Deposits carry no fee. The company states it will not accept cash deposits, cash-related methods or any transaction related to cryptocurrencies.

Yes, and it is unusually severe. The published fee schedule charges 150 EUR a month after just one month without a deposit, withdrawal or trade, rising to 200 EUR from two months, 625 EUR from six months and 1,000 EUR a month once an account is classed as dormant at twelve months. Reactivating a dormant account costs a further 2,000 EUR. On a 250 USD minimum deposit these charges exceed the whole balance within two months of inactivity.

There is no commission, so the floating spread is the trading cost. On the Basic account EUR/USD starts at 3.0 pips, GBP/USD at 3.4 pips and USD/JPY at 3.3 pips, narrowing to 1.6, 2.0 and 1.9 pips respectively on the VIP tier. Positions held overnight are charged swap, applied three times on Wednesdays.

Up to 1:400, and the same maximum applies to all four account tiers. The company publishes no reduced cap for the entry tier and no variation by instrument. Leverage at that level magnifies losses as much as gains and can remove an entire balance on a small adverse move.

250 USD for the entry-level Basic account. The higher tiers require considerably more: 25,000 USD for Gold, 100,000 USD for Platinum and 250,000 USD for VIP. The company notes that the minimum deposit may change without prior notice.

Fxverge Ltd, a company that states it is registered on Mwali (Moheli) island in the Comoros with registration number HV00725464, at P.B. 1257 Bonovo Road, Fomboni. It is the only legal entity named anywhere on the site and it states that it owns and operates the FXverge brand. No directors, shareholders or beneficial owners are disclosed, and the registration could not be confirmed on an official registry.

Nothing found in this review shows FXverge to be a fraud, and nothing found shows it to be safe either. It is a functioning website operated by a named company with published legal documents. What could not be established is the thing that matters most: whether its licence and its company registration are real. Treat it as unverified rather than clean.

FXverge claims regulation but it is not confirmed. Fxverge Ltd states in its site footer, on its About Us page and in its legal documents that it is authorised and regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority under licence number BFX2025073. This review found no independent record confirming that the licence exists or is in force, and the authority named publishes no public licence lookup, so the claim stands unverified.

Licence BFX2025073 was issued by Moroni International Services Authority (MISA), the financial authority for Comoros.
FXverge holds this MISA licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
We located this entry on the MISA register. Note that confirming a register ENTRY is not the same as confirming a live licence — the register’s own wording on this page is what states its current standing.
Wikilix rates MISA tier 4, the lowest band. A registration here says little on its own about client protection.
Yes, MISA is classed as an offshore regime. That can be a legitimate registration, but it usually means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.
