One licence is on record for TMS. None has been checked against an official register yet.
Back to TMSCounts of what is on record, not a rating. Each figure describes the register entries Wikilix holds and the checks it has run against them.
TMS has one licence on record with Wikilix, issued by one authority across one jurisdiction. One of them was issued by a tier-1 or tier-2 authority — the regimes with the strictest capital, reporting and client-money rules. None has yet been located on an issuing authority’s own register, so every entry here should be read as claimed rather than confirmed.
One licence comes from an authority classed as offshore. An offshore regime can be a legitimate registration, but it typically carries lower capital requirements and no compensation scheme.
Every licence on record for TMS, strongest authority first.

Because the operator is a Polish supervised brokerage house rather than an offshore entity, clients fall inside the Polish investor protection framework, which includes an investor compensation scheme in addition to the segregation rules that apply to a licensed investment firm. That is a materially better position than an offshore registration offers. It is not a guarantee against trading losses, and it does not cover money lost on leveraged positions, only the failure of the firm.
Yes. The site promotes a demo account alongside the live account, opened from the same onboarding flow and using the same MetaTrader 5 and TradingView platforms. It is the sensible way to test the market-maker execution and the platform mix before funding, particularly given the firm's own disclosure that most retail CFD accounts lose money.
The website does not advertise a swap-free or Islamic account, so WIKILIX records none. It does state that there are no daily swap points on popular stock index CFDs and energy commodities, which is a product feature rather than a swap-free account type. Anyone who needs a genuinely interest-free account should confirm the position with customer service before opening.
No evidence supports that. The operating company is a real, currently active Polish joint-stock brokerage house that WIKILIX confirmed on the official National Court Register, at the address and under the registration number its own website publishes, in the register since April 2004. Its site carries the mandatory European risk disclosure, including the statement that 76% of its retail CFD accounts lose money. The genuine risks here are ordinary trading risks rather than fraud risks: CFDs are leveraged, execution is a market-maker model in which the firm is your counterparty, and most retail clients lose money. Treat any approach in the name of the dissolved Maltese company TMS Brokers Europe Ltd with suspicion.
The main switchboard is +48 22 27 66 200 and the customer service line is +48 22 27 66 282, with mobile numbers +48 699 580 276 and +48 602 348 048, staffed Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 Warsaw time. Email goes to dommaklerski@tms.pl for general enquiries and dok@tms.pl for customer service, with sales@tms.pl, ddk@tms.pl for corporate advisory, pr@tms.pl for media and odo@tms.pl for data protection. There is an online help centre with a chat assistant, and the office is at Warsaw UNIT, Rondo Daszyńskiego 1, 00-843 Warsaw.
The account-opening form asks first whether you live in Poland. If you do not, it offers a residence selector whose leading group of served markets is Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Spain, the Netherlands, Ireland, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, the United Kingdom and Latvia. Poland plus those markets are the jurisdictions the onboarding explicitly accepts. The broker publishes no list of refused countries, so if your country is not among those, apply and let the onboarding decide rather than assuming either way.
The broker's own funding page says withdrawal instructions from the brokerage account are processed immediately and that the money is usually with the client inside one working day. WIKILIX found no evidence of a pattern of blocked or refused withdrawals in this review. There is also a formal complaint route: a complaint form in the document library, a dedicated customer service team on dok@tms.pl, and, because the firm is a supervised Polish brokerage house, recourse to the Financial Ombudsman and the regulator's dispute resolution if a complaint is not resolved.
Deposits go in by payment card up to a 250,000 PLN limit, by bank transfer in PLN, USD or EUR with no stated limit, by mBank transfer, through Autopay, or through Przelewy24. Card, bank and mBank transfers are stated to be free of charge. Przelewy24 carries a 2% fee, and inside Autopay the mBank and Płacę z Orange routes also carry 2%. The broker states that withdrawals from the brokerage account are processed immediately and that in the great majority of cases the funds reach the client within one working day.
There is no commission on forex, index, commodity and cryptocurrency CFD trades, and the broker states there is no daily financing cost on American and German index CFDs or on commodities. On cash equities the commission is 0 PLN for US shares, 0.19% or a minimum of 5 PLN on the Warsaw exchange, and 0.15% or a minimum of 5 EUR on German, French, Spanish and UK markets. ETF trades are free for the first ten each month up to 200,000 EUR of turnover, then 0.10% subject to a minimum of 1 EUR, 1 USD or 5 PLN. Premium and Elite balances are quoted at spreads up to 30% lower. The site does not publish a headline average spread.
MetaTrader 5 is the main platform, available as a Windows installer, in the browser and on iOS and Android; on Linux and Unix only the browser version is offered. TradingView charting is integrated for order entry, with access tiers rising from Basic on the Standard band to Essential and Plus on the higher bands, and the firm's own mobile application is built on TradingView technology. There is no MetaTrader 4 and no cTrader.
Close to 1,800 CFDs: around 70 forex, index and commodity contracts, more than 1,600 share CFDs, 13 cryptocurrency CFDs and roughly 40 ETF CFDs. A separate brokerage account covers more than 2,400 physical shares, of which about 1,430 are US-listed and 200 Warsaw-listed, plus German, French, Spanish and UK stocks and around 200 ETFs from providers including iShares, Vanguard, SPDR, Amundi and Xtrackers.
Retail leverage is capped at 1:30 across the Standard, Premium and Elite bands, which is the European limit that applies to a Polish investment firm. The broker also runs professional-client and experienced-client classifications, and different limits can apply once a client is reclassified. Higher leverage is not on offer to ordinary retail clients, and that ceiling is a consequence of onshore supervision rather than a product weakness.
The broker does not publish a minimum opening deposit on its website, so WIKILIX records none rather than guessing a figure. Balance thresholds do exist, but they govern the service tier rather than entry: the CFD account is Standard below 10,000 PLN, Premium between 10,000 and 50,000 PLN and Elite above 50,000 PLN. Check the current fee tables in the firm's document library before funding.
The operating company is OANDA TMS Brokers S.A., KRS 0000204776, NIP 5262759131, REGON 015715078, registered office at Rondo Daszyńskiego 1, 00-843 Warsaw. Its share capital is 3,537,560 PLN, paid in full. The firm trades as OANDA TMS and its site carries the OANDA group trademarks, and its Legal Entity Identifier record (259400RAOM21WEVKS140) shows the entity as active in Poland. A separate Maltese company, TMS Brokers Europe Ltd (C70460), once used the TMS Europe name and was dissolved in September 2020.
