Verification note

Confirmed on the FinCEN register as NPE Market LTD (MSB registration (anti-money-laundering registration as a money services business, self-filed with FinCEN, not an authorisation) - Dealer in foreign exchange (currency exchange), Money transmitter, Seller of money orders). MSB Registration Number: the per-record "MSB Registration Status Information" document prints "MSB Registration Number: 31000317305002", exactly the 14-digit number held in BROKER CONTEXT for licence 4992 and exactly the registrationNumber of the corporates[] entry "NPE Market LTD" (United States). The row was returned by typing 31000317305002 into the register's own MSB REGISTRATION NUMBER/BSA ID field, which returned this single row. Corroborated by the printed "Legal Name: NPE Market LTD" (character-for-character that corporates[] name, US jurisdiction) and the printed address "Street Address: 1777 Lincoln St / City: Denver / State: COLORADO / Zip: 80290", matching that entry's recorded address.

Answered from this register entry and the authority’s own record.

Most Popular Questions

Complaints go to compliance@npemarket.com, which is the only published route. Because no financial regulator supervises the company, there is no ombudsman, no external dispute scheme and no compensation fund to escalate to if the answer does not satisfy you. The company is therefore both the counterparty to your trades and the final arbiter of any dispute about them.

Three routes: bank transfer, payment cards, and cryptocurrency, which the company calls a virtual asset transfer. Card deposits are usually credited within minutes, or manually within two business days where automatic crediting is not possible, and incoming bank transfers commonly take one to five business days. Payments must come from an account or card in the client's own name, third party payments are refused and returned to source, and the coins accepted for crypto transfers are not published.

Forex, metals, energy, indices, cryptocurrencies and, on the top tier, individual stocks, all through MetaTrader 5. The range runs to 83 currency pairs, 31 cryptocurrencies and more than a thousand CFD instruments in all. Every tier carries the same instruments, with individual stocks priced only on ECN Pro.

Nine languages are covered: English, Persian, Arabic, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, German, Kurdish (Sorani) and Urdu. The company advertises more than 12 in total but names these nine, and the site itself is published in seven of them. It states that live chat and email support run 24 hours a day, with an average first response of about five minutes.

Yes, at , but a visitor gets little from it before registering. The page advertises more than 300 searchable articles covering account verification, funding, platforms and policies, yet it exposes no search box and no article links, and its browse control leads to the signup form instead. Live chat and email remain the practical routes to an answer.

Complete the registration form, then upload photo identification and a proof of address. The company states that verified accounts go live within 10 minutes. Its help centre also lists source of funds checks among the verification steps, so expect to be asked for that as well.

By email at support@npemarket.com, with compliance@npemarket.com for compliance matters, partners@npemarket.com for introducing brokers and info@npemarket.com for general enquiries. There is also a telephone number on +971 4879 0755, a Telegram support channel, and a live chat the company says runs 24 hours a day.

We rate it high risk rather than proven fraudulent. It holds no financial services licence anywhere, its published records being a Saint Lucia company registration and a United States anti money laundering filing, and the operating company could not be found on the registry of the jurisdiction whose registration number it publishes. In its favour, the company does publish a full set of legal documents, including a client agreement that sets out its payment and withdrawal rules. With no regulator there is no compensation scheme and no ombudsman, so a deposit here is unsecured credit to a company incorporated in October 2024.

The company gives 24 October 2024 as its incorporation date, so it has been operating for about two years. That is a short history, and too short to show how the firm behaves under market stress or during a dispute.

Yes, but only on the Standard tier and only for seven days. From the eighth day standard swap is charged on positions held overnight, which is a much shorter grace period than most brokers offering an Islamic account.

The client agreement names two refusals and no others: the United States and North Korea. It adds that the company's registration with the United States Treasury does not qualify the United States exclusion, and the five United States dependent territories whose residents are United States persons fall under the same clause. Iran is accepted, and the company markets to it directly with Persian language pages and a Persian registration flow. The agreement refers to a fuller list of restricted jurisdictions published on the site, but no such page exists, and the country menu on the registration form is an unfiltered directory of nearly every country rather than a list of the ones the company will accept.

The site says client deposits are held in segregated accounts at tier one banks and that retail accounts have negative balance protection. Neither claim names a bank or a trustee, and no contractual wording supports them. With no regulator, there is no client money rulebook, no capital requirement and no compensation scheme behind those statements.

The company says it releases a complete and verified withdrawal request within one business day, after which the route decides the rest: usually under an hour for a crypto transfer, one to three business days for a bank wire, and three to ten business days for a card refund. Withdrawals return to the method used for the deposit and must be in the account holder's own name, and a card is repaid only up to the amount deposited on it. Fees, minimums and maximums are not published for any method: the company says they appear in the client portal and in a schedule of costs and charges that is not published on the site.

MetaTrader 5 only, for Windows, macOS, Linux under Wine, iOS, Android and a browser terminal, with hedging and Expert Advisors enabled. The site's download buttons do not resolve to installer files, so the terminal has to be obtained elsewhere.

Standard charges no commission on currencies and metals, with spreads from 1.1 pips, and 0.08 percent of position value on crypto, energy and indices. ECN charges 3 US dollars per side (6 round turn per standard lot) from 0.2 pips, and ECN Pro charges 2 US dollars per side (4 round turn) from 0.0 pips, both at 0.06 percent of notional on crypto, energy and indices. The whole commission is taken when a position opens.

Up to 1:500 on Standard, 1:300 on ECN and 1:200 on ECN Pro. Because no regulator supervises the firm, no external retail leverage cap applies and these limits are set by the company itself.

The company's states 30 US dollars on the Standard account, 200 US dollars on ECN and 5,000 US dollars on ECN Pro, and demo accounts are free. The Standard figure is lower than the amount published previously, so confirm the sum shown during signup before funding.

No. A money services business registration is a self filed anti money laundering notification under the Bank Secrecy Act. FinCEN states expressly that inclusion in its registrant list is not a recommendation, a certification of legitimacy or an endorsement by any government agency. It is not permission to offer leveraged forex or CFDs to anyone, in the United States or elsewhere.

The brand is operated by NPE Market Limited, described on the company's own site as a Saint Lucia international business company registered on 24 October 2024 under No. 2024-00497, with a registered office at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros Islet, Saint Lucia and an operational office at 24th Floor, The One Tower, Barsha Heights, Dubai. No directors, shareholders or beneficial owners are named anywhere on the site.

No. NPE Market holds no financial services licence in any jurisdiction, and it does not claim one. Its discloses a Saint Lucia international business company registration (No. 2024-00497) and a United States FinCEN money services business registration (No. 31000317305002). Neither authorises dealing in forex or CFDs, and neither brings client money under a financial regulator's supervision.

Licence 31000317305002 was issued by Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), the financial authority for United States.
NPE Market holds this FinCEN licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
We located this entry on the FinCEN register. Note that confirming a register ENTRY is not the same as confirming a live licence — the register’s own wording on this page is what states its current standing.
The FinCEN register prints it under NPE Market LTD, not NPE Market. Licences are often held by a subsidiary rather than the trading brand, which is why searching a register for the brand alone can return nothing.
This page links straight to the FinCEN register. Search it for 31000317305002, and for the name NPE Market LTD rather than the trading brand.
