Broker Summary

Summary of the broker

Limehouse Markets is the trading name of Limehouse Markets (Global) Limited, a Seychelles company registered in October 2021 under number 8431496-1 and holding Securities Dealer's Licence SD103 from the Financial Services Authority of Seychelles. Its registered office is CT House, Office No. 9A, Providence, Mahe, Seychelles, and it operates through www.limehousesc.com.

The public offering is institutional rather than retail. The site markets liquidity services for CFD trading across FX, indices, commodities, shares and cryptocurrencies, sold through a quote request form rather than an online account opening flow. There is no client portal, no registration page, and no published account tiers, spreads, commissions, leverage limits, minimum deposits, trading platforms or deposit and withdrawal channels. Prospective counterparties are asked to submit a form and are then contacted with a bespoke proposal.

Its risk disclosure states that the firm executes client orders in CFDs on stocks, commodities, cryptocurrencies, indices and currency pairs, and that client money is placed in segregated accounts with credit institutions that may sit inside or outside the European Economic Area. The firm states plainly that it gives no advice or recommendations and is not a financial adviser.

Regulation and its limits. A Seychelles Securities Dealer's Licence is a genuine authorisation, but it is an offshore, light-touch regime: capital requirements are modest, supervision is limited compared with onshore regimes, and there is no statutory investor compensation scheme standing behind client balances. Anyone dealing with the firm carries the counterparty risk directly.

Who it suits. Brokers, prop firms and other institutions shopping for a liquidity provider and able to run their own counterparty due diligence, negotiate written terms and verify segregation arrangements themselves. It is not set up for retail traders, and it publishes none of the pricing detail a retail client would need to compare it with a retail broker.

Caveats. Commercial terms are entirely undisclosed, ownership is not named, the contact page carries an email address on an unrelated domain, and the office address shown there differs from the registered office given in the firm's own legal documents and registry record. The firm states it does not serve the European Economic Area, the USA, or British Columbia in Canada, alongside unspecified other regions.
