Risk scorecard
Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.
Regulation
9/10 · CriticalThe only licence ever held, MISA T2023436, is on the issuer's suspended list and absent from its authorised brokerage register, so deposits are being taken with no authorisation in force. Not a 10 because the licence was genuinely this company's own, with no clone or fabricated number.
Identity & transparency
6/10 · HighLegal entity, company number, registered address, Thailand office, phone and email are all published, but no owners or directors are named, the company disclosure was only added during 2024, and the suspended status of its licence is nowhere mentioned.
Withdrawals & conduct
4/10 · ModerateNo verifiable fund-integrity complaints were found on any platform, and no demand for a release fee. Scored mid-range rather than clean because no confirmed successful payouts exist either, and the site publishes no withdrawal terms at all.
Reputation
7/10 · HighNo Trustpilot profile exists for syntexfx.com and no substantial forum discussion was found in either direction. A brokerage soliciting clients worldwide for over two years with essentially no independent trace is itself a warning sign.
Website claims
5/10 · ModerateNo false licence claim and no invented founding date, which keeps this out of the top band, but the site omits that its authorisation is suspended and publishes no deposit or withdrawal terms, alongside vague claims of worldwide success.
Operational history
5/10 · ModerateDomain registered May 2023 with real content only from March 2024, giving an upper bound of about three years that rests on the website alone because the Mohéli company registry is not publicly searchable. The same domain served a suspended hosting page in 2022, so continuity is broken.

Regulation
Who really oversees this broker, and what each licence is worth to you.
Proof of regulation on an official register: No
We could not confirm this broker on any genuine regulator’s register.
MISA (Mwali International Services Authority), Comoros
Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
We rate this high risk and unverified rather than a confirmed scam. The regulatory position is bad and well documented, but nothing we found shows clients being cheated.
- The issuing authority has suspended it. MISA's suspended companies page lists Syntex Capital Investment Ltd, licence T2023436, issued 28 December 2023, next to a link to syntexfx.com. Entity name, licence number and website all match the company we investigated, so there is no doubt this is the right firm.
- It is not on the authorised list. MISA's register of authorised brokerage companies runs to more than 250 entries, including names either side of where Syntex would fall alphabetically. Syntex is not among them.
- A suspended offshore registration is worth even less than an active one. MISA is a low-tier registrar on an autonomous island, not a functioning supervisor, and the Comoros central bank has publicly disowned the licences it issues. Even when this licence was live it protected no client deposits. Suspended, it protects nothing at all.
- The company is still trading. Account registration is open and the site advertises live MT5 accounts. Taking retail deposits with no authorisation in force is the core problem here.
- Basic money information is missing. For a business that holds client funds, the site never states how you deposit, how you withdraw, what it costs or how long it takes.
- There is almost no independent trace. Trustpilot has no profile for syntexfx.com, and we found no substantial first-hand accounts on trading forums. We therefore cannot confirm that withdrawals work, and we cannot confirm that they fail.
- What we did not find matters too. No regulator warning names this company or this website. No enforcement action, no court record, no clone of another firm's licence, and no verified report of money being withheld. We assess the risk as high because of what is missing, not because we caught this firm cheating anyone.
- One caveat on age. The domain dates from May 2023, which is just over three years. The Mohéli company registry is not open to public search, so the company itself could not be dated and that three-year figure is an upper bound resting on the website alone.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1MISA's suspended companies page lists Syntex Capital Investment Ltd, licence T2023436, issued 28 December 2023, with a link to syntexfx.com. Entity name, licence number and website all match the company under investigation, and the authority that granted the licence has suspended it.
E2MISA's register of authorised brokerage companies contains over 250 entries, including Swift Trader Ltd, Sway Markets Pty Ltd and Sylvester Meta Ltd, which bracket the position where Syntex would appear alphabetically. Syntex Capital Investment Ltd is not on the list, confirming it holds no active brokerage authorisation.
E3The broker's own website names no regulator, displays no licence number and provides no verification link. It publishes only the Comoros company number HY01223073, which evidences a company's existence and not permission to run a brokerage.
ModerateSyntex Capital contact pageE4The company is open for business and soliciting deposits while unauthorised. It advertises live Standard, Pro, Diamond and ECN accounts with leverage up to 1:500 and an open registration page.
E5For a business that holds client money, the website never states how funds are deposited or withdrawn, what the fees are, or how long payouts take. None of this appears on the account pages or in the FAQ.
ModerateSyntex Capital FAQE6The domain syntexfx.com was registered on 3 May 2023 through GoDaddy, which places the current operation at a little over three years old and contradicts the 2021 copyright line in the site footer.
ModerateVerisign RDAP registry recordE7An archived copy from May 2022 shows syntexfx.com serving a hosting account suspended page, so the brand's earlier presence on this address had already collapsed before the current site was built. Continuity of operation across the 2021 to 2024 period is broken.
E8An archived copy of the homepage from March 2024 carries no registered address, no company number and no Thailand office, and restricts fewer countries than the site does now. The company identity details were added to the site only afterwards.
E9Trustpilot holds no review profile at all for syntexfx.com. Combined with the absence of substantial forum threads, the brokerage has left essentially no independent customer trace, neither complaints nor positive reports.
E10The company publishes a full corporate identity: Syntex Capital Investment Ltd, company number HY01223073, registered at Bonovo Road, Fomboni, Mohéli, Comoros, with a working office in Chonburi, Thailand, a Thai telephone number and a support email address.
ModerateSyntex Capital about pageE11The licence recorded against this company belongs to the company itself, under its own name and linked to its own website. There is no sign of impersonation, a borrowed licence number or a cloned brand, which rules out the most serious category of broker fraud.
E12The platform page offers MetaTrader 5 with mobile download links pointing to MetaQuotes rather than to installers hosted on the broker's own site, which is consistent with a genuine trading operation rather than a fake terminal.
E13No regulator warning, alert-list entry or enforcement action naming Syntex Capital Investment Ltd or syntexfx.com was found across the international warning lists and search sweeps, as at September 2026.
E14A market-data widget embedded on the homepage still carries the configuration tag of a different broker site, orbitglobalfx.com, indicating the page template was copied from that site. This is a single link and does not establish common ownership.
The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
The fair case for Syntex Capital, which we actively looked for:
- It does not pretend to be regulated. Many bad offshore brokers plaster a tier-1 logo on the footer. This one claims no regulator at all. That is an honest omission rather than a false statement, and it is genuinely better than the alternative.
- It is not impersonating anyone. The licence number on MISA's register belongs to this company, under its own name, linked to its own website. There is no clone, no borrowed licence and no stolen company identity.
- The company identifies itself. It publishes a legal entity, a company number, a registered address, a working office address, a phone number and an email. Plenty of worse operations publish none of that.
- The trading setup looks real. There is a dedicated MetaTrader 5 server for the brand, and the platform links point to MetaQuotes rather than to a self-hosted installer. That is consistent with a working brokerage rather than a fake screen.
- A MISA suspension may be administrative. On a registrar of this kind, suspension can follow an unpaid annual fee or a filing lapse rather than any finding against the company. We could not establish the reason, and we should not assume the worst one.
- Nobody has publicly accused it of stealing money. We found no credible first-hand report of a refused withdrawal, no demand for a fee to release funds, and no regulator alert. Several automated review pages call it a scam, but they offer no amounts, dates or account details, and pages like that are generated for almost every broker in existence.
- Offshore is not the same as fraudulent. Hundreds of real brokers operate on weak offshore paperwork. That is a risk rating, not a crime.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
Concrete things that would move this verdict up or down:
- Towards safe: MISA moving Syntex Capital Investment Ltd off the suspended list and back onto the authorised brokerage register, with the licence shown as active.
- Towards safe: a licence from a real supervisor, for example the FCA, CySEC, ASIC or the FSCA, held by the entity that actually takes the deposits.
- Towards safe: the company publishing its deposit and withdrawal methods, fees and processing times, plus a steady record of clients confirming they were paid out.
- Towards scam: any credible first-hand report of a withdrawal being refused, an account frozen with a balance on it, or a demand for a tax or unlocking fee before funds are released. One well-evidenced case of that last pattern would change our conclusion on its own.
- Towards scam: a warning naming syntexfx.com or Syntex Capital Investment Ltd from any regulator, or any enforcement action.
- Towards scam: evidence that the suspension followed a complaint or an investigation rather than a paperwork lapse.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is Syntex Capital a scam?
We found no proof that it is, and no regulator has named it. But it is not safe either. The only licence it ever held, MISA T2023436, is listed as suspended by the authority that issued it, and the company still accepts deposits. We rate it high risk and unverified.
Is Syntex Capital a fraud?
No regulator or court has found this company guilty of fraud, and we found no fraud-related enforcement action or court record naming Syntex Capital Investment Ltd or syntexfx.com. We did not find evidence of fraud. What we did find is a broker taking client money with no licence in force, which we assess as a high risk to your deposit.
Is Syntex Capital regulated?
Not at present. Its MISA licence T2023436, issued on 28 December 2023, appears on MISA's suspended companies list, and the company is absent from MISA's list of authorised brokerage companies. The website itself names no regulator and shows no licence number.
What is a MISA licence worth?
Very little. MISA is a registrar on the autonomous island of Mohéli in the Comoros, not a working financial supervisor, and the Comoros central bank has publicly disowned the licences it issues. Even an active MISA licence gives you no deposit protection and no realistic complaints route. A suspended one gives you nothing.
Can I withdraw my money from Syntex Capital?
We cannot tell you. The company publishes no withdrawal methods, fees or processing times anywhere on its site, and we found no verified first-hand accounts either confirming or denying that payouts work. If you hold a balance, request a small withdrawal now and document everything.
Is my money safe with Syntex Capital?
Treat it as unprotected. There is no licence in force, no compensation scheme, and no evidence of segregated client accounts. If the company stopped paying, there is no regulator with the power or the will to make it pay.
Who owns Syntex Capital?
The operating company is Syntex Capital Investment Ltd, registered on Mohéli in the Comoros under number HY01223073, with a working office in Chonburi, Thailand. No directors, owners or executives are named anywhere on the website.
How old is Syntex Capital?
The website domain was registered in May 2023, and its current content first appears in early 2024, so the operation is a little over three years old at most. The Mohéli company registry is not open to public search, so the company itself could not be dated and that figure is an upper limit. The footer carries a 2021 copyright line that the site's own history does not support.
Is Syntex Capital a clone of another broker?
No. We checked, and the licence number on MISA's register belongs to Syntex Capital Investment Ltd itself and is linked to syntexfx.com. It is not wearing another firm's licence, name or registration, which is a point in its favour.
Why does Syntex Capital not show a licence on its website?
The site names no regulator and gives no licence number or verification link, publishing only a Comoros company number. A company number proves a company exists. It is not a trading licence and gives you no protection.
Is Syntex Capital available in my country?
The company says it does not serve residents of the United States, Cuba, Iraq, Myanmar, North Korea, Sudan, the UAE or India. Being outside that list does not mean the broker is licensed to serve you, because it currently holds no licence anywhere.
What should I check before depositing with any broker?
Find the licence number, then look it up on the regulator's own register rather than trusting the broker's website. Confirm the register entry shows the same company name and the same website, that the status is active, and that the licence covers trading. Check that deposit and withdrawal terms are published in full before you send any money.
What do I do if I have already lost money to Syntex Capital?
Gather your account statements, deposit receipts and all correspondence, then report it to the police where you live and to the Thai Securities and Exchange Commission, since the working office is in Thailand. If you paid by card or bank transfer, ask your bank about a chargeback or recall immediately. Never pay anyone who promises to recover your funds for an upfront fee.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
Our advice for anyone considering this broker:
- Do not deposit new money. The company has no licence in force. If your funds go missing there is no regulator that will take up your case and no compensation scheme behind it.
- If you already hold a balance, test it now. Request a modest withdrawal and keep a record of the request, the dates and every reply.
- Never pay a fee to release your own funds. If anyone asks for a tax, a commission, an insurance payment or a verification charge before a withdrawal can be processed, stop and treat it as theft. No legitimate broker works that way.
- Check the register yourself. The MISA links below show the suspended entry and the authorised list it is missing from. Both take under a minute to read.
- If you have lost money, report it to the police where you live and, given the working office is in Thailand, to the Thai Securities and Exchange Commission. Ignore anyone who contacts you offering to recover your funds for an upfront fee, because that is a second scam aimed at the same victims.
