Broker Summary

What Wikilix has recorded about InfinixLabs: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.

InfinixLabs Broker Overview

InfinixLabs is the trading name of Infinix Labs Ltd, which presents itself on infinixlabsltd.com as an FX prime brokerage offering access to foreign currency markets and commodity trading. The site is a brochure of seven pages. It names no trading platform, publishes no account types, spreads, commissions, leverage or minimum deposit, lists no deposit or withdrawal method, and provides no registration form or client area through which an account could be opened or funded. Its legal documents carry an October 2023 date and the footer a 2023 copyright line, and no founding date is stated anywhere on the site.

InfinixLabs Regulation and License

Regulation is claimed and unconfirmed. The footer of every page states that Infinix Labs Ltd is registered with the Financial Services Provider (FSP) by the Comoros Finance Commission under license number T2023390. No certificate, issue date, expiry date or verification link is published, and the wording describes a service-provider registration rather than a permission to deal in foreign exchange on behalf of clients. The authority named does not match the body the company's own Terms of Use point to, which cite the laws of the Comoros Finance Commission together with the Comoros registrar of International Business Companies as governing the agreement. Neither Infinix Labs Ltd nor the number T2023390 appears on the official Comoros (Mwali) Registrar of Companies published list of registered entities, including the brokerage section of that list.

Is InfinixLabs Regulated?

No regulation has been confirmed for InfinixLabs. The single authority it names cannot be matched to a financial regulator whose register carries either the company or the number it quotes, so the statement in the footer stands as an unverified claim. No licence from an authority that supervises retail foreign exchange dealing was found, which means there is no regulator a client could complain to and no compensation scheme standing behind a deposit.

Infinix Labs Ltd

Infinix Labs Ltd is the only legal entity the company names, appearing in the site footer, the Terms of Use and the privacy policy. The site publishes no company registration number, no incorporation date and no registered office address. A search of UK Companies House returns no company of that name. The only UK company that has ever carried it is Greentech Gaming Limited, number 10247162, incorporated on 23 June 2016 under a different name and registered for non-specialised wholesale trade, which used the name Infinix Labs Ltd only between 12 March 2025 and 9 December 2025 and no longer does. A cross-jurisdiction corporate search returns that same company and nothing else, and the Global LEI index holds no record for the name.

Is InfinixLabs Safe?

Nothing established about InfinixLabs supports treating it as safe. There is no confirmed regulator, no company that can be identified on an official register, no registered address, no telephone number and no published terms governing a trading service, so anyone who transferred money would have no identified counterparty to pursue and no supervisory route to use. The absence of complaints is not reassurance in this case: with no account opening, no funding channel and no platform on offer, there is no client relationship for a complaint to arise from.

InfinixLabs Support

Support is limited to a web form. The contact page collects a name, an email address and a message, and publishes no telephone number, no office address, no live chat and no business hours. The only email address on the site, info@infinixlabs.com, appears in the Terms of Use and the privacy policy and sits on a different domain from the website itself. The site is published in English only.

InfinixLabs Pros and Cons

Taken from what the site itself publishes:

  • The company names a legal entity and a jurisdiction rather than trading under a brand alone, and it publishes a risk warning about the value of asset holdings.
  • Its regulatory claim is unconfirmed, and the authority named does not match the registrar its own terms cite.
  • No registration number, incorporation date or registered office is published, and the entity name cannot be found on an official register.
  • No trading platform, account type, spread, commission, leverage figure, minimum deposit or funding method is published.
  • No account can be opened or funded through the site, and the terms expressly do not govern any product or service beyond the website.
  • Contact is limited to a form, with no telephone number or address, and the one published email address is on another domain.

InfinixLabs Review and Assessment

InfinixLabs reads as a marketing presence rather than a working brokerage. The point that matters most before any money is considered is that the claim in its footer is the only regulatory information it offers, and that claim could not be matched to an official record of the authority's supervision or of the company's existence. Anyone approached in the name of Infinix Labs Ltd through a messaging application, a social account or an introducer rather than through this site should treat the approach with particular caution, because the site provides no account-opening route that such an approach could legitimately point to.

Client acceptance

Country availability

Where InfinixLabs says it will and won't take clients

No country restrictions on record. We looked and found nothing published — which is not the same as being open to everyone. Check InfinixLabs's terms.

How we know — 7 sources
  1. 1No country restriction and no acceptance list is published anywhere on infinixlabsltd.com, so no code is written to any list. Absence of a stated restriction is recorded as absence, not as acceptance.
  2. 2Terms: https://infinixlabsltd.com/terms-of-use/ was read in full and contains no eligibility, restricted-jurisdiction, prohibited-jurisdiction or 'do not accept' clause. It states that the terms 'do not govern the use of the Company's products and services other than the Website itself', so the company publishes no client agreement that could carry an onboarding policy.
  3. 3Dedicated countries page: none. /restricted-countries/, /prohibited-countries/, /accepted-countries/, /where-we-operate/ and /faq/ all return 404, and the site's complete published page list is Home, About Us, Services, Legal, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Contact Us.
  4. 4Signup country list: not available, because there is no registration or live-account form. /register/, /signup/, /sign-up/, /open-account/, /open-live-account/ and /client-portal/ all return 404, and the only form on the site, at https://infinixlabsltd.com/contact-us/, collects a name, an email address and a message with no country selector.
  5. 5AML and KYC policy, funding pages and partner terms: none published. /aml-policy/, /kyc/, /deposit/, /withdrawal/, /payment-methods/, /deposits-and-withdrawals/ and /partners/ all return 404.
  6. 6Regulator filing for the named entity: no permitted-territory filing was available, because the operating entity named on the site could not be located on the official register of the jurisdiction its own Terms of Use cite. A filing could in any case only support an acceptance entry, never a block.
  7. 7Footer disclaimer and language variants: the disclaimer repeated on every page names no jurisdiction the company does or does not serve, carrying only its registration claim and a general warning about asset-value fluctuation. The site is published in English only, with no locale-prefixed variants (/en/ returns 404).
Recorded by WIKILIX research, not published by the broker, and not a guarantee. A country listed nowhere above is not thereby accepted — check InfinixLabs's own terms before you open an account.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about InfinixLabs

Most Popular Questions

Stop sending further funds and gather your records first: transfer receipts, the account or wallet details you paid to, and every message you exchanged. Then contact your bank or card issuer about a chargeback or recall, and report the matter to the police or financial-crime unit where you live. Because no supervising regulator and no identifiable company have been established, there is no regulator complaints scheme to escalate to.

No UK company of that name currently exists. The company's own Terms of Use point to Comoros law and the Comoros registrar of International Business Companies, not to the United Kingdom. The only UK company that ever carried the name Infinix Labs Ltd is Greentech Gaming Limited, number 10247162, an unrelated business registered for non-specialised wholesale trade that held the name between 12 March 2025 and 9 December 2025.

Only through the web form at the company's contact page, or by email at info@infinixlabs.com, which appears in its legal documents. No telephone number, office address, live chat or business hours are published, and the email address sits on a different domain from the website itself. The site is in English only.

The company does not say. We found no restricted-countries page, no eligibility clause in the terms, no AML policy and no registration form with a country list, so there is no published statement of which jurisdictions it serves or refuses. The absence of a restriction is not the same as acceptance of your country.

The company publishes no withdrawal processing time, because it publishes no withdrawal process at all. There is no stated timeframe, no fee schedule and no withdrawal clause in its Terms of Use, which cover only use of the website.

No deposit or withdrawal method is published. The site names no card, bank transfer, e-wallet or cryptocurrency channel, states no fees, limits or processing times, and has no funding page. Before sending money anywhere in this company's name, note that it publishes no terms describing how money would be returned.

None are published. The site states no spread, no commission, no leverage cap, no execution model and no instrument counts anywhere, including on its Services page. There is no pricing information at all to compare against another broker.

None are named. The site mentions no MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader or proprietary platform, publishes no download links and no server names, and provides no web terminal. For a company presenting itself as an FX brokerage, the absence of any named platform is a material gap.

The company does not publish a minimum deposit. It also publishes no account types, so there is no entry-level figure to quote. Any amount you are told is the minimum would not be verifiable against anything the company itself states.

Not through its website. There is no registration page, no live-account form and no client login area anywhere on the site, and the only form it publishes collects a name, an email address and a message. If you were invited to open an account by some other route, there is no page on the company's own site that corroborates that offer.

T2023390 is the number InfinixLabs quotes in its footer as a Financial Services Provider registration from the Comoros Finance Commission. The official Comoros (Mwali) Registrar of Companies list of registered entities does not contain that number in any of its categories, including the brokerage section, and does not list a company of this name. A service-provider registration is in any case not a permission to deal in foreign exchange for clients.

We did not confirm fraud, and we also could not confirm that InfinixLabs is a working broker. The regulatory claim cannot be matched to any official record, the operating company cannot be found on a register, and the site offers no way to open or fund an account. On that basis it should be treated as unverified and high risk rather than as either safe or proven fraudulent.

The only operator named is Infinix Labs Ltd, which appears in the site footer, the Terms of Use and the privacy policy. No registration number, incorporation date, registered office or named officer is published. Searches of UK Companies House, a cross-jurisdiction corporate search, the Global LEI index and the official Comoros registrar's list of entities returned no company of that name, so the operator cannot be identified on any official record.

No regulation has been confirmed for InfinixLabs. The company claims in its site footer to be registered with the Comoros Finance Commission under number T2023390, but it publishes no certificate, no dates and no verification link, and neither the company nor that number appears on the official Comoros registrar's published list of registered entities. The claim is therefore claimed and unconfirmed, not held.
