Nervexo Broker Overview
Nervexo is a contracts for difference brand operated by Nervexo Ltd, a company that states it is registered in Mwali (Moheli) Island, Comoros, with its office at P.B. 1257 Bonovo Road, Fomboni. The site carries a 2026 copyright and the business has no trading record before that year. It offers CFDs on foreign exchange, metals, indices, shares and cryptocurrencies through a single proprietary platform, with a stated minimum deposit of 250 USD, leverage of up to 1:400 and no dealing commission.
Nervexo Regulation and License
Nervexo Ltd states in its website footer, its Client Agreement, its Company Information sheet and its AML policy that it is authorised and regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority under licence number BFX2026035, and that it is registered in Mwali (Moheli) Island with company number HY00426495. That is a claim published by the company, and it could not be confirmed. Neither the company name, nor its registration number, nor the licence number appears on the authority's published list of licensed entities, and the authority operates no public licence lookup. The Client Agreement refers the reader to the Company Information document for the investment services the licence covers, and that document sets out no services at all, so the scope of the claimed licence is established nowhere on the site.
Is Nervexo Regulated?
No regulation has been confirmed for Nervexo. The company names an authority and a licence number, but the claim stands unverified against any official record, so Nervexo is better treated as an unsupervised counterparty than a regulated one. Taken at face value the authority named is an offshore registrar in the Comoros with no compensation scheme and no client complaints mechanism, so even a genuine licence from it would not carry the protections an onshore licence does.
Is Nervexo Safe?
Nervexo cannot be shown to be safe on the evidence its own site provides. The Client Agreement does commit the company to placing client money in segregated accounts with a credit institution or bank, and to negative balance protection on a non discretionary basis, and both commitments are meaningful. Against that, no supervisor has been confirmed to stand behind them, the operating company could not be located on any corporate registry, and the complaints procedure sends every complaint to a form at an address that does not resolve while expressly refusing complaints made by email or telephone.
Nervexo Account Types
Four tiers are named in the margin documentation: Basic, Gold, Platinum and VIP. All four carry the same margin call level of 100% and the same stop out band of 20% to 100%. No minimum deposit, leverage cap, spread or commission is published for any individual tier, so what actually separates them is not disclosed. Moving between account types is subject to company approval, and the company reserves the right to change the features of any account at any time.
Nervexo Spreads, Commissions and Fees
Nervexo charges no dealing commission and no deposit fee, and its spreads are variable. No spread table is published; pip values are said to be visible only inside the platform once an account is open. The charges that are published fall mostly on money leaving the account. Card withdrawals cost 3.5% and wire withdrawals 30 units of the account currency, and a fee of 80 EUR applies to any withdrawal where the account has had little or no trading activity or where verification documents are outstanding. A chargeback triggers a 150 USD research fee. Inactivity is charged monthly at 150 EUR after one month, 200 EUR after two, 625 EUR after six and 1,000 EUR after twelve, at which point reactivation costs a further 2,000 EUR. The Client Agreement also reserves a monthly maintenance fee whose amount is not published anywhere.
Nervexo Leverage
Leverage is advertised at up to 1:400. The margin documentation works its examples at 1:100 and 1:300, and states that the company is under no obligation to issue a margin call before positions are closed out.
Nervexo Trading Platforms
Nervexo offers one proprietary platform, reached through the browser and on mobile devices. MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader are not offered. Two terms matter for anyone choosing it: automated trading systems are expressly prohibited and every transaction must be completed manually, and the company states that its platform prices are independent of the underlying markets, so a position can be triggered at a level the real market never traded at.
Nervexo Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are accepted by debit and credit card, wire transfer and e wallets, and are credited within one business day of clearing. Cash and cryptocurrency are not accepted. Withdrawals are processed the same or the next working day and must return to the account the money came from. Where positions are open a withdrawal is capped at 80% of the balance, and the company may cancel a withdrawal request outright if documents it asks for are not supplied within one week.
Nervexo Support
The only published support channel is the email address info@nervexo.com, staffed during core market hours five days a week. No telephone number, live chat or social media account is listed, and the published address sits on a different domain from the website itself.
Nervexo Pros and Cons
- Segregation of client money and non discretionary negative balance protection are both written into the Client Agreement.
- No dealing commission and no deposit fee.
- Regulation is claimed but unconfirmed, and the operating company could not be found on any registry.
- The inactivity schedule can consume a retail balance within months of an account going quiet.
- The only complaints route the company accepts is a page that does not exist.
- No spread table, no per account terms and no telephone contact are published.
Nervexo Review and Assessment
Nervexo is a new brand with a thin public presence and a regulatory claim that no official record supports. The thing to weigh before funding an account is not the trading offer but the exit: the published schedule charges to withdraw, charges more to withdraw without having traded, and charges a quiet account every month it sits still, while the one complaints channel the company will accept does not resolve. Anyone considering a deposit should first obtain written confirmation of the licence from the authority itself and a working route to raise a dispute.
