One licence is on record for NCE. One has been checked against an official register.
Back to NCECounts of what is on record, not a rating. Each figure describes the register entries Wikilix holds and the checks it has run against them.
NCE has one licence on record with Wikilix, issued by one authority across one jurisdiction. None was issued by a tier-1 or tier-2 authority. We located 1 of 1 on the issuing authority’s own register.
One licence comes from an authority classed as offshore. An offshore regime can be a legitimate registration, but it typically carries lower capital requirements and no compensation scheme.
Every licence on record for NCE, strongest authority first.
Each authority below publishes a register you can search. The name a register prints is often a separate legal entity, not the trading brand — search for the name given here.
FSA's own rules for the firms it authorises.
Answered from the register entries on this page.
By email, live chat or the web form on the contact page. Nine departmental addresses are published, including support@xnce.com for general enquiries, finance@xnce.com for deposits and withdrawals, trading@xnce.com for order issues and legal@xnce.com for legal matters. Support is advertised as available 24/7 and the contact form promises a reply within one business day. No telephone number is published.
Partly. The five dollar Mini account and the reduced contract size make it cheap to start, and MetaTrader 5 is well documented. But default leverage of 1:5000 is the opposite of a beginner-friendly setting, the offshore licence gives almost no recourse, and the funding routes offer limited ability to reverse a payment. A beginner would be better served by a lower-leverage, onshore-regulated broker, and anyone who does start here should reduce the leverage on the account immediately.
Yes. A demo account is offered alongside every live tier and can be opened from the registration page, which is the sensible way to test execution and platform behaviour before funding anything.
Not by any compensation scheme. A Seychelles securities dealer licence carries no investor compensation fund of the kind the UK's FSCS or the EU's investor schemes provide, so if the firm failed there is no statutory pot to claim from. The broker says client funds are segregated and describes internal audits, but it publishes no independent evidence for those claims. Only deposit what you can afford to lose entirely.
The broker states that it does not serve residents of Russia, Myanmar, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Gambia, Bangladesh, Bolivia, Ecuador, Kyrgyzstan, the United States and Hong Kong, and notes that this list is not exhaustive. Its account-opening form goes further in some places and less far in others: Iran, North Korea, the United States and Hong Kong cannot be selected at all, while several of the other named countries remain selectable. If you live in any of them, check before depositing.
No. None of the four live accounts carries a commission, so the entire trading cost sits in a floating spread. The spread narrows as the account tier rises, described by the broker as low on Mini and Classic, ultra-low on Advanced and lowest on Royal. On the entry Mini account EUR/USD averages 8 points and GBP/USD and USD/JPY 10 points, where a point is the last decimal of the quote.
More than 80 instruments across forex, precious metals, energy, indices, shares and cryptocurrency. The line-up also includes an unusual set of cross-crypto pairs such as XAUBTC, XAGETH, WTIBTC and BTCJPY, where a commodity or fiat currency is quoted against a cryptocurrency. Those crosses are thinly traded instruments and behave far more violently than the majors.
The broker states an average of 15 minutes for the yuan channel and 10 minutes for stablecoins, and says withdrawals are processed within the published timeframe regardless of amount or method. Those are the broker's own service claims. Set against them are unresolved trader allegations of withdrawals being refused or profits reversed, which we could neither confirm nor dismiss, so treat the published times as a target rather than a guarantee.
Two routes only. A Chinese yuan channel covering UnionPay, Alipay and WeChat, with a minimum of 750 CNY per deposit and 100 CNY per withdrawal; and stablecoins in USDT or USDC, with a minimum of 10 USD each way. The broker charges no fee on either channel. Cards, bank wires and conventional e-wallets such as Skrill or Neteller are not offered, so clients outside those two rails have no way in.
MetaTrader 5 only, published for Windows and Mac desktop, the web browser and mobile devices, with Expert Advisor and copy-trading support. There is no MetaTrader 4 and no proprietary terminal. A FIX API is offered separately for institutional clients, asset managers and high-volume traders.
Up to 1:5000, but it is dynamic rather than fixed. Leverage steps down as your open volume grows: 1:5000 below 0.5 lots, 1:1000 to 2 lots, 1:500 to 5 lots, 1:200 to 10 lots, 1:100 to 20 lots and 1:50 above that. Crude oil is fixed at 1:50, major cryptocurrencies and indices at 1:100. Clients can request a lower default. Leverage at this level is a risk multiplier and the stop-out sits at 50 percent of used margin.
Five US dollars on the Mini account, which is the entry tier and is capped at a 300 USD balance. The Classic account opens from 10 USD. The Advanced and Royal tiers cannot be bought into at all: they are granted on cumulative traded volume of 260 million and 1.74 billion USD respectively.
We found no evidence of fabricated regulation or a cloned identity. The licence number, the legal entity and the registered address are consistent between the broker's own site and the official company record, which is the opposite of what an outright fraud usually shows. What keeps our verdict at high risk rather than clean is a body of unresolved trader allegations about refused or reduced withdrawals that we could not verify or rule out, combined with offshore-only supervision that leaves a client with very little formal recourse. Treat it as high risk and unproven, not as a confirmed fraud.
