RKX: FCA licence 833414

The About page states the brand was established in 2019. The evidence is more complicated. The UK company that carries the group's 2019-dated authorisation was incorporated in 2017 under an entirely different name and was only renamed to RKX FINANCIAL UK LIMITED in January 2026, per Companies House. The RKX brand's own visible trading history is short. Read the 2019 claim as the age of a corporate vehicle, not of this broker.

We have not confirmed fraud, and we do not label RKX a scam. What we can say is documented: the company taking the money holds no licence; the site advertises itself as multi-regulated on the strength of permissions held by other companies, one of which does not cover retail clients; one licence number published on the site does not match the certificate behind it; and there is a consistent body of client reports about blocked withdrawals.

That combination is enough to classify RKX as high risk and unverified. It is not a safe place for money you need back.

The About page says client funds are held in segregated accounts with banking partners. No bank is named, no auditor is named, and no compensation or insurance scheme is cited.

Because the deposit-taking company is unlicensed, that segregation claim rests on the broker's word rather than on a supervisor who audits it. There is no scheme equivalent to the UK FSCS or a comparable investor compensation fund behind these accounts.

RKX states it does not serve residents of the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Malaysia, North Korea or the UAE. Its signup form additionally declines China. UK visitors are automatically redirected away from rkx.com to a separate UK-facing domain.

Outside those, the signup form accepts residents of most countries. Note that acceptance by a form is not the same as protection: being able to open an account does not put a regulator in your country behind it.

Spreads are variable. On Micro and Core they start from 1.4 pips with no commission. On Pro they start from 0.6 pips with a commission of 6 per lot. The minimum lot size is 0.01 across all tiers.

The broker publishes no withdrawal processing times at all.

Our research found a repeated pattern of client accounts describing withdrawals left pending, profits cancelled and requests refused after a deposit had cleared, with balances released only in part or not at all. We could not verify individual cases, but the volume and consistency of that pattern is the single most serious signal in this profile. Test a small withdrawal before committing meaningful capital.

The site says funding runs through cards, bank transfer and e-wallets, and advertises more than ten payment methods and twenty account currencies.

What it does not publish is any fee schedule, processing time or minimum and maximum limit for any of those channels. That is a real gap: you cannot tell before you deposit what withdrawing will cost you or how long it will take.

MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, both available as desktop, web and mobile builds. Expert Advisors are permitted on all account types. The broker runs its own MetaTrader servers under the RKXFinancial-Live name.

Up to 1:1000 on every account tier, with a stop-out level of 30%.

That is worth pausing on. Onshore regulators cap retail leverage far lower, typically 1:30, precisely because leverage at this level can wipe out an account on a small adverse move. High leverage is a marketing feature, not a protection.

It depends on the tier. The Core account has no stated minimum deposit at all. Micro starts at 300 USD, and Pro at 2,000 USD. All three are published on the account types page.

The footer of every page on rkx.com states the site is owned and operated by RKX Financial LC Limited, registered at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet, Saint Lucia. Saint Lucia publishes no searchable company register, so we could not independently confirm that company's registration number or incorporation date.

A related UK company, RKX FINANCIAL UK LIMITED, number 10684079, is confirmed active at Companies House.

Not in the way the phrase implies. The company you actually contract with, RKX Financial LC Limited, is registered in Saint Lucia and holds no forex licence of its own; Saint Lucia does not supervise retail forex.

Two real permissions sit elsewhere in the group. A UK authorisation, firm reference 833414, is held by RKX FINANCIAL UK LIMITED and is scoped to institutional clients only, so it does not authorise retail business. A South African derivatives permission is held by RKX Financial SA (Pty) Ltd and was issued on 30 June 2025. Neither covers a retail client of rkx.com.
