Independent safety report

Is Nervexo a scam?

High risk (unverified)MEDIUM confidence
Unverified offshore broker (weak MISA registration)

Nervexo is a high-risk, unverified offshore broker, and we cannot recommend depositing with it. It launched only around May 2026, it is registered in the Comoros under a Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) registration that no genuine regulator stands behind, and it has no track record we could confirm. We found no evidence of theft or fraud, but we also found nothing that shows client money would be safe.

  • Age: both Nervexo web addresses were created in May 2026, making this an operation only a few months old.
  • Regulation: its only claimed oversight is a MISA registration (licence BFX2026035), and the Central Bank of the Comoros has stated MISA approvals have no legal effect.
  • Verification: that licence number is not shown on MISA's own published brokerage list, and the site offers no link to check it.
  • Track record: no reviews, complaints or user reports exist anywhere, so there is no proof clients can withdraw.
  • Our rating: 65% risk. The figure reflects a brand-new, trace-less offshore profile, not misconduct we uncovered.

Risk scorecard

Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.

Worst area: Critical
SeverityLowModerateHighCritical

Regulation

8/10 · Critical

Only a MISA registration, which the Comoros central bank says has no legal effect; the number is unverified on MISA's own list and the site gives no verification link.

Identity & transparency

6/10 · High

Entity, company number and address are disclosed consistently, but ownership is undisclosed, the address is a generic offshore mail-drop, and no registry entry could be independently confirmed.

Withdrawals & conduct

4/10 · Moderate

No withdrawal complaints exist, but neither do any successful-payout reports; bonus terms and high leverage are structural risks on an unproven, months-old broker.

Reputation

5/10 · Moderate

No reputation of any kind: no reviews, complaints or ratings on Trustpilot, Reddit or elsewhere, and no Trustpilot profile for either domain.

Website claims

5/10 · Moderate

Presents a weak MISA registration as 'authorised and regulated' with no verify link, but does not fabricate a licence tier, fake awards or a false founding year.

Operational history

7/10 · High

Both domains created May 2026 and the entity originates in 2026; under one year old with no verifiable predecessor.

Regulation

Proof of regulation on an official register: No

Licences the broker publishes

Mwali International Services Authority

UnverifiedTier 4 / not genuine financial regulation
An offshore company and brokerage registration from an autonomous-island registrar in the Comoros. The Comoros central bank has stated it carries no legal effect for financial activities, so it is not genuine financial regulation.
Protection: None. No client-money segregation, no compensation scheme and no prudential supervision.
The Mwali International Services Authority authorised-brokerage list, which does not include Nervexo or licence BFX2026035 and carries no entries newer than 2024.

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

We rate Nervexo high risk and unverified for these reasons:

  • The licence cannot be confirmed. Nervexo says it is 'authorised and regulated' by the Mwali International Services Authority under number BFX2026035. That number does not appear on MISA's own published brokerage list, which has not been extended beyond 2024, and the site provides no verification link.
  • MISA is not meaningful regulation. The Central Bank of the Comoros stated on 15 June 2022 that approvals from island bodies including MISA have no legal effect within the Union for financial activities. A MISA registration brings no client-money segregation, no compensation scheme and no supervision.
  • The operation is only months old. Both web addresses, nervexoltd.com and nervexo.com, were created in May 2026. There is no evidence of any earlier company or domain, so there is no track record to lean on.
  • There is no footprint at all. No reviews, complaints or user reports appear on any platform we checked, and there is no Trustpilot profile for either address. For a broker taking deposits, the complete absence of a client trace means we cannot confirm that withdrawals are honoured.
  • The score reflects the profile, not proven misconduct. On the evidence alone the risk works out to about 61%. Because the operation is under three years old and has no community footprint, the published figure is raised to 65%. We did not find fraud; we found too little to treat a young, unverifiable offshore broker as safe.

Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.

5 against2 in favour
  • E1Both Nervexo domains were registered in May 2026 (nervexoltd.com on 6 May 2026, nervexo.com on 29 May 2026), showing an operation only a few months old.

  • E2Nervexo's own site states it is operated by Nervexo Ltd, 'authorised and regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority with license number BFX2026035', company number HY00426495, registered at Fomboni, Comoros.

  • E3MISA's own authorised-brokerage list does not include Nervexo or licence BFX2026035, and it carries no entries newer than 2024, so the registration could not be confirmed on the issuer's register.

  • E4The Central Bank of the Comoros stated on 15 June 2022 that approvals from island bodies including MISA have no legal effect within the Union for financial activities; MISA registrations carry no fund segregation, compensation scheme or supervision.

  • E5No Trustpilot profile exists for either domain (both return not-found), and no reviews, complaints or user reports appear on Reddit or in wider web searches, so there is no independent evidence that clients can withdraw.

    ModerateTrustpilot, Reddit and web searches
  • E6The site is minimal (home, legal, contact, login and register only), offers only an email contact with no phone or office, and provides no link to verify its MISA licence.

  • E7The site discloses its entity, company number, registered address and licence consistently, publishes a full legal document set, restricts major regulated markets, and does not claim a false founding year or a licence it does not name.

  • E8No regulator warning or alert naming Nervexo, nervexoltd.com or nervexo.com was found, and no clone or impersonation of a regulated firm was identified.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

In fairness to Nervexo, several points cut the other way:

  • The website discloses its legal entity, company number, registered address and licence number consistently across every page, and it is candid that it offers high-risk CFDs from an offshore base.
  • It does not fake a long history. The 2026 copyright matches the true age of the domains, so there is no 'trading since' exaggeration of the kind many scams use.
  • It blocks major regulated markets, including the EEA, USA and Canada, which is what a compliance-minded offshore broker does rather than illegally soliciting those residents.
  • A full set of legal documents is published, including a client agreement, risk disclosure, AML policy and complaints procedure.
  • We found no clone behaviour, no impersonation of a regulated firm, no warning-list entry, and no complaints of blocked withdrawals. The high rating comes from what cannot be verified, not from harm we documented.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

Our view would move if any of the following emerged:

  • Would improve it: the MISA brokerage register listing BFX2026035 against Nervexo Ltd with a current status, or the broker publishing a working verification link, would confirm the registration genuinely exists.
  • Would improve it: a genuine tier-1 or tier-2 licence from a recognised regulator, independently verifiable, would change the picture substantially.
  • Would improve it: a year or more of consistent, specific user reports confirming that deposits and withdrawals are processed normally.
  • Would worsen it: a regulator warning naming nervexoltd.com or nervexo.com, or credible reports of refused withdrawals or demands for extra payment to release funds, would move this toward a likely-scam rating.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

12 questions
Is Nervexo a scam?

We have no proof that Nervexo is an outright scam, but we cannot call it safe either. It is a brand-new offshore operation whose only registration cannot be verified and which has no track record, so we rate it high risk and unverified. Do not deposit money you cannot afford to lose.

Is Nervexo a fraud?

We found no evidence that Nervexo has committed fraud. There is no regulator warning, no enforcement action and no court record naming it. However, we also could not confirm its licence or that client funds are safe, so the absence of a fraud record is not the same as a clean bill of health.

Is Nervexo regulated?

Not in any meaningful sense. Its only claimed oversight is a Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) registration in the Comoros, and the Central Bank of the Comoros has stated that MISA approvals have no legal effect for financial activities. No recognised regulator stands behind Nervexo.

What is a MISA licence and is it worth anything?

MISA is a company registrar on the autonomous island of Mohéli, not a genuine financial supervisor. A MISA registration brings no client-money segregation, no compensation scheme and no prudential supervision. Independent analysts and the Comoros central bank describe it as offering no real protection.

Can I withdraw my money from Nervexo?

We cannot confirm this either way. No client reviews or reports exist anywhere, so there is no independent evidence that withdrawals are processed. If you already have funds there, test a small withdrawal before adding more.

Is my money safe with Nervexo?

There is no safety net. With only an unverified MISA registration, there is no regulator to complain to and no compensation scheme if funds go missing. Treat any deposit as money you could lose entirely.

Who owns Nervexo?

The operating company is Nervexo Ltd, registered in Mohéli, Comoros, with company number HY00426495. The site does not name any directors or owners, and no independent ownership information could be found.

How old is Nervexo?

It is only a few months old. Both of its web addresses were created in May 2026, and the site itself carries a 2026 copyright. There is no evidence of any earlier company or website.

Is Nervexo a clone of another broker?

We found no sign that Nervexo is impersonating a known regulated firm. It uses its own brand, entity and domains, and it does not display another company's licence number. It is a standalone new operation, not a clone.

Where is Nervexo based?

Its registered office is at P.B. 1257 Bonovo Road, Fomboni, on Mohéli island in the Comoros. This is a common address for offshore MISA-registered companies rather than a confirmed staffed office.

What should I check before depositing with Nervexo?

Confirm whether it holds a licence from a recognised regulator (it does not appear to), look for independent user reviews (there are none yet), and check for a working link to verify its licence (the site provides none). On all three counts Nervexo currently falls short.

What should I do if I cannot withdraw from Nervexo?

Stop sending any further money, especially if you are asked to pay a fee or 'tax' to release funds, which is a common trap. Save all records of your deposits and messages, contact your bank or card provider about a possible chargeback, and report the matter to your local financial regulator.

Our advice

For anyone considering Nervexo right now:

  • Treat it as high risk. Do not deposit money you are not prepared to lose entirely.
  • Understand that a MISA registration offers no real protection: there is no regulator to complain to and no compensation scheme if funds go missing.
  • Prefer a broker licensed by a recognised authority such as the FCA, ASIC or CySEC, where client money is segregated and disputes have a route to resolution.
  • If you have already deposited, test a small withdrawal before committing more, and keep records of every transaction and message.
  • If a withdrawal is refused or you are asked to pay a fee or 'tax' to release funds, stop paying, gather your evidence and report it to your local financial regulator and your bank or card provider.

This is an independent assessment of risk, not a legal ruling. Scores and verdicts follow the Wikilix broker-safety methodology and can change as new evidence appears. Review scores are treated with caution when a broker’s reviews look manipulated. Last reviewed September 30, 2026.
