JustForex is the brand. On justmarkets.com your contract is with Just Global Markets (MU) Limited in Mauritius. Its deposits page promises no fees and withdrawals within a minute. The agreement allows a 5% fee on a withdrawal it judges to be non-trading, and no outer limit on a review. Your profit can be cancelled at the firm's sole discretion, and you get two working days to dispute a trade.

What the documents say

18 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from JustForex's own files

01

If JustMarkets decides you have not traded enough after depositing, it can take 5% of the withdrawal you asked for. Clause 5.3.26 also lets it change that percentage at any time.

Why this matters

Ask for $2,000 and you could receive $1,900. JustMarkets alone decides whether your trading activity was sufficient, and the fee comes off before the payment is sent.

Exhibit 1CriticalHarder than usual5%

In the event that the Client submits withdrawal requests without sufficient trading activity following deposits, or where the Company reasonably determines that the account has been used in a non-trading or abusive manner, the Company reserves the right to apply a Non-Trading Fee equal to 5% of the requested withdrawal amount.
Clause 5.3.26 in Client Agreement
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

What it costsA $2,000 withdrawal with the fee applied pays out $1,900. The $100 goes to JustMarkets, not to a bank or a card scheme.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must give a retail client the costs and charges of a service in good time before they trade. This fee sits in clause 5.3.26, and the deposits page says JustMarkets charges nothing.

JustForex is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 3The same withdrawal can be held for an open ended review and then reduced by the fee.
02

JustMarkets can cancel all the results of your trading, profit included, if it decides your strategy was one of the practices it does not allow. Clause 4.2.1 makes JustMarkets the only judge of that.

In plain words

Negative balance protection is a limit that stops you owing more than you put in. Without it, one fast market move can leave you owing the broker money on top of your deposit.

Remuneration means payments it receives.

Why this matters

The banned list reaches trading in thin markets and high leverage when prices move fast, which is how many people trade the news. JustMarkets can also investigate at any time without giving you any explanation.

Exhibit 2CriticalHarder than usual

The Company reserves the right to revise and/or cancel all results of Client’s trading operations (including any profit, loss, resulting Partner’s Remuneration and Rebate if any), and/or change/decrease the leverage, and/or change/increase the margin requirements, and/or close/suspend/block all of the Client’s Accounts and/or the accounts of another Client(s) which the Company considers to be involved in the above activity in the following cases:
Clause 4.2.2 in Client Agreement
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must treat retail clients fairly and be able to justify cancelling a trade. This clause sets no test a client can check and names no appeal.

JustForex is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 11Sharing an address or a device is itself on the banned list, so one household can trigger the cancellation power.
03

JustMarkets promises your withdrawal in two business days, then clause 5.3.8 lifts that deadline whenever your account is under review. Nothing in the agreement says how long a review may take.

Why this matters

Your money can sit with JustMarkets for as long as it decides it needs to check your trading. You get no date to hold it to, and clause 5.3.24 lets it decline a request for reasons it does not have to list.

Exhibit 3CriticalHarder than usual2 working days

The Company undertakes to complete the funds' withdrawal procedure in the shortest time possible but not later than within 2 (two) business days (excluding non-working days) after the Client’s withdrawal request has been received by the Company.
Clause 5.3.7 in Client Agreement
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must act in a retail client's best interests and pay client money out promptly on request. This agreement sets a two business day target, then removes it for any review it starts.

JustForex is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

04

You get two working days to dispute anything about a trade, counted from the day the problem arose. Clause 9.6 lets JustMarkets refuse a claim that arrives later, and the complaints procedure it points you to never mentions the deadline.

Why this matters

Notice a bad fill a week later and you have no route left. JustMarkets treats its own server log as deciding the dispute, so where the log says nothing your evidence counts as invalid.

Exhibit 4CriticalHarder than usual2 working days

Client’s claims relating to trading operations shall be accepted by the Company in an electronic format within 2 working days from the date on which the dispute arose.
Clause 9.4.1 in Client Agreement
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must handle a retail complaint within set periods and must tell the client about the independent ombudsman they can go to next. This agreement closes a trading claim after two working days.

JustForex is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 12A two day deadline is harder to meet when the terms it comes from are in a language you were never sold in.
05

The client protection page says a negative balance is always set to zero. Clause 4.2.6 lets JustMarkets switch that protection off and take the shortfall out of your other accounts.

Why this matters

If JustMarkets decides your hedging across your own accounts was deliberate, it can ask you to pay the missing amount in within 10 business days. The accounts page invites hedging as a strategy.

Exhibit 5CriticalRarely seen10 working days

In case the Client’s Trading Account reaches a negative balance, this does not imply any debt payments from the Client and cannot be regarded as such. The Company will compensate the Trading Account balance to zero.
Clause 4.10.4 in Client Agreement
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by CySEC or under ESMA rules must give retail CFD clients negative balance protection on a per account basis and cannot bill them beyond the account. This clause allows a demand for more.

JustForex is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingNegative balance protection is normally absolute for a retail client, because that is the point of it. Here it is a promise with a trapdoor: the firm decides your intent, then the protection and the money both go.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 2Both powers turn on the same unilateral judgement about what your trading was for.
06

JustMarkets Ltd pays compensation on a valid complaint only after you sign a legal waiver and a non-disclosure agreement. Its complaints policy also counts how much you have traded as a factor in the amount.

Why this matters

Taking the money means giving up the claim and agreeing to say nothing about it. Proven problems stay out of public view, so the next client cannot learn what happened to you.

Exhibit 6WarningRarely seen

Prior to being granted any compensation, all clients sign a legal waiver and a non-disclosure agreement.
Quoted in Complaints Handling Policy, p.4
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: CySEC (Cyprus), FCA (UK)

Firms licensed by CySEC must handle complaints fairly and point the client to the Financial Ombudsman. This policy makes a waiver and a non-disclosure agreement the price of any compensation, and the same policy does give the ombudsman route.

JustForex is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingIndividual settlements in finance often carry confidentiality. Writing a waiver and a non-disclosure agreement into the published policy, as a condition for every compensated client before any amount is discussed, is a different thing.

Promises in 21 languages, obligations in English only

JustMarkets markets in 21 languages besides English and keeps every legal document in English, where clause 9.11 says the English text wins. Its client protection page promises a negative balance is always set to zero, and clause 4.2.6 lets JustMarkets switch that protection off and ask you for the shortfall.

Language arbitrage1 clause flagged

JustMarkets sells in 21 languages besides English, including Persian, Bengali, Amharic and Urdu. Every legal document is in English, and clause 9.11 says the English text wins over any translation.

Why this matters

The page that persuaded you is in your language and the contract that binds you is not. You still have two working days to dispute a trade, and the English version decides what the rules were.

Exhibit 12WarningHarder than usual21

Where this Agreement is translated into another language, the English text shall prevail over the translated text.

The deposits page says no fees, the agreements set out three

A 5% fee can come off any withdrawal Just Global Markets (MU) Limited decides was not backed by enough trading. Swap-free accounts pay a daily handling fee JustMarkets says cannot be worked out in advance. Both group companies can also reclaim bank and payment provider charges from you at their sole discretion, with no notice first.

Cost disclosure2 clauses flagged

JustMarkets can take back any bank or payment provider fee it paid on your transfers, at its sole discretion and with no notice. Its own cost disclosure for EU clients says no exit costs are charged unless they are disclosed separately.

Why this matters

You cannot work out what moving money in or out really costs, because the amount is whatever a third party charged and you hear about it afterwards. Dispute and chargeback fees are included.

Exhibit 8WarningHarder than usual

The Company reserves the right to reclaim from the Client any and all bank or payment provider fees incurred by the Company in connection with the Client’s payments, at its sole discretion and without prior notification. This includes, but is not limited to, fees related to deposits, withdrawals, disputes, and chargebacks.
Clause 5 in Client Agreement (Terms and Conditions), p.5
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: CySEC (Cyprus), FCA (UK), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by CySEC or the FCA have to disclose costs and charges to a retail client in good time, and the ex-ante disclosure is the document for it. The same firm's client agreement reserves a charge that document does not mention.

JustForex is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

A swap-free account carries a daily handling fee, and JustMarkets says the exact amount cannot be worked out in advance. Its size follows what the firm's own vendors charge the firm.

Why this matters

You are told the account has no overnight interest, then charged a daily amount nobody quotes to you first. Hold a position for a few weeks and that cost stays unknown until it lands.

Exhibit 9WarningHarder than usual

Some charges, such as inactive account fee, are fixed, some vary as per the company's relevant vendor, such as swap-free account order handling fee, and therefore exact amount cannot be determined in advance.
Clause 5 in Client Agreement (Terms and Conditions), p.5
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference
Set against a regulated standard: CySEC (Cyprus), ESMA (EU)

Firms licensed by CySEC must give retail clients a costs and charges disclosure before they trade, with figures in it. This fee is named in that document and no figure is given for it.

JustForex is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 10The fee has no stated amount, and the status it attaches to can be cancelled and billed backwards.

JustMarkets can cancel the results of your trading and judge the case itself

Clause 4.2.2 lets JustMarkets cancel all the results of your trading, profit included, and clause 4.2.1 leaves it the sole judge of which strategies are allowed. The banned list reaches trading in thin markets and high leverage in volatile ones. Swap-free clients can also have unpaid swaps charged back and profits nullified.

Profit at risk1 clause flagged

JustMarkets calls swap-free a goodwill gesture rather than an obligation, and can cancel it for any client at its sole discretion. Where it finds abuse it can charge you the swaps you never paid and cancel your profits.

Why this matters

An account opened on religious grounds can be converted back, with months of overnight charges recovered in one go. Clause 4.4.7 says Islamic status cannot be lost, and clause 4.4.9 lets JustMarkets cancel swap-free for any client anyway.

Exhibit 10WarningHarder than usual

The submission of the Swap-free option is the Company's goodwill and not an obligation. The Company may cancel the Swap-free option for any Client of the Company at its sole discretion without being obliged to provide any explanation or justification by notifying the Client by email in advance.

Rewards can be revoked on suspicion and reinterpreted at will

The Rewards Hub terms let JustMarkets suspend, revoke or adjust any reward where it detects activity it considers abusive, attempted or completed. Trades in periods it labels low liquidity earn no cashback, and it can change that list without notice. Clause 6.6 keeps the final interpretation of the terms with JustMarkets.

Rewards terms1 clause flagged

JustMarkets can suspend, revoke or adjust any reward or cashback where it detects activity it considers abusive, attempted or completed. It also keeps the final say on what the Rewards Hub terms mean.

Why this matters

Cashback you have earned can go on a suspicion you cannot test. Trades in periods JustMarkets labels low liquidity earn nothing, and it can change that list without notice.

Exhibit 15WarningHarder than usual

The Company reserves the right to suspend, revoke, cancel, or adjust any Reward, voucher, cashback amount, or participation eligibility if suspicious or abusive activity is detected whether attempted or completed.

A shared connection, and a contract the website can change

Clause 3.10 lets JustMarkets suspend every client who logs in from the same address or device, and clause 4.2.2 reaches another client's results. Clause 1.6 allows changes to the agreement on five business days notice, and clause 1.8 makes everything on the website part of the contract.

Account control2 clauses flagged

Two people trading from the same home connection or the same phone put both accounts at risk. JustMarkets can suspend everyone involved, and clause 4.2.2 reaches the results on another client's accounts too.

Why this matters

A partner, a flatmate or a parent trading from your wifi is enough to start this. If your explanation does not satisfy JustMarkets, it treats that as your failure to meet your obligations to the firm.

Exhibit 11WarningRarely seen

Clause 3.10 in Client Agreement

Our readingBrokers commonly ban one person from holding several accounts. Reaching into a second client's account and cancelling their results, because the firm considers them connected to you, makes another person's trading answer for yours.

JustMarkets can change the agreement on five business days notice, and anything published on its website or app forms part of that contract. A notice counts as received the moment it appears on the site.

Why this matters

Terms you never saw can bind you, because publishing them is the notice. Trading conditions, charges and limits all sit on pages JustMarkets can edit at any time.

Exhibit 14WarningHarder than usual5 working days

JustMarkets sets the clock on your documents

Clause 3.4 lets JustMarkets decide how long you have to produce identification, then send your deposit back to its origin if you miss it. A deposit of $15,000 or more needs proof of the source of your funds. Identity documents have to stay valid for 30 days after you submit them.

Verification1 clause flagged

JustMarkets decides how long you get to produce identification. Miss that window and it can send your deposit back to where it came from and stop you depositing again.

Why this matters

A deposit of $15,000 or more needs proof of where your money came from. Your ID also has to stay valid for 30 days after you send it, so a passport close to expiry is refused.

Exhibit 13WarningHarder than usual$15000

In case if the necessary documentation has not been provided and verification has not been passed within a defined timeframe, the Company has the right to return any deposited funds back to their origin and restrict certain operations on the Client’s Trading Account(s) including but not limited to further deposits.

Seven idle days are enough to archive an MT5 account

Clause 4.12.1 lets JustMarkets archive an MT5 trading account after seven calendar days of inactivity and move the balance to a wallet. Logging in counts as activity, and getting the account back sits at the firm's discretion. A $5 charge for every 30 days starts once an account has been idle for 150 days.

In plain words

Dormancy means an account left unused.

Dormancy1 clause flagged

Seven calendar days without activity is enough for JustMarkets to archive an MT5 trading account and move the balance into a wallet. Logging in counts as activity, so the clock restarts whenever you visit.

Why this matters

Take a fortnight off without logging in and the account you funded is gone from your terminal. Clause 4.12.6 lets JustMarkets refuse to reopen it at its sole discretion, and a $5 charge starts after 150 idle days.

Exhibit 7WarningRarely seen7 days

the period of inactivity on the Client Trading Account exceeds: - 90 (ninety) calendar days for MetaTrader 4 (MT4) accounts; - 7 (seven) calendar days for MetaTrader 5 (MT5) accounts.
Clause 4.12.1 in Client Agreement
Read from the broker's site on Open the reference

What it costsA $60 balance left on an archived account loses $5 every 30 days once the charge starts. Twelve months of that leaves nothing to withdraw.

Our readingA 90 day dormancy rule is ordinary, and the MT4 rule here matches it. Seven days is a different mechanism: it treats a short break as abandonment, and the money moves with no instruction from you.

Where you sue1 clause flagged

Your contract with Just Global Markets (MU) Limited runs under the law of Mauritius. Clause 10.4 gives the courts there exclusive jurisdiction, wherever you live.

Why this matters

Suing in Mauritius costs more than most retail balances are worth, so the clause usually ends the matter. Most offshore brokers write the same terms, which does not make the trip cheaper.

Who the contract is with

Just Global Markets (MU) Limited

Just Global Markets (MU) Limited is the company behind justmarkets.com: registration 194590 GBC, Ebene, Mauritius, licensed as an investment dealer by the Mauritius FSC under GB22200881. It is not JustMarkets Ltd, the Cyprus company, whose CySEC licence 401/21 carries the EUR 20,000 investor compensation fund and a 1:30 retail leverage cap. Clients the site places in the EU are sent to justmarkets.eu and contract with the Cyprus company instead. Two more group companies hold licences in Seychelles and the British Virgin Islands, and a Cyprus company, GMFT Services Ltd, handles the payments.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

The Cyprus arm publishes more than most brokers do. It puts out an ex-ante costs disclosure with a worked example, an order execution policy, execution reports for 2022 to 2024, five key information documents and five years of audited capital reports. Its leverage policy names the liquidity providers that carry the market risk, Finalto and LMAX, with their FCA reference numbers. A separate document lists every payment institution the firm uses, each with its licence number. Both complaints procedures point you onward to an outside body, the Financial Ombudsman in Cyprus and the FSC in Mauritius. Internal transfers are free, JustMarkets pays the deposit charges, the minimum deposit is $10, and every document carries a month and year version label.

This review covers 18 of the 40 documents in full, including both client agreements, the public deposit and withdrawal policy, the EU costs and charges disclosure, the leverage policy and both complaints procedures. It covers part of the conflicts of interest policy, the investor compensation fund policy and the 2022 capital report. It does not cover 19 documents, among them the introducing broker agreement, the order execution policy, the three privacy policies, the cookies policy, the two client categorisation policies, the five key information documents, the three execution reports and the 2024 and 2025 capital reports. No earlier version of any of these documents is available for comparison. We did not report how deep in each file a clause sits, so the clause numbers are the only guide to where these terms appear.

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document JustForex publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge JustForex on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Oct 17, 2026.

If you represent JustForex and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on JustForex. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
