Because the details attached to the brand do not reconcile. The licensed entity is a Vanuatu international company, the brand has separately been presented with an Australian registration we could not find in the Australian business register, and the correspondence address on record is in Bangkok. We treat that inconsistency as a transparency problem in its own right.

The operating company, VANEX LIMITED, was registered in Vanuatu on 22 May 2019, and its trading licence took effect on 23 December 2022. So the corporate record is about seven years old and the licensed period considerably shorter.

There is no evidence of protection. The Vanuatu Financial Services Commission operates no client fund insurance or compensation scheme, no segregation commitment is published by the broker, and no terms of business are available to read.

We found no proof of fraud, and the company behind the brand is real and in good standing on the Vanuatu companies register. What we did find is that the service is not operating: the published website is a parking page, so there is no way to verify terms, fund an account or withdraw. On that basis VANEXFX should be treated as high risk and unverified rather than as either a scam or a safe choice.
