Broker Summary
What Wikilix has recorded about InterStellar: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.
InterStellar Broker Overview
InterStellar, also presented as First InterStellar Group, is a forex and CFD brand operated by a group of five companies registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Cyprus, Seychelles, South Africa and Australia. The group dates its business to 2011 and runs a separate website for each of its main operating entities, so the terms a client trades on follow the entity that onboards them: for the Cyprus investment firm, interstellarfx.sc for the Seychelles securities dealer and fisg.co.za for the South African provider. Trading is on MetaTrader 4, with three account types, variable spreads, a USD 50 minimum first deposit and retail leverage capped at 1:30 on the Cyprus site.
InterStellar Regulation and License
Each licence the brand advertises is held by a different company, so the authority that applies depends on which entity a client contracts with. The Cyprus site states that it is owned and operated by The First Interstellar Capital Limited, a Cyprus investment firm with company registration HE 161002 and a CySEC licence numbered 166/12, at Georgiou Karaiskaki 38-38Z, Limassol. The Seychelles site states that it is owned and operated by First Interstellar Global Ltd, registration 8430637-1, a securities dealer licensed by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority under SD127. The South African site names INTERSTELLAR CAPITAL (Pty) Ltd as an authorised financial services provider, FSP number 52343, licensed by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority. Each of those is the group's own published statement about itself.
Is InterStellar Regulated?
That depends on which company holds the client's account. An account with the Cyprus firm is with a company that states it is a licensed Cyprus investment firm, and accounts with the Seychelles or South African companies are with firms that state licences in those jurisdictions. The website disclaimers separately name Interstellar Financial Group Limited, a Saint Vincent and the Grenadines company, as the operator of the group's sites, and that is a company registration rather than financial regulation.
Interstellar Financial Group Limited
Interstellar Financial Group Limited is the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines company, number 22770 BC 2015, registered at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown. Its disclaimer appears as the operator of the website on both the Cyprus and the South African sites. On the Cyprus site that disclaimer sits in the same footer as a second statement naming The First Interstellar Capital Limited as the owner and operator of the same website. Two different companies are therefore presented as running one site, and a prospective client should establish from the account agreement which of them they would be contracting with.
InterStellar Account Types
The Cyprus site publishes three account types, STANDARD, ECN and UNION. Each is listed with the same minimum first deposit of USD 50 and the same maximum leverage of 1:30, and the account pages state no commission for any of them, so the published differences between the three tiers are limited.
InterStellar Leverage
Retail leverage on the Cyprus site is 1:30, stated on its homepage and on its account pages. The same site's leverage policy page sets out a maximum of 1:500. The group does not reconcile the two figures, so confirm the cap for a particular account with the firm before funding it.
InterStellar Trading Platforms
The Cyprus site lists MetaTrader 4 as its trading platform, offered on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android. The group hosts its own Windows installer and adds MultiTerminal for managing several accounts, together with in-house spread monitor and trading statistics plugins.
InterStellar Deposits and Withdrawals
The Cyprus site publishes three funding channels: UnionPay, digital currency and telegraphic transfer. UnionPay deposits are credited instantly and digital currency deposits in about thirty minutes, with withdrawals on both credited the same business day. Telegraphic transfer deposits take three to five days and withdrawals follow the receiving bank's processing time. The deposit and withdrawal page states no transaction fee in either direction, but the group's own Deposits and Withdrawals Charges schedule of June 2026 does set bank transfer charges: inward transfers are free up to EUR 2,000 and charged in bands above it, and outward payments within the European Union carry 0.15 percent with a minimum of EUR 10. Anyone funding by bank transfer should read that schedule rather than the funding page alone. The broker does not name which coins or networks it accepts for digital currency.
InterStellar Support
The Cyprus site publishes a telephone number on +357 25 211 495 and an email address at info@interstellarfx.eu, with a separate complaints address at complaints@interstellarfx.eu and a group support address at support@fisg.com. Live chat is offered during business hours.
InterStellar Pros and Cons
MetaTrader 4 on desktop and mobile, with the group's own installer and added plugins.
UnionPay and digital currency funding published as free of transaction fees, with same business day withdrawals.
A Cyprus investment firm inside the group for clients onboarded in the European Union.
Two different companies named as the operator of the same website.
Leverage published at both 1:30 and 1:500 on one site.
Bank transfer costs set out in a separate charges schedule that the funding page's fee free wording does not reflect.
Three account tiers whose published terms are identical.
InterStellar Review and Assessment
InterStellar is a multi entity brand whose trading terms follow the company a client is onboarded to rather than the brand itself: the Cyprus firm offers European Union retail terms capped at 1:30, while the group's other sites are operated by a Saint Vincent and the Grenadines company. Before funding an account, the points worth settling are which company the account agreement names, which licence covers it, and which leverage cap and funding charges apply to it, because the group publishes more than one answer to each.

How we know — 12 sources
1The refused countries come from the broker's disclaimer in the footer of every page of https://www.interstellarfx.eu/ : "Interstellarfx does not offer CFDs to residents of certain jurisdictions, including the United States, Iran, Canada, Belgium, and France." The broker refuses clients from the five named jurisdictions. The opening words "certain jurisdictions, including" are a category, and the unnamed remainder has not been expanded into any list.
2The registration portal's own country list was read at http://prodapi.interstellarfx.eu/countries?lang=en, the source the signup form at https://client.interstellarfx.eu/register populates from. It returns 241 of the 250 rows of the portal's internal country table, whose ids run in strict alphabetical order. Nine ids are absent, and each is fixed by its two alphabetical neighbours: 1 Afghanistan, 5 American Samoa, 22 Belgium, 39 Canada, 54 Cote d'Ivoire, 56 Cuba, 103 Iran, 115 North Korea, and 233, which falls between United Kingdom (232) and United States (234) and could not be resolved to a country with certainty. No code has been recorded for id 233.
3Belgium, Canada and Iran are both named in the disclaimer and absent from the registration country list, so the two sources agree on them.
4Afghanistan, American Samoa, Cote d'Ivoire, Cuba and North Korea are likely but unconfirmed refusals. The broker names none of them in any published text. The only sign is that the registration country list leaves them out.
5The United States and France are the one disagreement between the two sources. The disclaimer names both as refused, while both remain selectable in the registration country list. Both are refused under the disclaimer, because that list is a near-complete world list, not a chosen list of accepted markets, so a country appearing in it is not explicitly accepted. The two sources: https://www.interstellarfx.eu/ and http://prodapi.interstellarfx.eu/countries?lang=en.
6No accepted list is given. The registration country list is not a closed list of served markets but the portal's full country table with nine entries removed. So it signals refusal by omission; it does not explicitly accept the remaining 241 jurisdictions.
7No territory is treated as covered by a parent country's refusal. The United States is named as refused, but its dependent territories Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and the Northern Mariana Islands all remain selectable in the registration country list. American Samoa is the only US territory missing from it, so it is listed as probably refused on that basis, not because of the United States refusal.
8The client agreement at https://www.interstellarfx.eu/document/Policies%20on%20website_June%202026/Client%20Agreement.pdf (The First Interstellar Capital Limited, last reviewed August 2025) names no country: clause 5.1 reserves "the right to impose additional due diligence requirements to accept Clients residing in certain countries", and clause 28.1(l) requires the client to warrant that trading breaches no law of the jurisdiction in which he is resident. The website terms at https://www.interstellarfx.eu/document/Policies%20on%20website_June%202026/Terms%20of%20Use%20of%20website.pdf (April 2026) state under "Intended Users" that the site "is not intended for any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation." All of this is category wording, so it adds no country to either list.
9The site publishes no dedicated restricted-countries or accepted-countries page. The paths /restricted-countries, /prohibited-countries, /accepted-countries, /where-we-operate, /terms, /terms-and-conditions, /legal, /client-agreement and /documents all resolve to /about-us, as does any unrouted path on this site. The FAQ at https://www.interstellarfx.eu/faq carries nine answers and no country content, and https://www.interstellarfx.eu/legal-compliance carries the licence list only.
10Deposit, withdrawal and partner terms set no restriction: the charges schedule at https://www.interstellarfx.eu/document/Policies%20on%20website_June%202026/Deposits_Withdrwals_Charges.pdf is a bank-transfer fee table quoted in euro, and https://www.interstellarfx.eu/partnership is promotional with no eligibility terms. The site's published document list contains no AML or KYC policy. No regulator filing was used: a filing states permitted rather than blocked jurisdictions and cannot by itself establish an onboarding block.
11The account-opening form does not currently render. https://client.interstellarfx.eu/register is a single-page application whose API host, prodapi.interstellarfx.eu, serves an expired TLS certificate, so the registration flow stops at a loading state for an ordinary visitor. The country list above comes directly from that same API.
12The broker's main website, https://www.fisg.com/ , leads to the Cyprus-entity site at https://www.interstellarfx.eu/. The policy shown is the one that site publishes. The site offers no other language version: it declares no alternate-language links, and /fa, /fa-ir, /ar, /zh and /th all fall through to /about-us.

Telegraphic TransferWire TransferThe broker's own pages disagree on the cost of this channel, so the fee fields are left unset rather than published as zero. The deposit and withdrawal page states a 3 to 5 day deposit, a withdrawal subject to the bank's processing time, and no transaction fee in either direction, adding that Interstellarfx does not charge withdrawal fees although a client's bank may. The broker's own Deposits - Withdrawals - Charges schedule of June 2026 sets inward transfer charges in euro of no fee up to EUR 2,000, EUR 2 from EUR 2,000.01 to EUR 5,000, EUR 10 from EUR 5,000.01 to EUR 50,000 and EUR 30 above that, with EUR 3 to EUR 35 across the equivalent bands in other currencies. Outward payments within the EU in euro carry 0.15 percent, minimum EUR 10 and maximum EUR 20, up to EUR 50,000, and 0.2 percent, minimum EUR 100 and maximum EUR 500, above it; payments outside the EU or in a foreign currency carry 0.2 percent, minimum EUR 10 and maximum EUR 500; currency conversion carries 0.45 percent, minimum EUR 6 and maximum EUR 500. The USD 50 figure is the account opening minimum stated in the broker's FAQ; the USD 20 minimum withdrawal could not be confirmed on the broker's website. Telegraphic Transfer is the broker's own current name for this channel.
MetaTrader 4 on Mac, Windows, iOS and Android, offered with a broker-hosted Windows installer, MultiTerminal support for managing several accounts, and in-house Spread Monitor and Trading Statistics plugins.
4 other brokers on the record share what InterStellar offers — its country, regulator, account types or platforms — set beside it on the same measures.
The Cyprus site publishes a telephone number on +357 25 211 495 and an email address at info@interstellarfx.eu, with complaints@interstellarfx.eu for complaints and support@fisg.com as a group support address. Live chat is offered during business hours.
The Cyprus site advertises seven asset classes, with forex, indices, energies, stocks, metals and cryptocurrencies shown on its product pages. The published instrument range runs to 56 currency pairs, 22 other CFDs and four cryptocurrencies.
The group runs a separate site for each of its main entities: interstellarfx.eu for the Cyprus investment firm, interstellarfx.sc for the Seychelles securities dealer and fisg.co.za for the South African provider.
The terms are not identical across them, so the site a client is routed to decides the entity, the licence and the trading conditions that apply.
Its deposit and withdrawal page states no transaction fee in either direction, and adds that the broker does not charge withdrawal fees although a client's own bank may.
Its own Deposits and Withdrawals Charges schedule of June 2026 does set bank transfer charges: inward transfers are free up to EUR 2,000 and then charged in bands, and outward payments within the European Union carry 0.15 percent with a minimum of EUR 10. Anyone funding by bank transfer should read that schedule rather than the funding page alone.
UnionPay and digital currency withdrawals are published as credited on the same business day. Telegraphic transfer withdrawals follow the receiving bank's own processing time, which the broker does not put a figure on.
Three, published on the Cyprus site as STANDARD, ECN and UNION. Each is listed with the same minimum first deposit of USD 50 and the same maximum leverage of 1:30.
The account pages state no commission for any of the three, so the published differences between the tiers are limited.
Five companies carry the brand: Interstellar Financial Group Limited in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (number 22770 BC 2015), The First Interstellar Capital Limited in Cyprus (HE 161002), First Interstellar Global Ltd in Seychelles (8430637-1), INTERSTELLAR CAPITAL (Pty) Ltd in South Africa and INTERSTELLAR GROUP CAPITAL PTY LTD in Australia.
The footer of the Cyprus site names two of them as the operator of that one website: the Saint Vincent company in its disclaimer and the Cyprus company in its licensing statement. Check the account agreement to see which company a client would contract with.
USD 50. Each of the three account types on the Cyprus site is published with the same minimum first deposit, and the broker's own FAQ gives USD 50 as the account opening minimum.
No per channel minimum or maximum is published for any of the funding methods.
The group's own disclaimers exclude different countries on different sites. The Cyprus site states that it does not offer CFDs to residents of certain jurisdictions including the United States, Iran, Canada, Belgium and France. The South African site states the same for the United States, Iran, Canada, the European Union and China.
Which list applies therefore depends on which of the group's entities a client is onboarded to.
The three account types on the Cyprus site are each published with a maximum of 1:30, which is also what that site's homepage advertises. The same site's leverage policy page sets out a maximum of 1:500.
The group publishes both figures and does not reconcile them, so the cap that applies to a particular account should be confirmed with the firm before funding it.
Yes, Interstellar requires KYC (Know Your Customer) verification to open an account.
Three channels are published: UnionPay, digital currency and telegraphic transfer. UnionPay deposits are credited instantly and digital currency deposits in about thirty minutes, with withdrawals on both credited the same business day; telegraphic transfer deposits take three to five days and withdrawals follow the receiving bank's own processing time.
Cards, PayPal and Wise are not among the published channels, and the broker does not name which coins or networks it accepts for digital currency.
MetaTrader 4. The Cyprus site lists it as its trading platform, on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android, and the group hosts its own Windows installer rather than only linking the standard one.
It adds MultiTerminal for managing several accounts at once, along with in-house spread monitor and trading statistics plugins.
Each licence the brand advertises belongs to a different company in the group, and the group's own sites are where those claims are made. The Cyprus site states that The First Interstellar Capital Limited holds CySEC licence 166/12, the Seychelles site that First Interstellar Global Ltd holds Seychelles FSA licence SD127, and the South African site that INTERSTELLAR CAPITAL (Pty) Ltd is an authorised financial services provider under FSP number 52343.
Which of those applies depends on the company named in the account agreement, so that is the thing to establish before funding one. The site disclaimers also name Interstellar Financial Group Limited, a Saint Vincent and the Grenadines company, as the operator of the group's websites, and a company registration there is not financial regulation.
