Finding

A self-styled offshore authority in the Comoros. The Comoros central bank has publicly stated it is a fictitious entity. It is not a recognised financial regulator and provides no deposit protection. Client protection: None in practice.

Verification note

Confirmed in force for the 2026-01-13 to 2027-01-13 term under the name USK Markets Group Ltd. The broker does not mention this licence anywhere on its own website, whose regulation pages instead assert Canadian MSB supervision.

About this MISA licence

What this authorisation is, what it establishes, and what it leaves open.

A one year Comoros brokerage permission is the whole of the regulatory cover behind USK MARKETS. The Mwali International Services Authority (MISA), the licensing body for the autonomous island of Mwali in the Union of the Comoros, issued Forex Trading License (EP) number BFX2026007 to USK Markets Group Ltd. It runs from 13 January 2026 to 13 January 2027 and was in force when this check was made.

MISA is an offshore licensing authority rather than a conduct regulator of the kind that supervises retail brokers in major markets. It sells an international brokerage permission that lets a company describe itself as licensed; it does not impose capital adequacy requirements that are tested, does not audit how client money is held, and operates what its own documentation describes as a light touch framework. The permission recorded here names foreign exchange, futures, financial derivatives and options trading as authorised activities.

What this entry establishes is narrow. It shows that a company of this name obtained and paid for a Comoros permission covering a fixed term. It says nothing about the firm's solvency, its execution quality, or whether client deposits are segregated, and it creates no compensation scheme and no ombudsman a client could turn to. The permission covers the named entity; it is not a warrant for every website the brand operates.

The certificate printed the entity as USK Markets Group Ltd, the number as BFX2026007, the jurisdiction as Comoros, the status as active, the term as 13 January 2026 to 13 January 2027, and the institution website as www.uskco.com. It printed no capital requirement, no client money rule and no complaints route.

A reader can confirm the position by asking MISA directly about the number, since the authority operates no free public lookup. The answer would change if the term lapsed in January 2027 without renewal, if the permission were withdrawn, or if the holder's name changed.

MISA is classed as an offshore regime. An offshore registration can be entirely legitimate, but it typically means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions about this licence

Answered from this register entry and the authority’s own record.

Most Popular Questions

Yes. The company's FAQ states that the demo account is identical to a live account in every respect apart from trading with real money. It is the only account variant the site describes beyond the single live account.

There is no way to confirm that they are. The company states that client money is held separately and that it maintains trust arrangements with major investment banks, but it names no bank, no trustee and no auditor. Its Comoros licence carries no compensation scheme and no client money rules that are audited, so there is no external backstop if the firm fails or refuses to pay.

By email at support@uskmarketsgroup.com or by telephone on +86 4008017228, a mainland China number. The company advertises cover 24 hours a day, seven days a week. There is no live chat, no ticket system and no official social media account, and the contact page carries nothing but the email address.

Its footer disclaimer says the site is not directed at residents or clients of the United States, Singapore, Hong Kong, North Korea or Iran. In practice nothing enforces that: the registration form asks only for an email address, a password and an interface language, and has no country field at all. The portal offers eight languages led by Simplified Chinese, which indicates the markets it targets.

Foreign exchange, spot gold and silver, spot crude oil, stock indices and share CFDs. The company states it offers more than ten major stock indices and publishes contract specifications for gold (XAUUSD, 100 ounce lot) and silver (XAGUSD, 5000 ounce lot). No cryptocurrency offering is described.

MetaTrader 4 only. A branded Windows installer is offered for download, with the standard MetaQuotes apps for Android and iOS. There is no MetaTrader 5, no web terminal and no proprietary platform.

The company promises 36 hours to the client's nominated bank card. That is a marketing commitment on its company advantages page rather than a term in a published contract, because no client agreement or withdrawal policy exists on the site. There are unresolved reports of clients being unable to withdraw at all, which the company disputes.

The site has no deposits and withdrawals page, and no deposit method is described anywhere on it. The only funding detail published is a promise that a withdrawal request will reach the client's nominated bank card within 36 hours. No fee, minimum, maximum or processing condition is disclosed, and no withdrawal policy is published.

That cannot be established before opening an account. The company advertises a zero commission, zero fee account and describes its spreads only as low and competitive, but it publishes no spread table, no fee schedule and no swap table. Its FAQ does confirm that overnight interest is charged on positions daily at 17:05 US Eastern time, so accounts are not swap free.

Up to 200:1, but the site quotes three different ceilings and does not reconcile them. The headline figure on the homepage and the company advantages page is up to 100:1. The CFD page separately quotes up to 50:1 on commodities and up to 200:1 on index CFDs.

The company does not publish one. No minimum deposit figure appears on the homepage, the account opening page, the FAQ or anywhere else on the site, and there is no account comparison table that would normally carry it. You would have to ask before depositing.

The company behind the brand is USK Markets Group Ltd, which publishes British Virgin Islands registration number 1913269 and a registered office at Sea Meadow House, Road Town, Tortola. No director, shareholder or officer is named anywhere on the site. The British Virgin Islands registry publishes no free public company record, so the number could not be checked against the register.

We rate it as likely to be one, though the operation itself is real rather than a pure fiction. The company runs genuine MetaTrader 4 servers and holds a genuine offshore licence. What pushes the assessment is that its own website misrepresents its regulatory position, its legal notice is another company's document, it publishes no client agreement or withdrawal terms at all, and there are unresolved reports of clients being unable to withdraw.

Only by an offshore authority. USK Markets Group Ltd holds Forex Trading License (EP) number BFX2026007 from the Mwali International Services Authority in the Comoros, valid from 13 January 2026 to 13 January 2027, and that licence was confirmed to be in force. It holds no authorisation in any of the markets it actually sells to, and the Comoros authority runs no public lookup, so a client cannot check the number independently.

Licence BFX2026007 was issued by Moroni International Services Authority (MISA), the financial authority for Comoros.
USK MARKETS holds this MISA licence. A licence on record means the authority published an entry; it is not an endorsement.
No. This licence is no longer in force, or the MISA register did not carry it when we looked. It is kept on record because a closed registration is part of a firm’s history.
The MISA register prints it under USK Markets Group Ltd, not USK MARKETS. Licences are often held by a subsidiary rather than the trading brand, which is why searching a register for the brand alone can return nothing.
Wikilix rates MISA tier 4, the lowest band. A registration here says little on its own about client protection.
Yes, MISA is classed as an offshore regime. That can be a legitimate registration, but it usually means lower capital requirements, no compensation scheme, and a complaint route that is harder to use from abroad.
