Summary of the broker
ParoxFX Broker Overview
ParoxFX is an online forex and CFD brand operated by ParoxFX LLC, a company that describes itself in the site footer as an International Limited Liability Company incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and domiciled in Antigua and Barbuda under registration number 3866LLC. The registered address given is Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, P.O. Box 2897. Trading is offered through Match-Trader and a TradingView connection, on a single account with a stated minimum of $10.
ParoxFX Regulation and License
ParoxFX holds no confirmed financial regulation. No regulator, licence number or licensed entity is published anywhere on paroxfx.com, and no forex licence for the brand or for ParoxFX LLC could be established during this review.
The company's About Us page states that ParoxFX is "Regulated by top-tier financial authorities such as FCA in the UK". No FCA firm reference number, no FCA-authorised entity name and no register link accompany that sentence, and nothing else on the site supports it. Treated on its own terms, this is an unsupported claim of top-tier regulation, not a licence. The same page displays a Certificate of Formation, Certificate of Duties, Certificate of Taxes and Articles of Formation. Those are corporate formation and tax documents. They are not financial licences and confer no permission to hold client money or to deal in contracts for difference.
Is ParoxFX Regulated?
No. ParoxFX operates without any confirmed financial regulation. A Saint Vincent and the Grenadines limited liability company registration is a corporate filing, and the authority in that jurisdiction does not license or supervise forex and CFD dealing. Clients therefore have no financial ombudsman, no compensation scheme and no supervisory body with the power to compel the return of funds.
Is ParoxFX Safe?
ParoxFX cannot be described as safe on the evidence available. Beyond the absence of regulation, the site publishes no terms and conditions, no client agreement, no withdrawal policy and no privacy policy, so the contractual conditions under which money is held and returned are not disclosed before a deposit is made. The site also states no segregation of client funds and no negative balance protection. The single stated point of accountability is ParoxFX LLC at a Kingstown address, and that registration could not be confirmed on an official record.
ParoxFX Account Types
ParoxFX offers one account, called All In One, which the broker presents as combining the features of the tiers other brokers separate. The published minimum to start is $10. The account page gives no spread table, no commission figure, no margin call or stop out level and no account currency list, so the account cannot be compared with a competitor on paper.
ParoxFX Spreads, Commissions and Fees
The broker advertises zero commission on most trades and "the lowest possible spreads" without publishing a spread table for any instrument. Deposits are stated to carry no fee from the broker. No withdrawal fee, inactivity fee or swap schedule is published.
ParoxFX Leverage
Leverage of up to 1:500 is available. At that level a position can be closed out by a small adverse move, and there is no regulator-imposed leverage cap behind an unregulated offshore entity.
ParoxFX Trading Platforms
Trading runs on Match-Trader, available through the browser and as a mobile app, and on a TradingView connection for charting and order entry from the ParoxFX account. Both are reached through the client portal rather than a download hosted on the main site. MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 are not offered.
ParoxFX Deposits and Withdrawals
The funding page lists bank wire transfer over SWIFT and SEPA, debit and credit cards, e-wallets and cryptocurrency. Card and e-wallet availability is said to depend on the client's country of residence, and no individual wallet provider is named. Crypto funding is available at any hour and credits within minutes; wires are credited during business hours. The broker states it charges no deposit fees. Withdrawal timings, fees, minimums and maximums are not published at all, which is the most consequential gap in the section.
ParoxFX Support
Support is by email at [email protected] and by a single UK mobile number, with an enquiry form on the contact page. The broker advertises round-the-clock support but publishes no hours, no time zone and no live chat. Telegram and Instagram accounts are linked from the footer. The site is offered in English, Spanish, German, Russian, Turkish, Arabic and Persian.
ParoxFX Pros and Cons
- Low barrier to entry, with a $10 minimum and a single account rather than a tier structure.
- Match-Trader and a TradingView connection, both usable from a browser and a phone.
- Four funding routes including cryptocurrency, with no deposit fee charged by the broker.
- No confirmed financial regulation of any kind, and a claim of FCA regulation on the About Us page that nothing on the site supports.
- No terms and conditions, client agreement, withdrawal policy or privacy policy published anywhere.
- The operating company could not be confirmed on an official corporate record.
- Leverage of 1:500 with no stated negative balance protection or fund segregation.
ParoxFX Review and Assessment
ParoxFX presents a low-cost, low-minimum offering on capable third party platforms, and the commercial proposition is coherent. What sits behind it is not. An unregulated Saint Vincent company that publishes no client agreement, no withdrawal terms and an unsupported claim of top-tier supervision leaves a depositor with no contract to rely on and no authority to appeal to. Anyone considering an account should treat the FCA sentence on the About Us page as the central question to put to the broker in writing before any money is sent.
Regulatory Licenses
Compliance & oversight
Trading with an unregulated broker puts your deposit at risk.
No regulation
We have not confirmed any regulation for ParoxFX. An unregulated broker is not supervised by a financial authority, and money you deposit is protected only by the company itself.
What this means for you
- No compensation scheme covers your funds.
- No regulator to escalate a complaint to.
- No audit of how client money is held.

Country availability
Where ParoxFX says it will and won't take clients
No country restrictions on record. We looked and found nothing published — which is not the same as being open to everyone. Check ParoxFX's terms.
How we know
- 1Terms and conditions / client agreement: the site publishes none. The sitemap at https://paroxfx.com/en/sitemap lists every page and contains no terms, client agreement, risk disclosure or privacy policy, so no restricted-jurisdiction clause exists to read.
- 2Footer, https://paroxfx.com/en/ : carries only the operating-entity statement and a margin risk warning. No jurisdiction restrictions.
- 3About Us, https://paroxfx.com/en/about-us : no restricted-country wording.
- 4Funding Methods, https://paroxfx.com/en/funding-methods : states card availability and e-wallet options depend on the client's country of residence, but names no country. Too vague to classify any code.
- 5Prop trading rules, https://paroxfx.com/en/rules : seven trading rules, none of them jurisdictional.
- 6Signup / client onboarding form, https://client.paroxfx.com/ : the portal refused every attempt to load during this review, so its country list could not be read. This is the enforcing list, and it remains unknown.
- 7Conclusion: the broker publishes no country restriction policy anywhere on its public site. The empty lists record that absence, not an assurance that any particular country is accepted.
Recorded by WIKILIX research, not published by the broker, and not a guarantee. A country listed nowhere above is not thereby accepted — check ParoxFX's own terms before you open an account.
