What Wikilix has recorded about TASS: its history, the licences it holds, its trading conditions and its fees.
TASS, which trades online as TASS FX, is a retail forex and CFD broker operated by TASS LLC, a limited liability company registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on 23 June 2020 under registration number 445. It offers a single platform, MetaTrader 5, two live account tiers, leverage up to 1:500 and access to currencies, metals, cryptocurrencies and stock indices. The company publishes an address in Kingstown and a second address in Nicosia, Cyprus, and reaches clients in English, Russian and Chinese.
TASS LLC states in the footer of every page of its website that it is registered by the Financial Services Authority of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under registration No. 445 LLC 2020, and separately that it is authorised by the Mwali International Services Authority with licence number BFX2024003 as an International Brokerage and Clearing House.
These two statements are of very different kinds. The Saint Vincent entry is a company registration. It appears on the authority's entity register as a limited liability company held through a registered agent, and it establishes that the company exists. It is not a financial services licence and it confers no supervision of trading, no client money rules and no compensation scheme. The Mwali licence number is a claim: it is published by the broker and this review did not confirm it on that authority's own register. The Mwali International Services Authority is an offshore registrar based in the Comoros, and it is not a regulator whose supervision a retail client in a major market could rely on.
The gap between the marketing and the contract is worth noting. The binding client agreement that a client accepts at registration defines the Company as TASS LLC acting under the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines and makes no mention of the Mwali authority or of licence BFX2024003 anywhere in its twenty six pages. The KYC policy does not mention them either.
No confirmed financial regulation was found for TASS. The only regulatory claim the company makes that could amount to a trading licence is the Mwali number in its website footer, which remains unverified, and the Saint Vincent entry it places beside it is a corporate registration rather than supervision. A client trading with TASS is therefore dealing with a company whose existence is documented but whose conduct as a broker is not overseen by any authority this review could confirm.
Safety cannot be established from what TASS publishes. The homepage states that the broker is regulated and that funds are segregated and insured, but the client agreement contains no segregation clause, no insurance clause and no negative balance protection clause, and the company gives no bank, custodian or insurer for either claim. The agreement's payment details route client money to a corporate bank account in Kazakhstan, and clause 6.13 applies Kazakh currency control law to every client by capping any single trading account at the equivalent of 50,000 US dollars. Redress under the agreement runs to a private dispute resolution body or to the courts, not to a financial regulator or an ombudsman.
Against that, the operating company is real, named and traceable, the platform is a genuine MetaTrader 5 installation registered to the company, and the terms are published in full rather than hidden.
TASS offers two live accounts, GOLD and PLATINUM, split purely by the size of margin collateral. GOLD covers balances up to 2,000 US dollars and PLATINUM starts from 2,000 US dollars. Everything else is identical: market execution, leverage up to 1:500, a 60% margin call level, a 50% stop out level and a minimum trade size and step of 0.01 lots. The broker publishes no minimum to open a GOLD account. There is no ECN account, no cent account, no demo tier advertised on the site and no swap free account.
TASS charges commission as a percentage of turnover rather than per lot. On GOLD it is 0.004% on currencies and metals, 0.004% on stock indices and 0.01% on cryptocurrencies; PLATINUM halves the first two to 0.002% and leaves cryptocurrencies at 0.01%. The homepage advertises spreads from 0 pips, but neither account page nor any other published document states a spread for any instrument, so the cost of the spread itself cannot be checked before depositing. Positions carried overnight are charged swap, with the rates held on the trading server rather than published on the site. An account left unused for 90 calendar days may be charged an inactivity commission.
The funding charges are the larger cost. Card deposits carry a 6% fee and card withdrawals 4%, which is high enough to matter more than the trading commission for most retail balances.
Maximum leverage is 1:500 on both account tiers. TASS publishes no lower cap for any instrument class or any client category.
MetaTrader 5 is the only platform. TASS distributes a broker branded Windows terminal from the MetaQuotes network and points clients to the standard macOS, iOS and Android builds, with a browser based web terminal for access without installation. There is no MetaTrader 4, no cTrader and no proprietary platform.
Deposits are accepted by wire transfer and through Binance, both free of broker charges and quoted in US dollars, and by Visa, Mastercard and Mir at a 6% fee. Withdrawals run through three routes: USDT, where the broker adds no fee of its own and passes on the blockchain cost; Binance at 3%; and the same cards at 4%. Every route is quoted at 1 to 5 days.
Two asymmetries are worth knowing before funding an account. Wire transfer is offered for deposits but not for withdrawals, and USDT is offered for withdrawals but not for deposits, so money does not necessarily come back the way it went in. Card funding is quoted only in AZN, KZT, UAH, RUB, UZS, MDL and TRY, with no euro, dollar or sterling card option at all.
Support is by email at info@tassfx.com and by WhatsApp on a Kazakh number, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. The site elsewhere advertises 24/5 support, which its own contact page does not match. There is no live chat, no telephone number published on the site and no social media presence of any kind.
Strengths:
Limitations:
TASS is a small, genuinely constituted offshore broker aimed largely at the Russian speaking market, with an ordinary MetaTrader 5 offering and unusually expensive card funding. The decisive question for anyone considering it is not whether the company exists, because it plainly does, but what happens if a withdrawal is refused. On the documents TASS itself publishes, the answer is that no financial regulator supervises the firm, no client money protection is committed to anywhere, and the money sits in a corporate account in a third country. Anyone weighing a deposit should treat the marketing language about regulation and insured funds as unsupported, and size any position against the possibility of having no regulatory recourse at all.
3 full-page captures of TASS's own site, archived so what they said can still be read after the pages change.
Every licence on record has expired or been closed on its register. We hold no evidence that TASS is regulated today.
An offshore company registrar on the autonomous island of Mwali in the Comoros, not a functioning financial supervisor. It runs no compensation scheme, conducts no meaningful conduct supervision, and its brokerage licences are not recognised by mainstream regulators. Client protection: Effectively none. No deposit protection, no compensation scheme and no practical route of complaint or redress for a client.. Effective: 18 Jan 2024. Expires: 18 Feb 2025.
Verification note
Advertised in the footer of every page of the broker's own website as an International Brokerage and Clearing House authorisation. The claim is not repeated in the client agreement or the KYC policy, and no effective or expiry date is published.
These are the rules MISA sets for the firms it licenses. They are not a statement about how TASS applies them, or about which of its companies would hold your account.

TASS commits to nothing that would protect them. The homepage says funds are segregated and insured, but the client agreement contains no segregation clause, no insurance clause and no negative balance protection, and no bank, custodian or insurer is named. The agreement's payment details route client money to a corporate bank account in Kazakhstan, and no compensation scheme covers the firm.
The footer on every page states the service is not intended for residents of Belgium, North Korea, France, the Russian Federation, Spain, Great Britain, the USA or Belarus, nor for FATF high risk or sanctioned jurisdictions, and the client agreement adds Japan and residents of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. In practice the registration form has no country of residence field at all, so none of those restrictions is enforced at signup.
Up to 1:500 on both the GOLD and PLATINUM accounts, with a 60% margin call level and a 50% stop out level. No lower cap is published for any instrument class or client category. Leverage at this level is not permitted for retail clients in most onshore jurisdictions.
Currencies, metals, cryptocurrencies and stock indices, according to the broker's own account specification. The homepage also markets commodities and stocks. TASS publishes no instrument count and no symbol list on its website, so the exact range can only be seen inside the trading platform.
MetaTrader 5 only. TASS distributes a broker branded Windows terminal through the MetaQuotes network under its own company name, and points clients to the standard macOS, iOS and Android builds plus a browser based web terminal. There is no MetaTrader 4, no cTrader and no proprietary platform.
TASS quotes 1 to 5 days for every withdrawal route. The client agreement adds that the timeframe can be extended until the client supplies documents proving ownership of the receiving bank account, and that requests for amounts at or below the withdrawal commission are not accepted. Because no regulator supervises the firm, there is no external body a client could escalate a delayed withdrawal to.
Deposits go in by wire transfer or through Binance, both free of broker charges, or by Visa, Mastercard and Mir at a 6% fee. Withdrawals come out by USDT, where the broker passes on only the blockchain cost, by Binance at 3%, or by the same cards at 4%. Note that wire transfer is deposit only and USDT is withdrawal only, so money does not necessarily return by the route it arrived.
Commission is charged as a percentage of turnover. On GOLD it is 0.004% on currencies, metals and stock indices and 0.01% on cryptocurrencies; on PLATINUM the first three drop to 0.002%. Overnight positions are charged swap at rates held on the trading server rather than published. The site advertises spreads from 0 pips but publishes no spread for any instrument, so the full trading cost cannot be checked in advance.
TASS does not publish a minimum deposit for its entry level GOLD account. The only figure it states is the tier boundary: GOLD covers margin collateral up to 2,000 US dollars and the PLATINUM tier begins from 2,000 US dollars. Anyone who needs to know the opening minimum has to ask before funding.
Nothing found proves fraud, and the company behind the brand is real and verifiable. What TASS has not shown is that it is safe: there is no confirmed regulator, its homepage claims that funds are segregated and insured while its own contract commits to neither, and it presents a company registration in the same sentence as a licence claim. It should be treated as unverified rather than either clean or fraudulent.
TASS is operated by TASS LLC, a limited liability company registered in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines under number 445 and incorporated on 23 June 2020. That entity is confirmed active on the entity register of the St. Vincent and the Grenadines Financial Services Authority, held through the registered agent Wilfred Services Ltd. The client agreement names TASS LLC as the company a client contracts with, and it is signed by a named director.
No confirmed financial regulation was found for TASS. Its website footer claims authorisation by the Mwali International Services Authority under licence number BFX2024003, but that claim is unverified and appears nowhere in the binding client agreement. The Saint Vincent and the Grenadines entry the broker publishes alongside it, registration No. 445 LLC 2020, is a company registration and not a financial services licence.
