Regulation
8/10 · CriticalLicence T2023390 is genuine and matched to this entity and domain, which is credited, but its term ended 23 October 2025 and the issuer is an island registrar the Comoros central bank calls fictitious.
Identity & transparency
7/10 · HighThe entity and company number are on the registrar's record, but no street address, telephone number, email address or named officer is published anywhere on the site.
Withdrawals & conduct
3/10 · LowNo fund-integrity complaints found on any platform, and no demand for extra payment reported; equally there are no confirmed payouts, so nothing shows withdrawals work.
Reputation
6/10 · HighNo reviews, complaints or forum discussion exist anywhere for a self-described prime brokerage, and the one third-party listing available rates it at the bottom of its scale.
Website claims
8/10 · CriticalCredits its licence to a 'Comoros Finance Commission' that does not exist, presents an expired licence as current, and advertises prime brokerage services with no platform or pricing behind them.
Operational history
4/10 · ModerateJust over three years on the domain and licence dates, with no inflated age claim, but the company itself cannot be dated so the figure is an upper bound.

Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
Four findings drive this rating, and one important thing did not happen.
- The licence term has run out. The issuer's own verification record for T2023390 gives a licence end date of 23 October 2025. The register still badges the entry as active, so the register contradicts itself, but no renewal is published and the company continues to present the licence as current. InfinixLabs publishes no verification link of its own, so the record linked in this report was located on the issuer's site.
- The authority named on the site does not exist. Every page credits a 'Comoros Finance Commission'. There is no such body. The number was issued by the Mwali International Services Authority, and naming a fictional regulator is a misstatement the company itself controls.
- The credential would be worth very little even in force. The Central Bank of the Comoros has told the public that these island authorities are fictitious structures operating outside the Union's law, and Finance Magnates reported in March 2026 that licences from them have no legal or practical validity. There is no compensation scheme, no duty to segregate client money and no complaints route for a client.
- There is no verifiable business behind the brand. The only terms published are website terms that state in writing that they do not govern the company's products and services. There is no platform, no account application, no deposit rail, no MetaTrader server and no mobile app.
- No evidence of theft was found. No regulator warning list names this company or this domain, there is no enforcement action, and we found no client reporting a withheld withdrawal. We assess the risk as high because of what cannot be verified, not because we documented anyone's loss.
One limit on the figures above: the operating age rests on the domain registration of 13 September 2023, because the Mwali registrar publishes no incorporation date for the company. Just over three years is therefore an upper bound rather than a confirmed track record.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1The Mwali International Services Authority verification record for licence T2023390 names Infinix Labs Ltd, company number 2022-00048, the website infinixlabsltd.com, an issue date of 23 October 2023 and a licence end date of 23 October 2025. The term has passed while the company still advertises the licence as current.
E2The issuer's register of authorised brokerage companies lists Infinix Labs Ltd at entry 116 against licence T2023390, dated 23/10/2023, with a status of Active and the recorded website infinixlabsltd.com. The entity, the number and the domain all match the operation under review, so the credential is its own and not another firm's.
E3Every page of the broker's site states that Infinix Labs Ltd is registered with the Financial Services Provider by the Comoros Finance Commission under licence number T2023390. No authority of that name exists, and the number was issued by the Mwali International Services Authority.
E4Finance Magnates, 19 March 2026, quotes a Central Bank of the Comoros communique describing bodies issuing these licences as fictitious structures, and reports that licences issued by the Mwali International Services Authority and the Anjouan Offshore Finance Authority have no legal or practical validity. A 2010 IMF assessment found those offshore institutions had no legal basis.
ModerateFinance Magnates, 19 March 2026E5The domain infinixlabsltd.com was registered on 13 September 2023 through NameCheap and runs on Cloudflare nameservers, with an expiry of 13 September 2027. This sets the operating history at just over three years and is consistent with the 2023 copyright and the October 2023 licence date.
E6The only terms the company publishes are website terms, which state that the website content is presented for informative purposes only and that the terms do not govern the use of the company's products and services other than the website itself. There is no client agreement, no deposit or withdrawal terms, no segregation language and no restricted-country list.
ModerateInfinixLabs Terms of UseE7The services page lists product headings such as commodity trading for portfolio diversification but contains no trading platform, no account types, no pricing, no leverage, no minimum deposit and no payment methods. The site totals five short pages with no account area or login.
ModerateInfinixLabs services pageE8The contact page offers a web form only. No registered address, telephone number, email address or named officer is published anywhere on the site, and the company provides no link to any regulator's register for its licence.
ModerateInfinixLabs contact pageE9A sweep of the major regulator warning and alert lists, covering IOSCO I-SCAN, the FCA, ASIC Moneysmart, the CFTC RED List, MAS, the SFC, CONSOB, BaFin and the AMF, returned no entry naming Infinix Labs Ltd, the brand InfinixLabs or the domain infinixlabsltd.com. No enforcement action or fraud-related court record names this company.
ModerateWarning-list sweep across the major regulatorsE10Trustpilot holds no profile for infinixlabsltd.com, and searches of Forex Peace Army, Reddit and app-store listings returned no reviews, no complaints and no payout reports for this brand or domain. For a company describing itself as an FX prime brokerage, the complete absence of a client footprint is itself a signal.
ModerateTrustpilot, Forex Peace Army, Reddit and app-store sweepE11No MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 server, no MQL5 broker listing and no mobile application exist under this brand, so no independent trace of a live trading operation could be found.
WeakMQL5 and app-store searchE12UK Companies House shows company 10247162 was incorporated on 23 June 2016 as Melon Telecom International Ltd, carried the name Infinix Labs Ltd only from 12 March 2025 to 9 December 2025, is now Greentech Gaming Limited, and is registered in High Wycombe under non-specialised wholesale trade. It is a different company from the Comoros-registered brokerage and its 2016 incorporation date does not belong to this broker.
The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
The case in this company's favour, stated as strongly as the evidence allows:
- The licence is genuine and it is theirs. The register entry names Infinix Labs Ltd, the number T2023390 and the exact website infinixlabsltd.com. This is not a clone wearing another firm's credential, which is the single most common problem among brokers of this profile.
- The entity is real on paper, carrying company number 2022-00048 on the Mwali Registrar of Companies.
- Nobody has accused it of taking money and refusing to return it. We searched Trustpilot, Forex Peace Army, Reddit and app-store listings and found no complaints at all, which is not the picture a withdrawal trap leaves behind.
- No regulator has published a warning naming this company or this website.
- The company does not inflate its history. It makes no 'trading since' claim, and the 2023 copyright lines up with both the domain date and the licence date.
- A dormant business, or one that never launched, would look much like this. That is a legitimate explanation for a site with no platform, no clients and no complaints.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
Specific things that would move this rating, in either direction:
- A renewed licence record showing T2023390 in force beyond October 2025 would remove the central finding and reduce this to an offshore risk note rather than a high risk rating.
- Correcting the site to name the Mwali International Services Authority instead of a 'Comoros Finance Commission', and publishing a registered address, a telephone number and a genuine client agreement, would lift the transparency score.
- Authorisation from a recognised regulator, with this entity and this domain shown on that regulator's register, would change the rating substantially.
- Evidence of a working business, such as a named trading platform, a published pricing schedule and verifiable client payouts, would let us score conduct on facts rather than on absence.
- Going the other way, a warning-list entry naming this website, or credible client reports of deposits not being returned, would push this to a scam rating.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is InfinixLabs a scam?
We rate InfinixLabs high risk rather than a confirmed scam. The licence it advertises shows a licence end date of 23 October 2025 on the issuer's own record, and the regulator it names does not exist. We found no client reporting stolen money, so the rating reflects what cannot be verified rather than losses we documented.
Is InfinixLabs a fraud?
No regulator or court has made any finding of fraud against Infinix Labs Ltd, and we found no warning-list entry, no enforcement action and no fraud-related court record naming this company or this website. What we can say is that the site misnames its licensing authority and presents an expired licence as current. On that basis we assess the risk as high.
Is InfinixLabs regulated?
Not in any meaningful sense. The only credential is licence T2023390 from the Mwali International Services Authority, an offshore registrar on a Comorian island, and its term ended on 23 October 2025. The Central Bank of the Comoros does not recognise licences from that body.
What is the Comoros Finance Commission?
It does not exist. Every page of the InfinixLabs site credits its licence to a 'Comoros Finance Commission', but there is no such authority. Financial regulation in the Comoros Union sits with the Central Bank of the Comoros, and the number T2023390 was in fact issued by the Mwali International Services Authority.
Is licence T2023390 valid?
It is a real number and it genuinely belongs to Infinix Labs Ltd, which we confirmed on the issuer's register. However, the verification record gives a licence end date of 23 October 2025, which has passed, and no renewal is published. The register still shows an active badge, so the register contradicts itself.
Can I withdraw my money from InfinixLabs?
We cannot tell you, because there is no evidence either way. The site has no account area, no deposit page and no withdrawal terms, and we found no client anywhere reporting either a successful payout or a refused one. An operation with no verifiable payout record is not one to test with your own funds.
Is my money safe with InfinixLabs?
There is nothing protecting it. A licence from a Comorian island registrar carries no compensation scheme, no requirement to hold client money separately from company money, and no complaints body you could escalate to. With the licence term also expired, you would have no practical recourse.
Who owns Infinix Labs Ltd and where is it based?
The company is registered in Mwali (Mohéli), Autonomous Island of Mwali, in the Comoros Union, under company number 2022-00048. No directors, shareholders or beneficial owners are named on the website, and no street address, telephone number or email address is published.
How old is InfinixLabs?
About three years at most. The domain infinixlabsltd.com was registered on 13 September 2023 and the licence was issued on 23 October 2023. The Mwali registrar publishes no incorporation date, so three years is an upper bound on the operating history rather than a confirmed figure.
Is InfinixLabs a UK company?
No, and this is a common mix-up. A separate UK company carried the name Infinix Labs Ltd from 12 March 2025 to 9 December 2025, was incorporated in 2016 under a different name, trades in non-specialised wholesale and is now called Greentech Gaming Limited. It has no connection to this brokerage, which is registered in the Comoros.
Is InfinixLabs a clone of another broker?
No. We checked the licence against the issuer's register and the entry names Infinix Labs Ltd and the exact website infinixlabsltd.com. The credential is its own, not borrowed from a regulated firm, which rules out the impersonation pattern seen in many similar cases.
What should I do if I already deposited with InfinixLabs?
Request a full withdrawal in writing immediately and keep copies of every message, receipt and transfer record. Contact your bank or card issuer about a chargeback, and report the matter to the financial regulator in your own country. Never pay an extra fee, tax or charge presented as a condition of releasing your funds.
What should I check before depositing with any broker?
Find the licence number, then look it up yourself on the regulator's own register rather than trusting a logo on the website. Confirm that the register names the same legal entity and the same website address, check the licence is still in force, and make sure a real address, a client agreement and published withdrawal terms exist.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
What we advise anyone considering this company:
- Do not send money while the licence term on the issuer's own record has expired and no renewal has been published.
- Treat the regulator name on the site as a warning in its own right. A company that cannot name its own licensing authority correctly should not be trusted with a deposit.
- If someone contacts you presenting this brand, ask for the legal entity, the registered address and a link to a live licence record before discussing money.
- If you have already deposited, request a full withdrawal in writing now, keep every receipt and message, and report the matter to your bank or card issuer and to the financial regulator where you live.
- Never pay a tax, fee, commission or 'verification' charge as a condition of receiving your own funds. No legitimate broker requires that.
