Broker Summary
Summary of the broker
NCE, which trades publicly as XNCE, is the retail forex and CFD brand of NCE SC Limited, a Seychelles company limited by shares registered under number 8428537-1 at House of Francis, Room 301(D), Ile du Port, Mahe, Victoria. The company is recorded as active on the Seychelles Business Registry, where it was created on 26 June 2020 under the earlier name TRILT SC Limited before adopting its present name in 2023. It holds Seychelles Financial Services Authority licence number SD112, a securities dealer permission the broker describes as a Derivatives Trading Licence.
Regulation and what it means for you. The Seychelles FSA is a genuine statutory regulator, but it is a low-tier offshore one. There is no client-money compensation scheme behind an SD licence, no negative-balance guarantee imposed by rule, and no leverage cap of the kind an onshore regulator applies. NCE holds no onshore licence in any major market, and it does not publish a link to its entry on the regulator's own register, so a prospective client cannot check the licence in one click from the site. Treat the licence as real supervision of a light-touch kind rather than as protection comparable to a European or Australian broker.
What they offer. The broker quotes more than 80 instruments across forex, precious metals, energy, indices, shares and cryptocurrency, including a set of crypto-cross pairs such as XAUBTC and WTIBTC that most brokers do not carry. MetaTrader 5 is the only retail platform, published for Windows and Mac desktop, the browser and mobile, with Expert Advisor support; a FIX API is offered separately to institutional and high-volume clients. Execution is described as STP/ECN.
Accounts and costs. Four live tiers are published. The Mini account opens from 5 USD and caps at a 300 USD balance, trading contracts scaled to one percent of standard size. The Classic account opens from 10 USD. Advanced and Royal are not funded into but earned: they require 260 million and 1.74 billion USD of cumulative closed volume respectively. No account charges commission, so the whole cost sits in a floating spread that tightens as the tier rises. Leverage is dynamic rather than fixed, starting at 1:5000 below half a lot and stepping down to 1:50 above twenty lots, with crude oil at 1:50 and major crypto and indices at 1:100. The stop-out is 50 percent of used margin.
Funding. Two channels only. A Chinese yuan channel covering UnionPay, Alipay and WeChat takes a minimum of 750 CNY per deposit and 100 CNY per withdrawal, and stablecoin deposits in USDT or USDC take a minimum of 10 USD. Neither carries a broker fee. Deposits are instant; the broker states average withdrawal times of 15 minutes for the yuan channel and 10 minutes for stablecoins. There are no cards, no bank wires and no conventional e-wallets, which is a narrow set for an international broker and ties clients to Chinese payment rails or crypto.
Support. Contact is by email, live chat and a web form, with nine departmental addresses published and a stated reply within one business day. No telephone number and no official social accounts are published on the site.
Who it suits, and the caveats. The very low entry deposit, the extreme leverage and the crypto funding route point at self-directed traders in Asia who want cheap access and fast turnaround, and who understand that they are trading offshore. The honest caveats are these: 1:5000 leverage is a risk multiplier rather than a feature, the entity is about six years old rather than long established, the two funding rails offer limited chargeback recourse, and the site's regulation page makes broad claims about audits and institutional safeguards that it does not evidence. NCE SC Limited states that it does not serve residents of a number of jurisdictions, and the United States, Hong Kong, Iran and North Korea are absent from its onboarding form. Anyone considering an account should size positions to the leverage actually in use, withdraw profits regularly, and treat the offshore licence as the limit of the protection available.
