Broker Summary
What Wikilix has recorded about PasarFX: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.
PasarFX is the retail brand of PT Pasar Forex dan Komoditi Berjangka, a futures brokerage based at Soho Capital in West Jakarta. The company's own About page dates its licence to 26 April 2022 and states that it operates under the supervision of BAPPEBTI, with additional oversight referenced from OJK and Bank Indonesia. It is a member of the ICDX and JFX exchanges and clears through Indonesia Clearing House and Kliring Berjangka Indonesia.
Regulation. PasarFX is a domestically regulated Indonesian broker rather than an offshore CFD shop. Its business is multilateral, exchange-traded futures rather than over-the-counter dealing, which means positions are matched on the ICDX order book and client money sits in segregated accounts guaranteed by the clearing house. That structure is a genuine protection, but the protections are Indonesian ones: a client outside Indonesia would be relying on a domestic complaints and arbitration regime, not on an international compensation scheme.
What they offer. The tradable set is the ICDX GOFX family: daily rolling gold contracts (GOLDUD, GOLDGR, GOLDID), crude oil futures (COFR and COFU) and 33 foreign-currency contracts spanning the majors, crosses and a set of Asian pairs. Crude oil is quoted at 1:25 leverage against roughly 4 percent margin, the only leverage figure published anywhere on the site. There is no equity, index or cryptocurrency offering under the broker's own licence, although the company says it partners with a separate application for US share investing.
Accounts and funding. Three tiers are advertised: a free GOFX Trial demo account, GOFX Micro from a 50 dollar opening deposit and GOFX Mini from 500 dollars. Deposits are made by transfer to segregated company accounts at Bank Central Asia, Bank CIMB Niaga and Bank Artha Graha Internasional, each held in both Rupiah and US dollars. Identity verification is mandatory before an account is funded and is usually completed within about thirty minutes on a business day. The minimum age is 17, with parental consent required below 21.
Platform. MetaTrader 5 is the sole platform, offered for Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS, alongside the company's own mobile apps on the Google Play and Apple app stores.
Who it suits, and the caveats. PasarFX is built for Indonesian residents who want exchange-cleared commodity and currency futures under domestic supervision, and who are comfortable dealing in Indonesian. The site is published only in Indonesian, support runs on Jakarta phone lines and WhatsApp, and there is no live chat. The honest gaps are commercial disclosure and paperwork: the company publishes no spread table, no commission schedule, no swap or overnight financing terms, no withdrawal fees or processing times, and no client agreement, terms and conditions or risk disclosure document. Nor is a company registration number disclosed, and Indonesia's corporate registry is not openly searchable, so the entity behind the brand could not be confirmed against a company register. Prospective clients should ask for the full fee schedule and the client agreement in writing before funding an account.
Regulatory Licenses
Every licence PasarFX has in force is from an offshore regulator. Most carry no compensation scheme — each row below says what the issuing regulator actually requires.

What our check found
Indonesia's national commodity futures regulator, part of the Ministry of Trade. It issues futures broker business licences, inspects premises before granting them and requires client money to be held in named segregated bank accounts. Client protection: Real national supervision with segregated client accounts and mandatory clearing, but Indonesia operates no investor compensation scheme, so there is no payout if the firm itself fails.. Effective: May 2019.

What our check found
Indonesia's second futures exchange, which lists the multilateral gold, oil and currency contracts this broker sells. Membership is an exchange approval, not a separate regulatory licence. Client protection: Contracts trade on a supervised venue and clear centrally. Membership adds venue discipline but carries no deposit guarantee.. Effective: 12 Feb 2019.

What our check found
Indonesia's main futures exchange. Exchange membership is an approval to trade listed contracts on that venue, granted on top of the Bappebti licence rather than instead of it. Client protection: Trades executed on a supervised venue and novated to a clearing house, which reduces counterparty risk. It is not by itself a licence to solicit clients.. Effective: January 2024.

Where PasarFX says it will and won't take clients
No country restrictions on record. We looked and found nothing published — which is not the same as being open to everyone. Check PasarFX's terms.
How we know — 5 sources
- 1The site was read in full and publishes no restricted-country or accepted-country list anywhere, so no code could be placed in any list.
- 2The legal notice repeated in the footer of every page states only that 'Layanan PasarFX tunduk pada yurisdiksi hukum Indonesia' (PasarFX's services are subject to Indonesian law). That is a choice-of-law clause, not a list of refused jurisdictions, so it sets no code.
- 3The registration form at https://dashboard.pasarfx.co.id/client/register asks only for full name, phone, email and password. It carries no country selector and loads no country list, so onboarding gives no whitelist evidence either.
- 4The FAQ at https://pasarfx.co.id/faq/ sets eligibility by age (minimum 17, parental consent under 21) and by identity verification, and says nothing about residence or nationality.
- 5The account-opening guide at https://pasarfx.co.id/panduan-registrasi/ lists only Indonesian bank accounts for funding, and the legal page at https://pasarfx.co.id/dokumen/ carries licences and memberships rather than a client agreement.
