Register says
Currently regulated, limited to arranging deals in investments

Finding

An investment business permission held by Just Global Markets (VG) Limited. The register records the category as Arranging Deals in Investments, which permits arranging rather than acting as counterparty, so it is narrower than the investment business licence described on the broker's site. Client protection: Low. An arranging permission, so it does not cover holding client deposits or dealing as principal.

BVI FSC is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Most Popular Questions

Forex, indices, commodities and shares on the global site, with the range depending on the account. Standard, Pro and Raw Spread cover all four groups, while Standard Cent is limited to forex and commodities, which makes it the narrowest of the four tiers. The EU site is built on contracts for difference over the same ground, and its account pages also name crypto, which the global tiers' own instrument lists do not.

That depends on which company holds the account. The broker states that client money is held in segregated accounts, and clients of the Cyprus company JustMarkets Ltd are additionally covered by the Investor Compensation Fund up to a maximum of 20,000 EUR for their aggregate claims. No equivalent scheme stands behind the Seychelles, Mauritius or British Virgin Islands companies, which between them serve everyone outside the European Union. Segregation and a licence are not the same thing as compensation cover.

Yes on paper, with a condition attached. The client agreement states that where an account reaches a negative balance this does not create any debt and that the company will compensate the balance back to zero. The same agreement reserves the right, where the company deems a client's actions fraudulent or intentional, including hedging exposure across several accounts, to apply measures to that account, so the cover is not unconditional. Both clauses sit in the same document.

Complaints go to the company by email to compliance@justmarkets.com or through the support hub in the client area, and the broker states that it reviews them within five business days. Two time limits in the contract matter: a claim about a trading operation has to be submitted within two working days of the dispute arising, and the company may decline a claim that does not meet that requirement. Clients of the Cyprus company can escalate to the Cyprus Financial Ombudsman, while the global site's agreement sends unresolved disputes to the courts of Mauritius. The EU complaints policy also states that any compensation is paid only after the client signs a legal waiver and a non-disclosure agreement.

Support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, in English, Indonesian, Malaysian, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese and Arabic. The channels are live chat on the site, the help centre at get.justmarkets.help, a ticket portal in the client area with a stated 24 hour response, WhatsApp on +248 2668558, and two English-language phone lines, +248 4632052 and +230 2158180. Complaints go to compliance@justmarkets.com and are reviewed within up to five business days. The contact page publishes no general support email address.

Yes, through the separate EU site run by JustMarkets Ltd in Cyprus, which states that it does not provide services to residents of the USA, France, Belgium or countries outside the EU. The terms there differ materially from the global site: two accounts rather than four, MetaTrader 5 only, retail leverage of 1:30, and the mandatory disclosure that 69.19 percent of retail investor accounts lose money trading CFDs with the provider.

Yes. The Seychelles client agreement charges 5 USD per 30 calendar days from the 151st day on which no market order has been opened and no non-trading operation made, on accounts with a balance above zero. A separate term matters more: the company may archive a trading account after 90 days of inactivity on MetaTrader 4, or only 7 calendar days on MetaTrader 5, where even a login counts as activity. An archived account cannot be accessed, its positive balance moves to the client's personal wallet, and the broker states that reactivation may be requested but is not guaranteed.

Yes, as an option on an existing account rather than as a separate account type. On the global site any of the four accounts can be converted by contacting support, and the broker operates two swap-free levels, with swaps not charged on most instruments at the extended level. On the EU site swap-free status is available to Muslim clients only, is applied for in the client area, and the broker states that terms and conditions apply including an order handling fee.

On the global site withdrawals start at 10 USD for cards, e-wallets and local payments, 15 USD for cryptocurrency and 100 USD for wire transfers. The EU site publishes minimum deposit amounts but no minimum withdrawal amounts. Money is returned to the method it was deposited from, in the currency of the deposit, and each withdrawal is confirmed with a one-time code.

The broker advertises no deposit or withdrawal fees, but its contracts reserve three charges. The Seychelles client agreement allows a non-trading fee of 5 percent of the amount requested where a withdrawal follows insufficient trading activity, or where the company judges the account to have been used in a non-trading or abusive manner, deducted before the payment is processed. On wire transfers the client pays any intermediary or correspondent bank charges, and on the EU site the company reserves the right to reclaim payment-processor and bank fees from a withdrawal at its discretion and without prior notice.

Only on the Raw Spread account, where spreads start at 0 pips and the commission is 3 USD per lot per side on the global site, or 3 units of the account's base currency per lot per side on the EU site. Standard, Standard Cent and Pro carry no commission, which the client agreement confirms, leaving spreads and swaps as the trading costs. The broker may change commission sizes on two business days' notice.

MetaTrader 5 and MetaTrader 4 on the global site, each with Windows and Mac desktop builds, iOS and Android apps and a browser terminal, plus the broker's own JustMarkets Trading App for iOS and Android. The EU site is narrower: MetaTrader 5 only, on the Cyprus entity's own servers, with the broker's app published for Android alone.

Four on the global site: Standard and Standard Cent from 10 USD, and Pro and Raw Spread from 200 USD, all at leverage up to 1:3000. Standard Cent is denominated in cents and limited to forex and commodities, which suits a first live account, while Raw Spread is the one priced on commission rather than spread. The EU site offers Pro and Raw Spread only, from a 100 EUR initial deposit, at 1:30 retail leverage.

The brand is run by a group of companies rather than one. The global site is operated by Just Global Markets Ltd., a Seychelles company that publishes the registration number 8427198-1 and an address at Office 10, Floor 2, Vairam Building, Providence Industrial Estate, Providence, Mahe. The Seychelles Financial Services Authority register confirmed that company name and address on 17 October 2026. Clients in the European Union are served by JustMarkets Ltd, a Cyprus company registered as HE 361312, and South African clients by Just Global Markets (PTY) Ltd, registration 2020/263432/07. One detail is easy to miss: the client agreement for the global site is entered into with Just Global Markets (MU) Limited of Mauritius, and that agreement gives the courts of Mauritius exclusive jurisdiction.

Yes. The broker trades as JustMarkets today, at justmarkets.com, and JustForex is the earlier brand name for the same business. The former justforex.biz address now leads into the JustMarkets sites. Email addresses in the older justforex.com form are no longer published anywhere on the current site.

The global site takes bank cards, e-wallets (Sticpay and AirTM), cryptocurrency, wire transfer, payment agents and eleven local rails across Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, South Africa and Kenya. Minimum deposits there are 10 USD for cards, e-wallets and local payments, 15 USD for cryptocurrency and 100 USD for wire transfers. The EU site has a separate list of its own: Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, PayPal and bank transfer, at 10 EUR per transaction. The broker's full itemised list with per-method limits is published inside the client area rather than on its public pages.

It is mixed, and the differences matter more than the count. Six authorisations sit across six jurisdictions, and five were confirmed with the relevant authority on 17 October 2026. Only the Cyprus Investment Firm licence 401/21 brings EU conduct rules and compensation cover, and only for clients of JustMarkets Ltd. The rest are offshore or narrower than they appear: the Seychelles authority publishes no licence number for any firm on its Securities Dealer list, so the SD088 the broker quotes is not printed by the regulator; the South African permission is an intermediary authorisation rather than a licence to hold deposits; and the British Virgin Islands entry covers arranging deals in investments only. An old Belize registration from the JustForex era is no longer advertised and is not part of the current set.

The broker states that every withdrawal is handled manually by its finance team, usually within 1 to 2 hours and at most 2 bank days on its own side. After that the method decides: e-wallets arrive immediately, local bank transfers take 1 to 2 bank days, and cards take 3 to 6 bank days, or up to 7 business days where the payment is routed back as a card refund. On the EU site card withdrawals take 4 to 10 bank days. One of the broker's own help articles says most withdrawals are instant and automatic, which its other pages contradict.

On the global site it is 10 USD, which opens either a Standard or a Standard Cent account. The Pro and Raw Spread accounts there start at 200 USD. On the EU site both available accounts require a minimum initial deposit of 100 EUR, although a single deposit transaction can be as small as 10 EUR.

Up to 1:3000 on all four accounts on the global site, which magnifies losses as much as gains. Clients of the EU site get 1:30 as retail clients, or 1:100 if they qualify as professional clients.

Yes, and by more than one authority, but which licence covers an account depends on which company holds it. Clients of the EU site contract with JustMarkets Ltd, whose Cyprus Investment Firm licence 401/21 was confirmed on the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission register on 17 October 2026. The global brand runs through Just Global Markets Ltd., confirmed on the Seychelles Financial Services Authority Securities Dealer list at the same check, and Just Global Markets (MU) Limited, whose Mauritian Investment Dealer licence GB22200881 was also confirmed. Two further permissions are narrower than they look: the South African FSP authorisation is an intermediary permission rather than a licence to hold client deposits, and the British Virgin Islands entry covers arranging deals in investments rather than dealing as principal.

Licence SIBA/L/24/1177 was issued by British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission (BVI FSC), the financial authority for British Virgin Islands.
JustForex holds this BVI FSC licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
We located this entry on the BVI FSC register. Note that confirming a register ENTRY is not the same as confirming a live licence — the register’s own wording on this page is what states its current standing.
Wikilix rates BVI FSC tier 3. Supervision is lighter-touch and client protections vary.
Yes, BVI FSC is classed as an offshore regime. That can be a legitimate registration, but it usually means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.
This page links straight to the BVI FSC register. Search it for SIBA/L/24/1177, and for the name JustForex rather than the trading brand.
