Is Topical Wealth a scam?

High risk (unverified)MEDIUM confidence
Updated August 21, 2026
Offshore-licensed operation with an unverifiable retail footprint

Topical Wealth is not a confirmed scam, but it is a high-risk broker we could not verify: it holds a genuine Seychelles licence, yet almost everything a client would rely on is missing from public view.

  • The licence is real. The Seychelles Financial Services Authority lists Topical Wealth International Ltd on its Securities Dealer register, with the trade name Topical Wealth and the website www.topicalwealth.com. That rules out a cloned or borrowed licence.
  • Seychelles is a low-tier offshore regulator. There is no compensation scheme and no realistic route to redress for a client outside Seychelles.
  • The public website is four brochure pages. There is no account opening, no deposit page, no client login, no platform download and no published terms of business, even though the site advertises securities, futures and CFD trading.
  • There is no client footprint at all. No Trustpilot profile exists for the domain, and we found no first-person client accounts on Reddit or Forex Peace Army, positive or negative, after five years of trading.
  • Independent on-site checks at both of the addresses the firm publishes found no signage and no trace of the company.

Regulation

6/10 · High

A genuine, in-force Seychelles Securities Dealer licence confirmed in the firm's own name on the regulator's register, but offshore and low-tier with no compensation scheme, and no verification link published by the firm.

Identity & transparency

6/10 · High

Entity, registration number and licence are disclosed and match the register, but the published registered address differs from the regulator's record, no owners or directors are named, and on-site checks at both addresses found no presence.

Withdrawals & conduct

4/10 · Moderate

No fund-integrity complaints found on any platform, but also no evidence of successful payouts and no published withdrawal terms, so nothing could be confirmed in either direction.

Reputation

7/10 · High

Effectively no independent client footprint after five years: no Trustpilot profile, no Reddit or forum accounts, and only aggregator listings that rate it poorly.

Website claims

4/10 · Moderate

No false licence claim, no age claim, no guaranteed returns and no fake awards, but the site advertises leveraged trading while withholding the terms of business it tells clients to read.

Operational history

3/10 · Low

The domain has run under this same brand continuously since 2021, giving roughly five verified years, though the operating entity could not be dated on any registry so the figure is an upper bound.

VerifiedTier 3Limited relevance
A Seychelles Securities Dealer licence, the offshore permission that allows a company to deal in securities and derivatives as principal or as agent. It is real regulation, but Seychelles is a low-tier offshore jurisdiction with no investor compensation scheme and no ombudsman, so it does not protect client deposits the way a UK or Australian licence does.
Protection: Low. No compensation scheme, no ombudsman, and no practical route to redress for a client based outside Seychelles.Official register

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

We looked for deception and did not find it. What we found instead is an operation that is almost impossible to check, which is why the score sits in the high-risk band rather than the clean one.

  • The regulation checks out, at the low end. We opened the Seychelles FSA capital markets register and found Topical Wealth International Ltd on the Securities Dealer list, with the trade name Topical Wealth, the email [email protected] and the website www.topicalwealth.com. Name, domain and contact all match the firm we investigated, so this is its own licence and not another company's. A Seychelles Securities Dealer licence is genuine permission to deal, but it is a low-tier offshore authorisation with no compensation scheme behind it.
  • The firm gives you no way to verify it. Nowhere on its site does it link its licence number to the regulator's register. We had to locate the register ourselves. Most solid brokers publish that link, and its absence is a small but real transparency gap.
  • Two addresses, neither confirmed. The regulator's record holds a Seychelles address at Vairams Building. The firm's own pages publish a different Seychelles address at Dekk House. Independent on-site checks at the Dekk House address in October 2023 and at the Hong Kong office address in March 2026 found no signage and no trace of the company, and staff in the Seychelles building said they had not heard of it.
  • No retail apparatus is visible at all. The public site is four pages: home, about, business and contact. There is no registration form, no deposit or funding page, no client area, no trading platform to download, and no terms of business published, even though the site tells clients to read a Terms of Business document before trading. No client-facing subdomain resolves either. For a licensed dealer advertising leveraged CFDs, that is a substantial hole, and it means clients are being onboarded somewhere we cannot inspect.
  • Five years of trading with no client trace. We swept Trustpilot, Reddit, Forex Peace Army and broker directories. Trustpilot has no profile for the domain. We found no complaints and no positive reviews. That is not a clean bill of health. A real brokerage with real clients leaves some trace, and the absence of one is why we will not call this low risk.
  • What we did not find matters too. No regulator warning names this firm or its domain. The Hong Kong SFC alert list, which we read in full, does not mention it. There are no verified withdrawal complaints, no advance-fee demands, no fabricated licence claims, no invented awards and no false age claim. Nothing here meets the bar for calling it a scam.
  • The age figure is an upper bound. The domain was registered on 14 April 2021 and has carried this same brand continuously since June 2021, so the operation is roughly five years old. We could not date the operating company on any registry we opened: the Seychelles registrar has no public search, and the Hong Kong registry search requires an account. The track record therefore rests on the domain alone.

  • E1The Seychelles Financial Services Authority Securities Dealer register lists Topical Wealth International Ltd, trade name Topical Wealth, with the email [email protected] and the website www.topicalwealth.com. The licence belongs to this operation and not to another company, so the clone test passes on name, domain and contact.

  • E2The regulator's record gives the firm's address as Block A, 1st Floor, Room 9, Vairams Building, Zone 6, Providence, Mahe, and two Seychelles telephone numbers. The firm's own pages give a different registered address at Dekk House, Zippora Street, and a Hong Kong telephone number.

ModerateSeychelles Financial Services Authority register compared with the broker's own pages
  • E3The firm prints its licence number SD077 and registration number 8427574-1 on every page but publishes no link to the regulator's register, so a client has no direct way to verify the claim from the site itself.

    WeakTopical Wealth home page
  • E4The domain topicalwealth.com was registered on 14 April 2021 through GoDaddy and is due to expire in April 2027. This sets the operation at roughly five years old.

ModerateVerisign registration data lookup for topicalwealth.com
  • E5The earliest archived copy of the site, from June 2021, already carries the Topical Wealth brand, the same support email and the same description of the business. The domain has never hosted an unrelated business or a different broker brand.

ModerateArchived copy of topicalwealth.com, June 2021
  • E6The site makes no claim to any tier-one regulator, states no founding year, promises no guaranteed returns and displays no awards. Its only regulatory claim is the Seychelles licence, which is real.

ModerateTopical Wealth home and about pages
  • E7The entire public site is four brochure pages. There is no account registration, no deposit or funding page, no client login, no platform download and no published client agreement, although the footer instructs clients to read a Terms of Business document and the business page advertises securities, futures and CFD trading.

StrongTopical Wealth business page and full site navigation
  • E8No client-facing subdomain of topicalwealth.com resolves. Checks on client, clients, trade, trading, my, crm, portal, app, login, user, account, mt5, webtrader and download all return no record, so no trading or client area is reachable from this domain.

ModeratePublic DNS lookup for subdomains of topicalwealth.com
  • E9The Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission alert list of unlicensed entities targeting Hong Kong investors, read in full, does not name Topical Wealth or its domain. This matters because the firm gives a Hong Kong office address.

ModerateHong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, Alert List
  • E10Trustpilot holds no review profile for topicalwealth.com, and searches of Reddit and Forex Peace Army produced no first-person client accounts of any kind. After five years of operation there is no discoverable client feedback, positive or negative.

ModerateTrustpilot page for topicalwealth.com and open searches of community platforms
  • E11Independent on-site inspections at both published addresses failed to find the company. At the Seychelles address in October 2023 the building housed several other firms and staff said they had not heard of Topical Wealth. At the Hong Kong office address in March 2026 there was no signage on the building or on the stated floor.

ModerateIndependent field inspection reports published by a third-party broker directory
  • E12The site's images and logo files are served from Alibaba Cloud storage in Hangzhou under a bucket named topwealth, and the domain uses DNSPod name servers. The technical operation is run from Greater China rather than from Seychelles.

ModerateTopical Wealth business page asset sources and public name server records
  • E13The firm excludes Hong Kong residents from its services, and the 2021 version of the site carried an explicit bilingual notice that its content had not been reviewed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. This is consistent with the firm not soliciting Hong Kong retail clients despite its Hong Kong office.

ModerateArchived copy of topicalwealth.com, June 2021
  • E14The Chinese language versions of the site linked from the language switcher do not exist and return a not-found error, so parts of the published site are broken.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

The case for Topical Wealth being a legitimate, if unremarkable, offshore firm is genuinely respectable.

  • Its licence is real and it is its own. The regulator's register carries the exact entity name, the exact website and the exact support email. This is the single hardest thing for a fake broker to produce, and clone operations fail this test.
  • It has not lied about anything we can measure. There is no claim of a UK, Australian or Cyprus licence, no invented founding year, no fake awards, no guaranteed-return language and no celebrity endorsements. The site plainly states that Seychelles is its only regulator.
  • Its risk disclosure is honest. The footer says clients can lose more than their deposits and that the products are not suitable for everyone.
  • The archive record is clean and continuous. The domain has never hosted a different business or a different broker brand. The same brand, the same support email and the same business description run from June 2021 to today.
  • It respects at least one jurisdictional boundary. Hong Kong appears on its excluded list, and the 2021 version of the site carried an explicit notice that its content had not been reviewed by the Hong Kong SFC. A firm quietly soliciting Hong Kong residents would not publish that.
  • An empty Trustpilot page cuts both ways. It also means nobody has publicly accused this firm of taking their money, over five years.
  • A brochure-only website is consistent with a business that genuinely serves institutions and introducers rather than walk-up retail clients, which is how the site describes itself.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

This verdict is not fixed. Specific, checkable things would move it in either direction.

  • Towards a better rating: a published client agreement and terms of business, a working account-opening and funding process on the firm's own domain, and a named trading platform we can verify with the platform vendor.
  • Towards a better rating: a licence verification link on the firm's own regulation page, pointing straight at the Seychelles FSA register entry.
  • Towards a better rating: a confirmed, staffed office at either published address, and disclosure of directors or beneficial owners.
  • Towards a better rating: a genuine client footprint over time, meaning independent reviews from identifiable users, including successful withdrawals with amounts and dates.
  • Towards a worse rating: any credible client report that a withdrawal was refused, stalled, reversed, or made conditional on a further payment such as a tax, fee or unlock charge. One specific, checkable instance of that last pattern would change this report substantially.
  • Towards a worse rating: the licence appearing as suspended, cancelled or withdrawn on the Seychelles FSA register while the site still advertises it.
  • Towards a worse rating: a warning or alert naming this firm or this domain from any regulator, or the discovery of a separate client-facing domain or app that makes claims the main site does not.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

14 questions
Is Topical Wealth a scam?

We found no evidence that it is a scam. It holds a real Seychelles licence in its own name, and no regulator has issued a warning about it. But we also could not verify how it takes deposits, what its client terms are, or that it has any clients at all, so we rate it high risk and unverified rather than safe.

Is Topical Wealth regulated?

Yes, but only offshore. Topical Wealth International Ltd appears on the Seychelles Financial Services Authority Securities Dealer register under licence SD077, and the register shows the same website and email as the firm publishes. Seychelles is a low-tier regulator, so this licence gives you far less protection than a UK, Australian or Cyprus one.

What is a Seychelles Securities Dealer licence actually worth?

It is genuine permission to deal in securities and derivatives, and obtaining it requires capital and an approval process. What it does not include is an investor compensation scheme, a financial ombudsman, or realistic enforcement help for a client living outside Seychelles. If the firm refuses to pay you, your practical options are very limited.

Can I withdraw my money from Topical Wealth?

We could not establish this either way. The firm publishes no deposit or withdrawal page and no terms of business, and we found no client reports describing a successful or a failed withdrawal. That uncertainty is the main reason for our rating. If you trade there, test a small withdrawal early.

Is my money safe with Topical Wealth?

It is not protected by any compensation scheme. The site says client funds are held in accounts separate from company funds, but that is the firm's own statement and we could not independently confirm it. Treat any deposit as capital fully at risk.

Who owns Topical Wealth?

The firm does not disclose its directors or beneficial owners anywhere on its site. The licensed entity is Topical Wealth International Ltd, a Seychelles company with registration number 8427574-1. A related company of the same name is reported to exist in Hong Kong, but we could not confirm its details on a registry we could open.

How old is Topical Wealth?

About five years. The domain topicalwealth.com was registered on 14 April 2021, and archived copies show the same brand running on it continuously from June 2021 to 2026. We could not date the operating company on a public registry, so five years should be read as an upper bound rather than a confirmed figure.

Is Topical Wealth a clone of another broker?

No. We ran the clone check and it passed. The licence number, the entity name, the website and the support email on the regulator's register all match the firm we investigated. Clone operations quote a real licence that belongs to a different company, and that is not what is happening here.

Why are there no reviews of Topical Wealth anywhere?

That is one of our concerns. There is no Trustpilot profile for the domain, and we found no first-person accounts on Reddit or Forex Peace Army. After five years of operation, a total absence of client feedback is unusual, and it is why we will not treat the lack of complaints as reassurance.

Does Topical Wealth have a real office?

We could not confirm one. It publishes a Seychelles registered address and a Hong Kong operating address. Independent on-site checks at the Seychelles address in October 2023 and at the Hong Kong address in March 2026 found no company signage and no trace of the firm. The regulator's record also holds a different Seychelles address from the one the site publishes.

Which countries does Topical Wealth not serve?

Its site lists a long exclusion list that includes Hong Kong, the United States, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Israel, Iran and many others. Notably it excludes Hong Kong even though it gives a Hong Kong office as its operating address.

What trading platform does Topical Wealth use?

The firm's own website names no platform and offers no download. Third-party listings say MetaTrader 5, but we could not find a trading server for this brand with the platform vendor. Ask for the platform name and server details in writing before you deposit.

What should I check before depositing with Topical Wealth?

Confirm the licence yourself on the Seychelles FSA register. Get the client agreement, the withdrawal terms and the fee schedule in writing. Confirm which entity and which bank will receive your money. Confirm the platform. If any of those cannot be answered plainly, do not fund the account.

What do I do if I cannot get my money out of Topical Wealth?

Stop sending money immediately, especially if you are asked to pay a tax, fee or unlock charge to release funds. That request is a classic fraud pattern with no legitimate equivalent. Keep every message, receipt and transaction record, complain in writing to the firm, then report it to the Seychelles Financial Services Authority, your own national financial regulator and your local police. If you paid by card or bank transfer, contact your bank about a chargeback or recall straight away.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

If you are considering this broker, treat it as unproven and act accordingly.

  • Do not deposit money you cannot afford to lose. A Seychelles licence carries no compensation scheme, so if the firm fails or refuses to pay, there is no fund to make you whole.
  • Before anything else, ask for the client agreement and terms of business in writing, and read the withdrawal clauses. The firm does not publish these documents, so you are entitled to insist on them.
  • Ask which entity will hold your money, which bank or payment provider it goes to, and where the trading platform is operated from. Get the answers in writing before you fund.
  • Verify the licence yourself on the Seychelles FSA register rather than trusting the number printed on the site. The register link is in the sources on this page.
  • Be very cautious if you were introduced by an agent, a group chat or a messaging app rather than through the firm's own website, and never send money to a personal account or a wallet address given to you by an individual.
  • Start small if you proceed, and test a withdrawal early with a modest amount before you commit more.
  • If a withdrawal is refused, or if anyone asks you to pay a tax, fee or unlock charge before releasing your funds, stop paying immediately and report it to the Seychelles FSA and to your own national financial regulator and police.
