Harmovest Capital

Harmovest Capital is the retail trading brand of HARMOVEST CAPITAL (COMOROS) LTD, which the site names as the operator of www.hmvest.com. The company states it is authorised by the Mwali International Services Authority in the Union of the Comoros under licence T2023331, with a registered address at Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Moheli. The client agreement is governed by the law of the Comoros and disputes fall to the Comorian courts.

The group also names several affiliated companies. HARMOVEST CAPITAL (CYPRUS) LTD is registered in Cyprus as HE 416402, incorporated on 17 December 2020, and holds CySEC licence 411/22 for the separate hmvest.eu service. HARMOVEST CAPITAL AUS PTY LTD, ACN 623 390 527, is active on the Australian Business Register since 13 December 2017 and holds an Australian licence whose scope is institutional rather than retail. HARMOVEST CAPITAL (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED was incorporated on 8 July 2026 and carries a Financial Service Providers Register entry, which is a registration rather than a trading licence. A fifth company, HARMOVEST PRO CAPITAL (CY) LIMITED (HE 475303), is named as the payment services provider.

What it offers. Four account tiers are published: Cent from a 25 minimum with spreads from 1.5 pips and leverage to 1:500; Standard from 250 with spreads from 1.0 pips; Premium from 2,500 with spreads from 0.8 pips; and Pro from 10,000 with a commission of 7 per lot. Leverage on the upper three tiers runs to 1:2000, the stop-out level is 10 percent, and a swap-free option is offered. The firm's own legal documents state it may act as a market maker and take positions against its clients, and that hedging is prohibited on the platform. Leverage can be temporarily cut to 1:100 around major data releases and before the Friday close.

Platforms and funding. Branded MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 builds are offered for Windows, mobile and the browser. Deposits are accepted through an online banking terminal (stated at within two hours), bank wire in USD, GBP, EUR and other currencies (three to five business days) and UnionPay remittance (two to three working days). The firm states it charges no fee of its own on wires, though correspondent banks may. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are refused outright, a withdrawal from an account with no trading history attracts a 2.5 percent handling fee, and accounts inactive for six months attract a dormancy fee.

Who it suits, and the caveats. The offering will appeal to traders who want very high leverage, a low entry point and MetaTrader on an offshore account. Set against that: the service you actually open an account with sits under a Comoros licence, which is low-tier, carries no client-money compensation scheme, and offers no practical dispute mechanism. The strong European and Australian licences the brand advertises belong to different companies and, in the Australian case, to a licence that does not cover retail clients. The firm's own terms and conditions quote a different Comoros licence number than its website footer, and the site presents an Australian company registration number where a licence number belongs. The brand is also very new: the New Zealand company is weeks old and the Cypriot company traded under a different name before it. US residents are not accepted.
