Is UNIWEALTH MARKET a scam?

High risk (unverified)MEDIUM confidence
Unlicensed offshore CFD operation on rotating shell companies, client systems offline

Uniwealth Market holds no financial licence in any country, and neither of the client-area addresses printed on its own website still reaches a working trading platform, so we rate it high risk at 68 percent. We found no regulator warning and no complaint from any client, so this is not a case where we can say a scam has been proven.

  • No licence anywhere. It appears in no regulator register. Its own site names no regulator at all, which is unusual and, in one narrow sense, more honest than most.
  • The Australian connection has ended. Two Australian authorised-representative appointments under other firms' advice-only licences have both ceased, the last on 28 April 2026.
  • Clients cannot get in. The Start Trading link, the client cabinet linked from the platform page, and the MetaTrader 5 installer link all fail to reach a server.
  • The UK company is being removed. The firm names a UK company in its footer that has carried a compulsory strike-off notice since 22 September 2026. Its predecessor UK company was struck off and dissolved in June 2025.
  • No trace of any client base. Across the main review platforms there are no complaints and no positive reviews, for an operation that has been online three years.

Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.

Worst area: High

Regulation

7/10 · High

No licence in any jurisdiction while advertising retail CFD trading; the two Australian authorised-representative appointments were advice-only arrangements under other firms' licences and both have ceased.

Identity & transparency

7/10 · High

Entities and numbers are disclosed and checkable, but the UK company name in the footer is wrong, the stated physical office is a residential tower with no unit, the registered office is a shared agent address, and no terms, client agreement or withdrawal policy is published.

Withdrawals & conduct

4/10 · Moderate

No complaint of any kind was found on any platform, so no pattern exists; the score reflects that there is currently no working route to request a payout and no published withdrawal terms.

Reputation

6/10 · High

No reviews at all after three years online, negative or positive, with roughly 142 monthly organic visits; a directory rates it at the bottom, which on its own is not enough for a higher score.

Website claims

6/10 · High

Credit for claiming no licence it does not hold and no founding date it cannot support; marked down for promising security of funds with no licence or segregation disclosure, calling itself a leading broker, and linking a platform download and client area that do not work.

Operational history

6/10 · High

Roughly three years, and an upper bound at that; the oldest company has been dissolved, the UK company named today is under a strike-off notice, and both Australian authorisations have lapsed.

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

Three findings drive the rating, and all three come from public registers rather than from opinion.

  • There is no licence, and there is no longer even an authorisation. ASIC's published register of Australian Financial Services Licensees contains no entity called Uniwealth. The Financial Services Register in the United Kingdom returns no authorised firm of that name either. What did exist was weaker and is now over: ASIC's published register of authorised representatives shows Uniwealthmarket Pty Ltd (ACN 677 140 251) appointed under licence 421246, held by Trade Prime Pty Ltd of Sydney, from 8 May 2024 until the appointment ceased on 10 August 2025, and Uniwealth Market Global Pty Ltd (ACN 689 661 096) appointed under licence 224485, held by Opheleo Holdings Pty Ltd of Adelaide, from 4 August 2025 until it ceased on 28 April 2026. Neither was ever a trading licence. Licence 224485 permits its holder to give financial product advice to wholesale clients only, and Opheleo's own site describes that as a monthly market commentary publication. An appointment of that kind never authorised anyone to run a retail brokerage, and in any case both appointments have ended.
  • The deposit route is dead while the shop window is still open. The homepage invites visitors to start trading through client.uniwealthmarket.com. That host answers with a certificate issued for unrelated Apple hostnames and refuses plain connections. The platform page links the client cabinet at crm.uniwealthmarket.com, which points at a hosted client-cabinet service whose distribution no longer exists, so there is no address to reach. The MetaTrader 5 installer the same page links on the MetaQuotes network, filed under the name uniwealthmarket.limited, returns nothing. A visitor today cannot open an account, cannot log in, and cannot download the platform, yet the site still advertises live trading with no minimum deposit and promises security of funds.
  • The corporate paperwork is being rotated as it decays. UNIWEALTHMARKET LTD, company 15224232, was incorporated on 20 October 2023, received a first strike-off notice on 7 January 2025, had its registered office and its officer's address replaced with the registrar's own default address in June 2025, and was dissolved by compulsory strike-off on 24 June 2025. UNIWEALTH GLOBAL GROUP LIMITED, the company the site names today, was incorporated on 10 June 2025, two weeks before the first was dissolved. It has filed no accounts, its confirmation statement has been overdue since 23 June 2026, and it has carried a first Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off since 22 September 2026. Its registered office is a company formation address in Ilford.

Two things keep this short of a scam verdict, and we say so plainly. First, we found no client who says their money did not come back. A sweep of the main review platforms turned up no complaints at all, and also no positive reviews. Second, there is no deception of the usual kind: the site claims no licence it does not have, uses no fake awards, promises no fixed returns, and is not impersonating another firm. A dead client area and a decaying shell company read more like an operation that has wound down than like an active trap.

The figure also reflects what could not be established rather than misconduct we found. The operation is about three years old, and that is an upper bound, because the Saint Lucia company behind it can be confirmed to exist but cannot be dated from the public record. For a broker with three years online, an absence of any client footprint is itself a signal, not a clean bill of health, and neither a young nor a trace-less profile can be treated as safe.

One correction to our own page matters here. Our record carried an ASIC licence, number 224485, against this broker. That number belongs to Opheleo Holdings Pty Ltd. The broker does not claim it anywhere on its website, so this is our record to fix rather than a false claim by the firm, and we have flagged it for correction.

Evidence ledger

Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.

14 against2 in favour
  • E1ASIC's published register of Australian Financial Services Licensees, October 2026 edition, contains no entity named Uniwealth. Licence 224485 is held by OPHELEO HOLDINGS PTY LTD, ABN 31100934361, of Adelaide, in force since 9 January 2003, and authorises the holder to provide financial product advice on derivatives and foreign exchange contracts to wholesale clients only, with no authorisation to deal or make a market.

  • E2ASIC's published register of authorised representatives, October 2026 edition, records representative 001316629, UNIWEALTH MARKET GLOBAL PTY LTD, ACN 689661096, appointed under licence 224485 on 4 August 2025, status Ceased, end date 28 April 2026; and representative 001309226, UNIWEALTHMARKET PTY LTD, ACN 677140251, appointed under licence 421246 on 8 May 2024, status Ceased, end date 10 August 2025. Licence 421246 is held by TRADE PRIME PTY LTD of Sydney and is also limited to wholesale clients.

  • E3A search of the Financial Services Register in the United Kingdom for Uniwealth returns no authorised firm, although the broker names a UK company in its footer and that company is registered for the administration of financial markets.

  • E4The broker's own pages name no regulator, no licence number and no verification link anywhere. The risk notice names Uniwealthmarket Limited, registration 2023-00524, incorporated in Saint Lucia, and states that UNIWEALTH GROUP LIMITED is registered in England and Wales with company number 16507783. The site advertises leveraged CFDs on forex, indices, commodities, bonds, cryptocurrencies and shares.

  • E5Company 16507783 is registered as UNIWEALTH GLOBAL GROUP LIMITED, not UNIWEALTH GROUP LIMITED as printed on the broker's site. It was incorporated on 10 June 2025 with capital of 10,000 pounds, is registered for the administration of financial markets, sits at a company formation address in Ilford, has filed no accounts, and its confirmation statement has been overdue since 23 June 2026.

  • E6The filing history of company 16507783 contains only two entries: incorporation on 10 June 2025, and a first Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off dated 22 September 2026. The company named on the broker's site is therefore in the process of being removed from the register.

  • E7The earlier UK company behind the same brand, UNIWEALTHMARKET LTD, number 15224232, was incorporated on 20 October 2023, received a first strike-off notice on 7 January 2025, had its registered office and its officer's address replaced with the registrar's default address in June 2025, and was dissolved by compulsory strike-off on 24 June 2025. The replacement company was incorporated two weeks before that dissolution.

  • E8Sole director of the UK company named on the site is Gun Dewongwong, appointed 10 June 2025, a Thai national resident in Malaysia, with a correspondence address in Georgetown, Malaysia. No ownership beyond that is disclosed anywhere on the broker's site.

  • E9The client cabinet the broker links from its platform page, crm.uniwealthmarket.com, points through a hosted client-cabinet service to a content distribution endpoint that has no address record, so the hostname reaches no server at all. Two independent resolvers return the same result.

  • E10The MetaTrader 5 installer that the broker's platform page links on the platform vendor's own network, filed under the name uniwealthmarket.limited, is no longer there. The path indicates that a genuine MetaTrader 5 server was once issued to the Saint Lucia company, and that it is no longer published.

  • E11Uniwealthmarket Limited is confirmed as an International Business Company on Saint Lucia's own register of International Business Companies. The full record, including the incorporation date, is available only as a paid search, so the company's age could not be established.

  • E12Saint Lucia's Financial Services Regulatory Authority supervises domestic insurance and pensions, credit unions, international banks, international insurance, international mutual funds, money services businesses, registered agents and trustees, and virtual asset businesses. There is no licence category for forex or CFD brokers, so a Saint Lucia company cannot be a regulated broker there.

  • E13The Australian company, UNIWEALTH MARKET GLOBAL PTY LTD, ACN 689 661 096, is active with an ABN effective from 3 August 2025 and is based in Adelaide. A company registration and an ABN are corporate facts, not a financial services licence.

  • E14The domain uniwealthmarket.com was registered on 15 October 2023 through GoDaddy, is served through Cloudflare nameservers, and expires in October 2027. The earliest certificate issued for the domain dates from 1 November 2023. There is no predecessor domain and no earlier brand on this registration.

  • E15An archived copy of the homepage from 1 January 2024 shows the same template and the same Saint Lucia registered office, but with an Indian toll-free number and an Indian mobile number instead of today's Vietnamese hotline. No licence or regulator was named then either, so the brand has never published a regulatory claim while its target market moved.

  • E16A broker directory page for this domain shows no user reviews and a zero rating, with roughly 142 monthly organic visits, and states that the company does not appear to be regulated by any government authority. There is no review page for the domain on the main consumer review platform and no substantive discussion on the main trading forums, in English or in Vietnamese.

  • E17A warning-list sweep found no entry naming this brand, this domain or any of its entities: not on the United Kingdom warning list, not on the Reserve Bank of India alert list as published on 19 November 2025, and nothing from the Australian, United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, Italian or German authorities. No enforcement action or fraud-related court record names any of the entities.

  • E18Licence 224485 is described by its holder, Opheleo Holdings Pty Ltd, as authorising financial product advice to wholesale clients located in Australia, specifically a monthly market commentary publication. Its own site lists three current corporate authorised representatives, none of which is a Uniwealth company.

  • E19The address given as the broker's physical office, Landmark 3, Vinhomes Central Park, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, is a 50-storey residential apartment tower at 720A Dien Bien Phu in Ho Chi Minh City. No floor, suite or unit number is given, so the stated office cannot be located.

  • E20The platform page advertises MetaTrader 5 and offers desktop and macOS downloads, and the site advertises no minimum deposit and security of funds, while publishing no terms and conditions, no client agreement, no fee schedule and no withdrawal policy on any page.

A broker directory listing for Uniwealth Market with no user reviews and no rating, and a note that the company does not appear to be regulated by any government authority.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

The fair case for Uniwealth Market, and what we checked before rejecting parts of it.

  • It does not pretend to be regulated. We read every page of the site and an archived copy from January 2024. There is no regulator named, no licence number, no badge and no verification link. Most unlicensed brokers invent one. This one does not, and that absence of a false claim is the main reason we are not calling it a scam.
  • The Australian authorisations were real while they lasted. Both appointments appear in ASIC's own register with start dates, representative numbers and named licensees. Someone went through a genuine, if minimal, Australian compliance process in 2024 and again in 2025. That is more than a pure front does.
  • There was a real trading platform. The MetaTrader 5 installer link is filed under the name of the Saint Lucia company on the platform vendor's own network, which only happens where a genuine server has been issued. This was not an invented in-house platform showing invented prices.
  • The entities are disclosed and checkable. The site names its Saint Lucia company with its registration number and a UK company with its number. The Saint Lucia company is confirmed on that country's register of International Business Companies, and the UK company, its director and its filing history are all open to inspection.
  • Nobody has accused it. No regulator warning list names the brand or the domain, it is absent from the Reserve Bank of India alert list as published on 19 November 2025, and no enforcement action or fraud-related court record names any of the entities.
  • Similar names are not this firm. Withdrawal complaints circulate against unionwealthsmanagement.com, and there are unrelated companies called UniWealth Financial Management in Canada, Uniwealth Group in Thailand and Uniwealth Advisors in the United States. None of them is this operation, and none of their findings has been counted against it.
  • What we rejected: the suggestion that this firm once held licences from ASIC and the United States National Futures Association which were later revoked. That claim appears on automatically generated review pages. ASIC's register shows licence 224485 in force since 2003 in another company's hands, and we found no record of any licence ever issued to a Uniwealth entity anywhere.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

This rating is not fixed. Concrete things that would move it, in either direction.

  • Down, towards a normal offshore listing: a working client area and platform download on the broker's own domain, published terms and a withdrawal policy, and a current authorisation to deal in derivatives for retail clients from a named regulator, verifiable on that regulator's own register under the entity that takes the deposits.
  • Down, partly: the UK company clearing its compulsory strike-off notice and filing its overdue confirmation statement and first accounts, together with a correction of the company name printed in the site footer.
  • Up, towards a scam verdict: two or more clients describing the same failure with checkable detail, amounts, dates and ticket numbers, on separate platforms. One credible report of a demand for a tax, fee or verification payment before a withdrawal is released would be decisive on its own.
  • Up: any entry naming uniwealthmarket.com on a regulator warning or alert list, or any enforcement action against the Saint Lucia, United Kingdom or Australian entities.
  • Up: the client area returning while still unlicensed and while actively soliciting residents of Vietnam, where no forex trading platform is licensed, or of any other country whose regulator requires authorisation.
  • A better reading of the age: the incorporation date of Uniwealthmarket Limited in Saint Lucia, which would settle whether the operation is just under or just over three years old.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

14 questions
Is Uniwealth Market a scam?

We cannot say that it is, and we do not. No client has publicly reported losing money to it, no regulator has warned about it, and its website claims no licence it does not have. What we can say is that it is unlicensed, that its client area and platform download do not work, and that the UK company it names is being struck off. We rate it high risk at 68 percent and advise against depositing.

Is Uniwealth Market a fraud?

There is no regulator warning, no enforcement action and no fraud-related court record naming Uniwealthmarket Limited, UNIWEALTH GLOBAL GROUP LIMITED or either Australian company. On the evidence available, nobody has established fraud. Because the operation is unlicensed and its client systems are offline while it still advertises trading, we assess the risk to anyone depositing now as high.

Is Uniwealth Market regulated?

No. It holds no licence from any financial regulator in any country. ASIC's register of licensees contains no Uniwealth entity, and the Financial Services Register in the United Kingdom returns no authorised firm of that name. The site itself names no regulator on any page.

What about the ASIC licence number 224485 linked to this broker?

That licence belongs to Opheleo Holdings Pty Ltd of Adelaide, not to Uniwealth Market, and it only permits financial product advice to wholesale clients. Uniwealth Market Global Pty Ltd was appointed as an authorised representative under it on 4 August 2025, and that appointment ceased on 28 April 2026. An authorised-representative appointment is not a licence, and this one has ended.

Can I withdraw my money from Uniwealth Market?

At the time of writing there is no working route to try. The client area linked from the homepage does not serve the broker's platform and the client cabinet linked from the platform page does not reach a server. Request a withdrawal in writing by email, keep every reply, and speak to your bank or card issuer about recovering the payment.

Is my money safe with Uniwealth Market?

No. Without a licence there is no supervisor checking the books, no obligation to hold client money separately from company money, and no compensation scheme if the firm fails. The company that would hold your funds is an International Business Company in Saint Lucia, where there is no forex or CFD licence to hold.

Who owns and runs Uniwealth Market?

The contracting company is Uniwealthmarket Limited, registered in Saint Lucia under number 2023-00524. The site also names a UK company, number 16507783, whose registered name is UNIWEALTH GLOBAL GROUP LIMITED and whose sole director is Gun Dewongwong, a Thai national resident in Malaysia. Day-to-day contact details point to Ho Chi Minh City. Ultimate ownership is not disclosed.

How old is Uniwealth Market?

About three years. The website was registered on 15 October 2023 and its first certificate was issued on 1 November 2023. The oldest company behind it that can be dated was incorporated on 20 October 2023 and has since been dissolved. The Saint Lucia company is confirmed to exist but cannot be dated from the public record, so three years is an upper bound.

What is a Saint Lucia registration worth to me as a client?

Very little. It is a company registration, not financial supervision. Saint Lucia's Financial Services Regulatory Authority licenses insurers, credit unions, international banks, mutual funds, money services and virtual asset businesses. It does not license forex or CFD brokers, so no Saint Lucia company can be a regulated broker there.

Is Uniwealth Market a clone of another broker?

No. It does not copy another firm's name, licence number or branding, and no regulator has published a clone warning about it. Be careful with similar names: unionwealthsmanagement.com, UniWealth Financial Management in Canada and Uniwealth Group in Thailand are separate operations and nothing reported about them applies here.

Why are there no reviews of Uniwealth Market anywhere?

That is one of our findings. There is no page for the domain on the main review platform, no threads on the main trading forums, and a broker directory lists it with no user ratings at all. For an operation that has been online three years and advertises itself as a leading broker, no footprint at all means we cannot verify that it has a real client base.

Is Uniwealth Market legal in Vietnam?

No. No forex trading platform is licensed to operate in Vietnam, and running one there is unlawful. Uniwealth Market publishes a Ho Chi Minh City address and a Vietnamese hotline while holding no licence from any authority, so Vietnamese clients would have no legal protection.

The site used to show Indian phone numbers. What changed?

An archived copy of the homepage from January 2024 carried an Indian toll-free number and an Indian mobile alongside the same Saint Lucia office. The site now shows a Vietnamese landline and a Ho Chi Minh City address. The target market moved, while the licensing position stayed the same: none.

What should I check before depositing with any broker?

Four things. Find the licence number and look it up on the regulator's own register, not on the broker's site. Check that the entity on the licence is the same one your money is paid to. Confirm the client area and platform actually work before funding. Read the withdrawal terms. If any of those four is missing, as all four effectively are here, do not deposit.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

If you are considering Uniwealth Market, our advice is to stay away, and the reasons are practical rather than moral.

  • Do not deposit. There is no licence anywhere, so there is no regulator to complain to, no compensation scheme and no requirement to keep client money separate from the company's own.
  • Test before you trust. The client area and the platform download linked from the site do not currently work. A broker you cannot log into is a broker you cannot withdraw from.
  • If you already have a balance, request a full withdrawal in writing to support@uniwealthmarket.com, keep every reply, and save your deposit receipts and account statements now rather than later.
  • If you paid by card or bank transfer, contact your bank promptly and ask about a chargeback or payment recall. Time limits apply and they are shorter than most people expect.
  • Never pay a release fee. If anyone asks for a tax, commission, insurance or verification payment before your funds can be sent, stop. No legitimate broker requires a payment to return your own money.
  • Report it. Tell the financial regulator and the police in your own country. If you are in Vietnam, note that no forex trading platform is licensed there, so any such service is operating outside the law.
  • Ignore anyone offering to recover your money for an upfront fee. Those offers target people who have already lost money and take a second payment.
