The listed holder is that company rather than the M4Markets brand, and the entry ties the two together through the trade name and the website https://www.m4markets.com. The licence reference SD035 does not appear there, because the FSA prints no licence numbers on this list.
The FSA is mandated by the Financial Services Authority Act 2013 to supervise, regulate and monitor non-bank financial services business carried on in or from within Seychelles. Its Capital Markets register lists Securities Dealers separately from representatives, investment advisors, exchanges and clearing agencies, and it describes no permitted activities against an individual entry.
On this register, presence on the list is the only published sign that a licence is held, so the entry shows standing as at this check on 6 November 2026 and says nothing about any later date.
