Register says
Claimed by the broker but not found on the Mwali authority's published list of authorised brokers, whose entries end in 2024.

Finding

A low-tier offshore business registrar on the island of Mwali (Moheli), Comoros. It is not a recognised financial supervisor, and the Comoros central bank has publicly disavowed the brokerage licences issued under it. Client protection: Little to none. A MISA registration does not give clients segregation guarantees, compensation or effective supervision..

Verification note

Advertised by the broker on its own homepage, About page, Client Agreement, AML policy and Company Information document as an authorisation from the Mwali International Services Authority. The authority publishes no reachable public licence lookup, so the entry could not be confirmed and its permitted scope is stated nowhere: the Client Agreement defines the licensed Investment Services by reference to the Company Information document, and that document lists none.

MISA is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Most Popular Questions

Neither without restriction. The Client Agreement expressly prohibits robots and automated data entry systems unless the company has given prior written consent, and states that transactions completed through them are void. It also defines scalping, meaning opening and closing a position within five minutes, as abusive trading.

Not through the website. The site is four pages and a document library, with no registration form, no client login, no account-opening button and no platform download. Anyone who ends up funding a Lutrixe account will have been routed there by some means other than the public site, which is itself a reason for caution.

Under a year. Lutrixe publishes no founding date anywhere, but every one of the eight legal documents in its library was authored on 28 April 2026, and the operation shows no trading record before 2026. A firm this new has no history of behaviour under stress for a prospective client to judge it by.

One email address, info@lutrixeltd.com, and a web contact form. No telephone number, live chat or business hours are published. Complaints are a separate matter: the complaints procedure states they must go through a complaint form and that the company may not accept them by email or telephone. The form it links to is hosted on lutrixe.com, a different domain from the one publishing the document, and that domain is not currently serving.

That cannot be established. The Client Agreement does commit to holding client money in segregated accounts and grants negative balance protection on a non-discretionary basis. It then adds that the money may sit in an omnibus account pooled with other clients, that the client would hold only an unsecured claim if that institution failed, and that the money may be held outside the European Economic Area. No investor compensation scheme covers Lutrixe clients.

The Client Agreement and the notice repeated in the site footer name the United States, Canada including British Columbia, Australia, Israel, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar and Russia, and exclude the European Economic Area as a whole. The wording also adds 'some other regions' without identifying them, so the full list is not knowable from what the company publishes.

No leverage schedule is published. The highest figure appearing anywhere in the company's own margin document is 1:300, used to illustrate a client setting a maximum leverage, with 1:100 in the other worked example. The margin call level is 100 percent and the stop out level is stated as a range of 20 to 100 percent across all four account tiers.

Lutrixe does not name one. Its documents refer only to a generic trading platform and to software the client downloads, without naming MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader or any proprietary system, and the website carries no download link or web terminal. This is unusual: a broker's platform is normally the first thing it advertises.

The Client Agreement says a withdrawal request is processed the same working day, or the next one if it arrives outside trading hours, provided its conditions are met. Card withdrawals cost 3.5 percent and wire withdrawals a flat 30 in the account currency. A separate 80 EUR fee applies where there has been only one position or no trading at all before the request, and where a client holds open positions the withdrawal is capped at 80 percent of the balance.

Three channels are published: debit and credit cards, wire transfer, and unnamed eWallets. Cash and cryptocurrency deposits are refused under the AML policy. Deposits carry no fee and are credited within one business day of clearing. Withdrawals must be returned to the account the money originally came from, and third party payments are not accepted.

Yes, and it is severe by industry standards. The monthly charge starts at 150 EUR once an account has gone one month without a deposit, withdrawal or trade, rising to 200 EUR after two months and 625 EUR after six. After twelve months the account is classed as dormant and the fee becomes 1,000 EUR per month, with a further 2,000 EUR payable to reactivate it.

The cost cannot be established before opening an account. Lutrixe charges no dealing commission, so the trading cost is the spread, and the spread is not published anywhere on the site: the fee schedule states the value is visible only inside the platform. Overnight swap applies to positions held open, charged three times on Wednesdays.

Lutrixe does not publish one. The Client Agreement says only that the trading account is activated when the client deposits the initial margin, in an amount set by the company at its own discretion and varying by account type. No figure appears for any of the four tiers.

There is no evidence that Lutrixe has defrauded anyone, and it should not be called a scam on the record available. It should be treated as unverified: its regulatory claim is unconfirmed, its operating company cannot be found on a public register, and the site publishes no way to open an account. Those are reasons to withhold money, not proof of fraud.

The brand is owned and operated by Lutrixe Ltd, which gives its registration number as HY00426494 on Mwali (Moheli) island in the Comoros, at P.B. 1257 Bonovo Road, Fomboni. No director, officer or shareholder is named anywhere on the site or in any of its documents, and the registration number could not be matched to an entry on any public company record.

Not confirmably. Lutrixe Ltd states on its website and throughout its legal documents that it is authorised and regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority under licence number BFX2026031, but that licence is claimed rather than confirmed: it could not be found on a public register. No licence from any onshore regulator is claimed or held.

Licence BFX2026031 was issued by Moroni International Services Authority (MISA), the financial authority for Comoros.
Lutrixe holds this MISA licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
No. This licence is no longer in force, or the MISA register did not carry it when we looked. It is kept on record because a closed registration is part of a firm’s history.
Wikilix rates MISA tier 4, the lowest band. A registration here says little on its own about client protection.
Yes, MISA is classed as an offshore regime. That can be a legitimate registration, but it usually means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.
