Tradesmart Broker Overview
Tradesmart is the trading name of TradeSmart Capital Limited, a company incorporated in Saint Lucia under registration number 2024-00075, with its registered address at Meridian Place, Choc Estate, Castries and a working office at 52 Hristo Smirnenski Boulevard in Sofia, Bulgaria. The broker offers contracts for difference on forex, commodities, indices, share CFDs and cryptocurrencies, with MetaTrader 5 as its only platform. Accounts open from a 50 USD minimum deposit, leverage reaches 1:2000 on the entry level tier, and funding is accepted in cryptocurrency only. No financial regulator is named anywhere on the broker's website.
Tradesmart Regulation and License
Tradesmart publishes no financial services licence. Its site names no regulatory authority, quotes no licence number and identifies no body supervising TradeSmart Capital Limited. What the site does publish is a corporate registration: the footer of records TradeSmart Capital Limited as incorporated in Saint Lucia with registration number 2024-00075.
A company registration is not financial regulation. It records that a company exists in a registry and nothing more, carrying no supervision of client money, no conduct rules, no capital requirements and no access to a compensation scheme or an independent dispute process.
Is Tradesmart Regulated?
No. Tradesmart has no confirmed financial regulation, and its own website claims none. A client trading with TradeSmart Capital Limited deals with an unregulated offshore counterparty, which means the broker's own terms, rather than a regulator's rules, govern how client funds are held and how a dispute is resolved.
TradeSmart Capital Limited
The brand and the legal entity are not the same name, which matters when a client reads an agreement or sends money. Contracts and deposits are with TradeSmart Capital Limited of Saint Lucia, while the business is run day to day from Sofia, Bulgaria, where the broker's published telephone number is also based. The Bulgarian office is not a second regulated entity, and the site names no company other than the Saint Lucia one.
Is Tradesmart Safe?
Tradesmart carries the risks of an unregulated, recently incorporated offshore broker, and three specific facts matter more than any general impression. It dates from 2024, so it has no long operating record. It is supervised by no financial authority. And it takes client money only in cryptocurrency, so a deposit is irreversible and offers none of the chargeback or recall routes a card payment or bank transfer would.
Set against that, the broker discloses its legal entity, registration number and both office addresses openly, publishes its trading conditions in detail on its own site, and names the markets it will not serve. Nothing in this review contradicts what the site publishes about itself.
Tradesmart Account Types
Four tiers are offered, set out on the broker's :
Micro: 50 USD minimum deposit, leverage to 1:2000, no commission on forex.
Standard: 300 USD minimum deposit, leverage to 1:500, no commission on forex.
Raw: 300 USD minimum deposit, leverage to 1:500, 2 USD per lot per side (4 USD round turn).
VIP: 10,000 USD minimum deposit, leverage to 1:400, 1 USD per lot per side (2 USD round turn).
Tradesmart Spreads, Commissions and Fees
Spreads are variable and average around 0.7 pips. Micro and Standard charge no commission on forex, while Raw charges 2 USD and VIP 1 USD per lot per side. Execution is STP. Tradesmart charges no deposit or withdrawal fee, and states that it covers the payment gateway's cost on deposits itself.
Tradesmart Leverage
Leverage runs from 1:2000 on Micro down to 1:400 on VIP, with 1:500 on Standard and Raw. The entry level account therefore carries the highest leverage, which is very high by any standard and increases losses as quickly as gains.
Tradesmart Trading Platforms
MetaTrader 5 is the only platform Tradesmart offers. There is no MetaTrader 4, no cTrader and no proprietary terminal. The broker supplies its own branded MT5 desktop build, an iOS app and a browser based terminal through its , covering Windows, Mac, Android, iOS and web access.
Tradesmart Deposits and Withdrawals
Funding is cryptocurrency only. Tradesmart accepts Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple and Tether through the Confirmo payment gateway, and publishes no card, bank transfer, wire or e-wallet route on its . The minimum deposit is 50 USD and the minimum withdrawal 15 USD, with a 50,000 USD ceiling per withdrawal invoice. Deposits credit instantly and withdrawals are stated to take one to two business days.
This is the broker's most significant practical limitation. A client who does not already hold cryptocurrency cannot fund an account at all, and because crypto transfers cannot be reversed, Tradesmart states that it is not responsible for losses caused by an incorrect wallet address.
Tradesmart Support
The broker states that support is available 24 hours a day, five days a week, by live chat, email and telephone, in English. The published contact points are support@tradesmart.com and a Bulgarian telephone number, +359 2 496 3327, alongside separate addresses for trading, back office, partnership, copy trading and VPS enquiries.
Tradesmart Pros and Cons
Strengths:
Trading conditions, account tiers and funding terms are published in detail on the broker's own site.
The legal entity, registration number and both office addresses are disclosed openly.
A 50 USD entry point, with no deposit or withdrawal fees and commission free forex on two tiers.
Limitations:
No financial regulation and no supervising authority of any kind.
Cryptocurrency is the only way in and out, with no fiat route and no payment recall.
A company dating from 2024, with no long operating record to judge.
Leverage to 1:2000 on the most accessible account.
Tradesmart Review and Assessment
Tradesmart presents as a straightforward MetaTrader 5 CFD broker with competitive published pricing and an unusually low entry deposit, operated by a Saint Lucia company working out of Sofia. The detail it publishes about its own terms is better than many offshore brokers manage. What a prospective client accepts in exchange is the absence of any financial supervision, combined with a crypto only funding channel that removes the usual routes for recovering a disputed payment. The broker states that it does not serve residents of the United States, Canada, the European Economic Area, North Korea, Syria or Iran. Anyone considering an account should size a deposit against the fact that it is unregulated money sent irreversibly, and check the current terms on the broker's own site before funding.

1The refused countries come from two of the broker's sources, which agree with each other. The site-wide footer, under the heading "Restricted Countries", states: "TradeSmart Capital Limited does not provide services for residents of certain countries such as North Korea, Syria, Iran, United States, Canada, EEA or a country where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation." Read on https://www.tradesmart.com/en/ and repeated in the footer of every page of the site.
2The registration application enforces a wider list than the footer states, and names each jurisdiction by ISO code. The sign-up form's code at https://my.tradesmart.com/js/app.4f0d5393.js holds two country lists. The first list is removed from the country selector altogether: Afghanistan, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom, the United States, Syria, Russia, North Korea, Belarus, South Africa, Zimbabwe, the US Minor Outlying Islands, the US Virgin Islands and Iran. The second list is blocked at registration: Afghanistan, North Korea, Iran, Myanmar, Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Syria, Venezuela, Ukraine, Sudan, South Sudan, Yemen, Somalia, Haiti, Iraq, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Japan, Saint Lucia, Cambodia, Chile, Guatemala, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, India, New Zealand and Brazil. The same form handles a CountryIsBlocked response from the server on submission. The refused list combines those two lists, plus Canada.
3"EEA" in the footer is a region, not a country, so on its own it would make those states only probably refused. Here they are confirmed refusals, because the registration code hides all thirty EEA states by name: the 27 European Union members plus Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
4Canada is the one point where the two surfaces disagree. The footer at https://www.tradesmart.com/en/ names Canada as a country the firm does not serve, while neither hiddenCountries nor blockCountriesUponRegistration in https://my.tradesmart.com/js/app.4f0d5393.js contains CA. Canada is refused because the broker names it explicitly. The sign-up form does not accept Canada so much as fail to exclude it, since its selector is a complete world list.
5No accepted list is given. The sign-up form's country list is a full world list of 249 entries, including Antarctica and the Aland Islands, minus the exclusions above, and the dialling-code selector at https://my.tradesmart.com/en/register/live shows all 249. A stock list of that kind expresses the broker's exclusions rather than a curated set of markets it accepts, so no jurisdiction is recorded as explicitly accepted. No country-of-residence field is exposed at the first step of the live, company or demo sign-up forms.
6Dependent territories: the United States is named as blocked, and the sign-up code also names the US Minor Outlying Islands and the US Virgin Islands, so both are confirmed refusals. Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands are named nowhere, and are recorded as dependent territories covered by the named United States block. The broker's own promotion rules group Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and the US Minor Outlying Islands with the United States, which supports treating them as one group. It goes no further: no dependent territory of an EEA state or of the United Kingdom is listed, because those refusals apply to the named countries only and the broker names no such territory.
7Iran is a confirmed refusal. The placement rests on the broker's own footer wording quoted above, which names Iran, and on IR appearing in both hiddenCountries and blockCountriesUponRegistration in the registration bundle. The broker publishes no Persian-language variant of its site, with /fa/, /fa-ir/ and /ar/ all serving the English site and no language switcher offered, and no page on its own domains mentions rial or toman funding rails.
8The same code contains one inconsistency. Its list of countries eligible for the Islamic account includes Iran, alongside Turkey, Pakistan, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, the United Arab Emirates and Egypt. It offers this swap-free account type based on the country of a client who has already registered. That contemplates Iranian resident clients after sign-up while the registration layer blocks IR. It is a list of who can use a feature, not permission to open an account, so Iran stays refused.
9The account opening agreement at https://www.tradesmart.com/storage/01KYKMS0YQM6AP6ANQTJRS7XS3.pdf names no country anywhere in its 56 pages. Its clause 32, Legal Restrictions, places the duty on the client, stating that "it is the CLIENT's obligation alone to ensure that the CLIENT fully complies with any law, regulations, or directives, relevant to the CLIENT's country of residency", and clause 32.4 says only that access "may be restricted in certain jurisdictions". Clause 9.4 adds that "Bonus promotions may be restricted in certain jurisdictions". None of that names a jurisdiction, so it yields no codes.
10The AML policy, risk disclosure, withdrawal policy, refund policy, partners agreement, privacy policy, VPS terms, both bonus terms and the trading-competition terms were each read in full, and none names a restricted country. The only mention of the EEA outside the footer is a personal-data transfer clause in the partners agreement, which is not a service restriction. The site publishes no dedicated restricted-countries page, no FAQ and no help centre: its sitemap at https://www.tradesmart.com/sitemap.xml lists 24 pages and 12 documents, and candidate paths such as /en/restricted-countries/ resolve to the home page rather than to pages of their own.
11No regulator filing informs this record, and none is available to consult: the broker's own site claims no licence and names no financial regulator anywhere, publishing only the Saint Lucia company registration number 2024-00075. Separately, the bundle exposes a GetPSPBlockedCountries call, which gates individual payment providers by country rather than onboarding, and belongs with funding rather than with country policy.

MetaTrader 5 is the only platform Tradesmart offers, with a broker branded desktop build, an iOS app and a browser based terminal on the broker's own MT5 WebTrader page.
TradeSmart is the trading name of TradeSmart Capital Limited, incorporated in Saint Lucia with registration number 2024-00075 and a registered address at Meridian Place, Choc Estate, Castries. The broker also publishes a working office at 52 Hristo Smirnenski Boulevard, 1164 Sofia, Bulgaria, which is where its published telephone number is based. No other company is named on the site.
TradeSmart offers contracts for difference on forex, commodities, indices, share CFDs and cryptocurrencies. The range runs to around 41 currency pairs, 74 other CFDs and 6 cryptocurrencies. All of it trades on MetaTrader 5, which is the broker's only platform.
TradeSmart states that it does not provide services to residents of the United States, Canada, the European Economic Area, North Korea, Syria or Iran, or of any country where doing so would be contrary to local law. Clients must also be 18 or of legal age in their own country.
TradeSmart states that withdrawals take one to two business days. The minimum withdrawal is 15 USD and the maximum is 50,000 USD per withdrawal invoice, with no withdrawal fee. Withdrawals are paid in cryptocurrency, and the broker states that it is not responsible for funds lost to an incorrectly entered wallet address.
TradeSmart offers four accounts. Micro requires 50 USD and allows leverage to 1:2000 with no commission on forex. Standard requires 300 USD at 1:500, also commission free. Raw requires 300 USD at 1:500 with 2 USD per lot per side. VIP requires 10,000 USD at 1:400 with 1 USD per lot per side.
The minimum deposit is 50 USD, on the Micro account. The Standard and Raw accounts both require 300 USD and the VIP account 10,000 USD. Deposits can only be made in cryptocurrency, so the 50 USD minimum applies to a crypto transfer rather than a card or bank payment.
TradeSmart states that support is available 24 hours a day, five days a week, by live chat, email and telephone, in English. The published contact points are support@tradesmart.com and a Bulgarian telephone number, +359 2 496 3327, with separate addresses for trading, back office, partnership, copy trading and VPS enquiries. The broker also links Facebook, X and Instagram accounts.
Commission depends on the account. The Raw account charges 2 USD per lot per side, which is 4 USD round turn, and the VIP account 1 USD per lot per side, or 2 USD round turn. The Micro and Standard accounts charge no commission on forex. Spreads are variable and average around 0.7 pips. Maximum leverage is 1:2000, which applies to the Micro account only, while Standard and Raw cap at 1:500 and VIP at 1:400.
TradeSmart accepts deposits and withdrawals in cryptocurrency only, through the Confirmo payment gateway. The supported coins are Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple and Tether, and no card, bank transfer, wire or e-wallet option is published. Deposits credit instantly and carry no fee, with the gateway cost covered by the broker. Withdrawals are stated to take one to two business days and are also free of charge.
TradeSmart provides access to the MetaTrader 5 platform, which supports multiple devices including iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, and web browsers. MetaTrader 5 is known for advanced analytics and algorithmic trading tools.
No. TradeSmart is not regulated by any financial authority, and its own website names none. The broker is the trading name of TradeSmart Capital Limited, a company incorporated in Saint Lucia under registration number 2024-00075. That is a corporate registration only: it records that the company exists and carries no supervision of client money, no conduct rules and no access to a compensation scheme.
