Miles Capital asks you to accept a Customer Agreement it does not publish. Nine policies are online, and the one that governs the account is not among them. MILES CAPITAL Broker Overview
MILES CAPITAL is the trading brand of Miles Capital Limited, a Mauritius registered company that has been offering retail forex and CFD trading since 2023. The broker runs one platform, MetaTrader 5, in desktop and mobile builds, and opens live accounts from 50 USD across three tiers. Spreads are variable, swap free trading is offered, and the market range covers 55 currency pairs alongside commodities, metals, shares and indices.
Two points stand out. The only regulatory claim on the site is unconfirmed, and the site is inconsistent with itself in places that matter to a client: the restricted regions notice is published in three different versions across the broker's own pages, and its registration form accepts residents of several countries those notices say it does not serve.
MILES CAPITAL Regulation and License
The footer of states that Miles Capital Limited is regulated under the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius, and prints licence number GB22201008 and company number 194281 in the same sentence. WIKILIX has not confirmed that licence, so it is carried as a claim, and MILES CAPITAL is listed on this page as an unregulated broker.
The two numbers in that sentence are different kinds of thing. A company number identifies a registered company and carries no permission to hold client money or to deal in financial instruments, so the pair should not be read as two layers of supervision. Because the claim itself is unconfirmed, it is not known what a licence of that number would authorise.
Is MILES CAPITAL Regulated?
No, not on any basis WIKILIX has been able to confirm. The broker states an FSC Mauritius authorisation on every page of its site, and an unconfirmed statement of that kind is not evidence of supervision. Nothing found suggests the claim is false, but a client cannot currently rely on it.
Miles Capital Limited
Miles Capital Limited is the company named in the site footer and on the title page of the website terms and conditions, the privacy policy and the complaint handling, order execution and conflict of interest policies, under company number 194281, with a registered office at Premier Business Centre, 10th Floor, Sterling Tower, 14 Poudriere Street, Port Louis, Mauritius. The documents are inconsistent. Their opening clauses call the operator of milescap.com Miles Capital Financial Broker, under the same company number, so the name a client agrees terms with is not written the same way throughout the paperwork.
Is MILES CAPITAL Safe?
Safety cannot be established from what MILES CAPITAL publishes. In its favour, the operating company is named consistently across both of its live websites, and the broker publishes a Mauritius office address, an international telephone number and a support email, which is more disclosure than many offshore brands offer. Against it, the single regulatory claim on the site is unconfirmed, and the broker's own pages disagree with each other about which countries it will serve and what leverage it allows.
MILES CAPITAL Account Types
Three live tiers are published, separated mainly by the deposit each requires:
Classic Account, from 50 USD, published with no commission.
Executive Account, from 1,000 USD, published with no commission.
Premium Account, from 10,000 USD, with commission from 6 USD.
All three are published with the same leverage cap, so the practical choice is between deposit size and commission free pricing on the two lower tiers against the commission based Premium account.
MILES CAPITAL Spreads, Commissions and Fees
MILES CAPITAL quotes variable spreads rather than fixed ones and publishes no representative average spread, so the cost of a trade cannot be compared from the site alone. Commission is charged only on the Premium account, from 6 USD, and swap free trading is available on the published accounts.
MILES CAPITAL Leverage
Each of the three account tiers is published with a maximum of 1:200. A ceiling of 1:500 also appears on the broker's site, so the cap that applies depends on the account and the instrument, and it is worth having confirmed in writing before trading.
MILES CAPITAL Trading Platforms
MetaTrader 5 is the only platform MILES CAPITAL offers, in desktop and mobile builds, with no MetaTrader 4 or cTrader alternative. The broker's build supports one click trading, Expert Advisors and MQL5 algorithmic trading, offers VPS hosting, and carries a stop out level of 50%.
MILES CAPITAL Support
Support is in English only, by live chat during market hours, by email at info@milescap.com and by telephone on +230 245 6703. The broker links its Facebook, X, LinkedIn and Instagram profiles from its own site, and new accounts are opened through its client portal rather than on the main website.
MILES CAPITAL Pros and Cons
Strengths:
A low entry point, at 50 USD on the Classic Account.
Commission free pricing on the two lower tiers, and swap free trading.
MetaTrader 5 in desktop and mobile builds, with Expert Advisor support and VPS hosting.
A named operating company with a company number, an office address, a telephone number and a support email.
Limitations:
The only regulatory claim on the site is unconfirmed, and the broker is carried here as unregulated.
A company number is printed alongside the licence number, which can read as more supervision than a registration provides.
The restricted regions notice appears in three versions across the site, and the registration form accepts residents of countries those versions exclude.
Two different leverage ceilings are published, 1:200 on the account tiers and 1:500 elsewhere.
No average spread is published, and MetaTrader 5 is the only platform on offer.
MILES CAPITAL Review and Assessment
MILES CAPITAL is a small offshore brand with a conventional MetaTrader 5 offering, a genuinely low entry deposit and enough contact detail to be reachable. What a prospective client accepts in exchange is an unconfirmed regulatory position: Miles Capital Limited is a registered company in Mauritius, but registration is not supervision, and the FSC claim the site makes has not been confirmed. Before funding an account, the two things worth settling in writing are which leverage cap applies to the account being opened and whether the broker will serve the client's country, because the site itself gives more than one answer to each.

How we know — 13 sources
1The refused countries come from the broker's "Restricted Regions" disclaimer in the footer of every page of milescap.com: "Miles Capital Limited does not provide services for citizens/residents of the United States, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, India, UAE, Iran, Somalia, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen, Republic of Congo." Sources: https://milescap.com/about.html and https://milescap.com/customerSupport.html.
2That disclaimer is not consistent across the site; three versions of the same sentence are published. https://milescap.com/index.html names only Iran, Somalia, Syrian Arab Republic, Yemen and Republic of Congo. /about.html, /contact.html, /commodities.html, /classicAccount.html, /tradingConditions.html, /brockerageAccounts.html, /brokers.html and /blog.html add United States, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea and Sudan. Seventeen pages including /customerSupport.html, /forex.html, /premiumAccount.html, /ibOffers.html and /institutionalLiquidity.html add India and UAE as well. Together, the three versions give the list of countries the broker names.
3Cuba, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, Iran, Somalia, Syrian Arab Republic and Republic of Congo are confirmed refusals: the disclaimer names each one and the registration form offers none of them, so the two sources agree.
4The 63 accepted countries are the complete fixed list in the country selector on the registration form at https://broker.milescapitals.com/auth/register. It is the only place a country of residence can be stated, and the list is built into the page rather than fetched from a service.
5Five countries the disclaimer names are nevertheless offered by that registration form: United States, Iraq, India, United Arab Emirates and Yemen. The form is what enforces onboarding, so those five are recorded as accepted rather than blocked, and the contradiction stands unresolved on the broker's own site, between https://milescap.com/customerSupport.html and https://broker.milescapitals.com/auth/register. India is the sharpest instance: the form offers it and pre-selects it, while seventeen of the broker's pages name India as a restricted region.
6"Republic of Congo" is read as CG. https://milescap.com/index.html prints "Yemen Republic of Congo" without a comma; the other versions print "Yemen, Republic of Congo". The Democratic Republic of the Congo is named nowhere and is in neither list.
7No country is listed as probably refused. The only other geographic wording names no jurisdiction: the disclaimer continues "The services of Miles Capital Limited are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country or jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation", and clause 5.2 of the website terms reads "Our site is ONLY for users in countries that are able to use our products and services" (https://milescap.com/Assets/T&C/Website%20terms%20and%20conditions.pdf).
8Countries outside the registration form's 63 entries are in neither list. They cannot complete registration, but absence from a selector is not the broker stating that it refuses them.
9No dependent territory is recorded. The only named country with dependent territories is the United States, and the registration form overrides its block, so nothing is derived from it.
10The broker publishes no restricted-countries page, no accepted-countries page, no FAQ or help centre and no AML or KYC policy: /restricted-countries, /prohibited-countries, /accepted-countries, /where-we-operate, /faq and /aml are all absent. Its legal documents are the nine PDFs linked from the footer of https://milescap.com/index.html.
11The client agreement is referenced twice and published nowhere, and it is where an eligibility clause would normally sit. Clause 1.B of https://milescap.com/Assets/T&C/Website%20terms%20and%20conditions.pdf subjects site use to "our client agreement (Client Terms and Conditions)", and the registration form requires agreement to a "Customer Agreement" that appears as plain text with no link to any document.
12https://milescap.com/Assets/T&C/PAYMENT%20T&C.pdf is published as artwork rather than selectable text, leaving only its clause numbers legible, so any restriction by country in the payment terms is unverified.
13The broker publishes no Persian-language site on its own domains: /fa, /fa-ir, /ir, /persian and /farsi are absent from milescap.com, the pages declare English only with no alternate-language versions, and the client portal offers no other language. Iran's placement rests on the disclaimer.
MetaTrader 5 in desktop and mobile builds, the only platform Miles Capital offers. Stop out level 50%, one-click trading, full Expert Advisor and MQL5 algorithmic trading support, plus VPS hosting.

Brokers worth comparing
3 other brokers on the record share what MILES CAPITAL offers — its country, regulator, account types or platforms — set beside it on the same measures.
MILES CAPITAL publishes the same site on two domains, milescap.com and milescapitals.com, and both were live at the time of the last review. Both name Miles Capital Limited, licence number GB22201008 and company number 194281, and client accounts are opened and managed on a portal hosted as a subdomain of milescapitals.com. A client who lands on the second domain is on the broker's own site rather than a copy of it.
Accounts are opened through the broker's own client portal rather than on its main website, and the portal asks for a country of residence from a fixed list of 63 countries. The smallest live account is the Classic Account, which needs 50 USD.
Forex is the core of the offering, with 55 currency pairs. The broker also presents commodities, metals, shares and indices as tradable markets, without stating how many instruments each of those covers.
The broker's restricted regions notice names Cuba, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, Iran, Somalia, the Syrian Arab Republic and the Republic of Congo as countries it does not serve, and its registration form offers a fixed list of 63 countries of residence. The two do not entirely agree: the form also accepts residents of the United States, Iraq, India, the United Arab Emirates and Yemen, which the notice names as restricted. That contradiction stands on the broker's own site.
Three live tiers are published. The Classic Account starts at 50 USD and the Executive Account at 1,000 USD, both with no commission; the Premium Account starts at 10,000 USD and carries a commission from 6 USD. All three are published with the same 1:200 leverage cap, so the deposit and the commission structure are what separate them.
MILES CAPITAL is the trading brand of Miles Capital Limited, a company registered in Mauritius under number 194281, with a registered office at Premier Business Centre, 10th Floor, Sterling Tower, 14 Poudriere Street, Port Louis. That company is named in the site footer and on the title page of the website terms and conditions and the other legal policies. The opening clauses of those same documents call the operator Miles Capital Financial Broker under the same company number, so the name is not written consistently throughout the paperwork.
Swap free trading is available, and commission is charged on one account only. The Classic and Executive accounts are published with no commission, while the Premium account carries a commission from 6 USD. Spreads are variable rather than fixed, and no representative average spread is published.
Customers can reach MILES CAPITAL via live chat during business hours or by email at info@milescap.com. The broker also provides a phone number with international dialing +230 245 6703 and supports English language communication.
Each of the three account tiers, Classic, Executive and Premium, is published with a maximum of 1:200. A ceiling of 1:500 also appears on the broker's site, so the cap that applies depends on the account and the instrument traded, and it is worth having confirmed in writing before trading.
The minimum deposit amount at MILES CAPITAL is 50 USD. This is the smallest amount a trader needs to start trading with this broker.
MetaTrader 5 is the only platform MILES CAPITAL offers, in both desktop and mobile builds. The broker's build supports one click trading, Expert Advisors and MQL5 algorithmic trading, offers VPS hosting and carries a stop out level of 50%. There is no MetaTrader 4 or cTrader option.
MILES CAPITAL has no confirmed regulation. Its site states that Miles Capital Limited is regulated under the Financial Services Commission (FSC) of Mauritius with licence number GB22201008, and WIKILIX has not confirmed that licence, so it is carried as a claim and the broker is listed as unregulated. The company number 194281 printed beside it is a corporate registration, not a financial licence.
