Risk scorecard
Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.
Regulation
7/10 · HighNo licence from any financial regulator while taking client deposits, and the site advertises FCA regulation it does not hold. Mitigated slightly by a genuine, active company registration and no warning-list hit.
Identity & transparency
5/10 · ModerateThe legal entity is verified and active on the official register, with a consistent address and published contact details, but ownership is undisclosed, the register name is Parox LLC rather than ParoxFX LLC, and the Antigua domicile claim is unevidenced.
Withdrawals & conduct
2/10 · LowNo fund-integrity complaint found. The single negative review concerns an expired promotional bonus, which is a service matter, and two reviews report payouts arriving quickly.
Reputation
5/10 · ModerateA very thin footprint of six reviews, with four five-star ratings from single-review accounts posted in one week, and several template scam-warning pages that cite no verifiable case.
Website claims
9/10 · CriticalThe About page states the company is regulated by top-tier authorities such as the FCA in the UK. That is an outright falsehood on a deposit-taking site, published with no licence number and no register link.
Operational history
6/10 · HighVerified track record of about one year and ten months from the October 2024 incorporation. The 2021 domain sat parked until 2025, so it adds no real operating history.

Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
Two things drive the score, and neither is a finding of theft.
- It advertises regulation it does not have. The About page states the company is 'Regulated by top-tier financial authorities such as FCA in the UK'. We read that sentence on the live page on 30 August 2026. A Saint Vincent limited liability company incorporated in October 2024 is not authorised in the United Kingdom, the site publishes no firm reference number, and it offers no link to any register. This is the clearest problem we found: a firm that takes deposits is telling visitors it is supervised by a top-tier regulator when it is not.
- It takes client money with no licence anywhere. The company registration in Saint Vincent is a corporate filing, not permission to run a brokerage. The Saint Vincent authority states publicly that it does not license forex brokers and that no forex licences are issued in that jurisdiction. A third-party broker directory likewise records no forex licence for this firm. So client funds sit with an unsupervised company, and there is no compensation scheme behind them.
- The operation is young. The company was incorporated on 11 October 2024. The domain was registered in September 2021, but archived copies show it was a blank default page in December 2021 and still an empty placeholder in August 2024. Real broker content only appears from around May 2025. The honest reading is an operation of roughly one year and ten months, not five years.
Because the track record is under three years, our published figure is lifted to 65%. The evidence on its own scored 62%. We want to be plain about what that means: the increase reflects how little history exists to judge, not misconduct we uncovered. With a young firm, a clean record is the weakest kind of reassurance.
We also want to correct something. Several websites state that no company called ParoxFX exists on the Saint Vincent register. We searched that register directly and the entity is there and active. Those write-ups are wrong on that point, and we are not going to repeat a claim we can see is false.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1The broker's own About page states that the company is regulated by top-tier financial authorities such as the FCA in the UK. No firm reference number and no link to any register accompany the claim.
StrongParoxFX About Us pageE2The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines FSA entity register records Parox LLC, registration number 3866, type LLC, status Active, incorporated 11 October 2024, registered agent Euro-Caribbean Trustees Ltd. The company is real and current, and the incorporation date fixes the operating age.
E3The Saint Vincent authority's own material shows an LLC registration is a corporate filing for conducting business, with no financial supervision attached. The jurisdiction issues no forex licences, so the registration the broker publishes cannot be a trading licence.
E4Domain registration records show paroxfx.com was created on 9 September 2021 through Launchpad.com Inc, with an expiry of 9 September 2027.
E5The archived copy of the site from 20 December 2021 is a blank domain default page, not a broker. The domain existed years before the business did, so its 2021 registration date overstates the operating history.
E6The archived copy from 19 August 2024 still shows only a placeholder page, confirming no broker operation existed at that date. Real ParoxFX site assets first appear in archived records from May 2025.
E7The homepage footer identifies the operator as ParoxFX LLC, incorporated in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and domiciled in Antigua and Barbuda, registration number 3866LLC, at Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown. The official register records the name as Parox LLC.
ModerateParoxFX homepage footerE8The public review page for the domain carries six reviews at 3.8 out of 5, with five positive and one negative. The negative review concerns a free no-deposit bonus expiring, and the company replied publicly with a specific explanation. No review alleges refused withdrawals.
ModerateTrustpilot page for paroxfx.comE9Four of the five positive reviews come from accounts with a single lifetime review, and were posted within one week in May 2026. The pattern is too thin and too clustered to be treated as independent evidence of good service.
E10The platform page shows the firm offers Match-Trader and TradingView through login portals rather than MetaTrader, with no self-hosted installer downloads. We found no MetaTrader server registered under this brand.
E11A broker review directory records ParoxFX as unregulated and high risk, and states that it discloses no trading licence. It names paroxfx.com, matching the firm under review, but documents no individual client case.
ModerateBrokersView broker profileE12A scam-warning page about paroxfx.com describes withdrawal difficulties only in generic terms, with no amounts, dates or identifiable cases. It is a template warning rather than documentation, so it does not evidence a withdrawal problem at this firm.
E13A website-checking service records the domain as four years old and notes the registrant hides identity behind a privacy service, with the site hosted on a shared server. No user complaints are recorded there.
E14Searches of regulator warning and alert sources, covering the UK, IOSCO's international portal, Italy, France, Spain and Australia, returned no entry naming ParoxFX or paroxfx.com as of 30 August 2026.
The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
The case for ParoxFX being a real business, not a fraud, is stronger than most sites suggest.
- The company is genuinely registered and currently active. We searched the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority entity register, which holds 34,722 records, and found Parox LLC, number 3866, incorporated 11 October 2024, status Active, with a licensed registered agent. The number matches what the website publishes.
- No regulator anywhere has warned about this firm. We checked the FCA, IOSCO, CONSOB, AMF, CNMV and Australian alert sources and found nothing naming ParoxFX or its domain.
- Nobody has shown us a client who lost money. The single negative public review is about a free no-deposit bonus expiring after six months. That is a promotional dispute, not the client's own funds, and the company answered it publicly with a specific explanation.
- The firm replies to all of its negative reviews, usually within a day, and its published answers are concrete rather than evasive.
- Two public reviews describe payouts arriving quickly, one mentioning weekly prop payouts and another describing a withdrawal completed within 24 hours.
- Being registered offshore with no licence is not by itself fraud. Hundreds of real brokers operate this way. It is a risk tier, and we have scored it as one.
- There is no sign of impersonation. The name copies no established firm, the domain is not a lookalike, and it quotes no other company's licence number.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
Specific things would move this verdict in either direction.
- Lower risk: removing the FCA sentence from the About page, or replacing it with an accurate description of the company's actual status. That single edit removes the most serious finding in this report.
- Lower risk: obtaining a genuine licence from a real financial regulator and publishing the number with a working link to that regulator's register.
- Lower risk: a further two years of trading with client withdrawals continuing to be paid, which would take the firm past the point where its youth carries the score.
- Higher risk: any regulator adding ParoxFX or paroxfx.com to a warning or alert list.
- Higher risk: credible reports from different clients, on more than one platform, describing withdrawals refused or balances removed, with amounts and dates.
- Much higher risk: any demand that a client pay a tax, fee or insurance charge before funds are released. That pattern has no honest explanation and would change our verdict immediately.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is ParoxFX a scam?
We did not find proof that ParoxFX is a scam, and we did not find proof that it is safe. It is a real registered company, but it is unlicensed and it advertises regulation it does not hold. We rate it 65% risk and classify it as high risk, unverified.
Is ParoxFX regulated?
No. It holds no licence from any financial regulator. Its About page claims regulation by top-tier authorities such as the FCA in the UK, but it publishes no licence number and we found no UK authorisation. Its only official record is a company registration in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
Is ParoxFX regulated by the FCA?
We found no evidence that it is. The firm is a Saint Vincent company incorporated in October 2024, it names no firm reference number, and it links to no register. If a broker claims FCA regulation, ask for its reference number and check it on the FCA register yourself.
Does the company actually exist?
Yes. We searched the Saint Vincent and the Grenadines FSA register directly and found Parox LLC, registration number 3866, incorporated on 11 October 2024, status Active. Several websites claim no such company exists. That claim is wrong.
Does a Saint Vincent registration mean it is licensed?
No, and this is the most common misunderstanding. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines does not issue forex licences at all, and its authority has said so publicly. A registration there is a company filing, roughly like registering a business name. It involves no supervision of how client money is handled.
How old is ParoxFX?
The operating company is about one year and ten months old, incorporated in October 2024. The domain was registered in 2021, but archived copies show it was a blank parked page until 2025, so the domain age overstates how long the business has run.
Can I withdraw my money from ParoxFX?
We found no verified case of a withdrawal being refused, and two public reviews describe payouts arriving quickly. But there is no regulator to enforce payment if that changes. If you trade there, test a small withdrawal early rather than assuming it will work later.
Is my money protected at ParoxFX?
No. Because the firm holds no licence, there is no compensation scheme, no requirement to keep client funds separate from company funds, and no ombudsman. If the money is not returned, you have no regulatory route to recover it.
Are there complaints about ParoxFX?
Very few. Its Trustpilot page carries six reviews, five positive and one negative. The negative one concerns a free no-deposit bonus that expired, not a withdrawal. Some scam-warning sites describe withdrawal problems, but those pages are generic templates and cite no verifiable case.
Should I trust the positive reviews?
Treat them with some caution. Five of the six reviews are five-star, four come from accounts with only one review ever, and several were posted within the same week. That is a thin and clustered pattern. It is not proof of anything, but it is too little to rely on.
Is ParoxFX a clone of another broker?
No. We found no sign of impersonation. The name does not copy an established firm, the domain is not a lookalike of a known brand, and it does not quote another company's licence number.
Is ParoxFX a prop firm or a broker?
It is both, which matters. It sells funded-trader challenges and it also runs personal trading accounts that take real client deposits, from a $10 minimum with leverage up to 1:500. A prop firm needs no licence, but taking client deposits for live trading is brokerage, and that is the part with no supervision.
What should I check before depositing anywhere?
Ask for the licence number and check it on the regulator's own register, not a link the broker gives you. Confirm the entity on the register is the same one that takes your money. Then test a small withdrawal before committing more.
What do I do if I cannot withdraw from ParoxFX?
Stop depositing at once. Gather your records of deposits, trades and withdrawal requests with dates and amounts. Contact your bank or card issuer about a chargeback, and report it to your national financial regulator. Never pay a fee, tax or insurance charge that is demanded before your funds are released, and be wary of anyone offering to recover your money for an upfront payment.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
Treat ParoxFX as an unregulated venue and size your risk accordingly.
- Do not rely on the claim of FCA regulation. Check the UK register yourself before believing any firm that says it is authorised there, and expect a genuine firm to give you its reference number.
- Understand what you give up. With no licence, there is no ombudsman, no compensation scheme and no regulator to complain to if your money is not returned.
- If you still choose to trade, deposit only what you can afford to lose, and test a withdrawal early with a small amount before adding more.
- Prefer card or bank payments over crypto transfers, since card payments can sometimes be reversed and crypto cannot.
- Never pay any additional fee, tax or charge in order to release a withdrawal. No legitimate broker requires that.
- Keep your own records of deposits, trades and withdrawal requests, with dates and amounts.
- If you are already unable to withdraw, stop depositing immediately, contact your bank or card issuer about a chargeback, and report the matter to your national financial regulator.
