Regulation
6/10 · HighGenuine Seychelles FSA Securities Dealer licence SD236 confirmed on the regulator's own register, which names the Vanto trade name and vantotrade.com, but it is a low-tier offshore licence sitting beside an unregulated Saint Lucia company.
Identity & transparency
3/10 · LowBoth legal entities disclosed with registration numbers, named and verifiable founders, and register-confirmed contact details; the only gap is a Seychelles office address on the site that differs from the one on the FSA register.
Withdrawals & conduct
2/10 · LowNo fund-integrity complaints found on any platform swept, and the few reports that exist describe withdrawals being paid promptly, though the sample is small.
Reputation
4/10 · ModerateNet positive but very thin footprint at roughly four Trustpilot reviews, with two aggregator sites labelling the brand negatively purely on the basis of the earlier unregulated setup.
Website claims
3/10 · LowLicence claim is accurate and verifiable, no founding year is inflated, and the site explicitly states that Saint Lucia does not regulate CFD brokers, which is unusually honest disclosure.
Operational history
5/10 · ModerateVerified track record of about two and a half years from domain records only, with no entity datable and three jurisdictions used in under two years.

Why we reached this verdict
How the evidence adds up.
The evidence we gathered points to a real, licensed broker rather than a fraud. The 65 percent figure reflects the age and shape of the operation, not misconduct we found.
- The licence is real and it is theirs. We opened the Seychelles FSA capital markets register and found V GLOBAL MARKETS LIMITED listed as a Securities Dealer. The entry records the trade names V Global Markets and Vanto, the phone number +248 4344686, and the website http://www.vantotrade.com/. A register that names the exact domain under investigation is the strongest possible answer to the clone question, and it settles it in the broker's favour.
- But Seychelles protection is thin. The FSA is a low-tier offshore authority. There is no compensation scheme and no realistic route to recover money through the regulator if the firm fails. Holding this licence is much better than holding none, and it is a long way short of protection from a regulator like the FCA or ASIC.
- The operation is about two and a half years old. The oldest domain in the group, vglobalmarkets.com, was registered on 5 February 2024. Both vantofx.com and vantotrade.com were registered within the same minute on 21 December 2024. This is the single biggest driver of the published figure. Our own scoring of the evidence came out at 40 percent, and the young track record carries it up to 65. A young broker with a clean record is the case where a clean record proves least, because there has not yet been enough time for problems to surface.
- The age figure is an upper bound. None of the three companies behind the brand could be dated. Seychelles, Saint Lucia and Saint Vincent do not publish searchable company registers, so the two and a half years rests on the domain records alone. If any of these entities is newer than the domains, the real track record is shorter, not longer.
- Two companies, two very different levels of protection. The group publishes a full policy suite for the licensed Seychelles entity, including best execution, conflicts of interest and complaints handling. The Saint Lucia company offers only a client agreement and a privacy policy. Which entity your account sits with therefore decides whether you have any regulatory recourse, and that is a material risk even though the broker discloses the structure openly.
- Three jurisdictions in under two years. The brand began under Vortex LLC in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, registration 3433 LLC 2024, then moved to the Saint Lucia company, and then added the licensed Seychelles entity in November 2025. We found no warning list entry, no regulator action and no substantiated scam history attached to any of them, so nothing carries forward against the current operation. Rapid entity churn is still a risk pattern worth knowing about.
- Nothing adverse in the complaint sweep. Across Trustpilot, Myfxbook, ForexPeaceArmy and a third-party broker directory we found no reports of refused withdrawals, deleted balances, frozen accounts or demands for extra payment before funds are released. What little exists is positive, including several accounts of withdrawals being paid promptly. The footprint is very thin, at roughly four Trustpilot reviews, which is consistent with a small and new firm.
- A name collision we ruled out. Searches for profit revocation and blocked withdrawals under names close to this one return a stream of complaints about Vantage Markets, an entirely separate broker on a different domain. None of it belongs to Vanto and none of it is counted here.
- Two aggregator sites label the brand a scam. Their stated reason is the absence of a recognised licence, and both assessments predate or ignore the Seychelles licence we verified. An inference drawn from unregulated status is not a finding of theft, so we give it little weight.
Evidence ledger
Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.
E1The Seychelles FSA capital markets register lists V GLOBAL MARKETS LIMITED as a Securities Dealer, recording the trade names V Global Markets and Vanto, the phone number +248 4344686, the email [email protected] and the websites www.vglobalmarkets.com and http://www.vantotrade.com/. The register names the exact domain under investigation, so the licence belongs to this operation and this is not a clone.
E2The broker's own site states that V Global Markets Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority under licence number SD236, and names its Saint Lucia sibling Vanto Trade Global LTD. The licensed entity name matches the register entry exactly.
E3Domain records show vglobalmarkets.com registered on 5 February 2024, and both vantofx.com and vantotrade.com registered within the same minute on 21 December 2024. The oldest domain makes the operation roughly two and a half years old, well short of an established track record.
E4The group runs two companies with very different client protection. The licensed Seychelles entity publishes a client service agreement, best execution policy, conflicts of interest policy and complaints handling summary, while the unregulated Saint Lucia company publishes only a client agreement and a privacy policy. Which entity a client signs with determines whether any regulatory recourse exists.
E5The site states plainly that the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia does not regulate, supervise or license foreign exchange or contracts for difference brokers. Presenting an offshore registration honestly, rather than dressing it up as regulation, is the opposite of the misrepresentation pattern we normally find.
E6The company's own news record dates the Seychelles FSA licence to 13 November 2025 and records that on 12 May 2026 the FSA approved an update to licence SD236 covering the Vanto brand. It also gives the Seychelles company number as 8438124-1. This matches the trade name Vanto now appearing on the register.
ModerateVanto company newsE7Independent trade press reported the Seychelles Securities Dealer licence when it was granted, describing it as permitting the firm to offer CFDs, onboard clients directly and hold client deposits. It also named Arthur Kbejan as founder and group chief executive, previously Chief Information Officer at MultiBank Group and formerly with GFT, oneZero and Tickmill.
E8A warning and alert list sweep covering the FCA, IOSCO, the CFTC and ASIC, searched on the brand, both domains and both legal entities, returned no entries naming Vanto, vantotrade.com, vantofx.com, V Global Markets Limited or Vanto Trade Global LTD as of 21 August 2026.
E9An aggregator record for the earlier VantoFX brand names a predecessor entity, Vortex LLC in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines with registration 3433 LLC 2024, alongside Vanto Trade Global LTD as Saint Lucia IBC 2025-00711. The operation has therefore used three jurisdictions in under two years. We found no warning list entry, regulator action or substantiated scam history against any of them.
E10The Seychelles office address published on the broker's site, at IMAD Complex, Ile Du Port, Mahe, does not match the address recorded against the entity on the FSA register, which is Office 6.1, OST Building Zone 18, Providence, Mahe. One of the two records is out of date.
E11The review footprint is very thin and net positive. The Trustpilot page for the former domain carries about four reviews at a four star rating, describing fast execution, narrow spreads on cTrader and withdrawals processed smoothly. Myfxbook and ForexPeaceArmy carry pages for the brand with no fund-access complaints. No report of refused withdrawals, deleted balances, frozen accounts or demands for extra payment was found on any platform.
E12Searches for cancelled profits and blocked withdrawals under names close to this brand return complaints against Vantage Markets, a separate broker on a different domain, including cases citing a suspicious trading activity clause. None of these relate to Vanto or vantotrade.com and none have been counted against this broker.
E13Both vantofx.com and vglobalmarkets.com return a permanent redirect to vantotrade.com, confirming that the three domains are one operation and that the VantoFX brand is a predecessor of Vanto rather than a separate or competing firm.
The other side
The strongest case in this broker’s favour.
Here is the honest case that Vanto is a legitimate business, because much of it holds up.
- The licence passes the hardest test we apply. The regulator's own register names the entity, the trade name Vanto and the exact website. Clones fail this test; Vanto passes it cleanly.
- The people are real and checkable. Arthur Kbejan was Chief Information Officer at MultiBank Group and has worked with GFT, oneZero, 26 Degrees and Tickmill. Piotr Niemidomski is named as co-founder and COO. Fake brokerages do not usually attach identifiable, traceable career histories to their founders.
- The disclosure is unusually honest. Rather than dressing up an offshore registration as regulation, the site states plainly that the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia does not regulate, supervise or license forex or CFD brokers. That is the opposite of the misrepresentation we normally find.
- There is no age inflation. Many suspect brokers claim a decade of history on a new domain. Vanto advertises no founding year at all, and industry coverage describes it as a recently launched firm, which matches the domain records.
- The regulatory direction of travel is upward. The group moved from an unregulated Saint Vincent shell to an unregulated Saint Lucia company and then obtained a real licence in Seychelles, with the FSA approving the addition of the Vanto brand to that licence in May 2026. Scams move the other way, towards weaker jurisdictions and away from supervision.
- Independent trade press covered the licence at the time it was granted, which corroborates the company's own announcement rather than relying on it.
- Clients report being paid. The small number of reviews that exist describe smooth withdrawals, fast execution and a stable platform. There is not one credible report of money failing to come back.
Taken together this is a real brokerage rather than a fraud. What it is not yet is a proven one, and that is the whole basis of our figure.
What would change this
What we would need to see to revise the verdict.
These are the specific things that would move our assessment in either direction.
- Lower risk: the operation reaching a three-year verified track record while the complaint record stays clean. This alone would remove the adjustment that produced the 65 percent figure.
- Lower risk: the group retiring the unregulated Saint Lucia company, or confirming that all retail clients now contract with the licensed Seychelles entity, so that every client sits behind the licence.
- Lower risk: a published incorporation date for V Global Markets Limited, which would let us date the company leg instead of relying on domain records.
- Lower risk: a substantial and organic review record across several platforms showing withdrawals paid consistently over time.
- Lower risk: the broker publishing a direct verification link to its FSA register entry beside the licence number on its own site.
- Higher risk: any regulator adding Vanto, vantotrade.com or either legal entity to a warning or alert list.
- Higher risk: the FSA register showing licence SD236 suspended, cancelled or lapsed, or the Vanto trade name being removed from it.
- Higher risk: credible, specific reports of withdrawals being refused or delayed, profits being cancelled, or any demand for a tax or fee before funds are released. A single well-documented advance-fee demand would change our conclusion sharply.
- Higher risk: the licensed Seychelles entity being wound back so that client money returns to an unregulated jurisdiction.

Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this broker’s safety.
Is Vanto a scam?
We found no evidence that Vanto is a scam. Its Seychelles licence is genuine and the regulator's register names its exact website, so it is not a clone. We still publish a raised risk figure of 65 percent because the operation is only about two and a half years old and there is not yet enough of a record to treat it as safe.
Is Vanto regulated?
Partly. V Global Markets Limited holds Securities Dealer licence SD236 from the Seychelles Financial Services Authority, and we confirmed this on the FSA's own register. The group also operates an unregulated Saint Lucia company, Vanto Trade Global LTD, which holds no financial licence at all.
How good is a Seychelles licence?
It is a low-tier offshore licence. It means a real authority has authorised the firm to hold client deposits and deal in CFDs, which is meaningfully better than nothing. It does not come with a compensation scheme, and enforcement is weak compared with regulators such as the FCA in the United Kingdom or ASIC in Australia.
Can I withdraw my money from Vanto?
The reports we found describe withdrawals being paid, some of them quickly, and we found no complaints about refused or delayed payouts. The sample is small, so we would still advise testing with a small withdrawal before depositing a larger amount.
Is my money safe with Vanto?
Your money is only as protected as the entity holding it. If your account is with the licensed Seychelles company you have some oversight but no compensation scheme. If it is with the Saint Lucia company you have no regulatory protection at all, so check your client agreement before funding.
Who owns Vanto?
The founders are Arthur Kbejan, previously Chief Information Officer at MultiBank Group and formerly with GFT, oneZero and Tickmill, and Piotr Niemidomski, listed as co-founder and COO. Named and traceable leadership is a positive sign that many suspect brokers cannot match.
How old is Vanto?
About two and a half years. The oldest domain in the group, vglobalmarkets.com, was registered in February 2024, and vantotrade.com in December 2024. None of the companies behind it could be dated because the relevant registers are not public, so this figure is an upper bound rather than a confirmed history.
Is Vanto the same as VantoFX?
Yes. VantoFX rebranded as Vanto in January 2026 and vantofx.com now redirects to vantotrade.com. The domain vglobalmarkets.com redirects there too, so all three addresses belong to the same operation.
Is Vanto a clone of another broker?
No. The Seychelles FSA register lists V Global Markets Limited with the trade name Vanto and records vantotrade.com as its website. When a regulator's own register names the exact domain, the licence belongs to that operation rather than being borrowed from someone else.
Are there regulator warnings about Vanto?
We found none. We checked the warning and alert lists of the FCA, IOSCO, the CFTC and ASIC, along with broad searches for the brand, both domains and both legal entities, and found no entries as of August 2026. Warning lists lag new problems by months, so this is not a guarantee.
Why do some review sites call Vanto a scam?
Two aggregator sites label the brand negatively, and their stated reason is the absence of a recognised licence. Those assessments were written about the earlier unregulated Saint Vincent and Saint Lucia setup and do not reflect the Seychelles licence we verified. Lacking a licence is not the same as stealing money.
What are the complaints I found about profit cancellations?
Those complaints belong to Vantage Markets, a completely separate broker with a similar sounding name on a different website. We checked and none of them relate to Vanto or vantotrade.com, so we have not counted them.
Which entity will I be trading with?
It depends on your account. The site publishes separate agreements for V Global Markets Limited in Seychelles, which is licensed, and Vanto Trade Global LTD in Saint Lucia, which is not. Read the agreement you are asked to accept and confirm which name appears on it.
What should I check before depositing with Vanto?
Confirm which legal entity your agreement names, verify licence SD236 on the Seychelles FSA register yourself, deposit only what you can afford to lose, and make a small test withdrawal early. Stop immediately if anyone asks for a fee or tax before releasing your funds.
What do I do if I think I have been scammed by a broker?
Stop sending money and never pay a fee to recover funds, because that is a second scam. Gather your statements, transfers and messages, ask your bank or card issuer about a chargeback, file a complaint with the regulator named in your agreement, and report it to the police or fraud authority where you live.
What we recommend
The practical takeaway from everything above.
Treat Vanto as a genuine but unproven offshore broker, and size your risk accordingly.
- Before funding anything, read the client agreement and confirm which company you are contracting with. If it names Vanto Trade Global LTD in Saint Lucia rather than V Global Markets Limited in Seychelles, you are outside the licence and have no regulatory protection.
- Check licence SD236 yourself on the Seychelles FSA capital markets register, under the Securities Dealer tab. Confirm the entry still lists the Vanto trade name and vantotrade.com.
- Deposit only what you can afford to lose entirely. A Seychelles licence carries no compensation scheme, so if the firm fails there is no fund to repay you.
- Test withdrawals early and small. Move a modest amount out successfully before committing more, and keep records of every request.
- Prefer card or bank transfer over crypto where you can. Card payments leave you a chargeback route that crypto does not.
- Keep your own records of trades, statements and support tickets. If a dispute arises, the complaints process at the Seychelles entity is the route to use, and it needs documentation.
- Walk away immediately if anyone asks for a tax, fee, insurance or verification payment before releasing your funds. That request has no legitimate version.
- If you want regulatory protection rather than a licence on paper, choose a broker supervised in a tier-one jurisdiction instead.
This is an independent assessment of risk, not a legal ruling. Scores and verdicts follow the Wikilix broker-safety methodology and can change as new evidence appears.
