High contract risk
TNFX Ltd publishes a 35-clause agreement, and a second shorter one from a St Vincent company under the same brand. Clause 21.9 lets TNFX keep the capital you paid in, and its Bonus Policy lets it seize capital and profit with no explanation. TNFX's own fair trading page says it cannot do that. No clause anywhere gives TNFX a deadline to pay a withdrawal.

TNFX Broker Overview
TNFX is a forex and CFD brand operated by TNFX Ltd, a Seychelles company registered under number 8430050-1 with a registered address at CT House, Office 9A, Providence, Mahe, Seychelles. The broker has been trading since 2019 and is built around the Middle East, naming Iraq as its primary market and serving clients in Arabic, Kurdish, English, Turkish and Persian from . It offers MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, five account tiers starting at 100 USD, swap-free accounts on request, and leverage reaching 1:3000 on its highest-geared tier. It does not accept residents of the United States or Canada. A site-wide disclaimer also names Russia, India, Cuba, Myanmar, North Korea, Iran and Sudan, although the broker's own dated country pages state that only the United States and Canada are blocked.
TNFX Regulation and License
TNFX Ltd appears on the Seychelles Financial Services Authority register as a Securities Dealer, and TNFX publishes licence number SD133 on its own website. Two qualifications matter. The authority's register gives no licence number for the entry, so SD133 is the broker's own published figure, not a number carried on the register. And a Seychelles Securities Dealer authorisation is an offshore permission in a light-touch jurisdiction, with no client-fund compensation scheme behind it. WIKILIX classifies TNFX as holding no onshore regulation.
The site footer names a second company, TNFX Markets Ltd, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under number 27346 at Suite 305, Griffith Corporate Center, Kingstown. TNFX's own FAQ states that this is a company registration, not a financial licence, and that SD133 is the only financial licence it holds. A Dubai address at Office 508, Opal Tower, Business Bay is published as a regional office, not as a regulated establishment.
Is TNFX Regulated?
Not in any onshore sense. The only authority connected to TNFX is the Seychelles Financial Services Authority, which lists TNFX Ltd as a Securities Dealer, and the broker's Saint Vincent company carries no financial regulator at all. A client dealing with TNFX is dealing with an offshore operator, which means no statutory compensation scheme and limited recourse if a dispute cannot be settled with the firm directly.
TNFX Ltd and TNFX Markets Ltd
Two companies carry the TNFX name on the broker's own pages. TNFX Ltd, number 8430050-1 in Seychelles, is the entity tied to the Financial Services Authority listing and the one named in the site's licence statement. TNFX Markets Ltd, number 27346 in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, is presented as a registered company with no regulator attached. Both registration numbers are the ones TNFX publishes itself, and neither has been confirmed against the corporate register of its jurisdiction. Which company a client contracts with determines what protection sits behind the account, so confirm the entity named on the client agreement before funding.
Is TNFX Safe?
TNFX's standing rests on an offshore listing and nothing stronger, so the protections a retail client might assume are largely absent. On the supporting side, the operating company is identifiable, its register entry matches the website domain, the business has been running since 2019, and account and funding terms are disclosed in detail on its own site. Against that, the Seychelles regime offers low transparency and no client-fund insurance, the second group company names no regulator, and the headline 1:3000 leverage is far above what onshore regulators permit. Regulation alone is never proof of safety, and here the regulation is thin.
TNFX Account Types
Five tiers are published, all denominated in US dollars:
Standard, 100 USD minimum, leverage to 1:500, no commission.
Cent, 100 USD minimum, leverage to 1:500, no commission, sized for small positions.
Turbo, 100 USD minimum, leverage to 1:3000, no commission, with the cost carried in the spread.
Zero, 500 USD minimum, leverage to 1:500, 5 USD per lot round-turn commission against tighter spreads.
VIP, 100,000 USD minimum, leverage to 1:100; the home page says zero commission, while the About page lists its commission only as "Lowest".
The practical entry point is 100 USD, available on three of the five tiers. Leverage falls as the tier gets larger, so the highest-capital account is also the most conservatively geared.
TNFX Spreads, Commissions and Fees
Spreads are variable: TNFX advertises EURUSD from 0.0 pips on Zero, from 0.4 pips on VIP and from 1.0 pip on Standard and Cent. The Zero account charges commission at 5 USD per lot on a round turn; Standard, Cent and Turbo are published as commission free, with their cost carried in the spread. For VIP the site disagrees with itself: the home page says zero commission, while the About page lists its commission only as "Lowest". TNFX states that it applies no deposit or withdrawal fee of its own on any funding route, while noting that payment providers, card issuers, banks and blockchain networks may charge their own costs.
TNFX Leverage
Leverage runs to 1:3000 on forex on the Turbo account, 1:500 on Standard, Cent and Zero, and 1:100 on VIP. Turbo leverage is set by account equity: 1:3000 on forex and 1:1000 on gold apply only while equity is under 1,000 USD, and both step down to 1:100 from 100,000 USD. Around the market open and close, and for 15 minutes either side of major scheduled news, Turbo drops to 1:500 on forex and 1:300 on gold. Indices and energy are capped at 1:100 on every account. The top of that range is exceptional even among offshore brokers, and it magnifies losses on the same scale as gains.
TNFX Trading Platforms
TNFX runs MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 only, with no proprietary platform of its own. Both are offered for Windows, iOS, Android and the browser. The broker points new clients to MetaTrader 5 by default and recommends MetaTrader 4 only where a specific expert advisor requires it. Installers for both are published on its own platform download page.
TNFX Deposits and Withdrawals
Funding is organised by country rather than offered as a single list, and availability is set by the country a client registers from. Clients in Iraq use local routes including domestic bank transfer, FastPay, Qi Card, Zain Cash and Q-Card. The Ovadot, Ptop and Payeer wallets and Tether on the TRC-20 network are available more widely, ShamCash covers Syria and Yemen, and credit and debit cards and international bank wire are offered only outside Iraq. Minimum deposits start at 5 USD through Ovadot, 10 USD on most routes and 100 USD by international wire.
Withdrawals carry a 50 USD minimum and a 100,000 USD ceiling per request on most routes, with Qi Card capped at 1,500 USD. Zain Cash and Q-Card accept deposits but cannot pay out, and money funded through them is withdrawn through a two-way route instead. Most deposits are credited within minutes, and TNFX states that all withdrawals are processed within 24 working hours; an international wire then takes one to three business days to arrive.
TNFX Support
Support runs 24 hours a day, six days a week, with Saturday as the day off, by telephone, live chat and email, in Arabic, English and Kurdish. The published numbers are +248 437 4030 in Seychelles and +971 4 582 3376 in Dubai, with support@tnfx.co and info@tnfx.co for written enquiries. Accounts and funding are handled in a separate client portal at my.tnfx.co.
TNFX Pros and Cons
Strengths: an identifiable operating company whose register entry matches its website; detailed public disclosure of account terms and funding conditions; genuine local payment coverage for Iraq and neighbouring markets, including a route with a 5 USD minimum; both MetaTrader platforms on every major device; swap-free accounts on request; and support six days a week in Arabic, English and Kurdish.
Limitations: offshore standing only, with no onshore regulation and no client-fund compensation scheme; a second group company with no named regulator; leverage to 1:3000, far above onshore limits; funding that depends on the country of registration, with cards and international wire closed to Iraqi clients and two local routes unable to pay withdrawals out; a 100,000 USD minimum on the VIP tier; and registration numbers published by the broker rather than confirmed against a register.
TNFX Review and Assessment
TNFX is a regionally focused offshore broker that does the local part of the job well and the regulatory part minimally. For a trader in Iraq or the wider Middle East, the local funding rails, the 100 USD entry point, the Arabic, English and Kurdish support desk and the familiar MetaTrader pair make a practical package that larger onshore brokers rarely match. What a client gives up is protection: an offshore Securities Dealer listing in Seychelles, no compensation scheme, a second company with no regulator named, and leverage settings that let a small account be lost quickly. Anyone considering an account should confirm which company their client agreement names and read the funding terms published for their own country before depositing.

How we know — 12 sources
1The refused countries are the United States and Canada. The broker states its blocked list explicitly on its own Iran page, https://tnfx.co/forex-trading-iran/ (updated 3 October 2026). The page says Iran is not blocked from opening an account and that only the United States and Canada are. Its FAQ says the same: Iran is not on the blocked list, only the United States and Canada are, so the registration form will accept Iranian applicants. The Persian version, https://tnfx.co/fa/forex-trading-iran/, carries the same statement.
2Canada is corroborated by the broker's AML-CFT Policy, https://tnfx.co/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/AML-CFT-Policy.pdf: "TNFX does not accept residents of the United States or Canada." The legacy FAQ at https://tnfx.co/tnfx-faq/ (item 9) names only the United States: "Do you accept U.S. clients? Unfortunately not."
3Russia, India, Cuba, Myanmar, North Korea and Sudan are likely refusals, not confirmed ones, because the broker's own pages disagree. The site-wide footer disclaimer on https://tnfx.co/ reads: "Restricted regions: TNFX Ltd. does not provide services for citizens/residents of the United States, Russia, India, Cuba, Myanmar, North Korea, Iran and Sudan", and the Persian footer on https://tnfx.co/fa/ repeats it in full; but the dated Iran pages state the blocked list is only the United States and Canada. The more specific and more recently dated statement decided the confirmed list, and the disclaimer's six remaining names are kept here so the claim is not lost.
4Iran is recorded as accepted rather than blocked, and this is the one conclusion here that reverses a published disclaimer. The broker's own Iran pages in English and Persian both state that Iran is not on the blocked list and that the registration form will accept an Iranian applicant; Iran also appears in the served-areas data published on the broker's own pages, Persian is one of its published site languages, and it runs a full Persian site at https://tnfx.co/fa/. Those same pages state that funding from inside Iran rarely completes, because cards and wires from Iranian banks are refused upstream, so an account can be opened but not readily funded.
5The second sentence of the footer disclaimer is a category, not a list: "The services of TNFX Ltd. are not intended for distribution to, or use by, any person in any country or jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation." No countries were inferred from it. The AML-CFT Policy screens applicants against the OFAC SDN, United Nations and European Union sanctions lists, which is likewise a category and names no country.
6The accepted list is the 17 countries that the broker's own pages name as served areas (https://tnfx.co/about-tnfx/ and the per-country pages): Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, Yemen, Palestine, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Iran, Turkey, Nigeria and South Africa. The About page's "Main markets" row names eight of them, Iraq, Syria, Jordan, Palestine, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Turkey, and its FAQ states: "Does TNFX accept clients from Iraq? Yes. Iraq is the primary market."
7The registration form publishes no country-of-residence list. https://my.tnfx.co/register opens on a mobile-number step whose selector is a 32-entry dialling-code table: Iraq, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Yemen, Egypt, Turkey, Iran, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Nigeria, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia. A "Country of residence" field exists further into the flow, but its option list is served only after the one-time-code step, which this review did not complete. The dialling table is not a list of accepted countries: it offers United States, Canada, India and Iran dial codes, and a phone prefix says nothing about accepted residence.
8No dedicated restricted- or accepted-countries page exists, and the site's own search does not work: https://tnfx.co/?s=restricted+countries and every other query return the home page.
9The client agreement at https://tnfx.co/terms/ contains no restricted-jurisdiction clause at all. Its only bearing on eligibility is clause 4.4: "We may, at our sole discretion, refuse to open an Account for you and we are not obliged to provide you with any reason for our refusal." The separate Saint Vincent terms at https://tnfx.co/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/Terms-and-ConditionsSVG.pdf, for TNFX MARKETS LTD., also name no country, but carry a consent clause: "I consent to my account being opened under the Company entity assigned based on my country of residence. Regulatory protections may vary by entity."
10Partner and IB terms (https://partner.tnfx.co/) and the deposit and withdrawal pages (https://tnfx.co/withdrawal-and-deposit-methods/ and https://tnfx.co/forex-payment-methods-iraq/) publish no country restrictions. Funding availability is set per country: https://tnfx.co/about-tnfx/ states "Availability is set by your registered country" and that card deposits and international wire are closed for Iraq. The deposit bonus is offered to clients registered in Iraq and Syria and is "Not available in India, Pakistan or Egypt", which is a bonus rule rather than an onboarding block, and the India wording presupposes that Indian registrations exist.
11No regulator filing was consulted: this review works from the broker's own published pages and opens no register. A filing could not show a refusal in any case, since it states where a firm may operate, not which countries it refuses. The broker's own licence page, https://tnfx.co/fsa-financial-service-authority/, redirects to https://tnfx.co/about-tnfx/.
12Countries written to no list: Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Vietnam and Brazil have dedicated pages on the broker's own site but are absent from its published served areas, and the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Netherlands, Sweden, Australia, Malaysia, Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia appear only in the registration dialling table. Absence of a block is not acceptance, so none of them was recorded.

Yes, and Iraq is the market TNFX is built around: the broker names it as its primary market and publishes dedicated Iraqi funding routes including domestic bank transfer, FastPay, Qi Card, Zain Cash and Q-Card. The trade-off is that direct credit and debit card funding and international bank wire are closed for Iraq, so deposits run through those local routes or the wallets instead. Support is available in Arabic and Kurdish.
Support runs 24 hours a day, six days a week, with Saturday as the day off, by telephone, live chat and email, in Arabic, English and Kurdish. The published numbers are +248 437 4030 in Seychelles and +971 4 582 3376 in Dubai, and written enquiries go to support@tnfx.co or info@tnfx.co. The broker also keeps a help and FAQ section on its own site and a Telegram channel.
Yes. TNFX publishes swap-free treatment as available on request. Swap-free status removes overnight interest charges rather than other trading costs, so the variable spread and the Zero account's commission still apply.
The minimum withdrawal is 50 USD and most routes are capped at 100,000 USD per request, with Qi Card limited to 1,500 USD. Zain Cash and Q-Card accept deposits but cannot pay money out, so withdrawals funded through them are paid through a two-way route instead. TNFX states it charges no withdrawal fee of its own. TNFX states that all withdrawals are processed within 24 working hours, and its FAQ gives USDT payouts as usually a few minutes and Qi Card as 10 to 15 minutes. Withdrawals pause from Friday 23:45 to Monday 01:15 platform time.
It depends on where you register, because TNFX sets funding availability by country. Clients in Iraq use local routes including domestic bank transfer, FastPay, Qi Card, Zain Cash and Q-Card, while the Ovadot, Ptop and Payeer wallets and Tether on the TRC-20 network are available more widely and ShamCash covers Syria and Yemen. Credit and debit cards and international bank wire are offered only outside Iraq. Minimums start at 5 USD on Ovadot, 10 USD on most routes and 100 USD by international wire. TNFX's home page also names Neteller, Skrill, PayPal, Sticpay, WebMoney and PayRetailers, but none of them appears in its per-country funding tables, so they are not recorded as available.
The Zero account charges commission at 5 USD per lot on a round turn. The Standard, Cent and Turbo tiers are published as commission free, with the cost carried in a variable spread that starts from 1.0 pip on Standard and Cent. For VIP the site is inconsistent: the home page says zero commission, while the About page lists its commission only as "Lowest", which does not mean zero. TNFX states it adds no deposit or withdrawal fee of its own, though payment providers, card issuers, banks and blockchain networks may charge theirs.
Five tiers, all in US dollars. Standard and Cent start at 100 USD with leverage to 1:500, Turbo starts at 100 USD with leverage to 1:3000, Zero needs 500 USD and charges 5 USD per lot round turn with leverage to 1:500, and VIP needs 100,000 USD with leverage capped at 1:100. Standard, Cent and Turbo are published as commission free, with the cost carried in the spread; for VIP the home page says zero commission, while the About page lists its commission only as "Lowest". Swap-free treatment is available on request.
TNFX is operated by TNFX Ltd, a Seychelles company registered under number 8430050-1 at CT House, Office 9A, Providence, Mahe, Seychelles. That is the entity named in the broker's own licence statement and on the Seychelles register. The site footer also names TNFX Markets Ltd, registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under number 27346, which TNFX itself describes as a company registration, not a financial licence, and gives a Dubai regional office at Office 508, Opal Tower, Business Bay. Both registration numbers are the broker's own published figures and have not been confirmed against either corporate register.
TNFX Ltd's site-wide footer states that it does not provide services to citizens or residents of the United States, Russia, India, Cuba, Myanmar, North Korea, Iran and Sudan. TNFX's other pages give a shorter list: its FAQ says residents of the United States and Canada are not accepted, and its Iran page, updated in October 2026, says only those two countries are blocked and that Iranian applicants can register, although cards and wires from Iranian banks will not complete. Because the broker's own statements conflict, check the client agreement for your country before applying. TNFX names Iraq as its primary market and publishes 17 served countries across the Middle East, Turkey and parts of Africa.
Forex, metals, stock indices, energy, cryptocurrencies and company shares, all traded as CFDs on MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5, so you trade the price and never own the underlying asset. TNFX lists the major, minor and cross currency pairs; gold, silver, platinum and palladium; indices such as DJ30, US500, USTEC, GER30, UK100 and JPN225; WTI and Brent oil and natural gas; 13 crypto pairs including BTCUSD and ETHUSD; and share CFDs on names such as Apple, Tesla, NVIDIA, Amazon and Netflix. Its own pages do not agree on the total: the home and About pages say 100+ instruments, while its FAQ says over 1,000.
Yes. The maximum is 1:3000 on forex, on the Turbo account only, and Turbo leverage on gold never exceeds 1:1000. Turbo leverage is set by account equity rather than fixed: on forex it is 1:3000 while equity is under 1,000 USD and steps down through 1:2000, 1:1000, 1:500 and 1:300 to 1:100 from 100,000 USD, and on gold it runs from 1:1000 down to 1:100 across the same equity bands. Around the market open and close, and for 15 minutes either side of major scheduled news, a Turbo account drops to 1:500 on forex and 1:300 on gold whatever its equity. Standard, Cent and Zero go up to 1:500 and VIP to 1:100, and indices and energy are capped at 1:100 on every account type. Leverage this high is far above what onshore regulators allow, and it magnifies losses on the same scale as gains.
100 USD opens an account on the Standard, Cent or Turbo tier. The Zero account requires 500 USD and the VIP tier 100,000 USD. Payment minimums are separate and lower: the smallest deposit any route accepts is 5 USD through the Ovadot wallet, most routes including credit and debit cards start at 10 USD, and international bank wire starts at 100 USD.
TNFX provides access to MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 trading platforms. Both platforms support desktop use and offer advanced charting and algorithmic trading features. These platforms are widely used for Forex and CFD trading.
TNFX Ltd is listed on the Seychelles Financial Services Authority register as a Securities Dealer, and TNFX publishes licence number SD133 on its own site. That is an offshore permission rather than onshore regulation, and the broker holds no confirmed onshore licence. Two details matter: the register gives no licence number for the entry, and a Seychelles listing carries no client-fund compensation scheme. The group's second company, TNFX Markets Ltd in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, has no financial regulator named for it at all.
