Is STP Trading a scam?

High risk (unverified)MEDIUM confidence
Updated September 8, 2026
Offshore high-risk brokerage with weak supervision and disputed withdrawals

STP Trading is not a proven scam, but we rate it high risk at 57%. It is a real, working brokerage with a genuine offshore licence in its own name, and we found no regulator warning and no fraud-related enforcement action against it. What it does not have is meaningful supervision, and a steady line of clients say their money did not come back.

  • The only forex licence in the group comes from the Mwali International Services Authority in Comoros (T2023280, held by STP Global Ltd). That body is an offshore registrar, not a working financial supervisor, and it protects client deposits in no practical way.
  • The one regulator the website itself names, the Mauritius FSC, relates to licence GB26206302. That is a Global Business licence recorded for securities trading, effective 25 June 2026, and it is held by a third company, STP Trading (mu) Ltd.
  • The company you actually contract with, STP Trading Ltd in Saint Lucia (IBC 2023-00081), holds no licence at all. A Saint Lucia company registration is not financial regulation.
  • Clients on more than one platform report withdrawals refused, accounts closed with a balance on them and deposits only partly returned. Trustpilot sits at 2.9 out of 5 across 27 reviews, with 52% of them one star.
  • On the plus side, the brand really does date back to December 2019, the licence on the Comoros register is genuinely theirs and lists this exact website, and some clients report withdrawals paid within hours.

Regulation

7/10 · High

A genuine forex licence exists in the group's own name, but it comes from a Comoros registrar that is not a functioning supervisor, its register shows a term that ended in May 2025 while still flagging the firm active, the Mauritius licence it advertises is a corporate Global Business licence effective June 2026 rather than a dealing authorisation, and the Saint Lucia company that holds client money has no licence at all.

Identity & transparency

4/10 · Moderate

All three entities, their registration numbers and their registered addresses are published on the site, and the licence register independently confirms the entity and this exact domain, but the licensed company is not the company clients contract with, and the publicly listed Dubai address and UK phone sit oddly against terms that exclude UAE and UK residents.

Withdrawals & conduct

6/10 · High

A fund-integrity pattern passing all four tests, same failure, clustered in June to August 2026, across two platforms and with checkable account numbers and amounts, but set against credible reports of withdrawals paid within hours and a broker that answers and disputes most complaints in public.

Reputation

6/10 · High

Trustpilot 2.9 from 27 reviews with 52% one-star and a hollow middle, roughly five complaints on a third-party directory, and a specific costed allegation that five-star reviews were bought through a promotion, offset by the absence of any regulator warning or alert-list entry.

Website claims

6/10 · High

The since-2019 history checks out, which is unusual and to their credit, but a Mauritius Global Business licence is advertised with the words authorised and regulated for a forex business it does not cover, the only genuine forex licence is not disclosed at all, and the homepage carries an unverifiable awards carousel, a third-party directory score badge and a promise to compensate up to 70% of losses.

Operational history

3/10 · Low

Brand continuity is verified from December 2019 through domain records, an archived 2020 homepage and shared nameservers, which is a real track record, though all three corporate entities date from 2023 or later and none could be dated on a registry, so the figure is an upper bound.

Who they are

A quick desk file on the company behind the brand.

  • Brand: STP Trading, trading at stptrading.io since August 2022, previously at stp.forex from December 2019.
  • Legal entity (your counterparty): STP Trading Ltd, an International Business Company in Saint Lucia, registration 2023-00081.
  • Other group entities: STP Global Ltd (Comoros, company HY00523403, holds the forex licence) and STP Trading (mu) Ltd (Mauritius, holds licence GB26206302).
  • Registered: Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Bay, Saint Lucia. The Mauritius entity is recorded at Ground Floor, Silver Bank Tower, 18 Bank Street, Ebene Cybercity.
  • Website: www.stptrading.io, with the client area at my.stptrading.io and social trading at social.brokerstp.com.
  • Only forex licence: Comoros MISA T2023280, issued 24 May 2023 to STP Global Ltd. Tier 4, effectively no client protection.
  • Offers: forex, metals, indices, commodities and crypto CFDs on MetaTrader 5, leverage up to 1:300, minimum deposit from 10 dollars, deposits by card, bank transfer, Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether. A 20% welcome bonus up to 1,000 dollars, free signals, and a plan advertised as compensating up to 70% of losses.
  • Not accepted: residents of Canada, Japan, Sudan, North Korea, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.
  • Age claim: the site says since 2019 and shows a 2019 to 2026 copyright. The domain record supports that: stp.forex was registered on 6 December 2019 and an archived homepage from May 2020 already carries the STP Trading brand.
STP Trading's own legal documentation page, whose footer names the Mauritius FSC licence GB26206302 and the Saint Lucia registration 2023-00081 for STP Trading Ltd.
The STP Trading home page, advertising fixed zero spreads, leverage to 1:300, crypto deposits and a plan offering to compensate up to 70% of losses.
The STP Trading about page, stating that the brand has operated since 2019 and describing its move to the current website.
The dissolved UK company STP TRADING LTD, a Northamptonshire mail-order retailer with no financial permissions, screened out as a name collision unconnected to this broker.

Regulation

Who really oversees this broker, and what each licence is worth to you.

Proof found

Proof of regulation on an official register: Yes

We confirmed this broker on a genuine regulator’s register.

Licences the broker publishes

Financial Services Commission (FSC), Mauritius

VerifiedTier 3Limited relevance
The only regulator the website itself names. GB26206302 is a Global Business licence held by STP Trading (mu) Ltd, with authorised activity recorded as securities trading. That is a corporate-category authorisation rather than the Investment Dealer licence a Mauritius forex and CFD brokerage normally needs, and no Investment Dealer licence for this entity could be confirmed. It took effect on 25 June 2026, so it is only a few months old.
Protection: Low. A Global Business licence does not put your deposit under conduct or client-money supervision for forex dealing, and the entity holding it is not the entity you contract with.

Registrar of International Business Companies, Saint Lucia

UnverifiedNot a forex licence
A company registration, not a licence and not financial regulation of any kind. STP Trading Ltd, registration 2023-00081, is the entity clients actually contract with and the entity that receives their deposits, and it holds no financial licence anywhere.
Protection: None. This is incorporation paperwork; nobody supervises the firm's handling of your money on the strength of it.
Found by our investigation (1) — the broker does not list these on its own site

Mwali International Services Authority (MISA), Comoros

Found by us — not listed by the broker

VerifiedTier 4Limited relevance
The only forex-specific licence in the group, held by STP Global Ltd. MISA is a company registrar on the autonomous island of Mwali in the Comoros, not a functioning financial supervisor. It runs no compensation scheme, does not meaningfully supervise client money, and gives a client no route to recover funds.
Protection: Effectively none. Presence on this register shows a fee was paid, not that your deposit is protected.Official register
The Comoros MISA licence verification record for STP GLOBAL LTD, licence T2023280, showing an issue date of 24 May 2023 and a licence end date of 24 May 2025, with www.stptrading.io as the licensed website.
STP GLOBAL LTD listed against licence T2023280 on the Comoros MISA register of authorised brokerage companies, with the entry linking to stptrading.io.

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

We landed on high risk rather than scam because the deception evidence that would justify a scam call is not there, while the protection a client would need is also not there.

  • The licence is real, and it is genuinely theirs. The Comoros register lists STP GLOBAL LTD against licence T2023280 and records this exact website, www.stptrading.io, as the licensee's site. That rules out the most common pattern we see, a broker wearing another firm's credentials. Nothing in this report is a clone finding.
  • But the issuer is not a supervisor. The Mwali International Services Authority is a registrar on an autonomous island, not a functioning financial regulator, and its licences carry no compensation scheme and no realistic route to get your money back. Its own verification record for T2023280 also shows a licence term running from 24 May 2023 to 24 May 2025, while the same register continues to flag the company as active. The two statements do not agree, so the licence cannot be treated as confirmed in force today.
  • The regulator the site names is the wrong kind of licence. The footer says STP Trading (mu) Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Mauritius FSC under GB26206302. That number is a Global Business licence, recorded for securities trading and effective only from 25 June 2026. In Mauritius a retail forex and CFD business normally needs an Investment Dealer licence, and no Investment Dealer authorisation for this entity could be confirmed. Presenting a corporate licence as the regulatory basis for a brokerage overstates what the client is getting.
  • Three companies, and the one holding your money is unlicensed. You contract with the Saint Lucia company. The forex licence sits with the Comoros company. The Mauritius licence sits with a third company. A Saint Lucia IBC registration is company paperwork, not regulation, and the Saint Lucia registry publishes no public company search, so even that registration could not be independently confirmed.
  • Clients report money not coming back. Across Trustpilot and a third-party broker directory, separate users describe the same failure: a withdrawal requested and refused. The specifics are checkable rather than vague, including MetaTrader account 140863 with two rejected withdrawal requests, a client who deposited 800 dollars and received 295 dollars back after being accused of high-frequency trading, an introducing broker in Iraq saying his clients could not withdraw even their initial deposits, and a trader charged 400 dollars in swap on a position held 25 minutes, which the broker declined to refund on the basis that a liquidity provider took it. The cluster is concentrated in June to August 2026.
  • The review base looks partly bought. Trustpilot shows 2.9 from 27 reviews with a hollow middle, 52% one star against 33% five star. One reviewer states with figures that a World Cup promotion was used to pay for five-star reviews with a 20 dollar bonus, and that a support manager required the review be posted first. That is consistent with the run of single-review five-star accounts we saw. A flood of positive reviews does not clear a broker, and this one has an apparatus for producing them.
  • Weighed against that, the operation is old enough to have a record, discloses its entities and addresses rather than hiding them, runs a real MetaTrader 5 server with installers served by MetaQuotes, answers about three quarters of its negative reviews in public, and has no entry on any regulator warning list we checked. Several clients report crypto withdrawals paid within hours.
  • One limit on the age figure. The brand's history from December 2019 is solid, but none of the three companies could be dated from a registry, because neither the Saint Lucia IBC registry nor the Comoros registrar publishes incorporation dates. The registration numbers place all three in 2023 or later. So the operating history rests on the domain record, and the figure should be read as an upper bound rather than a settled number.

  • E1The Comoros register lists STP GLOBAL LTD against forex licence T2023280, issued 24 May 2023, status Active, with www.stptrading.io recorded as the licensee's website. The credentials genuinely belong to this operation, so this is not a clone.

StrongMwali International Services Authority, register of authorised brokerage companies
  • E2The issuer's own verification record for T2023280 gives company number HY00523403, a licence issue date of 24 May 2023 and a licence end date of 24 May 2025, while the same register continues to list the company as active. The licence cannot be treated as confirmed in force today.

StrongMISA licence verification record for T2023280
  • E3The Mwali International Services Authority is an offshore registrar on an autonomous island rather than a functioning financial supervisor. Its licences carry no compensation scheme and no practical enforcement route for a client whose withdrawal is refused.

StrongMwali International Services Authority, own register and published notices
  • E4The broker's own legal documentation states that STP Trading (mu) Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Mauritius FSC under licence GB26206302. That number is a Global Business licence, a corporate-category authorisation, whereas a Mauritius retail forex and CFD business normally requires an Investment Dealer licence. No Investment Dealer authorisation for this entity could be confirmed.

    ModerateSTP Trading legal documentation
  • E5Licence GB26206302 is on record as active in the name of STP Trading (mu) Ltd, with an effective date of 25 June 2026, authorised activity recorded as securities trading, and a registered address at Ground Floor, Silver Bank Tower, 18 Bank Street, Ebene Cybercity, Mauritius. The authorisation is only a few months old at the time of writing. Confirmed via a third-party broker directory; the Mauritius FSC register runs as a session-based search with no shareable per-company address.

ModerateA third-party broker directory, licence certificate record
  • E6The company that contracts with clients, STP Trading Ltd, is an International Business Company registered in Saint Lucia under number 2023-00081 at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Bay. A Saint Lucia IBC registration is company paperwork and confers no financial regulation, and the entity holding client money holds no licence of its own.

    ModerateSTP Trading legal documentation
  • E7Separate clients across two platforms describe the same failure, a withdrawal requested and refused, with checkable detail: MetaTrader account 140863 with two rejected withdrawal requests in August 2026, a client who deposited 800 dollars and received 295 dollars back after being accused of high-frequency trading, and an introducing broker reporting that his clients could not withdraw even their initial deposits. The cluster is concentrated in June to August 2026.

StrongTrustpilot reviews for stptrading.io and complaint entries on a third-party broker directory
  • E8Trustpilot shows 2.9 out of 5 across 27 reviews with 52% one-star and 33% five-star and almost nothing in between, the hollow-middle shape typical of solicited positive reviews. The profile is claimed and carries a paid subscription, and the company invites customers to review.

    ModerateTrustpilot rating distribution for stptrading.io
  • E9A reviewer alleges with figures that a World Cup promotion with a budget above 114,000 dollars was used to buy five-star Trustpilot reviews via a 20 dollar bonus, and that a support manager required the five-star review be posted before the bonus was released. The allegation is consistent with the run of single-review five-star accounts posted between September and November 2025.

ModerateTrustpilot review dated 3 August 2026 for stptrading.io
  • E10A trader reports being charged 400 dollars in swap on a position held for 25 minutes, and that the broker declined to refund it on the basis that a liquidity provider had taken the money. The same account appears on a second platform. Whether or not the charge was an error, the refusal to make the client whole is a conduct finding.

ModerateTrustpilot review dated 15 May 2025 for stptrading.io
  • E11The predecessor domain stp.forex was registered on 6 December 2019 and an archived homepage from 31 May 2020 already carries the STP Trading brand, with Persian-language promotions and the same STPFOREX social handles used today. Both domains still resolve through the same pair of nameservers. The since-2019 claim is supported and there is no age misrepresentation.

StrongArchived STP Trading homepage at stp.forex, 31 May 2020
  • E12Domain records date stptrading.io to 3 August 2022 and the group's social-trading domain brokerstp.com to 23 September 2020, both registered through GoDaddy and served by Cloudflare. The dates line up with the broker's statement that the current site has been active since 2022.

ModerateDomain registration records for stptrading.io and brokerstp.com
  • E13The 2020 predecessor site named no legal entity and no regulator anywhere in its pages, meaning the operation solicited clients for roughly three and a half years before its first licence was issued in May 2023. No warning-list entry or regulator action attaches to the earlier brand.

ModerateArchived STP Trading homepage at stp.forex, 31 May 2020
  • E14A live MetaTrader 5 server named STPTrading-Server exists, with desktop and mobile installers distributed from MetaQuotes infrastructure rather than as self-hosted downloads. A genuine trading operation exists behind the brand rather than a fabricated terminal.

ModerateSTP Trading platform pages and MetaQuotes distribution links
  • E15No entry naming STP Trading, stptrading.io, STP Global Ltd or STP Trading (mu) Ltd was found across the main regulator warning and alert lists, and no enforcement action or fraud-related court record naming them was found. Warning lists lag new cases, so this is not clearance.

ModerateWarning and alert list sweep across the major regulators
  • E16The site solicits a wide international audience with 24/7 support in English, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Persian, Kurdish, Urdu and Pashto, Telegram and WhatsApp support channels, crypto deposits in Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tether, leverage to 1:300 and a 20% welcome bonus described as withdrawable and tradable. None of that activity falls within the scope of a Comoros registrar licence or a Mauritius corporate licence.

    ModerateSTP Trading home page
  • E17A dissolved UK company named STP TRADING LTD, number 13099403, incorporated 24 December 2020 and dissolved 20 February 2024, is a mail-order and internet retailer registered in Northamptonshire with no financial permissions. It is unconnected to this broker, which claims no UK entity, and none of its history is attributed here.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

The fair case for STP Trading, which we tested rather than assumed.

  • It is not a clone and not an impersonator. We checked the licence number against the issuing register and it returns this broker's own group company and this broker's own website. Many operations in this risk band fail that test. This one passes it cleanly.
  • The age claim is true. Brokers in this segment routinely advertise a history they do not have. STP Trading says since 2019, and the evidence agrees: the earlier domain was registered on 6 December 2019, an archived May 2020 homepage carries the same brand, and both domains still sit on the same nameservers. We found no age misrepresentation, which is a genuine point in its favour.
  • Offshore is not the same as fraudulent. Hundreds of real brokers hold only offshore licences. A weak licence is a reason to expect no help if something goes wrong, not proof that anything has gone wrong.
  • A large share of the complaints concern bonus credit, not deposits. Several of the 2026 disputes are about a promotional 20 dollar credit and a World Cup contest, where the sums at stake are tens of dollars. Arguments over promotional terms are not the same thing as a broker taking a client's capital, and we did not treat them as such.
  • The broker engages instead of vanishing. It replies publicly to most negative reviews, disputes specifics, and in at least one case invited the client to send account details for review. Operations built purely to take money rarely bother.
  • We checked for an advance-fee demand and did not find one that holds up. One client said the rules changed so that a deposit became necessary before a withdrawal. That is the most serious pattern there is, so we looked hard at it. It concerns a no-deposit bonus, where a deposit or volume condition is common industry practice, and the broker denied it directly and in detail. We did not record it as an advance-fee demand.
  • No regulator has said anything against it. No warning-list entry, no enforcement action and no fraud-related court record naming STP Trading, STP Global Ltd, STP Trading (mu) Ltd or the domain.
  • There is a real trading business here. A live MetaTrader 5 server exists under the broker's own name, with desktop and mobile installers distributed by MetaQuotes rather than as a self-hosted download. That is not the profile of a fake platform.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

This verdict is not fixed. Here is what would move it, in either direction.

  • Toward safer: an Investment Dealer licence for STP Trading (mu) Ltd confirmed on the Mauritius FSC register would give the operation its first authorisation that actually covers running a brokerage, and would pull the regulation score down sharply.
  • Toward safer: the Comoros register resolving its own contradiction by publishing a current licence term for T2023280 extending past May 2025.
  • Toward safer: moving client funds into the licensed entity, so that the company holding the money is the company holding the licence.
  • Toward safer: the June to August 2026 withdrawal complaints being resolved and confirmed paid by the clients who raised them, with no fresh cluster over the following six months.
  • Toward worse: any regulator adding STP Trading, stptrading.io or any of the three group companies to a warning or alert list. That alone would take this to likely scam.
  • Toward worse: a credible, specific report of a demand for a tax, fee or further deposit before a withdrawal of a client's own money is released. One solid instance of that changes the verdict on its own.
  • Toward worse: the complaint pattern spreading from promotional credit to clients' own deposits, or a sharp spike after a quiet period, which is what the start of an exit looks like.
  • Toward worse: the Comoros licence being confirmed as lapsed or withdrawn while the site keeps advertising regulated status.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

14 questions
Is STP Trading a scam?

Not proven, but we rate it high risk at 57%. It is a real brokerage with a genuine offshore licence in its own name and no regulator warning against it. The problem is that the licence gives you almost no protection, the company holding your money holds no licence at all, and several clients on different platforms say their withdrawals were refused.

Is STP Trading a fraud?

We found no evidence of fraud in the legal sense. There is no regulator warning, no enforcement action and no fraud-related court record naming STP Trading, STP Global Ltd, STP Trading (mu) Ltd or stptrading.io. What we did find are client reports of blocked withdrawals and partly returned deposits, which we treat as a serious risk signal rather than a finding of criminal conduct.

Is STP Trading regulated?

Only in the weakest sense. The group holds forex licence T2023280 from the Mwali International Services Authority in Comoros, an offshore registrar rather than a working supervisor. Its website names the Mauritius FSC and licence GB26206302, but that is a Global Business licence recorded for securities trading, not an Investment Dealer licence to run a brokerage. There is no tier-one or tier-two regulator anywhere in the structure.

Can I withdraw my money from STP Trading?

Some clients report withdrawals paid quickly, including crypto within hours. Others report the opposite. On Trustpilot and a third-party broker directory, separate users describe withdrawal requests rejected, accounts closed with a balance, and one deposit of 800 dollars returned as 295 dollars. Withdraw early and in small amounts rather than letting a balance accumulate.

Is my money safe with STP Trading?

There is no safety net. Neither a Comoros licence nor a Saint Lucia company registration comes with a compensation scheme, segregated-funds supervision you can rely on, or an ombudsman. If the firm refuses to pay you, there is no regulator with any real power to make it. Only risk money you could afford to lose entirely.

Who owns STP Trading and where is it based?

The brand runs across three companies. You contract with STP Trading Ltd, an International Business Company in Saint Lucia, registration 2023-00081, at Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Bay. STP Global Ltd in Comoros holds the forex licence, and STP Trading (mu) Ltd in Mauritius holds the Global Business licence. Beneficial ownership is not published.

How old is STP Trading?

The brand goes back to December 2019, which we could verify. Its earlier domain stp.forex was registered on 6 December 2019, an archived homepage from May 2020 already shows the STP Trading name, and the current stptrading.io followed in August 2022. The companies themselves are newer, with registration numbers placing all three in 2023 or later.

What is the Comoros MISA licence actually worth?

Very little. The Mwali International Services Authority is a registrar on an autonomous island in the Comoros, not a financial supervisor, and the Comoros central bank has publicly distanced itself from these licences. It sets no meaningful capital rules, does not audit client-money handling, and offers you no route to recover funds. Treat it as a business licence, not investor protection.

Is the Mauritius FSC licence GB26206302 genuine?

The number is on record as active in the name of STP Trading (mu) Ltd, effective 25 June 2026. But it is a Global Business licence recorded for securities trading, which is a corporate-category licence, and it is only a few months old. A Mauritius forex and CFD brokerage normally needs an Investment Dealer licence, and we could not confirm one for this entity.

Is STP Trading a clone of another broker?

No. We checked the licence number against the issuing register and it returns STP Global Ltd with www.stptrading.io recorded as the licensee's own website. The credentials belong to this operation, not to some other firm it is impersonating. That is a genuine point in its favour, since impersonation is the most common pattern in this risk band.

Why does STP Trading have so many five-star reviews and so many one-star ones?

That split is the thing to notice. Trustpilot shows 52% one-star against 33% five-star with almost nothing in between, which is the shape you get when positive reviews are solicited rather than organic. One reviewer states with figures that a World Cup promotion paid a 20 dollar bonus for five-star reviews, and that a support manager required the review first. Weigh the detailed complaints more heavily than the volume of praise.

Can traders in the UK, US or UAE open an account?

No. The broker's own legal documentation excludes residents of Canada, Japan, Sudan, North Korea, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. If you live in one of those countries and someone offers you an account anyway, treat that as a serious warning sign in itself.

What should I check before depositing with any broker like this?

Look up the licence number on the regulator's own register, not on the broker's website, and check that the company named on the register is the same company named in the client agreement you are signing. Check whether the regulator is a real supervisor with a complaints process. Then test a small deposit and a full withdrawal before sending anything meaningful.

What do I do if I cannot get my money out of STP Trading?

Put the withdrawal request in writing to info@stptrading.io with your account number, dates and amounts, and file a formal complaint through the complaints policy in the broker's legal documentation. Keep every screenshot and transcript. If you paid by card, ask your bank about a chargeback promptly, since there are time limits. Never pay anyone who promises to recover your funds for an upfront fee.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

What we would tell someone considering this broker.

  • Treat any money you send as capital you could lose without recourse. Neither Comoros nor a Saint Lucia company registration gives you an ombudsman, a compensation scheme or a regulator that will chase your withdrawal.
  • Do not send more than you would accept losing outright, and withdraw profits early and often rather than letting a balance build up.
  • Be careful with the bonuses. The welcome bonus, the no-deposit credit and the contest promotions are where most of the recent disputes started. Read the withdrawal conditions before accepting any credit, and keep a copy.
  • Keep your own records. Save deposit receipts, withdrawal request screenshots with dates and ticket numbers, and chat transcripts. The clients whose complaints carried weight are the ones who had account numbers and figures.
  • Prefer card or bank transfer over crypto where you can. A card payment can be disputed with your bank; a Tether transfer cannot be reversed.
  • If you are already stuck, put the withdrawal request in writing to info@stptrading.io, keep it factual and reference your account number, and file a complaint through the broker's own complaints procedure in its legal documentation. Ignore anyone who approaches you offering to recover your funds for an upfront fee, because that is a second scam that targets people in exactly this position.
  • For our own records: the broker page should be reclassified from no regulation to offshore, since two real offshore authorisations exist, and the licences and 2019 start date should be added.
