Broker Summary

Summary of the broker

Radar Brokers Broker Overview

Radar Brokers is the trading brand of Radar Brokers Limited, a private international company registered in Vanuatu in June 2016. The platform is positioned as a multi asset investment app rather than a conventional foreign exchange broker: it offers US and Hong Kong listed shares, global stock indices, metals and energy derivatives, funds and bonds through a proprietary application called Radar Trader and through MetaTrader 5. The website is published at radarbrokers.net, with a mirror at radarbrokers.com.

Radar Brokers Regulation and License

Radar Brokers Limited states on its own compliance page that it is supervised by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission under licence number 14674, and describes itself there as a full licence securities company permitted to conduct securities business in every global market.

That number does not correspond to a financial services licence. Searching the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission International Companies register returns RADAR BROKERS LIMITED, company number 14674, a private international company registered on 29 June 2016 with status Registered and an annual return last filed on 3 June 2026. The figure the broker publishes as its licence number is its company registration number. A company registration establishes that the entity exists. It confers no permission to hold client money or to deal in securities or derivatives.

The broker's English homepage additionally claims that the group and its affiliates hold a broker dealer licence in the United States. No United States authority, licence number or licensed entity is named anywhere on the site, and the compliance page written for the broker's Chinese speaking audience names only Vanuatu.

Is Radar Brokers Regulated?

No confirmed financial regulation was found. The single credential Radar Brokers publishes resolves to a company registration rather than to a licence, and the broker names no other authority, number or licensed entity that could be checked. This is a claimed and unconfirmed regulatory position, not a confirmed one.

Is Radar Brokers Safe?

The most important thing a prospective client should understand is that no confirmed licensing authority stands behind the deposits. The broker states that client funds are held in custody at the National Bank of Vanuatu and kept separate from its own money, and that deposits and withdrawals are permitted only between accounts in the client's own name. Both are sensible arrangements, but they are the broker's own assertions and there is no supervisor identified who could enforce them, and no compensation scheme is mentioned. A corporate registration in good standing, which Radar Brokers Limited does have, does not substitute for that.

The site is also inconsistent about where the company sits. Three different addresses appear across its own pages: Room 4, Flamingo Building, Port Vila on the About and anti money laundering pages, 1st Floor, B&P House, Kumul Highway, Port Vila in the copyright notice and on the registry record, and 401 Ryland St., STE 200-A, Reno, Nevada in the help centre footer. The copyright notice also gives the official website as radarbrokers.com while the site itself is served from radarbrokers.net.

Radar Brokers Account Types

Seven live account types are published, organised by market rather than by pricing tier. US stock and Hong Kong stock accounts each come in a comprehensive version, which does not permit short selling, and a global version, which does. The US global account carries a minimum margin of 25 percent and the Hong Kong global account 50 percent, with short selling available on most of the roughly seven hundred Hong Kong shares offered. Two derivative accounts cover global indices, metals and energy with a minimum margin of 2 percent, the global variant differing in its product source and in offering depth of market quotes. A wealth management account covers funds and structured products. No minimum opening deposit is published for any of them.

Radar Brokers Spreads, Commissions and Fees

There is no single commission rate. Radar Brokers publishes separate fee schedules for US comprehensive accounts, US global accounts, Hong Kong shares and derivatives. On the China A50 index derivative, symbol CHI50, the broker states an overnight financing charge of USD 2 to carry a long position and USD 0.50 to carry a short one. Spreads are not published.

Radar Brokers Leverage

The highest leverage implied by the published margin rates is 50 to 1, from the 2 percent minimum margin on the derivative accounts. Share accounts are far lower, at 4 to 1 for US global and 2 to 1 for Hong Kong global.

Radar Brokers Trading Platforms

Two platforms are offered. Radar Trader is the broker's own application, published for iOS and Android, and it carries the account management, the copy trading community and the market data feed. MetaTrader 5 is offered separately for Windows, iOS and Android; the Windows and Android installers are served from a second domain the broker operates, radar.fund. There is no MetaTrader 4.

Radar Brokers Deposits and Withdrawals

Funding is by bank transfer only. International wire transfers are stated to arrive in one to five business days and Radar Brokers charges no deposit fee on any route. Bano and East West Bank Velo are published as alternative deposit routes, as is TransferWise, which the broker says is currently unavailable to residents of China.

Withdrawals are the costlier side. The minimum withdrawal is USD 100 and the broker states no per transaction or daily ceiling. The platform charges 0.4 percent with a floor of USD 20 per withdrawal; that charge is waived when withdrawing to a Bano account, while a wire to any other bank costs USD 50.

Radar Brokers Support

Support runs through a single email address, [email protected], and a Vanuatu telephone number, +678-22159. There is no live chat. The public help centre is substantial but is published almost entirely in Chinese, while the marketing pages are in English, so an English speaking client will find the fee schedules, account specifications and funding procedures harder to reach than the promotional material.

Radar Brokers Pros and Cons

  • The operating company is named openly and its registration is confirmed on the Vanuatu register, in good standing with a current annual return.
  • Fee schedules, margin rates, withdrawal charges and funding procedures are published in real detail rather than hidden.
  • The product range is genuinely broad, covering listed shares in two markets alongside index and commodity derivatives.
  • The number published as a VFSC licence is a company registration number, so no financial supervision has been established.
  • A United States broker dealer licence is claimed on the homepage with no authority, number or entity named.
  • The company publishes three different addresses and a website address that is not the one it operates from.
  • Withdrawal costs are high for smaller balances, at USD 20 minimum or USD 50 by wire against a USD 100 minimum withdrawal.

Radar Brokers Review and Assessment

Radar Brokers presents itself as a licensed and multi jurisdictional broker, and the corporate reality behind the brand is real: Radar Brokers Limited exists, has existed since 2016 and is currently registered. What could not be established is the supervision. The one credential offered turns out to be the company registration itself, and the additional United States claim is unsupported by anything on the site. Anyone considering an account should treat the deposits as unprotected by any identified regulator and weigh that against a product range and a fee disclosure that are, on their own terms, better documented than many offshore competitors manage.

How we know

  1. 1The footer disclaimer carried on every page of the broker's own site, in both its English and Chinese versions, states: 'The company doesn't provide services to residents of the jurisdictions that forbid derivatives trading, including the U.S., Brazil, Belgium, Hong Kong and Macau.' US, BR, BE, HK and MO are therefore named refusals (https://radarbrokers.net/ and https://radarbrokers.net/topic/21976).
  2. 2Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands are recorded as dependent territories of the named United States block. The broker does not name them itself.
  3. 3The clause frames the exclusions as 'jurisdictions that forbid derivatives trading' but names only those five, so no further countries are inferred from the category.
  4. 4The login and account-opening form uses a telephone dialling code picker rather than a country-of-residence selector, and that picker still lists the United States, Hong Kong, Macao, Belgium and Brazil. It therefore does not enforce the published policy and no code is written to the whitelist on its evidence (https://radarbrokers.net/login?_locale=en).
  5. 5The AML policy (https://radarbrokers.net/AML), the risk disclaimer (https://radarbrokers.net/riskDisclaimer) and the margin account agreement (https://radarbrokers.net/html/margin_accout_agreement.html) were all read and none names a restricted jurisdiction.
  6. 6The deposit pages state that the TransferWise funding route is currently unavailable to residents of China. This is a payment channel limitation, not an onboarding refusal, so no code is written for it (https://radarbrokers.net/category/20268).
