USK MARKETS Broker Overview
USK MARKETS is the trading brand of USK Markets Group Ltd, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands that gives its working office as Qingdao, Shandong, in mainland China. It offers foreign exchange, spot gold and silver, spot crude oil, stock indices and share CFDs through a single platform, MetaTrader 4. The business is run in Chinese and directed at Greater China, Southeast Asia and Japan, and it is reached through two mirrored websites, uskmarketsgroup.com and uskco.com, with the client portal on the second of the two.
USK MARKETS Regulation and License
USK Markets Group Ltd holds one financial licence: a Forex Trading License (EP) numbered BFX2026007, issued in the Comoros by the Mwali International Services Authority (MISA) and running from 13 January 2026 to 13 January 2027. It authorises foreign exchange, futures, derivatives and options trading, and it was in force when this profile was compiled. MISA is an offshore licensing authority that operates no public licence lookup, so a prospective client cannot check the number for themselves.
The company's own pages do not mention that licence. Its page headed Regulatory Licence carries only general statements about fairness and about complying with the law where the client lives, and names no authority, no number and no jurisdiction. A separate page headed Financial Regulation states that the company is strictly regulated by a Canadian regulator described as MSB, and that it works with clearing firms including LMAX, which it correctly notes is regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority. Neither statement supports a claim of regulation over USK MARKETS. A money services business registration is an anti money laundering registration rather than authorisation to hold client money or deal in derivatives, no such registration number is published, and a liquidity provider's own licence does not extend to the broker that uses it.
Is USK MARKETS Regulated?
Only in the weakest sense the word allows. The single licence that exists is the Comoros one, which is real but sits at the bottom tier of global regulation: it brings no compensation scheme, no client money rules that are audited, and no complaints body a client could escalate to. In the markets USK MARKETS actually sells to, it holds no authorisation at all, so a client in those countries is dealing with a firm their own regulator cannot reach.
USK Markets Group Ltd
The company publishes a British Virgin Islands registration number, 1913269, and a registered office at Sea Meadow House, Road Town, Tortola. The British Virgin Islands registry publishes no free public company record, so that number could not be inspected against the register and no incorporation date is established. The registered office is an address of registration rather than a place of business; the only working address the company gives is the Qingdao office. No director, officer or owner is named anywhere on the site.
Is USK MARKETS Safe?
The evidence does not support treating it as safe. Regulation exists but offers a client no practical protection, the operating company could not be confirmed on any official register, and the site publishes no client agreement, no terms and conditions and no withdrawal policy, so the conditions under which money can be taken out are not disclosed before a deposit is made. The company states that client funds are held separately and that it holds trust arrangements with major investment banks, but it names no bank, no trustee and no auditor, so that assurance cannot be checked.
USK MARKETS Account Types
No account comparison is published. The company describes a single live account, advertised as carrying zero commission and zero fees, and a demo account which its FAQ says is identical to the live account apart from the money being real. Minimum deposit is not stated anywhere on the site, and there are no named tiers, no account currencies and no stop out or margin call levels.
USK MARKETS Spreads, Commissions and Fees
The company advertises a zero commission, zero fee account and describes its spreads only as low and competitive. It publishes no spread table, no fee schedule and no swap table, so the actual cost of trading cannot be established before opening an account. Its FAQ does confirm that overnight interest is applied to positions daily at 17:05 US Eastern time, which means accounts are not swap free.
USK MARKETS Leverage
The headline figure, repeated on the homepage and the company advantages page, is up to 100:1. The CFD page quotes different ceilings by asset class, being up to 50:1 on commodities and up to 200:1 on index CFDs. The site does not reconcile the three figures.
USK MARKETS Trading Platforms
MetaTrader 4 is the only platform, offered as a branded Windows download plus the standard MetaQuotes apps for Android and iOS. There is no MetaTrader 5, no web terminal and no proprietary platform. The company names a GOLD-i MT4 bridge on one page and an OMX bridge on another.
USK MARKETS Deposits and Withdrawals
There is no deposits and withdrawals page. The only funding detail published anywhere is a promise that a withdrawal request will reach the client's nominated bank card within 36 hours. No deposit method, no fee, no minimum or maximum amount and no processing condition is disclosed.
USK MARKETS Support
Support is by email at support@uskmarketsgroup.com and by a mainland China telephone number, +86 4008017228. The company advertises cover 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is no live chat, no support ticket system and no official social media account. The client portal offers eight interface languages, led by Simplified Chinese.
USK MARKETS Pros and Cons
On the positive side, a licence does exist and was in force; the platform is the familiar MetaTrader 4 rather than an unknown in house terminal; instrument coverage across forex, metals, oil and indices is reasonable for a small broker; and the company publishes a registration number, a registered office, a working office and a telephone number rather than hiding behind a web form.
Against that, the licence is offshore and unverifiable by the client; the site's own regulation pages make a claim of Canadian supervision that a money services registration does not support; there is no client agreement, no terms and conditions and no published withdrawal policy; costs are not disclosed; the legal notice page is another company's document; and the leverage figures contradict each other across pages.
USK MARKETS Review and Assessment
USK MARKETS is a small, Chinese language MetaTrader 4 operation whose regulatory position is far weaker than its own website implies. The one real licence comes from an offshore authority that cannot be queried and offers no recourse, while the pages a prospective client would read to check regulation either name no licence at all or describe an anti money laundering registration as strict regulation. The most important thing to settle before funding an account is not the spread or the leverage but the absence of any published contract: with no client agreement and no withdrawal terms, the conditions governing a client's money are decided by the company rather than written down.
