WB Invest is the trading name of Legacy Capital Ltd, a Seychelles limited liability company registered under number C8438289 at CT House, Office 9C, Providence, Mahe, Seychelles. The company is licensed by the Seychelles Financial Services Authority as a Securities Dealer under licence number SD229, issued under the Seychelles Securities Act 2007. That is a genuine licence, but it is an offshore, light-touch one: it does not carry the client-money segregation guarantees, negative-balance rules or compensation scheme a trader would get from an onshore regulator in the UK, the EU or Australia.

The broker offers contracts for difference on more than 250 instruments through MetaTrader 5, its only platform, available for Windows, Mac, Android, iOS and as a browser-based WebTrader. The product range covers over 50 forex pairs, 20+ indices, 150+ shares, metals, energies, commodities, treasuries, ETFs and cryptocurrencies. A companion mobile app and a copy-trading service are also promoted.

Accounts. Four tiers are published. CENT opens from $1 in USD-cent denomination with spreads from 1.0 pips and no commission, aimed at beginners. PRIME requires $50, also with spreads from 1.0 pips and no commission. ZERO requires $1,000 and pairs 0.0-pip raw spreads with $8 per lot on forex and metals. VIP ZERO is by enquiry and reduces that to $5 per lot on forex and metals, adding a personal account manager and a one-to-one training session. All accounts advertise leverage up to 1:2000 through a dynamic-leverage model that tightens margin as position size grows, hedging, negative-balance protection, a 20% stop-out and a 100% margin call, with a minimum trade size of 0.01 lots. Account currencies are USD, GBP and JPY.

Funding. The website does not publish a deposits and withdrawals page, a fee schedule or a list of payment channels anywhere on the public site, so no funding methods are recorded here. Prospective clients should establish deposit and withdrawal terms in writing before funding an account.

The company states it does not offer services in the United States or the European Economic Area, and its live registration form accepts residents of only 35 named countries.

Who it suits, and the caveats. The very low entry deposit, cent accounts and 1:2000 leverage make WB Invest accessible to small and inexperienced traders, which is exactly the group most exposed to leverage of that size. The marketing claim of stringent multi-regulation is not supported by the record: there is one offshore licence, not several. A separately advertised $1,000,000 client-funds insurance policy is described only in general terms. Regulation could not be confirmed against the regulator's own register in this review, and the company publishes no founding date, no named directors or officers, and no funding terms. Treat it as an offshore broker: verify everything that matters to you directly with the firm, and size any deposit accordingly.
