Vanto

Vanto is a multi-asset forex and CFD brand operated jointly by two companies: V Global Markets Limited, incorporated in the Republic of Seychelles under company number 8438124-1, and Vanto Trade Global LTD, a Saint Lucia International Business Company registered as number 2025-00711. The Seychelles company is the licensed one, and it also trades under the second brand name V Global Markets. Both are named openly in the site footer, on the contact page and on the legal documents page, which publishes a separate set of agreements for each entity.

Regulation. V Global Markets Limited holds securities dealer licence SD236 from the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles. That is a genuine licence, but it is an offshore, light-touch one: it carries no statutory client-money compensation scheme, no negative-balance-protection mandate and far weaker conduct supervision than an onshore regime such as the FCA, ASIC or CySEC. The Saint Lucia company holds no financial licence at all, and the broker says so plainly itself, disclosing that the Saint Lucia authority does not regulate, supervise or license CFD brokers and has not reviewed its documents. Treat the Saint Lucia registration as corporate paperwork rather than supervision.

What they offer. Trading is on MetaTrader 5 only, reached through a browser WebTrader, Windows and macOS desktop builds and Android and iOS apps, with MAM and copy-trading tools for money managers. The instrument range is more than 60 currency pairs, 9 global index CFDs, spot metals and energies, and 11 cryptocurrency CFDs. Execution is described as straight-through processing with pricing aggregated from several liquidity providers.

Costs and accounts. There are two accounts. Standard opens from $25 with FX spreads from 1.6 pips and no separate commission. Raw opens from $100 with spreads from 0.0 pips plus $3.50 per lot per side. Both cap leverage at 1:500 on forex and metals, 1:100 on indices and 1:10 on crypto, with a 50% stop-out level. High leverage of this kind magnifies losses as much as gains.

Funding. Cards, international wire transfers, USDT on the Tron and Ethereum networks, and regional local-payment channels in Malaysian ringgit, Philippine pesos, Indonesian rupiah, Vietnamese dong and Indian rupees. Cards, wires and local channels are stated at zero commission and settle within one working day; local deposits are quoted at around ten minutes. Crypto deposits are instant, and the broker states its crypto commission varies rather than publishing a rate.

Who it suits, and the caveats. The pricing is competitive and the corporate disclosure is unusually candid for an offshore brand, which puts Vanto ahead of many peers on transparency. Against that: the operation is young, the only licence is offshore and low-tier, client money carries no compensation backstop, and the brand is new enough that there is no long withdrawal track record to judge it on. Residents of the United States, Iran and North Korea are refused at signup. Anyone considering it should size positions on the assumption that recourse in a dispute is limited to the broker's own complaints process and the Seychelles authority.
