Nexcbit Market Broker Overview
Nexcbit Market is an online forex and CFD brand operated by Nexcbit Market Global Ltd, an international business company of the Autonomous Island of Mwali (Moheli) in the Union of the Comoros. The company was incorporated on 21 January 2026 and was licensed the same day, making it one of the newest operators on the market. It offers a single trading platform, MetaTrader 5, leverage of up to 1:3000, spreads advertised from 0.0 pips and a minimum deposit of USD 10. Accounts can be funded only in cryptocurrency.
Nexcbit Market Regulation and License
Nexcbit Market Global Ltd holds International Brokerage and Clearing House licence BFX2026010, issued by the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) in the Comoros and running from 21 January 2026 to 21 January 2027. The licence authorises foreign exchange, futures, derivatives and options trading, and the certificate describes the framework it sits under as light touch. MISA maintains no public register a client can search, so the terms of the licence cannot be confirmed against the authority's own records.
The website separately states that Nexcbit Market is an operated subsidiary of Primus Global Ltd, a Cyprus company regulated by CySEC under licence 261/14. Primus Global Ltd is a genuine, separately registered Cyprus company, formerly named FX Primus Europe (CY) Limited, and its registration can be seen on the Cyprus Department of Registrar of Companies under HE 337614. Nexcbit's own AML and KYC policy contradicts the relationship: it states that Nexcbit Market Global Ltd is wholly owned by one individual who is its sole shareholder and sole director, and that the contracting entity, the entity delivering the service and the entity receiving client funds are one and the same. The CySEC authorisation belongs to Primus Global Ltd and does not cover Nexcbit Market.
Is Nexcbit Market Regulated?
Only by an offshore authority, and not by any regulator that supervises retail forex in a major market. The Comoros licence is the sole authorisation the brand holds in its own name. No European, UK, Australian or other onshore licence exists, and the CySEC reference on the site belongs to a different company.
Is Nexcbit Market Safe?
Several documented factors weigh against it. The operating company is around eight months old, is owned and directed by a single individual who also acts as its own money laundering reporting officer, and sits in a jurisdiction with no compensation scheme and no searchable register. The terms and conditions run to 51 numbered clauses, but 47 of them, including Deposits, Withdrawals, Fees and Charges, Restricted Jurisdictions, Complaints, Governing Law and Dispute Resolution, contain only a single repeated placeholder sentence in place of any actual term. The refund policy published beside them is written for a proprietary trading firm selling challenges and profit splits rather than for a broker, and states that all sales are final with no refunds under any circumstances. The AML policy does commit to holding client funds segregated from company funds, which is the one substantive protection the documents contain.
Nexcbit Market Account Types
Three tiers are published. Standard requires USD 10, charges no commission and quotes spreads from 1.8 pips. Pro requires USD 100 at USD 2 per lot, also from 1.8 pips. Prime requires USD 500 at USD 10 per lot and quotes spreads from 0.0 pips. All three carry a margin call at 50 percent and a stop out at 30 percent. The homepage advertises a different and incompatible set of tiers, including a Pro account at USD 1,000 and an Institutional account at USD 100,000, which the accounts page does not support.
Nexcbit Market Spreads, Commissions and Fees
The lowest advertised spread is 0.0 pips on the Prime tier, which carries the highest commission at USD 10 per lot. Commission figures are inconsistent across the site: the accounts page quotes USD 2 and USD 10 per lot, while the homepage and the about page advertise USD 3 per side. The broker states that it charges no deposit or withdrawal fees.
Nexcbit Market Leverage
Up to 1:3000 on all three account tiers. Leverage at this level is not permitted for retail clients in any major regulated market.
Nexcbit Market Trading Platforms
MetaTrader 5 only, on the Nexcbitmarket-Trade server, with Windows, web, Android and iOS builds and a demo account carrying USD 50,000 in virtual funds. TradeLocker is announced as an upcoming addition and is not yet available. Note that the platform pages advertise algorithmic trading and expert advisors while clause 26 of the terms prohibits expert advisors, bots, scripts, APIs and copy trading software unless the company approves them in writing, and allows profits from unauthorised automated trading to be cancelled.
Nexcbit Market Deposits and Withdrawals
Funding is cryptocurrency only: Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT. Deposits are stated to credit within minutes and withdrawals to be approved within 24 to 48 hours, with no fees on either side and no maximum deposit. Because crypto payments cannot be reversed, a client has no chargeback route if a withdrawal is refused. Clause 51 of the terms imposes a minimum holding period of 120 seconds on every position and permits the company to cancel, reverse or adjust profits from trades closed faster, and clause 27 allows a deposit bonus to be removed from an account when a withdrawal is requested.
Nexcbit Market Support
Support is offered by email at support@nexcbitmarkets.com, by live chat and through a WhatsApp number, and is stated to operate around the clock in English. The contact page publishes no working telephone number, showing a placeholder in its place.
Nexcbit Market Pros and Cons
On the positive side, the brand holds a licence in its own name, publishes a detailed AML and KYC policy naming its owner, its registered agent and its verification provider, commits to segregating client funds, and sets a low entry barrier at USD 10 with MetaTrader 5 and a funded demo.
Against it: the only licence is offshore and unverifiable on any public register; the site claims a relationship with a CySEC-regulated Cypriot company that its own compliance document contradicts; four different versions of the operating company's name appear across the site; the terms and conditions are largely unwritten; the refund policy belongs to a different kind of business; the published account tiers, commissions and instrument counts contradict each other; the stated country restrictions are not enforced at signup; and the operating history is under a year.
Nexcbit Market Review and Assessment
Nexcbit Market is a genuinely licensed operator in the narrow sense that Nexcbit Market Global Ltd holds a real Comoros authorisation, but that licence carries no compensation scheme, no client money rule and no route to an independent complaint. The more serious issue is the distance between what the site claims and what its own documents say, most sharply over the claimed Cypriot parent. A prospective client should treat the CySEC reference as inapplicable, read clauses 26, 27 and 51 of the terms before depositing, and weigh the fact that crypto-only funding leaves no way to reverse a payment.
