Vanto is a multi-asset forex and CFD brand operated jointly by two companies: V Global Markets Limited, incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles under company number 8438124-1, and Vanto Trade Global LTD, a Saint Lucia International Business Company registered as number 2025-00711. The Seychelles company is the licensed one, and it also trades under the second brand name V Global Markets. Both are named openly in the site footer, on the contact page and on the legal documents page, which publishes a separate set of agreements for each entity.

Regulation. V Global Markets Limited holds securities dealer licence SD236 from the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles. Cards, international wire transfers, USDT on the Tron and Ethereum networks, and regional local-payment channels in Malaysian ringgit, Philippine pesos, Indonesian rupiah, Vietnamese dong and Indian rupees. Not long. The site's own structured data gives a founding year of 2024, and the Saint Lucia entity was registered in 2025 (its number, 2025-00711, carries the year). So this is roughly a one-to-two-year-old operation.
A short history is not a red flag by itself, but it does mean there is no multi-year record of paying clients out through stressed markets. Treat it as an unproven firm rather than an established one.

Nothing found points to a scam. The licence number checks out on a certificate showing the correct licensed entity, the company number on the site matches an official corporate record, both legal entities are named with real registered addresses, the founders are named, and the broker volunteers the awkward fact that its Saint Lucia entity is unregulated rather than hiding it. That candour is unusual and counts in its favour.
The real risk here is not deception but structure: an offshore-only licence, no compensation scheme if the firm fails, 1:500 leverage, and a short operating history. Those are reasons to limit how much you deposit, not evidence of fraud.

The registration form requires applicants to confirm they are not a resident of the United States, Iran or North Korea before the application will proceed, and the footer adds that the site is not intended for US residents or for use anywhere that would breach local law.
