Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
We found a real company with a real offshore licence that is nonetheless making a false regulatory claim and leaving client money complaints unresolved. That combination is high risk rather than a proven scam.
- The United States claim is false. The official RadarBrokers listing on Google Play, updated 11 October 2025, states that the firm holds brokerage licences and banking licences approved by the United States and Vanuatu. We searched FINRA BrokerCheck for Radar Brokers, Radar Securities and the bare word Radar, and searched NFA BASIC for Radar. Neither register holds any entry for this firm. Its own website separately says it uses no US regulator and does not accept US residents. A firm cannot hold US brokerage and banking licences and simultaneously state it has neither.
- The Vanuatu licence is genuine but thin. The VFSC financial dealers list shows RADAR BROKERS LIMITED, 14674, classes A, B and C, Active. That is a real dealing licence, so we do not treat this firm as unlicensed. Vanuatu is a low tier offshore jurisdiction with no compensation scheme, so it offers very little practical protection if your money goes missing.
- The licence is newer than the business. The register dates the licence to 4 October 2023. The company was incorporated in 2016 and client complaints about funds run from 2020 to 2022. The years those complaints describe are not covered by the licence now advertised.
- Money did not fully come back. On BrokersView a user posting on 4 August 2022 wrote that he deposited 3,000 US dollars and received only 800 US dollars a month after requesting a withdrawal. A second user on 17 July 2022 described profits in simulated trading and a burned account in live trading. A third party broker directory records a further set of unresolved complaints, including restricted account access and payment routing that did not go through normal company channels. Different users, more than one platform, with amounts and dates attached.
- The contract points at China, the licence does not. The client agreement is governed by the laws of Mainland China, while the only licence is Vanuatu. The app is marketed in Chinese with four times leverage on Hong Kong and US stocks, using phrases such as super easy money and small funds win big returns. That is aggressive selling into a market the Vanuatu licence does not reach.
- What we did not find. No regulator has published a warning naming this firm or its domains. We checked the FCA, ASIC, CFTC, MAS, IOSCO and the Hong Kong SFC alert list on 29 August 2026 and found nothing. There is no confirmed clone and no confirmed predecessor brand.
Two strong incriminating findings, the false US claim and the fund complaint pattern, sit against a register verified licence and a verified ten year history. That is short of the evidence needed to call it a scam, and well past what we would call safe.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1The Vanuatu regulator's own licensee list records the row 4-Oct-23, 14674, RADAR BROKERS LIMITED, classes A, B, C, status Active. The licence is genuine and in force, and the entity name matches the broker exactly.
E2The broker's own Google Play listing, updated 11 October 2025, states under Reliable License Qualification that it holds brokerage licences and banking licences approved by the United States and Vanuatu.
E3FINRA BrokerCheck returns no firm for the searches Radar Brokers or Radar Securities, and the six firms returned for Radar are unrelated companies. There is no US broker dealer registration for this firm.
E4NFA BASIC returns a single result for the search Radar, an unrelated company called RADAR WATER marked Not an NFA Member. No US derivatives registration exists for this broker.
ModerateNFA BASIC firm searchE5The GLEIF legal entity record for Radar Brokers Limited shows a Vanuatu entity, registration number 14674, created on 29 June 2016, status Active. This confirms the company exists and its age, but it is corporate existence and not a trading licence.
E6Domain records show radarbrokers.net and radarbrokers.com were both registered on 14 June 2016 through Name.com, consistent with the firm's claim of operating since 2016.
ModerateVerisign RDAP domain recordsE7A user posting on 4 August 2022 states he deposited 3,000 US dollars and received only 800 US dollars a month after requesting a withdrawal. A second user on 17 July 2022 describes profits on simulated trading and a burned account in live trading. The page also notes reports of severe withdrawal delays and restricted account access.
E8The register dates the dealers licence to 4 October 2023, while the company was created in 2016 and the client fund complaints we found date from 2020 to 2022. The period those complaints describe predates the licence now advertised.
E9The client agreement states that the contract is governed by the laws of Mainland China, while the only licence held is issued in Vanuatu. The app markets four times leverage on Hong Kong and US stocks in Chinese, although the website says Hong Kong, Macau and US residents are not accepted.
E10The broker's own website names the VFSC and licence 14674 but links only to the regulator's home page, providing no direct verification link to its register entry.
E11A warning list sweep on 29 August 2026 across the FCA, ASIC, CFTC, MAS, IOSCO and the Hong Kong SFC alert list found no entry naming Radar Brokers, Radar Securities or their domains.
E12The app listing promotes four times leveraged trading with the phrases super easy money and small funds win big returns, advertises bonds with an annual coupon rate from 6.5 percent, and claims two industry awards we could not independently verify.
E13The company gives different addresses across its own sources: 1st Floor B and P House Kumul Highway, Room 4 Flamingo Building, and 1st Floor iCount Building, while the entity record shows a corporate services provider address on Gloucester Street.
The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
There is a real case for this firm being a genuine, if aggressive, offshore broker rather than a fraud.
- The licence is real and current. We read it on the regulator's own register, not on the broker's marketing pages.
- The company is real and old. The Vanuatu entity was created on 29 June 2016 and the LEI record shows it active. The main domains were registered on 14 June 2016. Both legs agree, so the implied ten year history is honest.
- No regulator anywhere has warned about it. For a firm with a decade of Chinese language marketing, that absence carries some weight.
- There is a real trading operation behind it. A live MetaTrader 5 server exists under the firm's own name, which pure boiler rooms usually cannot show.
- The United States wording may be stale marketing copy rather than a current lie. The app description reads like it was written years ago and never revised, and the firm's current website is explicit that it uses no US regulator.
- The complaint volume is modest for a platform with more than ten thousand app downloads, and the most detailed complaints are from 2022 rather than this year.
- The firm itself warns that counterfeit copies of its website and app exist, so some negative reports circulating under this brand may belong to impersonators rather than to this operation.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
Specific, checkable things would move this verdict in either direction.
- Towards safe: the firm removing the United States brokerage and banking licence claim from its app listing and every other channel, and saying plainly which regulator covers which activity.
- Towards safe: a run of dated, specific reports from clients confirming that full withdrawals were paid on time, across more than one independent platform.
- Towards safe: the firm publishing a direct verification link to its VFSC register entry, and naming its directors and senior management.
- Towards safe: a documented explanation of how client money is held at the National Bank of Vanuatu, with independent confirmation.
- Towards scam: any regulator publishing a warning that names radarbrokers.net, radarbrokers.com or Radar Brokers Limited.
- Towards scam: credible reports of a demand for an extra payment, such as a tax or unlock fee, before a withdrawal is released.
- Towards scam: the VFSC licence moving to suspended, lapsed or cancelled while the site still advertises it.
- Towards scam: confirmation that deposits are routed to personal bank accounts rather than company accounts.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is Radar Brokers a scam?
We did not find enough proof to call it a scam, but we rate it high risk at 63 percent. It is a real Vanuatu company with a genuine offshore licence. However it advertises United States brokerage and banking licences that we could not find in any US register, and several clients report money that did not fully come back.
Is Radar Brokers regulated?
Yes, but only in Vanuatu. The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission lists Radar Brokers Limited under licence number 14674, classes A, B and C, with status Active. We read this on the regulator's own licensee list. It holds no other licence that we could verify.
Does Radar Brokers have a US licence?
No. Its Google Play listing says it holds brokerage and banking licences approved by the United States. We searched FINRA BrokerCheck and NFA BASIC and found no registration for Radar Brokers or Radar Securities. Its own website also states it uses no US regulator and does not accept US residents.
Can I withdraw my money from Radar Brokers?
Some clients report problems. One user on BrokersView wrote in August 2022 that he deposited 3,000 US dollars and received only 800 US dollars back a month after requesting a withdrawal. Others report restricted account access. If you use this platform, test a small withdrawal first.
Is my money safe with Radar Brokers?
There is no compensation scheme behind a Vanuatu licence. The firm says client funds are held at the National Bank of Vanuatu and kept separate from company money, but we could not independently confirm that. If the firm failed or refused to pay, your practical recourse would be very limited.
Who owns Radar Brokers?
The operating company is Radar Brokers Limited, registered in Vanuatu with number 14674. Its app listing says it is backed by a former IDG partner. No directors or senior managers are named anywhere on its website, which is a transparency gap for a firm holding client money.
How old is Radar Brokers?
About ten years. The Vanuatu company was created on 29 June 2016 and its main domains were registered on 14 June 2016. Both dates agree, so the claim of being online since 2016 is genuine. Note that its Vanuatu dealers licence is much newer, dated 4 October 2023.
What is a VFSC licence worth?
Not much in practical terms. Vanuatu is a low tier offshore jurisdiction. The licence is real and permits dealing, but there is no compensation fund, no deposit protection and limited supervisory capacity compared with regulators such as the FCA or ASIC.
Why does it matter that the licence is dated 2023?
Because the platform was taking client deposits well before then. The company dates to 2016 and the client complaints we found run from 2020 to 2022. Those years are not covered by the dealers licence the firm now advertises.
Is Radar Brokers a clone of another broker?
No. The website, the legal entity and the licence number all match one another, and it is not impersonating a better known firm. The company itself warns that counterfeit copies of its website and app exist, so check you are on radarbrokers.net or radarbrokers.com before entering any details.
Has any regulator warned about Radar Brokers?
Not as of 29 August 2026. We checked the FCA, ASIC, CFTC, MAS, IOSCO and the Hong Kong SFC alert list and found no entry naming this firm or its domains. Warning lists lag new cases by months, so this is not a clean bill of health.
What should I check before depositing with any broker?
Find the licence number on the regulator's own register, not on the broker's website. Confirm the company on the register is the same one that takes your money. Check whether a compensation scheme exists. Then test a small withdrawal before you commit real capital.
What do I do if I cannot get my money out of Radar Brokers?
Gather your deposit records, chat logs, ticket numbers and screenshots. Complain in writing to the firm, then report it to the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission quoting licence 14674. Also report to the police or financial crime unit where you live. Never pay a fee to anyone promising to recover your funds.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
Treat this as a high risk offshore platform and do not commit money you cannot afford to lose.
- Do not believe the United States licence claim. There is no US brokerage or banking registration for this firm. Check FINRA BrokerCheck yourself before you accept any such statement.
- Understand what the Vanuatu licence gives you. It is genuine, but it carries no compensation scheme and no deposit guarantee. If your money disappears, there is very little practical recourse.
- If you already have an account, test a withdrawal with a small amount before adding funds, and keep records of every deposit, ticket and chat.
- Never send money to a personal bank account. A licensed broker collects client funds in company accounts only.
- Refuse any request for an extra payment to release a withdrawal. No legitimate broker requires one.
- If you cannot get your money out, report it to the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission quoting licence 14674, and to the police or financial crime unit where you live.
- If you want the protection of a compensation scheme, use a broker licensed in a tier one jurisdiction instead.
