Finding

An offshore Belize securities licence once held by SuperForex's operator (SuperFin Corp., later Finateqs Corp.), quoted in 2020 as IFSC/60/292/TS/19 and listed by third-party broker sites as FSC licence 000160/344. Finateqs Corp is not on the Belize FSC public register today, and SuperForex removed the licence section from its regulation page in mid-2024. Client protection: None today. Even when held, it carried no compensation scheme and little protection for client money.

FSC is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about this licence

Answered from this register entry and the authority’s own record.

Most Popular Questions

Yes. New Zealand's Financial Markets Authority reported, in a 17 January 2025 update to its warning about SuperForex, people presenting themselves as SuperForex brokers on Telegram and urging New Zealanders to invest. Its original warning of 7 November 2024 states that SuperForex is not registered or authorised in New Zealand.

No compensation scheme covers SuperForex clients. The only licence on its record, from the Belize Financial Services Commission, is recorded as ceased, and even while it was held it came with no compensation scheme.

SuperForex's website address is superforexid.com. Its earlier domain, superforex.com, which the 2024 warnings from Spain's CNMV and New Zealand's FMA name, and its former client area at my.superforex.com are no longer online.

Clients report that it does not. WIKILIX's scam investigation, published on 4 November 2026, classifies SuperForex as a collapsed offshore broker with unpaid withdrawals. These are client reports and a risk assessment, not the finding of a court or a regulator.

SuperForex announced on 3 September 2024 that it would stop taking customers and end its services, WIKILIX's scam investigation found. Its site nevertheless kept offering live accounts, and it took deposits after that announcement.

SuperForex is operated by Finateqs Corp., a company registered in Belize. Finateqs Corp. is listed on the Belize Companies Registry under number 137723, with a registered address at Second Floor, No. 24 Albert Hoy Avenue, Belize City, checked on 4 November 2026. A company registration shows that the company exists; it is not a licence to offer trading services.

Spain's CNMV, New Zealand's Financial Markets Authority (FMA) and Japan's Financial Services Agency. The CNMV published a warning on 3 June 2024 naming superforex.com/es as not authorised to provide investment services, and the FMA warned on 7 November 2024 that SuperForex is not registered or authorised in New Zealand. In November 2024 Japan's Financial Services Agency listed Finateqs Corp., with the service name SuperForex, among unregistered firms soliciting over-the-counter derivatives trading.

Not in force. The Belize Financial Services Commission licence on SuperForex's record, filed under number 000160/344, is recorded as ceased, and Finateqs Corp. was not on the FSC's public register when it was checked on 4 November 2026. According to WIKILIX's scam investigation, SuperForex had removed the licence section and certificate link from its regulation page by 16 July 2024, yet the page title still read 'Superforex is Regulated Broker by IFSC' in May 2025.

No. Neither SuperForex nor its operator, Finateqs Corp., holds a licence in force, and regulators in Spain, New Zealand and Japan have warned that SuperForex is not authorised to serve their residents. The only licence on its record, from the Belize Financial Services Commission, is recorded as ceased.

WIKILIX's scam investigation, published on 4 November 2026, rates SuperForex a likely scam, with high confidence and a scam likelihood of 76%. Its main reasons are warnings from regulators in Spain, New Zealand and Japan, a Belize FSC licence that is no longer on the regulator's register, and a wind-down in which SuperForex took deposits after announcing a shutdown while clients report unpaid withdrawals. The investigation is a risk assessment, not a court's or a regulator's finding of fraud.

Licence 000160/344 was issued by Financial Services Commission (FSC), the financial authority for Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
SuperForex holds this FSC licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
No. This licence is no longer in force, or the FSC register did not carry it when we looked. It is kept on record because a closed registration is part of a firm’s history.
Wikilix rates FSC tier 3. Supervision is lighter-touch and client protections vary.
Yes, FSC is classed as an offshore regime. That can be a legitimate registration, but it usually means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.
