What Wikilix has recorded about EdgeGraph FX: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.
EdgeGraph FX is the trading brand of EdgeGraph FX Limited, an offshore broker registered in the Union of the Comoros that offers retail foreign exchange, CFD, precious metals and cryptocurrency trading on MetaTrader 5. Accounts are denominated in Japanese yen, the minimum deposit is 1,000 yen and advertised leverage reaches 1:1000. The company presents an operating history running back to a predecessor business, while the EdgeGraph FX brand and its only financial authorisation are both recent.
EdgeGraph FX Limited states on its company profile page that it holds financial licence MISA-BFX2025011 from the Mwali International Services Authority in the Union of the Comoros, and that it is registered there under corporate registration number HT00225001. The authorisation is recorded as running from 17 February 2025 to 17 February 2027 and as covering foreign exchange, futures, financial derivatives and options trading. The licence was not confirmed against the authority's own register during this review, so the regulatory position rests on the company's own statement.
This is a low-tier offshore permission. It carries no compensation scheme, no requirement to hold client money separately from company funds, and no public complaints mechanism a client could escalate a dispute to.
EdgeGraph FX is offshore regulated at best, and it is not regulated in the market it actually sells to. The only permission it names is the Comoros one. The site is written and marketed in Japanese, quotes every account in yen, takes deposits from Japanese banks and runs support on Japan time, yet names no Japanese authorisation and none from any other onshore jurisdiction. A client outside the Comoros is trading with an entity their own regulator cannot reach.
The company's history page dates its establishment to October 2020 under the name Cryptograph Limited, records the launch of its trading service in December 2022, and states that the company was renamed EdgeGraph FX Limited in December 2025, when the head office was also relocated. The brand, the current domain and the Comoros licence are therefore all recent, whatever the age of the predecessor. Neither name could be confirmed on an official company registry during this review.
Nothing established in this review shows EdgeGraph FX to be either safe or fraudulent, and the gaps that remain sit on the client-protection side. The offshore permission gives a client no compensation scheme and no external complaints route, the operating company could not be confirmed on a registry, and nowhere does the site commit to holding client money separately from its own. Against that, the company publishes a registered address, a registration number, a licence number and a complete fee schedule, which is materially more disclosure than an anonymous operation offers.
Three tiers are offered, all denominated in Japanese yen, all with a 1,000 yen minimum deposit, an order range of 0.01 to 100 lots and a stop out at a 20 percent margin level.
Spreads are variable and no spread table is published; the company directs clients to the live quotes inside MetaTrader 5 instead. The Micro and Standard tiers carry no trading fee and the Professional tier charges USD 6 round turn per lot. Account opening and maintenance are free on all three tiers.
Maximum leverage is 1:1000 on the 52 currency pairs and the five precious metals, and 1:100 on the 15 CFD symbols. Cryptocurrency leverage falls as position size grows: 1:500 up to 600,000 US dollars of volume, 1:250 between 600,000 and 900,000, and 1:50 above that. A zero cut policy applies in place of margin calls.
MetaTrader 5 is the only platform, offered for Windows, iPhone and Android and as a browser-based WebTrader. MetaTrader 4 is not available. Execution is described as no dealing desk, without requotes or rejections.
Deposits are accepted by bank transfer from Japanese banks, by cryptocurrency, and through the PESKA and PayWave channels. Bank transfer costs 1,000 yen on amounts under 50,000 yen and is free above that; the other three are free. Withdrawals carry a 1 percent commission through PESKA and PayWave and 2 percent in cryptocurrency, and the company states that direct bank transfer withdrawals are currently suspended. Withdrawals are quoted at two to five business days, require completed identity verification, and cannot be made while positions are open. Bonus credit cannot be withdrawn and may be used only as trading margin.
Support is offered in Japanese and English by email at info@edge-graph.com and support@edge-graph.com, by live chat and by telephone on +84 333004700, which the company lists as the number for its back office in Hanoi, Vietnam. The company profile page gives support hours as weekdays 09:00 to 22:00 Japan time while the FAQ describes round-the-clock Japanese-language support, so the two published figures do not agree.
EdgeGraph FX is a functioning offshore broker with an unusually complete set of published trading terms for its class, aimed at Japanese retail traders through high leverage and a very low entry deposit. The decisive consideration before funding an account is that the only authorisation behind it is a Comoros permission carrying no compensation scheme and no route of escalation, and that the operating company itself could not be confirmed on any official registry.
11 full-page captures of EdgeGraph FX's own site, archived so what they said can still be read after the pages change.
None of the registrations on record for EdgeGraph FX could be confirmed as a trading licence. Read each row before treating any of them as regulation.
An offshore brokerage registration issued by the autonomous island of Moheli (Mwali), Comoros. It is not a functioning financial supervisor, and the Comoros central bank has publicly disavowed these licences. Client protection: None in practice: no client-money protection, no compensation scheme, no meaningful supervision..
Verification note
Offshore Comoros (Mwali) authorisation, cited by the company on its own site as MISA-BFX2025011. The issuing authority operates a light-touch framework with no compensation scheme, no client-money segregation requirement and no public complaints mechanism. Not verified against the authority's own register in this check.
These are the rules MISA sets for the firms it licenses. They are not a statement about how EdgeGraph FX applies them, or about which of its companies would hold your account.

Common questions about EdgeGraph FX
No protection could be identified. The Comoros authorisation it holds carries no compensation scheme and no requirement to hold client money separately from company funds, and the site makes no commitment of its own to segregate client money. A zero cut policy is offered, but that only prevents a balance going negative on a sharp move; it does nothing if the firm itself fails or refuses a withdrawal.
The brand is new; the claimed history is longer. The company dates its establishment to October 2020 under the name Cryptograph Limited and its service launch to December 2022, but states it only became EdgeGraph FX Limited in December 2025. Its licence runs from February 2025. None of the earlier history could be confirmed against a company registry, so the verifiable record of this operator under this name is short.
By email at info@edge-graph.com or support@edge-graph.com, through the contact form at the support page, by live chat, or by telephone on +84 333004700, which the company lists as its back office in Hanoi, Vietnam. The company promises a reply within 24 hours. Its published support hours are inconsistent: the company profile page says weekdays 09:00 to 22:00 Japan time while the FAQ describes round-the-clock support.
Japan is not on the company's restricted list and the service is plainly built for Japanese clients: the site and sign-up form are in Japanese, accounts are denominated in yen, deposits are taken from Japanese banks and support runs on Japan time. The company holds no Japanese authorisation, so a Japanese resident would be dealing with an offshore entity outside the reach of their own regulator.
The company states it does not serve residents of the United States, North Korea, Australia, Myanmar, Cuba, Sudan, Syria, Malaysia or Iran, and that it does not serve anyone in a jurisdiction where local law prohibits the offering. That restriction is not applied at sign-up: the registration form's country selector offers every one of those jurisdictions alongside the rest of the world, so the published policy and the onboarding form do not match.
52 currency pairs, 15 CFD symbols covering stock indices, energy, copper and a dollar index, five precious metals, and 32 cryptocurrency pairs. The Professional tier is narrower, offering the 52 currency pairs and four CFDs. Note that the company's FAQ and homepage quote different instrument totals from its own instruments and fees page.
MetaTrader 5 only, on Windows, iPhone and Android and through a browser-based WebTrader. MetaTrader 4 is not offered. The company describes execution as no dealing desk with no requotes or rejections.
The company quotes about two to five business days for funds to reach a bank account or wallet. Identity verification must be completed first, withdrawals cannot be made while positions are open, and funds cannot be sent to a third party's account. Bonus credit is not withdrawable at all and can only be used as trading margin.
Deposits are accepted by bank transfer from Japanese banks, by cryptocurrency, and through the PESKA and PayWave channels. Bank transfer costs 1,000 yen below 50,000 yen and is free above it; the rest are free. On the way out, the company states that direct bank transfer withdrawals are currently suspended, leaving PESKA and PayWave at a 1 percent commission and cryptocurrency at 2 percent.
The Micro and Standard accounts charge no trading fee and the Professional account charges USD 6 round turn per lot. Spreads are variable and the company publishes no spread table, pointing clients to the live quotes in MetaTrader 5 instead, so the full cost of a trade cannot be established before opening an account.
Up to 1:1000 on the 52 currency pairs and the five precious metals, and up to 1:100 on the 15 CFD symbols. The Professional tier is capped at 1:500. Cryptocurrency leverage steps down as position size grows, from 1:500 up to 600,000 US dollars of volume, to 1:250, then to 1:50 above 900,000.
1,000 Japanese yen, and it is the same on all three account tiers. Accounts are denominated in yen only. Account opening and maintenance carry no fee.
Nothing found in this review shows EdgeGraph FX to be fraudulent, and nothing found shows it to be safe either. It is a working broker with a real MetaTrader 5 service and unusually detailed published terms. What is missing is verification: the operating company could not be confirmed on any registry, the licence was not confirmed on its authority's register, and the only regulation on offer provides no compensation scheme and no complaints route. Treat it as unverified rather than cleared.
The operating company is EdgeGraph FX Limited, which gives a registered address at Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Mohéli, Comoros Union, and a corporate registration number of HT00225001. The company states it was previously called Cryptograph Limited and was renamed in December 2025. No director, officer or beneficial owner is named anywhere on the site, and neither company name could be confirmed on an official registry during this review.
Only offshore. EdgeGraph FX Limited names a single authorisation, licence BFX2025011 from the Mwali International Services Authority in the Union of the Comoros, running to 17 February 2027. That licence was not confirmed against the authority's own register during this review, so it stands as the company's own claim. There is no authorisation from any onshore regulator.
