Finding

An offshore company registration from the Mwali/Comoros registrar, not supervision by a financial regulator. The Comoros central bank has publicly disavowed MISA licences. Client protection: None. Offshore registration that does not protect client deposits..

Verification note

Offshore Comoros authorisation issued to Nexcbit Market Global Ltd, in force 21 January 2026 to 21 January 2027. The authority operates a light-touch framework with no compensation scheme and no client-money insurance, so the licence confers no meaningful deposit protection.

About this MISA licence

What this authorisation is, what it establishes, and what it leaves open.

Issued on the same day the holding company was incorporated, this Comoros authorisation is the only financial licence Nexcbit Market holds. The Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) records International Brokerage and Clearing House licence BFX2026010 in the name of Nexcbit Market Global Ltd, an international business company of the Autonomous Island of Mwali (Moheli), Union of the Comoros, with a term running from 21 January 2026 to 21 January 2027. Nexcbit Market is recorded as the brand operating under it.

MISA is an offshore authority of an autonomous island rather than a national financial regulator of the kind that supervises retail forex in a major market. The licence category it grants here permits foreign exchange trading, futures trading, financial derivatives trading and options trading. It is a permission to conduct that business, granted on application and annual fee, and it is not comparable to authorisation by a statutory conduct regulator.

What the entry establishes is narrow. It shows that a licence of this category exists in this entity's name for this period. It says nothing about the firm's solvency, its execution quality or its treatment of client withdrawals, and it does not extend to any entity other than the named holder. A reader should not read the word licence here as implying the supervision, capital requirements or dispute machinery that phrase carries in an onshore jurisdiction.

The certificate consulted for this check printed the authority, the licence number, the Comoros jurisdiction, an active status, the 21 January 2026 to 21 January 2027 term, the licensed entity and the authorised activities. It printed no capital requirement, no client-money rule, no compensation arrangement and no complaints route, and MISA maintains no public register a client can search independently.

Confirming this licence directly is therefore difficult: the authority publishes no searchable public lookup, so a prospective client cannot check the entry the way an FCA or ASIC record can be checked. The answer would change if the term lapses on 21 January 2027 without renewal, if the authority withdraws the permission, or if the holding entity changes its name.

MISA is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Most Popular Questions

Under a year. The operating company was incorporated on 21 January 2026 according to its own AML policy, and its Comoros licence was issued the same day. There is no trading record across a full market cycle and no evidence of how the firm behaves under stress.

By email at support@nexcbitmarkets.com, through the live chat widget, via a contact form, or on WhatsApp. Support is stated to run around the clock in English. The contact page shows no usable telephone number, displaying a placeholder string where the number should be, and the compliance officer is reachable at admin@nexcbitmarket.com.

Its AML and KYC policy states that client funds are held in accounts segregated from the company's own operating funds and used only for margin, settlement and authorised withdrawals. That commitment appears only in that policy document. The terms and conditions, which are the binding client agreement, contain no client money clause at all.

The broker says it does not serve residents of the United States, the United Arab Emirates, India, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, China or Singapore, nor jurisdictions under FATF, OFAC or EU and UN sanctions. Its three published lists do not agree with one another, and the registration form offers all 239 jurisdictions including every restricted one, so the stated policy is not enforced at signup.

Yes. Clause 51 of the terms imposes a minimum holding period of more than 120 seconds on every position, and allows the company to review, cancel, reverse or adjust profits from any trade closed inside that window. This matters because the same site markets raw spreads from 0.0 pips and 25 millisecond execution, conditions that appeal to exactly the short-term traders the clause targets.

The account pages say yes and the terms say no. Every tier is advertised with expert advisors allowed and copy trading available, but clause 26 of the terms and conditions prohibits expert advisors, bots, automated software, scripts, APIs and copy trading software unless the company approves them in writing, and allows it to cancel profits generated that way. Get written permission before running anything automated.

MetaTrader 5 only, on the Nexcbitmarket-Trade server, with Windows, web, Android and iOS builds plus a demo carrying USD 50,000 in virtual funds. TradeLocker is advertised as coming soon and is not yet available.

The broker states withdrawals are processed and approved within 24 to 48 hours by a team operating around the clock. This is the broker's own commitment and no independent record of actual payout performance exists. The Withdrawals clause of the terms and conditions is blank, so nothing in the contract obliges the company to meet that timeframe.

Cryptocurrency only: Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT. No card or bank option is offered on the funding pages or in the FAQ, despite the AML policy mentioning both. Because crypto transfers cannot be reversed, there is no chargeback route if a withdrawal is later refused.

The accounts page gives no commission and spreads from 1.8 pips on Standard, USD 2 per lot and 1.8 pips on Pro, and USD 10 per lot with spreads from 0.0 pips on Prime. Be aware the homepage and about page advertise a different figure of USD 3 per side, so the published cost of trading is not consistent across the site.

Up to 1:3000 on all three account tiers. That is far above the caps applied to retail clients in the United Kingdom, the European Union and Australia, and it is available here because the Comoros authority imposes no such limit. At 1:3000 a move of well under one percent against a fully margined position wipes out the deposit.

USD 10 for the Standard account. The Pro tier requires USD 100 and the Prime tier USD 500. The FAQ on the broker's site confirms USD 10 as the overall minimum, although a separate FAQ answer claims there is no minimum deposit at all, which the published account table contradicts.

No. Primus Global Ltd is a real and separate Cyprus company, registration HE 337614, formerly named FX Primus Europe (CY) Limited, and its CySEC authorisation covers that company only. Nexcbit's own AML policy states that Nexcbit Market Global Ltd is owned by one individual and that the contracting entity, the service entity and the entity receiving client funds are one and the same, which rules out the parent relationship the footer claims.

Nexcbit Market Global Ltd, a Comoros international business company registered as HV00126490 with a registered office on Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Island of Moheli. Its own AML and KYC policy states the company is wholly owned by a single individual who holds all 1,000 shares, serves as sole director and also performs the money laundering reporting officer role. That document acknowledges the lack of independence this creates.

Nothing establishes that it has taken client money and refused to return it, and its Comoros licence is real. What it does do is publish a false claim: the footer describes it as a subsidiary of a CySEC-regulated Cypriot firm, while its own AML policy says the company is wholly owned by one individual and has no separate entity behind it. Treat it as high risk and unverified rather than proven fraudulent.

Only offshore. Nexcbit Market Global Ltd holds International Brokerage and Clearing House licence BFX2026010 from the Mwali International Services Authority in the Comoros, in force from 21 January 2026 to 21 January 2027. No regulator that supervises retail forex in a major market authorises the brand, and the CySEC licence number that appears in the site footer belongs to a different company.

Licence BFX2026010 was issued by Moroni International Services Authority (MISA), the financial authority for Comoros.
Nexcbit Market holds this MISA licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
We located this entry on the MISA register. Note that confirming a register ENTRY is not the same as confirming a live licence — the register’s own wording on this page is what states its current standing.
The MISA register prints it under Nexcbit Market Global Ltd, not Nexcbit Market. Licences are often held by a subsidiary rather than the trading brand, which is why searching a register for the brand alone can return nothing.
Wikilix rates MISA tier 4, the lowest band. A registration here says little on its own about client protection.
Yes, MISA is classed as an offshore regime. That can be a legitimate registration, but it usually means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.
