Broker Summary
What Wikilix has recorded about PTF: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.
PTF is the trading brand recorded for PT Prima Tangguharta Futures, a company associated with an office address in the Sona Topas Tower on Jalan Jenderal Sudirman in South Jakarta, Indonesia. The brand was offered to retail clients as a futures and foreign exchange service covering currencies, precious metals, energy products and cash index contracts.
The most important finding of this review is that the brand no longer has a working website. The web address historically associated with PTF does not serve the broker any more. It now resolves to an entirely unrelated site with no connection to financial services, and the specific English landing page the brand used returns a not-found error. WIKILIX therefore had no live company website to read: no regulation page, no client agreement, no account or funding schedule, no contact page and no logo. Anyone who reaches that address expecting a broker is landing on somebody else's property.
Regulation. WIKILIX was not able to confirm any forex or futures licence for this brand from material published by the operator itself, because that material is no longer online. Nothing here should be read as a finding that the company never held Indonesian authorisation. It is narrower and, for a prospective client, more practical: as things stand today there is no published, checkable licence evidence attached to this brand, and the profile is recorded as unregulated for that reason. Indonesian futures brokerage is a licensed activity, and a firm soliciting clients without an authorisation you can verify is not a firm to fund.
The company behind it. WIKILIX attempted to confirm PT Prima Tangguharta Futures on an official corporate registry and could not complete the check during this review: the Indonesian companies registry did not respond, and cross-jurisdiction and legal-entity-identifier searches returned nothing usable. The registration number, incorporation date and current standing of the entity are therefore unconfirmed here.
What was on offer. Three live account tiers were recorded: Standard, ECN Zero and VIP Variable. All three carried a maximum leverage of 1:400 and a minimum trade size of 0.01 lots, with no minimum deposit published. Advertised spreads started from 1.2 pips on Standard, 0.6 pips on VIP Variable and 0.0 pips on ECN Zero. A demo account was also part of the offering. Trading ran on MetaTrader 5 in its desktop, web and mobile builds. Instruments were limited to currencies and commodities rather than a broad multi-asset range. No deposit or withdrawal schedule, fee table or funding channel could be confirmed, so none is published here.
Support. The contact details on record are a Jakarta telephone number, 021 250 6677, a hotline on 021 250 6374, and the address info@ptf.co.id. WIKILIX did not test whether these are still answered, and an email address on a domain that now belongs to an unrelated operator should be treated with caution.
Who this suits. Nobody, in its present state. There is no live site to open an account on, no licence a client can check, and no funding terms to read. Traders in Indonesia who want leveraged currency or commodity exposure should choose a broker whose authorisation and client agreement they can read today on a website the firm plainly controls. If you already hold a balance under this brand, treat recovering it as the priority and keep written records of every instruction you send.
Regulatory Licenses
Every licence PTF has in force is from an offshore regulator. Most carry no compensation scheme — each row below says what the issuing regulator actually requires.

What our check found
Approval to act as a participant in Indonesia's Sistem Perdagangan Alternatif, the alternative trading system regime under which retail forex and CFD-style products are offered. It sits on top of the brokerage licence rather than replacing it. Client protection: Same regime as the brokerage licence: segregated client accounts and the statutory complaint and arbitration route. The broker's own site and app render this number with SI where the register shows SP, which is a clerical variance rather than a different permission.. Effective: Mar 2007.

What our check found
Membership of the exchange the broker trades on. It is a market membership, not a licence to hold client money, and it does not on its own confer supervision. Client protection: Exchange rules and an exchange-level mediation step before a dispute escalates to the regulator. It gives no direct protection over client deposits.. Effective: Sep 2010.
