JustForex Broker Overview
JustForex is the earlier brand of the retail forex and CFD broker that now operates as JustMarkets at . The company behind the global site is Just Global Markets Ltd., registered in Seychelles, while a separate Cyprus company, JustMarkets Ltd, serves clients in the European Union from . The broker has been trading since 2012 and offers MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and its own mobile app, with four account tiers on the global site from a 10 USD minimum deposit and leverage up to 1:3000.
JustForex Regulation and License
The two sites are run by different companies under different rules, and that is the most important thing to understand about this broker. The group holds six authorisations across six jurisdictions, and five of them were confirmed with the relevant authority on 17 October 2026. JustMarkets Ltd holds Cyprus Investment Firm licence 401/21, effective 8 June 2021, which the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission records as covering reception and transmission of orders, execution of orders on behalf of clients, portfolio management and investment advice; the register gives the company as Cyprus registration 361312 and justmarkets.eu as its approved domain. Just Global Markets Ltd. appears on the Seychelles Financial Services Authority's Securities Dealer list under its own name and the website justmarkets.com, and Just Global Markets (MU) Limited holds Mauritian Investment Dealer licence GB22200881, effective 16 February 2023.
The list needs four qualifications. The Seychelles authority publishes no licence number for any firm on its Securities Dealer list, so the number SD088 that the broker quotes is not printed by the regulator, and the entry rests on the company name and the domain instead. Just Global Markets (PTY) Ltd is an authorised financial services provider in South Africa under FSP 51114, which the authority itself confirmed in a published notice rather than on its register, that register being under maintenance at the time of the check; an FSP authorisation is an intermediary permission and does not make that company the counterparty holding client deposits. Just Global Markets (VG) Limited holds British Virgin Islands permission SIBA/L/24/1177, which the register records as arranging deals in investments, narrower than the investment business licence described on the broker's own pages. A sixth entry, a Belize Financial Services Commission registration numbered 60/241/TS/17 from the JustForex era, is no longer advertised and is not part of the group's current authorisations.
Is JustForex Regulated?
Yes, and the licences are real, but which authority matters to a client depends on which company holds the account. A client of JustMarkets Ltd in the European Union deals with a Cyprus Investment Firm operating under the CySEC rulebook, which brings the EU retail rules with it: leverage capped at 1:30 for retail clients, Investor Compensation Fund membership, and the mandatory disclosure that 69.19 percent of retail investor accounts lose money trading CFDs with the provider. A client of the global site deals with Just Global Markets Ltd. in Seychelles, which is confirmed on the Securities Dealer list. That client has none of those EU protections and leverage up to 1:3000. Neither the Seychelles nor the Mauritius regime offers an investor compensation scheme.
Is JustForex Safe?
The answer differs by entity, and regulation on its own does not settle it. Clients of the Cyprus company have the protections that come with a CySEC authorisation, including Investor Compensation Fund cover of up to 20,000 EUR for their aggregate claims; clients of the offshore companies have a confirmed dealing licence behind them but no compensation scheme of any kind. On both sites the broker says client money is held in segregated accounts and that its card processing is PCI DSS certified. The terms that most deserve attention are commercial rather than regulatory: the client agreement for the global site reserves a non-trading fee of 5 percent of a withdrawal, allows the company to revise or cancel the results of trading operations at its own discretion, and gives the courts of Mauritius exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
Just Global Markets Ltd. and the Group Companies
Six companies are recorded for this group, as the broker publishes them. Just Global Markets Ltd., registration number 8427198-1, is the Seychelles company behind the global site, with its registered address given as Office 10, Floor 2, Vairam Building, Providence Industrial Estate, Providence, Mahe; that name and address were confirmed on the Seychelles authority's register at the 17 October 2026 check. JustMarkets Ltd (HE 361312) is the Cyprus investment firm for EU clients, and a second Cyprus company, GMFT Services Ltd (HE 424491), is named in the client agreement as the company that processes payments. Three more are recorded in Mauritius (194590 GBC), the British Virgin Islands (2139756) and South Africa (2020/263432/07), and the Mauritian company is the one named as the contracting party in the client agreement for the global site.
JustForex Account Types
The global site offers four live accounts, all at leverage up to 1:3000 and all able to be converted to swap-free. Standard and Standard Cent both start at 10 USD with spreads from 0.3 pips and no commission, and Standard Cent is held in cents and limited to forex and commodities, which suits a first live account. Pro starts at 200 USD with spreads from 0.1 pips and no commission. Raw Spread also starts at 200 USD, with spreads from 0 pips and a commission of 3 USD per lot per side.
The EU site offers two accounts only, Pro and Raw Spread, each with a 100 EUR minimum initial deposit and the same spread and commission structure, but with leverage of 1:30 for retail clients and 1:100 for professional clients. The EU accounts set no limit on open positions, where the global accounts cap simultaneous positions and orders, and they carry a margin call at 80 percent and a stop out at 50 percent against 40 percent and 20 percent on the global site. Swap-free status on the EU site is available to Muslim clients only and the broker states that an order handling fee applies.
JustForex Spreads, Commissions and Fees
Spreads are variable and start at 0 pips on Raw Spread, 0.1 pips on Pro and 0.3 pips on the two Standard accounts. Raw Spread is the only account that carries a commission, and the client agreement confirms that none is charged on Standard Cent, Standard or Pro, where the client's costs are spreads and swaps. The broker may change commission sizes on two business days' notice.
Two further charges matter. An inactivity fee of 5 USD per 30 calendar days applies from the 151st day without a market order or a non-trading operation, on accounts with a balance above zero. Separately, the Seychelles client agreement allows the company to archive a trading account after 90 days of inactivity on MetaTrader 4 or only 7 calendar days on MetaTrader 5, where a login counts as activity; the balance is moved to the client's personal wallet, the account cannot be accessed, and the broker states that reactivation may be requested but is not guaranteed.
JustForex Leverage
On the global site leverage runs up to 1:3000 on all four accounts, which magnifies losses as much as gains and is a hundred times the cap the same group applies to its own EU retail clients. On the EU site the cap is 1:30 for retail clients and 1:100 for clients classified as professional.
JustForex Trading Platforms
The global site offers MetaTrader 5 and MetaTrader 4, each with Windows and Mac desktop builds, iOS and Android apps and a browser terminal, together with the JustMarkets Trading App for iOS and Android, which handles order management, an economic calendar, funding and live chat in one place. The EU site is narrower: MetaTrader 5 only, on the Cyprus entity's own servers, with the broker's app published in an Android build and no iOS version.
JustForex Deposits and Withdrawals
The global site funds accounts with bank cards, e-wallets (Sticpay and AirTM), cryptocurrency, wire transfer, payment agents and eleven named local rails across Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Africa and Kenya. Minimum deposits there are 10 USD for cards, e-wallets and local payments, 15 USD for cryptocurrency and 100 USD for wire. Card and e-wallet deposits are credited in 5 to 30 minutes, payment agent deposits take up to a business day and wire deposits 1 to 6 banking days. The EU site publishes its own itemised table instead, covering Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, PayPal and bank transfer at 10 EUR per transaction, with bank transfer the only priced channel at a stated 2 EUR. The full list of methods and their per-transaction limits is published inside the client area rather than on the broker's public pages.
Withdrawals are handled manually. The broker states its own side takes 1 to 2 hours and at most 2 bank days, after which e-wallets arrive immediately, local banks take 1 to 2 bank days and cards 3 to 6 bank days, or up to 7 business days where the payment is routed back as a card refund. On the EU site card withdrawals take 4 to 10 bank days.
The broker advertises no fees on deposits or withdrawals, but its contracts qualify that in three ways. The Seychelles client agreement reserves a non-trading fee of 5 percent of the amount requested where a withdrawal follows insufficient trading activity, or where the company judges the account to have been used in a non-trading or abusive manner, deducted before the payment is processed. On wire transfers the client bears any intermediary or correspondent bank charges. On the EU site the company reserves the right to reclaim payment-processor and bank fees from a withdrawal at its own discretion and without prior notice. Money is returned to the source it came from, in the currency of the deposit, each withdrawal is confirmed with a one-time code, and third-party payments are not accepted.
JustForex Support
Support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in English, Indonesian, Malaysian, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese and Arabic. The published channels are live chat, a help centre at , a ticket portal inside the client area with a stated 24 hour response, WhatsApp on +248 2668558, and two phone numbers for English support, +248 4632052 and +230 2158180. Complaints go to compliance@justmarkets.com and are reviewed in up to five business days. The contact page publishes no general support email address.
JustForex Pros and Cons
A choice under one brand between a CySEC-authorised Cyprus company with Investor Compensation Fund cover and an offshore company, with five of the group's six authorisations confirmed with the relevant authority.
A low entry point on the global site at 10 USD, including a cent account for small balances.
MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 on desktop, mobile and browser, plus the broker's own app.
Wide funding coverage on the global site, including local payment rails across Southeast Asia and Africa.
Leverage up to 1:3000 on the global site, which magnifies losses as much as gains.
No investor compensation scheme behind any of the offshore companies, which serve every client outside the European Union.
Two of the authorisations are narrower than the site's own description of them, covering arranging deals or acting as an intermediary rather than dealing as principal.
A no-fees message that the contracts qualify, including a discretionary 5 percent non-trading fee on withdrawals.
An archiving term that can apply after only 7 calendar days of inactivity on MetaTrader 5, with reactivation not guaranteed.
Global clients contract with the Mauritian company, disputes go to the courts of Mauritius, and a claim about a trade must be raised within two working days.
Funding limits for the global site published only inside the client area.
JustForex Review and Assessment
JustForex, now JustMarkets, is a long-established retail broker with a genuinely two-tier structure: a Cyprus investment firm for EU clients under the CySEC rulebook, and offshore companies for everyone else with much higher leverage and none of the EU protections. Which of them a client deals with decides the leverage, the account range, the platform choice, the payment methods and the compensation position, so the first thing to establish is which company the account is opened with, noting that the global site's client agreement is made with the Mauritian company rather than the Seychelles one. Before funding, read that agreement's withdrawal and inactivity clauses: the 5 percent non-trading fee, the pass-through of bank charges on wires, and the 7 day MetaTrader 5 archiving term are the terms most likely to surprise a client who has read only the marketing pages.

How we know — 11 sources
1The refused countries come from the broker's Restricted Jurisdictions clause in the footer of every page of its website: "JustMarkets does not offer and does not provide services to residents and citizens of certain jurisdictions, including Australia, Canada, Japan, India, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and countries subject to international sanctions imposed by regulatory authorities." (https://justmarkets.com/). The identical clause, naming the same six countries including India, appears on the broker's Persian-language site (https://justmarkets.com/fa).
2The broker's help centre states the onboarding rule directly, under the heading "Why Can't I Find My Country on the List?": "JustMarkets doesn't offer or provide services to residents and citizens of certain jurisdictions, including Australia, Canada, the EU, EEA, Japan, the United Kingdom, the United States of America, and countries sanctioned by the EU." (https://get.justmarkets.help/en/articles/739635-how-to-resolve-registration-issues).
3The two statements differ and both are the broker's own: the footer names India and omits the EU and EEA, while the help centre names the EU and EEA and omits India. India is refused because the broker's clause names it as a jurisdiction it does not serve.
4"The EU, EEA" is a region, not a country. The 27 EU member states plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway are therefore likely but unconfirmed refusals, based on that category wording, not on named countries.
5Cyprus stays a likely but unconfirmed refusal, even though the broker operates two Cyprus companies, JustMarkets Ltd (HE 361312), a Cyprus Investment Firm regulated by CySEC under licence number 401/21, and GMFT Services Ltd (HE 424491), described as its EU merchant company (https://justmarkets.com/company/regulations). A company's domicile is not a statement about onboarding, and the broker publishes client agreements for its Seychelles, Mauritius and British Virgin Islands entities only (https://justmarkets.com/legal-documents).
6Both the footer and the help centre also refer to countries under international or EU sanctions, but neither names an individual sanctioned state, so that category adds no country.
7Dependent territories: the United States and Australia are named while their territories are not, so Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, Christmas Island, the Cocos (Keeling) Islands and Norfolk Island fall under their parent's block. The United Kingdom's overseas territories and Crown dependencies are deliberately not expanded: they are separate financial jurisdictions, and the broker itself operates Just Global Markets (VG) Limited from the British Virgin Islands.
8The accepted list is taken from the broker's own account-verification instructions, which state that "JustMarkets provides services for multiple countries" and then set out the accepted identity and proof-of-residence documents country by country for 34 named countries (https://get.justmarkets.help/en/articles/743349-identity-verification and https://get.justmarkets.help/en/articles/727259-residence-verification). India appears in those tables too, but it is still refused, and the contradiction remains.
9No page on the broker's own domains names Iran, and neither its Persian-language home page nor its Persian funding page mentions Iranian currency or local Iranian payment rails (https://justmarkets.com/fa, https://justmarkets.com/fa/trading/deposit-withdrawal), so Iran is neither accepted nor refused. The Persian site is written in Dari-flavoured Persian, and Afghanistan is the first country listed in the verification tables above.
10The registration country selector itself could not be read: the signup flow at https://justmarkets.com/register/trader requires an email address and a captcha before it renders the country-of-residence field, so every conclusion above rests on the broker's published texts rather than on the selector that enforces onboarding.
11The broker publishes no dedicated restricted-countries page. Its website terms (Version April 2026, clause 5, RESTRICTED JURISDICTIONS) say only that it "may restrict user access from certain countries or territories listed from time to time on the Site or in our policies" (https://justmarkets.com/uploads/legal-documents/registration/jm/website-terms-and-conditions.pdf), and the list that clause points to is the footer clause above. The client agreements for all three entities, the anti-money-laundering policy and the risk disclosure name no country at all.

Credit/Debit CardCredit CardGlobal site (justmarkets.com, Just Global Markets Ltd). The broker calls this channel 'bank cards' / 'Visa/Mastercard'. Deposits 5-30 minutes; withdrawals are performed manually by the Finance Department within 1-2 hours, 24/7, with a maximum of up to 2 bank days for the whole process, after which the time to receive funds depends on the card issuer. Deposit fee stated as none by the broker in three of its own places. WITHDRAWAL FEE IS NOT 'FREE': the Seychelles Client Agreement (Version September 2026) lets the Company, at its sole discretion, 'return the funds to the sender, net of any transfer fees, bank charges or other costs incurred by the Company', decline withdrawals via certain payment methods, or require a different method - so the withdrawal fee is left unrecorded rather than zero. Per-channel minimum amounts are not published on any public page (the itemised list sits behind the Personal Area login), so the 10 USD minimums shown are not confirmed.
UPDATE 2026-10-17 (review stage 6). PER-METHOD ARRIVAL TIMES, NEWLY PUBLISHED. Help article 751537 (16 September 2026) states 'Visa/MasterCard: May take 3 to 6 bank days to reach your account'. Article 739753 (16 September 2026) adds that a card withdrawal sent as a Refund rather than a Payout 'may take up to 7 business days' to appear on the card balance, that the Company chooses the routing, and that a withdrawal may be split into several transactions (status 'Partially completed'). The stored processing time is therefore raised from 2 to 7 days: 7 business days is the longest the broker states for this channel. BROKER CONFLICT: article 739753 says 'Most of the withdrawals are processed automatically and instantly', while article 739754, article 751537 and the funding page FAQ all say every withdrawal is performed manually by the Finance Department. NON-TRADING FEE OF 5%: Seychelles Client Agreement clause 5.3.26 reserves a fee 'equal to 5% of the requested withdrawal amount' where a withdrawal follows insufficient trading activity or the account is judged non-trading or abusive; it is deducted from the withdrawal before processing and may be amended at the Company's sole discretion. It is conditional and broker-wide rather than a charge on this channel, so it is not stored in withdrawalFee. Clause 5.3.13/5.3.14: a card deposit must be withdrawn back to that same card until the full initial card deposit is returned, before any other method may be used. Full clause inventory in the funding hand-off note.

E-walletsE-WalletGlobal site (justmarkets.com). The named wallets are Sticpay and AirTM (help centre article 749257, 'What is the minimum deposit for JustMarkets accounts'). Deposits 5-30 minutes; withdrawals processed manually within 1-2 hours, maximum up to 2 bank days for the whole process. Deposit fee stated as none by the broker; the withdrawal fee is left unrecorded because the Seychelles Client Agreement reserves the right to return funds net of transfer fees, bank charges and other costs. Per-channel minimums are visible only after login, so the 10 USD minimums shown are not confirmed.
UPDATE 2026-10-17 (review stage 6). Both wallets re-confirmed on article 749257 (16 September 2026). Help article 751537 (16 September 2026) adds the arrival time: 'E-Wallets: Instant processing after withdrawal completion from our side'. So 2 bank days, the maximum on the broker's side, remains the longest figure it states for this channel. NON-TRADING FEE OF 5%: Seychelles Client Agreement clause 5.3.26 reserves a fee 'equal to 5% of the requested withdrawal amount' where a withdrawal follows insufficient trading activity or the account is judged non-trading or abusive, deducted before processing. Conditional and broker-wide, so not stored in withdrawalFee. Clause 5.3.13: withdrawals are returned pro-rata to the methods deposited from. Full clause inventory in the funding hand-off note.

UPDATE 2026-10-17 (review stage 6). Re-confirmed: article 749257 (16 September 2026) still lists 'Crypto Methods' among the payment methods. It remains the only public mention - the help centre's Payments collection publishes a how-to article for bank cards, payment agents and eleven named local rails, and none for crypto, so no coin, network, fee, limit or channel-specific time is published anywhere public. Full clause inventory in the funding hand-off note.

Local PaymentsOtherGlobal site (justmarkets.com). The broker calls this 'Local Banks, Mobile Money' / 'local payment methods' and publishes a how-to article per rail: DuitNow, FPX, Touch'n'Go and Bank tempatan di Malaysia (Malaysia); Virtual Accounts Indonesia and Bank Lokal Indonesia (Indonesia); Ngan Hang Viet Nam and VietQR (Vietnam); South Africa Local EFT Transfer and CapitecPay (South Africa); MPESA (Kenya). Each rail is country-specific, so availability depends on the client's country. Deposits 5-30 minutes; withdrawals processed manually within 1-2 hours, maximum up to 2 bank days. Per-channel minimums are visible only after login, so the 10 USD minimums shown are not confirmed.
UPDATE 2026-10-17 (review stage 6). All eleven rails re-confirmed in the help centre's Payments collection, which now carries 31 articles. Help article 751537 (16 September 2026) adds the arrival time: 'Local banks: Processing time can take 1 to 2 bank days', on top of the broker-side maximum of 2 bank days. The broker states no combined figure, so 2 days is the longest single figure it publishes. Full clause inventory in the funding hand-off note.

Wire TransferWire TransferGlobal site (justmarkets.com). Wire deposits take 1-6 banking days, against 5-30 minutes for every other channel; the 6 days shown is the upper end. Withdrawals are processed manually within 1-2 hours with a maximum of up to 2 bank days on the broker's side, after which the receiving bank's own time applies. Deposit fee stated as none by the broker; the withdrawal fee is left unrecorded because the Seychelles Client Agreement reserves the right to return funds net of transfer fees, bank charges and other costs. Per-channel minimums are visible only after login, so the 100 USD minimums shown are not confirmed.
UPDATE 2026-10-17 (review stage 6). THE CONTRACT IS SPECIFIC ABOUT THIS CHANNEL AND ONLY THIS ONE. Seychelles Client Agreement clause 5.3.21: the Company 'shall bear all withdrawal-related charges other than those imposed by banks in connection with wire transfers. Any intermediary or correspondent bank fees shall be borne by the Client.' So a wire withdrawal can arrive reduced by correspondent bank charges even though the broker advertises no fee of its own - this is the one channel where the client is contractually on the hook for a transfer cost. Article 739754 (28 August 2026) still gives wire deposits as 1-6 banking days. NON-TRADING FEE OF 5%: clause 5.3.26 reserves a fee 'equal to 5% of the requested withdrawal amount' where a withdrawal follows insufficient trading activity or the account is judged non-trading or abusive, deducted before processing. Conditional and broker-wide, so not stored in withdrawalFee. Full clause inventory in the funding hand-off note.

Payment AgentsOtherGlobal site (justmarkets.com). A channel the stored record did not carry: the broker publishes a dedicated 'How to use Payment Agents' article and lists 'Payment Agent Deposits: Up to 1 business day' in its processing-times article, against 5-30 minutes for its own direct channels. No fee, minimum or maximum is published for this channel, so all four are left unrecorded. Withdrawals follow the general rule - manual processing within 1-2 hours, maximum up to 2 bank days.
UPDATE 2026-10-17 (review stage 6). Re-confirmed: article 752248 is still published in the help centre's Payments collection and article 739754 (28 August 2026) still lists 'Payment Agent Deposits: Up to 1 business day'. Still no fee, minimum or maximum published for this channel. MastercardCredit CardEU site (justmarkets.eu, JustMarkets Ltd, CySEC 401/21), which serves EU clients and publishes its own itemised table - unlike the global site, whose list is login-gated. Currencies EUR, USD, GBP. Minimum deposit 10 EUR per transaction; a separate 100 EUR minimum INITIAL deposit is required to start trading. Deposits 'Rapid', qualified as rapid where the card details are verified and otherwise within 1-2 hours during business hours; withdrawals 4-10 bank days, the figure stored here as the longest the broker states. The table shows a 0% fee, but footnote 2 reserves the right to charge the client, at the Company's discretion and without prior notice, for any bank or payment provider fees the Company pays - including on deposits, withdrawals, disputes and chargebacks, for example where a deposit is rejected for AML reasons or a withdrawal occurs without trading activity - so both fees are left unrecorded rather than zero.
UPDATE 2026-10-17 (review stage 6). Table re-read and unchanged. The EU site also publishes a Deposit & Withdrawal Policy (Public), July 2026, which the earlier record did not cite: it confirms the Company imposes no fee of its own for processing withdrawals but reserves the right to 'reclaim and deduct' payment-processor and bank fees from the withdrawal amount 'at its sole discretion and without prior notification', so both fees stay unrecorded rather than zero. It also requires withdrawal to the original source in a fixed order (card first, up to the amount deposited, then e-wallet, then any remainder to a bank account), in the currency of the original deposit, after full verification, leaving at least twice the used margin on the account. Full inventory in the funding hand-off note.

Bank transferBank TransferEU site (justmarkets.eu, JustMarkets Ltd, CySEC 401/21). Currencies EUR, USD. The highest per-transaction minimum on the EU table at 100 EUR, against 10 EUR for cards and wallets. Deposits 1 day, withdrawals 1-6 bank days, the 6 shown here as the longest stated. THE ONLY PRICED CHANNEL: the Fee column shows 2 EUR for this row where every other row shows 0%. Two caveats: the table's Fee column carries sub-headings for a JustMarkets fee and a payment-provider fee and the page does not make clear which the 2 EUR is, and it publishes a single combined figure rather than splitting deposit from withdrawal, so 2 EUR is shown for both directions. The 2 EUR also contradicts the same page's own FAQ, which says the broker imposes no fees at all.
UPDATE 2026-10-17. Table unchanged, including the 2 EUR and both caveats above - the Fee column still carries the JustMarkets / Payment provider sub-headings without saying which the 2 EUR belongs to, and the page's FAQ still answers 'JustMarkets does not impose any fees on deposits or withdrawals'. The EU Deposit & Withdrawal Policy (Public), July 2026, says the same thing for withdrawals while reserving the right to 'reclaim and deduct' payment-processor and bank fees at the Company's sole discretion and without prior notification. It also requires withdrawal to the original source, in the currency of the original deposit, after full verification, leaving at least twice the used margin on the account, and reserves a right to refuse or cancel a deposit of EUR 10,000 or more in a single transaction or more than ten consecutive deposits.

Trading Platforms
5 trading platforms on record: MetaTrader 5 (justmarkets.com), MetaTrader 5 (justmarkets.eu), MetaTrader 4, Proprietary platform (justmarkets.com) and Proprietary platform (justmarkets.eu).
EU site build for the Cyprus entity (JustMarketsCY servers): Windows and Mac desktop, iOS and Android apps, and the MetaTrader 5 WebTerminal. MT5 is the only third-party platform the EU site offers.
Global site only: Windows and Mac desktop builds published by Just Global Markets, iOS and Android apps, and the MetaTrader 4 WebTerminal. MT4 is not offered on the EU site.
JustMarkets Trading App, the broker's own mobile platform: order management, 1K+ indicators, economic calendar, in-app deposits and withdrawals and live chat. iOS and Android on the global site.
Forex, indices, commodities and shares on the global site, with the range depending on the account. Standard, Pro and Raw Spread cover all four groups, while Standard Cent is limited to forex and commodities, which makes it the narrowest of the four tiers. The EU site is built on contracts for difference over the same ground, and its account pages also name crypto, which the global tiers' own instrument lists do not.
That depends on which company holds the account. The broker states that client money is held in segregated accounts, and clients of the Cyprus company JustMarkets Ltd are additionally covered by the Investor Compensation Fund up to a maximum of 20,000 EUR for their aggregate claims. No equivalent scheme stands behind the Seychelles, Mauritius or British Virgin Islands companies, which between them serve everyone outside the European Union. Segregation and a licence are not the same thing as compensation cover.
Yes on paper, with a condition attached. The client agreement states that where an account reaches a negative balance this does not create any debt and that the company will compensate the balance back to zero. The same agreement reserves the right, where the company deems a client's actions fraudulent or intentional, including hedging exposure across several accounts, to apply measures to that account, so the cover is not unconditional. Both clauses sit in the same document.
Complaints go to the company by email to compliance@justmarkets.com or through the support hub in the client area, and the broker states that it reviews them within five business days. Two time limits in the contract matter: a claim about a trading operation has to be submitted within two working days of the dispute arising, and the company may decline a claim that does not meet that requirement. Clients of the Cyprus company can escalate to the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman, while the global site's agreement sends unresolved disputes to the courts of Mauritius. The EU complaints policy also states that any compensation is paid only after the client signs a legal waiver and a non-disclosure agreement.
Support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in English, Indonesian, Malaysian, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese and Arabic. The channels are live chat on the site, the help centre at get.justmarkets.help, a ticket portal in the client area with a stated 24 hour response, WhatsApp on +248 2668558, and two English-language phone lines, +248 4632052 and +230 2158180. Complaints go to compliance@justmarkets.com and are reviewed within up to five business days. The contact page publishes no general support email address.
Yes, through the separate EU site run by JustMarkets Ltd in Cyprus, which states that it does not provide services to residents of the USA, France, Belgium or countries outside the EU. The terms there differ materially from the global site: two accounts rather than four, MetaTrader 5 only, retail leverage of 1:30, and the mandatory disclosure that 69.19 percent of retail investor accounts lose money trading CFDs with the provider.
Yes. The Seychelles client agreement charges 5 USD per 30 calendar days from the 151st day on which no market order has been opened and no non-trading operation made, on accounts with a balance above zero. A separate term matters more: the company may archive a trading account after 90 days of inactivity on MetaTrader 4, or only 7 calendar days on MetaTrader 5, where even a login counts as activity. An archived account cannot be accessed, its positive balance moves to the client's personal wallet, and the broker states that reactivation may be requested but is not guaranteed.
Yes, as an option on an existing account rather than as a separate account type. On the global site any of the four accounts can be converted by contacting support, and the broker operates two swap-free levels, with swaps not charged on most instruments at the extended level. On the EU site swap-free status is available to Muslim clients only, is applied for in the client area, and the broker states that terms and conditions apply including an order handling fee.
On the global site withdrawals start at 10 USD for cards, e-wallets and local payments, 15 USD for cryptocurrency and 100 USD for wire transfers. The EU site publishes minimum deposit amounts but no minimum withdrawal amounts. Money is returned to the method it was deposited from, in the currency of the deposit, and each withdrawal is confirmed with a one-time code.
The broker advertises no deposit or withdrawal fees, but its contracts reserve three charges. The Seychelles client agreement allows a non-trading fee of 5 percent of the amount requested where a withdrawal follows insufficient trading activity, or where the company judges the account to have been used in a non-trading or abusive manner, deducted before the payment is processed. On wire transfers the client pays any intermediary or correspondent bank charges, and on the EU site the company reserves the right to reclaim payment-processor and bank fees from a withdrawal at its discretion and without prior notice.
Only on the Raw Spread account, where spreads start at 0 pips and the commission is 3 USD per lot per side on the global site, or 3 units of the account's base currency per lot per side on the EU site. Standard, Standard Cent and Pro carry no commission, which the client agreement confirms, leaving spreads and swaps as the trading costs. The broker may change commission sizes on two business days' notice.
MetaTrader 5 and MetaTrader 4 on the global site, each with Windows and Mac desktop builds, iOS and Android apps and a browser terminal, plus the broker's own JustMarkets Trading App for iOS and Android. The EU site is narrower: MetaTrader 5 only, on the Cyprus entity's own servers, with the broker's app published for Android alone.
Four on the global site: Standard and Standard Cent from 10 USD, and Pro and Raw Spread from 200 USD, all at leverage up to 1:3000. Standard Cent is denominated in cents and limited to forex and commodities, which suits a first live account, while Raw Spread is the one priced on commission rather than spread. The EU site offers Pro and Raw Spread only, from a 100 EUR initial deposit, at 1:30 retail leverage.
The brand is run by a group of companies rather than one. The global site is operated by Just Global Markets Ltd., a Seychelles company that publishes the registration number 8427198-1 and an address at Office 10, Floor 2, Vairam Building, Providence Industrial Estate, Providence, Mahe. The Seychelles Financial Services Authority register confirmed that company name and address on 17 October 2026. Clients in the European Union are served by JustMarkets Ltd, a Cyprus company registered as HE 361312, and South African clients by Just Global Markets (PTY) Ltd, registration 2020/263432/07. One detail is easy to miss: the client agreement for the global site is entered into with Just Global Markets (MU) Limited of Mauritius, and that agreement gives the courts of Mauritius exclusive jurisdiction.
Yes. The broker trades as JustMarkets today, at justmarkets.com, and JustForex is the earlier brand name for the same business. The former justforex.biz address now leads into the JustMarkets sites. Email addresses in the older justforex.com form are no longer published anywhere on the current site.
The global site takes bank cards, e-wallets (Sticpay and AirTM), cryptocurrency, wire transfer, payment agents and eleven local rails across Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Africa and Kenya. Minimum deposits there are 10 USD for cards, e-wallets and local payments, 15 USD for cryptocurrency and 100 USD for wire transfers. The EU site has a separate list of its own: Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, PayPal and bank transfer, at 10 EUR per transaction. The broker's full itemised list with per-method limits is published inside the client area rather than on its public pages.
It is mixed, and the differences matter more than the count. Six authorisations sit across six jurisdictions, and five were confirmed with the relevant authority on 17 October 2026. Only the Cyprus Investment Firm licence 401/21 brings EU conduct rules and compensation cover, and only for clients of JustMarkets Ltd. The rest are offshore or narrower than they appear: the Seychelles authority publishes no licence number for any firm on its Securities Dealer list, so the SD088 the broker quotes is not printed by the regulator; the South African permission is an intermediary authorisation rather than a licence to hold deposits; and the British Virgin Islands entry covers arranging deals in investments only. An old Belize registration from the JustForex era is no longer advertised and is not part of the current set.
The broker states that every withdrawal is handled manually by its finance team, usually within 1 to 2 hours and at most 2 bank days on its own side. After that the method decides: e-wallets arrive immediately, local bank transfers take 1 to 2 bank days, and cards take 3 to 6 bank days, or up to 7 business days where the payment is routed back as a card refund. On the EU site card withdrawals take 4 to 10 bank days. One of the broker's own help articles says most withdrawals are instant and automatic, which its other pages contradict.
On the global site it is 10 USD, which opens either a Standard or a Standard Cent account. The Pro and Raw Spread accounts there start at 200 USD. On the EU site both available accounts require a minimum initial deposit of 100 EUR, although a single deposit transaction can be as small as 10 EUR.
Up to 1:3000 on all four accounts on the global site, which magnifies losses as much as gains. Clients of the EU site get 1:30 as retail clients, or 1:100 if they qualify as professional clients.
Yes, and by more than one authority, but which licence covers an account depends on which company holds it. Clients of the EU site contract with JustMarkets Ltd, whose Cyprus Investment Firm licence 401/21 was confirmed on the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission register on 17 October 2026. The global brand runs through Just Global Markets Ltd., confirmed on the Seychelles Financial Services Authority Securities Dealer list at the same check, and Just Global Markets (MU) Limited, whose Mauritian Investment Dealer licence GB22200881 was also confirmed. Two further permissions are narrower than they look: the South African FSP authorisation is an intermediary permission rather than a licence to hold client deposits, and the British Virgin Islands entry covers arranging deals in investments rather than dealing as principal.
