Independent safety report

Is MIDTOU a scam?

High risk (unverified)MEDIUM confidence
Licensed broker with unauthorised-trading complaints

No. MIDTOU is not a fake or cloned broker, and we found no evidence of fraud in the legal sense: no regulator warning, no enforcement action and no fraud conviction naming PT. Midtou Aryacom Futures. It has held a real Indonesian futures brokerage licence since 2005. We still publish a 43% risk score, because the problem here is conduct rather than identity.

  • Licence 820/BAPPEBTI/SI/10/2005 and alternative-trading approval 1143/BAPPEBTI/SP/3/2007 both appear on Bappebti's own register, which records www.midtou.com, support@midtou.com and the UOB Plaza office as this firm's own details. Client funds sit in segregated accounts at five Indonesian banks, listed on that same register.
  • Indonesia's state Ombudsman named the company in January 2024 as one of six futures brokers behind 29 public complaints filed between 2021 and 2024.
  • Clients in 2016, 2020 and 2022 describe the same mechanism: the main trading account was operated by the firm's own sales staff, and the capital did not come back.
  • One public account from October 2020 is very specific: Rp 600 million deposited in August 2020, roughly Rp 50 million left three months later, under a promotion requiring 5,000 lots in six months.
  • The information-security certificate the homepage displays under its legality heading is marked suspended by the body that issued it.

Regulation

4/10 · Moderate

Genuine onshore Bappebti broker licence and alternative-trading approval verified on the regulator's register with matching domain and contacts, plus segregated client accounts at five banks; marked down because the national Ombudsman found this supervisor neglects enforcement and delivers no restitution, and there is no compensation scheme.

Identity & transparency

2/10 · Low

Entity, address, phone, email, director, 21 licensed representatives and client bank accounts all published and all matching the regulator's own record of a real staffed office in central Jakarta.

Withdrawals & conduct

7/10 · High

Fund-integrity pattern meeting three of four tests: the same mechanism of staff-operated accounts and unreturned capital described by independent complainants in 2016, 2020 and 2022 with checkable amounts and names, though spread over a decade and never adjudicated against the company.

Reputation

6/10 · High

Named by Indonesia's state Ombudsman among six problem futures brokers, with critical local news coverage and a detailed forum warning, and almost no positive client review base anywhere to offset it.

Website claims

5/10 · Moderate

Licence claims are accurate and come with working verification links, but the homepage asserts it is the largest official broker in Indonesia without support, promises same-day withdrawal, displays a certificate the issuer lists as suspended, and disclaims all responsibility for staff misuse of client logins.

Operational history

2/10 · Low

Roughly 21 years of continuous operation under one brand, entity and domain, corroborated by an October 2005 licence record and a December 2005 domain registration that match the stated 2005 founding.

  • Brand: MIDTOU
  • Legal entity: PT. Midtou Aryacom Futures (company code MAF)
  • Registered: UOB Plaza Thamrin Nine, 41st floor, Jl. M.H. Thamrin Kav. 8-10, Jakarta Pusat 10230, Indonesia, as recorded on Bappebti's register
  • Website: www.midtou.com, with the trading platform at client.midtou.com and an English mirror at midtou.org
  • Licences: Bappebti futures broker licence 820/BAPPEBTI/SI/10/2005 and Bappebti alternative trading system approval 1143/BAPPEBTI/SP/3/2007; member of the Indonesia Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (084/SPKB/ICDX/DIR/II/2013) and Indonesia Clearing House (060/SPKK/ICH-MAF/VII/2017)
  • Client money: segregated accounts at BCA, CIMB Niaga, Bank Mandiri, BNI and China Construction Bank Indonesia, in rupiah and US dollars
  • Offers: margin trading in commodities (gold, crude oil, palm oil, tin), foreign exchange and stock index contracts on MetaTrader 4, with a reported minimum deposit of IDR 5,000,000
  • Not accepted: the company states it operates only in Indonesia and has no representatives or brokers abroad
  • Age: founded 1 July 2005 on its own account; the regulator's licence record dates from October 2005 and the midtou.com domain from 14 December 2005, so the 2005 start checks out
  • Leadership: Okky Mara Utama signs as Direktur Utama; Bappebti lists 21 individually licensed broker representatives for the firm

Proof found

Proof of regulation on an official register: Yes

We confirmed this broker on a genuine regulator’s register.

Licences the broker publishes

BAPPEBTI (Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi)

VerifiedTier 2
The Indonesian government's commodity futures regulator, under the Ministry of Trade. This is the futures brokerage business licence that permits the company to act as a broker for clients on an Indonesian futures exchange, and it requires client funds to be held in segregated accounts at approved Indonesian banks.
Protection: Real onshore supervision with mandatory segregated client accounts, published on the register. There is no investor compensation scheme, and Indonesia's state Ombudsman concluded in April 2024 that this regulator delayed complaint handling and neglected its investigative powers, so practical redress after a loss is weak.

ICDX (Indonesia Commodity and Derivatives Exchange)

VerifiedTier 3Limited relevance
Membership of the regulated Indonesian exchange on which the broker's contracts are traded. It is market access within the Bappebti framework and carries exchange rules and a mediation route for disputes, but it is not a separate licence to hold client money.
Protection: Gives access to a regulated market and an exchange mediation stage in a dispute. It does not supervise the broker's sales conduct and does not guarantee your funds.Official register

ICH (Indonesia Clearing House)

VerifiedNot a forex licenceLimited relevance
Membership of the clearing house that clears and guarantees trades on the exchange. This is market infrastructure, not financial regulation of the broker, and it is not a trading licence.
Protection: Clearing and settlement of exchange trades. It is not a licence, it does not supervise how accounts are sold or operated, and it offers no protection against losses in your account.Official register

TSI Certification (certificate ISMS24132)

Suspended on the certifier's own recordNot a forex licence
An information-security management certification issued by a private certification body. It is displayed on the homepage under the legality heading beside the genuine licences, but it is not financial regulation of any kind and says nothing about how client money is handled.
Protection: None in financial terms. The certifier's own record for this certificate shows the client status as suspended, so it should not be read as a current credential either.Official register
Found by our investigation (1) — the broker does not list these on its own site

BAPPEBTI (Sistem Perdagangan Alternatif approval)

Found by us — not listed by the broker

VerifiedTier 2
The separate Bappebti approval for the Alternative Trading System, which is the permission that lets an Indonesian futures broker offer margin foreign exchange, stock index and other over-the-counter derivative contracts to retail clients. It appears on the regulator's register next to the main licence.
Protection: Same onshore framework and segregated-account requirement as the main licence. This is the permission covering the products most of the client complaints relate to, and the Ombudsman specifically identified this activity as the area needing stronger supervision.

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

Two things are true at once, and the score sits between them. The company is exactly who it says it is, and a decade of client accounts describe the same way of losing money.

  • The regulation is real and it checks out completely. Bappebti, the Indonesian government's commodity futures regulator, lists PT. Midtou Aryacom Futures with licence 820/BAPPEBTI/SI/10/2005, the website www.midtou.com, the email support@midtou.com, the phone number on the site and the UOB Plaza address. Name, domain and contacts all match, so this is not a clone and the licence is not borrowed from another firm. The Indonesia Commodity and Derivatives Exchange and Indonesia Clearing House each publish the same licence and membership numbers on their own member pages.
  • Client money is held under a segregation regime. Bappebti's register names eight separate client accounts at five Indonesian banks. That is a far stronger arrangement than the offshore shells and crypto wallets we normally see behind complaint patterns like this one.
  • The state Ombudsman has named the company. On 26 January 2024 Ombudsman member Yeka Hendra Fatika listed PT Midtou Aryacom Futures first among six futures brokers covered by 29 public complaints received between 2021 and 2024. The Rp 68 billion total that accompanies that figure is the combined total for all six firms, not this one, and the Ombudsman has published no per-broker breakdown.
  • Independent complainants describe one mechanism, repeatedly. Fabian Buddy Pascoal sued the company at the Central Jakarta District Court on 29 January 2016, alleging that client identification and order-taking procedures breached the futures rules and that the firm's people promised unreasonable profits and transacted without his orders. A Kaskus poster in October 2020 said Rp 600 million deposited in August 2020 had fallen to about Rp 50 million by late October under a promotion requiring 5,000 settled lots in six months, with the risk-disclosure papers arriving after the transfer. A client named Mulyadi said in 2022 that he held only a monitoring account while the main account was operated by a sales employee, and that his capital was never replaced. Different years, different branches, different platforms, one failure.
  • The Ombudsman's final report describes that same mechanism as a sector pattern. Its 1 April 2024 findings list client accounts being registered by the broker only after the client had transferred money, mandate and risk documents treated as a formality, demo accounts completed by marketing staff rather than the client, and an offset-by-system mechanism never clearly explained. It concluded that Bappebti committed maladministration by neglecting its investigative duty, and that none of the complaints reached an investigation; the brokers received written warnings only.
  • The company shifts this risk onto the client in writing. Its homepage warns clients never to give their trading login and password to MAF staff and states that if they do, any misuse is entirely the client's own responsibility. Read against the complaints, that notice acknowledges the practice while disclaiming the consequences.
  • One advertised credential is not current. The homepage shows certificate ISMS24132 under its legality heading. The certifying body's own page for that certificate prints the client status as suspended.
  • What is absent matters too. There is no regulator warning naming this firm or its domain, no licence suspension or revocation, no fabricated or borrowed licence number, and no criminal conviction of the company. Bappebti has frozen a peer broker's operations, so it does use that power; it has not used it here. In the one recent criminal case where the company's name appears, the October 2026 KSPPS MSI judgment in Magetan, the convicted parties were cooperative officials who traded embezzled member savings at this broker and at another; the broker was the venue, not a defendant.
  • Why the score is 43% and not higher. The complaint pattern meets three of the four tests we apply: one consistent mechanism, several genuinely independent sources, and checkable detail including amounts, dates and named people. It is not clustered in time, it is spread thinly across ten years, and nothing in it is adjudicated against the company. The 2016 suit was dismissed as premature because the client had not exhausted the complaint, negotiation and mediation stages first, which is a procedural ruling and not a finding that the allegations were false.
  • One limit on the figures. Indonesia's company registry publishes no free public search, so the incorporation deed could not be dated directly. The 2005 start rests on the regulator's October 2005 licence record and the December 2005 domain registration, which agree with each other and with the company's own stated founding date.

Note on operating history: the 20.8-year track record rests on domain registration alone. No company incorporation date could be established, so this is an upper bound rather than a confirmed age.

  • E1Bappebti, the Indonesian commodity futures regulator, lists PT. MIDTOU ARYACOM FUTURES with business licence 820/BAPPEBTI/SI/10/2005, alternative trading approval 1143/BAPPEBTI/SP/3/2007, the UOB Plaza Thamrin Nine address, phone (021) 29932111, email support@midtou.com and website www.midtou.com. Name, domain and contacts all match the operation we examined, so the licence belongs to this firm and not to another company.

  • E2The same register lists eight segregated client accounts in the company's name at BCA, China Construction Bank Indonesia, CIMB Niaga, Bank Mandiri and BNI, in rupiah and US dollars, plus 21 individually licensed broker representatives. Client money is held under a published segregation regime rather than in an offshore or personal account.

  • E3The Indonesia Commodity and Derivatives Exchange publishes a member page for Midtou Aryacom Futures, PT, company code MAF, repeating Bappebti licence 820/BAPPEBTI/SI/10/2005, exchange membership 084/SPKB/ICDX/DIR/II/2013, clearing membership 060/SPKK/ICH-MAF/VII/2017, the UOB Plaza address and the website midtou.com.

  • E4Indonesia Clearing House publishes a matching member page for Midtou Aryacom Futures, PT with the same licence and membership numbers, address, phone, email and website, giving a third independent institutional confirmation of the firm's identity and standing.

  • E5The midtou.com domain was registered on 14 December 2005 through an Indonesian registrar and runs on the company's own nameservers. Together with the October 2005 licence record this corroborates the stated founding on 1 July 2005, so the advertised history is genuine and there is no age misrepresentation.

  • E6Ombudsman member Yeka Hendra Fatika named PT Midtou Aryacom Futures first among six futures brokers covered by 29 public complaints received between 2021 and 2024, and described the methods as unrealistic profit promises, unclear marketing personnel, false claims of government oversight and managing client accounts without authorisation. The Rp 68 billion figure reported alongside is the combined total for all six firms, not for this one.

  • E7The Ombudsman's completed examination, press release 016/HM.01/IV/2024 of 1 April 2024, found Bappebti committed maladministration by neglecting its investigative duty and delaying complaint handling, covering 15 complainants with Rp 8.1 billion of losses. It documented six methods: misleading information and fixed-income promises, clients registered by the broker only after transferring funds, losses through an offset-by-system mechanism never explained, mandate and risk documents treated as a formality, demo accounts completed by marketing staff, and margin transferred before clients were registered. None of the complaints reached investigation and the brokers received written warnings only.

  • E8A detailed public account dated 30 October 2020 states that Rp 600,000,000 was deposited in August 2020 under a promotion offering a car for 5,000 settled lots in six months, and that about Rp 50,000,000 remained three months later. It alleges marketing staff were not licensed representatives, transactions were made without the written authorisation the rules require, risk-disclosure papers arrived after the transfer, and the lot target would generate roughly Rp 3.3 billion in commission for the firm against a car worth Rp 550 million.

  • E9A client reported in July 2022 that he held only a monitoring account while his main trading account was operated by a sales employee, and that a branch head had given written authorisation for that arrangement. The company's answer was that it never uses client main accounts and that anything else falls outside its responsibility; the sales employee was dismissed.

  • E10The same client, named as Mulyadi, said in October 2022 that months of meetings had produced no return of his capital and that the complaints staff stopped responding, and that he would take legal action if ignored. This is the same complainant as the July report rather than an additional one.

  • E11An academic case study of Fabian Buddy Pascoal against PT Midtou Aryacom Futures, filed at the Central Jakarta District Court on 29 January 2016, records allegations of client due-diligence and order-taking procedures that breached the futures rules, misleading information, unreasonable profit promises and unauthorised transaction management by the broker's representatives. The claim was declared inadmissible as premature because the client had not first used the complaint, negotiation and exchange mediation stages, so it is a procedural dismissal and not a ruling on the merits.

  • E12The company's homepage warns clients that giving their trading login and password to MAF employees is strictly forbidden and that any misuse is then entirely the client's own responsibility. Set against the complaint record, the notice acknowledges that staff do obtain client credentials while placing the consequences on the client.

  • E13The certifier's own page for certificate ISMS24132 in the name of PT MIDTOU ARYACOM FUTURES prints the client status as suspended, while the broker's homepage continues to display that certificate under its legality heading alongside its genuine licences. It is an information-security certification and not a financial licence, so it says nothing about regulation, but it is advertised as current when the issuer does not treat it as current.

  • E14The company states on its own legal page that it is a member of the ICDX exchange and ICH clearing house and publishes a complaints unit with a dedicated phone number and email, directing clients to the regulator's complaint portal. It also disavows any affiliation with Midtou Global Finance, Midtou Financial, OTM Trade, OTM FX and OTM Ventures, and states it operates only in Indonesia with no representatives abroad.

  • E15The client portal at client.midtou.com is live and offers an ordinary registration form for a free demo account with 10,000 US dollars of virtual funds, with a captcha and terms acceptance. There is no pressure funnel, no countdown bonus and no crypto wallet; deposits run through the segregated bank accounts on the regulator's register.

  • E16The company's LinkedIn page gives its website as midtou.com, its headquarters as Central Jakarta, its founding as 2005 and its size as 501 to 1,000 employees, consistent with the branch network and the regulator's record of a real office and 21 licensed representatives.

  • E17In the KSPPS MSI cooperative case decided at Magetan in October 2026, two cooperative officials were sentenced to ten and nine years for embezzlement and money laundering after using Rp 4.61 billion of member savings to trade at PT Equityworld Futures and PT Midtou Aryacom Futures through personal and spousal accounts. The brokers were the trading venue and were not defendants, so this is context on source-of-funds checks rather than a finding against this firm.

  • E18A sweep of the international warning and alert lists, including the IOSCO, FCA, ASIC and CFTC resources, returned no entry naming MIDTOU, PT Midtou Aryacom Futures or midtou.com as of October 2026. The licence also appears on Bappebti's register as current, with no suspension or revocation, while the same regulator has frozen a peer broker's operations.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

The case for this broker is stronger than most firms that attract this volume of complaint, and it deserves stating plainly.

  • Every licence and membership number on the website is genuine and independently verifiable, and the company publishes working links straight to the regulator, the exchange and the clearing house. Most brokers do not.
  • Twenty-one years under one brand, one legal entity and one domain, with no rebrand, no predecessor name and no warning-list history anywhere in that period.
  • A real, staffed office at the address the regulator holds on file, in a prime central Jakarta tower, with a branch network and several hundred employees. This is an operating business, not a web front.
  • Client funds are required to sit in segregated accounts at five named Indonesian banks, and those account numbers are published on the regulator's register where anyone can check them against a payment instruction.
  • A real MetaTrader 4 server in Indonesia, bank payment rails rather than crypto, a free demo account and an ordinary signup form with no pressure devices.
  • A dedicated client complaints unit with its own phone number and email address, and the website points clients to the regulator's own online complaint portal rather than away from it.
  • The company publicly disavows five lookalike operations trading on its name and warns clients about impersonation, which is what a firm does when its brand is being abused rather than when it is the abuser.
  • In the 2022 case the company engaged: it met the client, and it dismissed the sales representative involved. Its position is that it never uses client main accounts and that staff who do so act outside the company.
  • Losses on margin commodity and currency contracts are normal and often total, even at well-run brokers. Some share of these complaints will be ordinary trading losses retold as fraud, and the Ombudsman itself noted that complainants lacked adequate knowledge of what they were buying.
  • Almost every large licensed Indonesian futures broker appears in the same Ombudsman complaint set. Scoring this firm for the failings of an entire regulated sector, or for its regulator's weak redress record, would be unfair, and we have tried to separate the two.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

Specific, checkable things would move this score in either direction.

  • Lower it: evidence that the 2016, 2020 and 2022 complaints were resolved, refunded or arbitrated in the clients' favour, or a Bappebti decision clearing the firm on them.
  • Lower it: a durable, independent review base from real clients reporting that withdrawals are paid as advertised. At present there is almost no positive footprint of any kind to set against the complaints.
  • Lower it: published evidence that the company has stopped sales staff from operating client accounts, for example a client-facing policy, an audit, or confirmation that Bappebti's corrective actions have been implemented at this firm.
  • Lower it: reinstatement of the suspended ISMS24132 certificate, or its removal from the legality section of the homepage.
  • Raise it: any Bappebti sanction naming this company, in particular a business restriction, a freeze or a licence revocation.
  • Raise it: a criminal investigation or indictment of the company or its officers arising from the Ombudsman's corrective action, which asked for an independent team working with the police and the Attorney General's Office.
  • Raise it: fresh complaints from 2025 or 2026 showing the pattern is current rather than historic, or any credible report of a demand for an extra payment before funds are released.
  • Raise it sharply: a warning notice naming midtou.com from any regulator, or evidence that withdrawals of intact balances are being refused.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

13 questions
Is MIDTOU a scam?

No, not in the sense of a fake brokerage. PT. Midtou Aryacom Futures holds a genuine Indonesian futures brokerage licence recorded on Bappebti's own register, which lists midtou.com as the firm's website. The real risk is conduct: several clients across 2016, 2020 and 2022 said the company's sales staff operated their trading accounts and their capital was never returned.

Is MIDTOU a fraud?

No court or regulator has found this company guilty of fraud, and we found no fraud conviction, enforcement action or regulator warning naming it. What exists is a complaint record. Indonesia's state Ombudsman named the firm in January 2024 among six brokers subject to 29 public complaints, and asked Bappebti to open criminal investigations into the methods it documented across the sector.

Is MIDTOU regulated?

Yes. It holds Bappebti futures broker licence 820/BAPPEBTI/SI/10/2005 and alternative trading system approval 1143/BAPPEBTI/SP/3/2007. Bappebti is the Indonesian government's commodity futures regulator. The firm is also a member of the Indonesia Commodity and Derivatives Exchange and Indonesia Clearing House, and all three bodies publish its entry.

Can I withdraw my money from MIDTOU?

We found no reports of the company refusing to pay out an intact balance, and it advertises same-day withdrawal. The complaints we read are different in kind: clients say the balance itself was traded away by staff before they could withdraw it. Withdraw to your own bank account and keep written records of every instruction.

Is my money safe with MIDTOU?

Deposits must be held in segregated client accounts, and Bappebti's register names eight such accounts at five Indonesian banks. That protects your money from the company's own finances, but it does not protect you from trading losses, and Indonesia has no investor compensation scheme for this product. Margin commodity and currency trading can lose the entire deposit.

Who owns MIDTOU?

The operating company is PT. Midtou Aryacom Futures, an Indonesian company based at UOB Plaza Thamrin Nine in central Jakarta. Okky Mara Utama signs company notices as Direktur Utama. Bappebti lists 21 individually licensed broker representatives for the firm. Full shareholder detail is not published, because Indonesia's company registry has no free public search.

How old is MIDTOU?

About 21 years. The company states it was founded on 1 July 2005, its Bappebti licence dates from October 2005 and the midtou.com domain was registered on 14 December 2005. Those three dates agree, so unlike many brokers its stated history is genuine rather than advertising.

Is MIDTOU a clone of another broker?

No. We ran the clone check and it passed on every point: the name, the website and the contact details on Bappebti's register all match the site we examined. The reverse is happening instead. The company publicly disavows five lookalike operations using its name, including Midtou Global Finance, Midtou Financial, OTM Trade, OTM FX and OTM Ventures, and says it has no representatives outside Indonesia.

What do clients complain about?

One thing, consistently. Clients say they held only a monitoring account while the main account was traded by a sales employee, that account papers and risk disclosures were handled after their money had already been transferred, and that volume-linked promotions generated large commissions as the balance fell. One 2020 account describes Rp 600 million falling to about Rp 50 million in three months.

Has a regulator sanctioned MIDTOU?

We found no published Bappebti sanction naming this company, and its licence is neither suspended nor revoked. Bappebti has frozen another broker's operations, so it does use that power. The Ombudsman's criticism in 2024 was aimed at Bappebti, which it said handled complaints too slowly and issued written warnings instead of pursuing criminal investigations.

Why does this report show 43% risk if the broker is licensed?

Because a licence answers who the firm is, not how it behaves. The regulation and the corporate identity score well here. The score is carried up by a fund-integrity complaint pattern running from 2016 to 2024, the state Ombudsman naming the company, and the near-total absence of positive client reviews to set against those complaints.

What should I check before depositing with MIDTOU?

Open Bappebti's register entry for licence 820 and compare the website, email and address with what you were sent. Pay only a segregated account named on that register, in the company's name. Complete the demo account yourself, read the mandate and risk documents before transferring, and never hand your login, password or a trading authorisation to any employee.

What do I do if I have lost money with MIDTOU?

Gather your statements, order confirmations and messages, then complain in writing to the company's complaints unit on 021-29937308 or pengaduannasabah@midtou.com, and file through Bappebti's online complaint portal. Follow the stages in order: complaint, negotiation with the broker, then exchange mediation. A 2016 lawsuit against the company was dismissed as premature precisely because those steps had been skipped.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

Treat this as a licensed but high-risk broker, and handle the account-control risk directly.

  • Verify the firm yourself before paying anything: open Bappebti's register entry for licence 820 and check the website, email and office address against whatever you were sent.
  • Transfer only to a segregated company account listed on that register, in the company's name. Never pay a staff member's personal account, and never pay an account that does not appear there.
  • Never give your trading login or password to any employee, and never sign a written authorisation letting someone trade your account. The complaints we read all run through exactly that step, and the company's own notice says the consequences will be yours alone.
  • Open and complete the demo account yourself, and read the risk-disclosure and mandate documents before you transfer money, not after. Walk away if an account is opened for you or if the papers follow the payment.
  • Treat promises of fixed income, guaranteed safety, specific profit per transaction, or a car or gadget for hitting a lot target as the warning sign they are. A 5,000-lot target generates commission for the firm whatever happens to your balance.
  • Size any deposit as money you can lose entirely. Margin commodity and currency contracts are high-risk, and there is no investor compensation scheme behind this licence.
  • If you are already in dispute, keep every statement, order confirmation and chat message, complain in writing to the firm's complaints unit, and file through Bappebti's online complaint portal. The Ombudsman's findings make clear that the sequence of complaint, negotiation and exchange mediation matters: the 2016 lawsuit failed because it skipped those stages.

This is an independent assessment of risk, not a legal ruling. Scores and verdicts follow the Wikilix broker-safety methodology and can change as new evidence appears.
