Register says
Claimed by the broker but not confirmable. The number is not on MISA's own published brokerage list, which has not been updated beyond 2024, and no authoritative source confirms it.

Finding

An offshore company and brokerage registration from an autonomous-island registrar in the Comoros. The Comoros central bank has stated it carries no legal effect for financial activities, so it is not genuine financial regulation. Client protection: None. No client-money segregation, no compensation scheme and no prudential supervision..

Verification note

Claimed by the company across its own website footer, Client Agreement, Company Information sheet and AML policy. The company name, its registration number and this licence number do not appear on the authority's published list of licensed entities, and that authority operates no public licence lookup, so the claim could not be confirmed. Recorded as claimed and unconfirmed.

MISA is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Protection

What this licence protects

MISA's own rules for the firms it authorises.

  • No compensation scheme

  • No complaints route
  • Maximum leverage1:997
This licence is not in force, so these protections do not apply to it. They describe MISA's regime for the firms it currently authorises.

Most Popular Questions

Under a year. The site carries a 2026 copyright, the claimed licence number is dated 2026, and no record of the brand or the company exists before that year. There is no track record to judge how the firm behaves when a client wants their money back.

The Client Agreement commits the company to placing client money promptly into one or more segregated accounts with a credit institution or a bank, and it guarantees negative balance protection on a non discretionary basis. Both are genuine commitments in the contract, but no supervisor has been confirmed to check that either is honoured, and the negative balance guarantee carries a broad carve out for what the company judges to be hedging.

In practice you currently cannot. The complaints procedure requires every complaint to be submitted through a complaint form, states that the company may not accept complaints made by any other method including email and telephone, and links to a page that returns nothing. There is also no regulator standing behind the firm that has been confirmed to run a complaints mechanism.

The only channel published is the email address info@nervexo.com, staffed during core market hours five days a week. There is no telephone number, no live chat and no social media account. The email address is on a different domain from the website.

Nervexo states it does not serve the European Economic Area, the United States, British Columbia in Canada, Iran, North Korea, Myanmar, Russia and unnamed other regions. In practice the registration form asks only for a name, an email address and a password, with no country field at all, so nothing at sign up enforces those restrictions.

Debit and credit cards, wire transfer and e wallets are accepted, and deposits are credited within one business day of clearing. Cash, cash related methods and cryptocurrency transactions are not accepted. Deposits from a third party or an anonymous account are refused.

Leverage is advertised at up to 1:400, and the margin documentation works its examples at 1:100 and 1:300. The same documentation states that the company is under no obligation to issue a margin call, and that positions are closed automatically and without prior notice once the stop out level is reached.

Nervexo offers a single proprietary platform used in the browser and on mobile devices, for which it publishes no product name. MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5 and cTrader are not offered. The Client Agreement expressly prohibits automated trading systems and requires every transaction to be placed manually.

Yes, and it is unusually steep. The published schedule charges 150 EUR a month once an account has been inactive for one month, 200 EUR a month from two months, 625 EUR a month from six, and 1,000 EUR a month past twelve months, at which point the account is treated as dormant and reactivating it costs a further 2,000 EUR. A small balance can be absorbed entirely within a few quiet months.

Withdrawals are processed the same working day or the next one, and must return to the account the money came from. Card withdrawals cost 3.5% and wire withdrawals cost 30 units of the account currency. A further 80 EUR applies to any withdrawal where the account has traded little or not at all, or where verification documents are still outstanding. Where positions are open, a withdrawal is capped at 80% of the balance.

Nervexo charges no dealing commission and no deposit fee, and its spreads are variable. No spread table is published anywhere on the site; the company states that pip values can only be seen inside the platform once an account is open, so the main cost of trading cannot be checked before depositing. Positions held overnight are charged swap at 00:00 GMT+2, with a triple charge on Wednesdays.

The site advertises a minimum deposit of 250 USD. No per account minimum is published for any of the four named tiers, so it is not clear whether the higher tiers require more.

Nervexo has not been shown to have taken anyone's money, but enough is wrong with it that we would not fund an account. Its regulatory claim is unsupported by any official record, its operating company cannot be found on a registry, the only complaints channel it permits returns nothing, and its published fee schedule charges heavily for withdrawing and for leaving an account idle. Treat it as high risk.

Nervexo is operated by Nervexo Ltd, which states it is registered in Mwali (Moheli) Island, Comoros, with company number HY00426495 and a registered office at P.B. 1257 Bonovo Road, Fomboni. No directors, shareholders or officers are named anywhere on the site, and the company could not be located on any corporate registry or on the global Legal Entity Identifier record.

No regulation has been confirmed for Nervexo. The company claims on its own site and in its legal documents to be authorised and regulated by the Mwali International Services Authority under licence BFX2026035, but neither the company nor that licence number appears on the authority's published list of licensed entities, and the authority runs no public licence lookup. The claim is therefore unconfirmed rather than verified.

Licence BFX2026035 was issued by Moroni International Services Authority (MISA), the financial authority for Comoros.
Nervexo holds this MISA licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
No. This licence is no longer in force, or the MISA register did not carry it when we looked. It is kept on record because a closed registration is part of a firm’s history.
Wikilix rates MISA tier 4, the lowest band. A registration here says little on its own about client protection.
Yes, MISA is classed as an offshore regime. That can be a legitimate registration, but it usually means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.
