Summary of the broker
NPE Market Broker Overview
NPE Market is a multi asset forex and CFD brand operated by NPE Market Limited, an international business company the firm says was registered in Saint Lucia in October 2024, with an operational office given as 24th Floor, The One Tower, Barsha Heights, Dubai. The offering is built entirely on MetaTrader 5, across three live accounts opening from 50 US dollars, with leverage up to 1:500 on the entry tier.
NPE Market Regulation and License
NPE Market holds no financial services licence. The company's own compliance page lists two records and no more: a Saint Lucia international business company registration under No. 2024-00497, and a money services business registration with the United States Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network under No. 31000317305002. Neither is a permission to deal in forex or contracts for difference, and neither places client money under a financial regulator's supervision.
The FinCEN record is public and confirms a money services business registration under that number, filed on 4 December 2025 by a registrant recorded as NPE Market LTD at 1777 Lincoln St, Denver, Colorado. FinCEN states plainly that inclusion in its registrant list is not an approval, certification or endorsement of any business.
Is NPE Market Regulated?
No. No regulator anywhere authorises NPE Market Limited to hold client funds or to deal in leveraged instruments, and the company does not claim one. A company registration and an anti money laundering filing are corporate and compliance formalities, not financial regulation, and they carry no compensation scheme, no capital requirement and no complaints ombudsman.
NPE Market License 2024-00497
Registration No. 2024-00497 is the Saint Lucia incorporation number the company publishes for NPE Market Limited, dated 24 October 2024. A search of the Saint Lucia online company registry for both the name and the number returned no record, and the entity holds no Legal Entity Identifier. The registration therefore stands as a claim on the company's own site rather than a fact confirmed against an official record, and in any case it would not authorise any trading activity.
Is NPE Market Safe?
The material protections a client normally relies on are absent. There is no regulator to complain to, the operating entity could not be found on the registry of the jurisdiction it names, and the company publishes no client agreement: the legal page lists a terms of service, a privacy policy, a cookie policy and a conflict of interest policy but reproduces none of them, stating instead that each is available from the support portal. Claims of segregated client funds at tier one banks and negative balance protection appear only as site copy, with no bank, no trustee and no contractual wording behind them.
NPE Market Account Types
Three live accounts share the same instruments and the same platform, differing only on price and minimum. Standard opens at 50 US dollars, from 1.1 pips, with no commission on currencies and metals and leverage to 1:500, and it is the tier that can be opened as an Islamic swap free account, though the swap free treatment lasts only seven days. ECN opens at 200 US dollars, from 0.2 pips, at 3 US dollars per side, with leverage capped at 1:300. ECN Pro opens at 5,000 US dollars, from 0.0 pips, at 2 US dollars per side, with leverage capped at 1:200 and individual stocks added.
NPE Market Spreads, Commissions and Fees
Currencies and metals on Standard carry no commission, so the spread is the whole cost. On ECN and ECN Pro the commission is charged in full when a position opens: 6 US dollars round turn per standard lot on ECN and 4 US dollars on ECN Pro. Crypto, energy and indices are charged on notional instead, at 0.08 percent on Standard and 0.06 percent on the two ECN tiers, with individual stocks on ECN Pro at the same 0.06 percent. Deposit and withdrawal fees are not published anywhere on the site.
NPE Market Leverage
Leverage falls as the account tier rises: 1:500 on Standard, 1:300 on ECN and 1:200 on ECN Pro. With no regulator imposing a retail cap, these are the company's own limits and can be changed at will.
NPE Market Trading Platforms
MetaTrader 5 is the only platform, offered for Windows, macOS, Linux under Wine, iOS, Android and a browser terminal, with hedging and Expert Advisors enabled. The platform page carries download buttons that do not resolve to installer files, so a client obtains the terminal elsewhere and connects to the broker's server.
NPE Market Deposits and Withdrawals
The company publishes no funding page and no fee schedule. What it does state, in its FAQ, is that most withdrawals are same day, bank wires take one to three business days and crypto withdrawals are usually under an hour. Third party payments are refused, the payment instrument must be in the account holder's own name, and withdrawals return to the method used for the deposit.
NPE Market Pros and Cons
- Pricing is set out clearly and consistently across the account pages, including the commission on notional that many brokers bury.
- The entry minimum of 50 US dollars is low and the same instruments are available on every tier.
- There is no financial regulator, so no capital rules, no client money rules and no route to compensation.
- The operating entity returned no record on the registry of the jurisdiction whose registration number it publishes.
- No client agreement or terms of service text is published, so the conditions governing an account cannot be read before depositing.
NPE Market Review and Assessment
NPE Market presents itself well and prices itself transparently, but the structure underneath it is thin: a company registration that could not be confirmed, an anti money laundering filing presented alongside it, and no financial licence at all. A deposit here is unsecured credit to a private company incorporated less than two years ago, with no supervisor and no published contract. Anyone considering an account should weigh that before the spread table.

How we know
- 1Registration form at https://my.npemarket.com/signup/: the country selector offers a closed list of 190 jurisdictions, and every code in the whitelist is an option a prospective client can select. The list includes jurisdictions under comprehensive sanctions, among them North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba and Russia, as well as the United States.
- 2AML and KYC policy at https://npemarket.com/en/aml-kyc states: 'We do not open accounts for residents of jurisdictions under comprehensive sanctions, or where offering our services would breach local law. The signup form will tell you if your country of residence is not served.' No jurisdiction is named, so no code is written to blockedConfirmed and none is inferred into blockedLikelyUnconfirmed.
- 3The onboarding selector and the AML text disagree: the policy describes a sanctions based block while the selector accepts those jurisdictions. The selector is what enforces onboarding, so it decided the whitelist. Both sources are recorded here rather than reconciled silently.
- 4Kosovo appears in the selector but has no ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code, so it is recorded here and written to no list.
- 5Legal and policies page at https://npemarket.com/en/legal links terms of service, privacy, cookie and conflict of interest policies but publishes none of their text, stating each is 'available in full text from the support portal'. No client agreement text could be read, so no restriction clause exists to classify.
- 6Dedicated countries page: /restricted-countries, /prohibited-countries, /accepted-countries and /where-we-operate return the site's not found page under the /en locale prefix; the help centre at https://npemarket.com/en/help and the FAQ at https://npemarket.com/en/faq were reached and hold no restriction list.
- 7Partner and IB terms at https://npemarket.com/en/partners/ib were reached and name no jurisdictional restriction. No deposit and withdrawal page is published on the site.
- 8No regulator filing exists for the named operating entity, so location five yielded nothing.
- 9Footer risk disclosure, present on every page, names no excluded jurisdiction. The site publishes seven language variants (English, Persian, Arabic, Turkish, Spanish, Sorani Kurdish and Urdu), which indicates the markets served rather than any exclusion.
