Is VPFX a scam?

High risk (unverified)MEDIUM confidence
Offshore-licensed broker, weak client-money protection

No. VPFX is not a scam, and we found no evidence of fraud, but its only licence covering client money is a low-tier Labuan one that offers weak protection.

  • Both licences are real and active. Ventura Prime FX Limited is listed as a licensed money broker on the Labuan Financial Services Authority's own directory, and its UAE affiliate VPFX Financial Services L.L.C. is Active on the UAE Capital Market Authority register.
  • No regulator anywhere warns about this firm. IOSCO's global alerts network, which pools warnings from more than 150 regulators, carries no entry for Ventura Prime FX Limited or vpfx.net, and the firm is absent from Labuan FSA's list of restricted licensees.
  • The protection behind your deposit is thin. A Labuan money-broking licence is an intermediary permission with no investor compensation scheme. The UAE licence belongs to a different company and only covers client introduction, so it does not cover your funds at all.
  • Two claims on the site need correcting. The homepage badge reading Multi Regulated Broker rests on two intermediary-class permissions held by two separate entities, and the USD 1 million figure under Safety of Funds is professional indemnity cover for the company, not insurance on client deposits.
  • The published registered office does not match the regulator's record. Labuan FSA holds a different Labuan address for the company than the one printed on vpfx.net, and an independent on-site check at the published address found no VPFX presence.

Each area is scored 0 (clean) to 10 (worst). Higher means more risk.

Worst area: High
SeverityLowModerateHighCritical

Regulation

6/10 · High

Two licences confirmed active on the issuers' own registers, but both are intermediary-class, the fund-holding entity sits in Labuan with no compensation scheme, and there is no tier-one or tier-two authorisation anywhere.

Identity & transparency

5/10 · Moderate

Legal entities, licence numbers and the Dubai registration are disclosed and verifiable, and the UAE register corroborates the Dubai address, but the published registered office contradicts the regulator's record and no presence was found there.

Withdrawals & conduct

4/10 · Moderate

One specific unresolved loss of 5,000 USDT after a support mailbox compromise, posted by a single person on two platforms, against several credible reports of prompt payouts. One of four pattern axes met, so no pattern is established.

Reputation

5/10 · Moderate

Net positive but very thin and stale: 18 Trustpilot reviews at 4.3 with none in twelve months, no Reddit footprint in a sixth year of trading, and several positives showing signs of solicitation.

Website claims

5/10 · Moderate

Multi Regulated Broker oversells two intermediary permissions held by two entities, and professional indemnity cover is presented under Safety of Funds where it reads as deposit insurance. Offset by detailed, accurate regulatory fine print and no age or profit claims.

Operational history

3/10 · Low

About six years evidenced from the domain record, the 2020 licence series and April 2020 trade-press coverage, with no age exaggeration. Not scored lower because Labuan publishes no company search, so the figure is an upper bound.

Licences the broker publishes

Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA)

VerifiedTier 3Limited relevance
A Labuan money-broking licence held by Ventura Prime FX Limited, the company that contracts with clients and holds their funds. The authority describes money brokers as intermediaries who bring together and match clients with counterparties in money or foreign exchange markets. It is a genuine statutory licence and the authority does supervise it, having barred 31 licensees from trading for non-compliance, but it is an intermediation permission rather than a full dealer licence and carries no investor compensation scheme.
Protection: Low. No investor compensation scheme and no statutory client-money guarantee. In a failure a client would rank as an ordinary creditor in Labuan, Malaysia.Official register

UAE Securities and Commodities Authority, now the Capital Market Authority

VerifiedTier 2Limited relevance
A Category 5 Introduction and Promotion licence held by VPFX Financial Services L.L.C. of Dubai, a separate company from the one that holds client funds. The register shows both permissions, Introduction and Promotion, as Active, and the regulator attaches a notice stating the holder is not licensed for brokerage in financial derivatives, unregulated commodity contracts or spot foreign exchange, and may not conduct trading operations, manage portfolios, execute client orders or hold client assets or money. The broker discloses the same limitation itself.
Protection: None for client funds. The licence covers client introduction and promotion only, and the holder is expressly barred from receiving or holding client money.Official register

VerifiedNot a forex licenceLimited relevance
An Australian company registration, ABN 28 641 553 933, active in New South Wales. It is a company number and not a financial services licence, so it permits no trading, no dealing and no holding of client money. Some third-party write-ups present the digits 641553933 as an ASIC licence reference, which is incorrect. VPFX itself makes no ASIC or Australian regulatory claim on its website, and we record this only to correct the circulating error.
Protection: None. A company registration confers no trading permission and no client-money protection.Official register
Labuan FSA Financial Institutions Directory, filtered to money brokers, listing Ventura Prime FX Limited among the authority's licensed entities.
UAE Capital Market Authority register entry for VPFX FINANCIAL SERVICES L.L.C., showing status Active and the regulator's notice that the Category 5 licence does not permit brokerage or spot foreign exchange.

Why we reached this verdict

How the evidence adds up.

We checked the two licences on the regulators' own registers, swept the global warning lists and read the client reviews. Nothing we found points to theft. What lowers the rating is how little protection sits behind the money, plus a small number of presentation and housekeeping problems.

  • The Labuan licence is genuine. Ventura Prime FX Limited appears by exact name in Labuan FSA's Financial Institutions Directory under money brokers. Labuan FSA also publishes a list of 31 licensees it has restricted from trading, several of them money brokers, and Ventura Prime FX Limited is not on it.
  • The UAE licence is genuine but does not cover your funds. The UAE Capital Market Authority register shows VPFX FINANCIAL SERVICES L.L.C. as Active with Introduction and Promotion permissions. The regulator attaches its own notice to that entry stating the holder is not licensed for brokerage in derivatives or spot foreign exchange and may not execute client orders or manage portfolios. VPFX states the same limitation in its own footer and across vpfxmena.com, which is more candid than most offshore brokers manage.
  • A money-broking licence is not a dealer licence. Labuan FSA describes money brokers as intermediaries who match clients with counterparties. There is no investor compensation scheme and no statutory client-money guarantee. If the company failed, a client would be an ordinary creditor in Labuan.
  • No warning listings anywhere. Searches of IOSCO's alerts network for both ventura and vpfx return nothing for this firm. The one vpfx entry belongs to aci-vpfx.com, a Spanish Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores warning from June 2023 against a different website. Review pages that describe VPFX as blacklisted in Europe are repeating that look-alike, and one of them also states that no LFSA licence exists, which the authority's own directory contradicts.
  • The trading operation is real. VPFX holds a full MetaTrader 5 licence with its own servers, the installer is served from MetaQuotes' own distribution network under the ventura.prime.fx path, and Finance Magnates reported the MT5 launch on 7 April 2020. This is not a simulated platform.
  • The address does not line up. Labuan FSA holds a Jalan Bahasa address for the company while the website prints a Jalan Jumidar Buyong address, and an independent on-site check at the published address in late 2025 found no company signage, with building staff stating the firm was not there. Labuan registered offices are normally held through a licensed trust company, so an empty office is not unusual there, but publishing an address the regulator's record contradicts is a transparency failure the company should fix.
  • One specific client loss, unresolved. A client reported transferring 5,000 USDT on 16 October to a wallet address received from the firm's general support mailbox, which VPFX then said had been compromised. The client says the firm knew of the compromise for eleven days without warning them, declined to compensate, stopped responding, and that a complaint was filed with the Malaysian authority. The account is specific and checkable. It describes a security failure and a refusal to make good, not a refused withdrawal, and the same person posted it on a second platform, so it stands as one report rather than a pattern.
  • Two overstatements on the site. Multi Regulated Broker oversells two intermediary permissions held by two different companies. More importantly, the USD 1 million professional indemnity insurance named under Safety of Funds protects the company against negligence claims. It is not insurance on client deposits, and on vpfxmena.com the same figure is hedged down to coverage the firm may offer, subject to eligibility. A reader should not treat it as deposit protection.
  • The record is thin for a firm in its seventh year. Trustpilot carries 18 reviews at 4.3 with nothing in the last twelve months, and there is no Reddit discussion of the broker at all. Several of the positive reviews read as solicited, including glowing text attached to three-star ratings, so they carry little weight in either direction.
  • Scope runs wider than the licence. The firm excludes the United States and the EU but not the United Kingdom, while holding no UK authorisation. That is common among offshore brokers and is not deception, but it means a UK client has no local recourse.
  • Age is evidenced, with one gap. vpfx.net was registered on 9 January 2020, the licence carries the 2020 series number MB/20/0046, and the trade press covered the launch in April 2020. Labuan's companies registry publishes no public search, so the incorporation date of the Malaysian company could not be confirmed, which makes the six-year figure an upper bound resting on the domain and press record.

On the evidence rules this is not a scam verdict: there is no hard incriminating item and no strong one. It is also not a clean bill of health, because no register publishes a website against the Labuan licence, so the identity check passes on the company name without a second independent leg. The 49% reflects weak protection and a thin record, not misconduct we established.

Evidence ledger

Every finding, with its source and how strongly it points.

7 against9 in favour
  • E1Ventura Prime FX Limited is listed by exact name as a licensed Labuan money broker in the authority's own Financial Institutions Directory, with a recorded Labuan address at Suite No.22, Skyward Business Centre, Brumby House, Jalan Bahasa, 87000 Labuan F.T. The licence the broker advertises is therefore genuine and held by the named entity.

  • E2The UAE Capital Market Authority register shows VPFX FINANCIAL SERVICES L.L.C. with status Active and two permissions granted, Introduction and Promotion, both Active, at Latifa Tower, Floor 29, Office B2905, Dubai. The register's own contact email for the firm is at vpfxmena.com, tying the entry to this broker's own domain.

  • E3A search of IOSCO's alerts network, which pools warnings from more than 150 regulators, returns no entry for Ventura Prime FX Limited or vpfx.net. The only result for vpfx is the website aci-vpfx.com, carried from a Spanish Comision Nacional del Mercado de Valores warning dated 6 June 2023, which is a different domain and a different operation.

  • E4Labuan FSA publishes a notification listing 31 licensed entities barred from carrying out their licensed activities for non-compliance with capital or other regulatory requirements, including several money brokers. Ventura Prime FX Limited is not among them. Venn Prime Securities Limited, a differently named Labuan money broker, is listed, and the two names are easily confused.

  • E5The UAE regulator attaches its own notice to this firm's register entry stating the company is not licensed to conduct brokerage in financial derivatives, unregulated commodity contracts or spot foreign exchange, holds only a Category 5 licence which may be limited to introducing or advisory services, and is not authorised to conduct trading operations, manage portfolios or execute client orders.

  • E6The broker discloses the limits of the UAE arrangement accurately and prominently, stating that VPFX Financial Services L.L.C. is licensed under Category 5, is not authorised to hold client assets or money, operates on an introduction-only basis, and does not provide trading, execution, settlement, advice or account management, with all trading provided by the Malaysian company.

  • E7The operation has a verifiable six-year record. The domain vpfx.net was registered on 9 January 2020 through GoDaddy, and the licence carries the 2020 series number MB/20/0046. The firm's own pages advertise no founding year, so there is no age claim exceeding what the record supports.

  • E8Industry press reported on 7 April 2020 that VPFX, described as a trading name of Ventura Prime FX Limited registered in Labuan FT, Malaysia, had launched MetaTrader 5 with hedging and more than 200 instruments. This independently places a working trading operation in April 2020 and corroborates the legal entity and jurisdiction.

  • E9The platform is a genuine MetaTrader 5 deployment, not an in-house simulation. The MT5 installer offered on the site is served from MetaQuotes' own distribution network under the ventura.prime.fx path, which only an MT5 licensee receives, and the firm points clients to the official MetaQuotes mobile apps rather than a self-hosted download.

  • E10Trustpilot carries 18 reviews for vpfx.net at 4.3, distributed 61% five-star, 22% four-star, 11% three-star, 0% two-star and 6% one-star, with no reviews in the last twelve months and a platform note that the company has not invited reviews recently. Several positives specifically describe withdrawals being paid on time, while glowing text attached to three-star ratings suggests some were solicited.

  • E11One client reports losing 5,000 USDT after transferring on 16 October to a wallet address received from the firm's general support mailbox, which the firm later said had been compromised. The client states the firm knew of the compromise for eleven days without warning them, declined to compensate, stopped responding, and that a complaint was filed with the Malaysian authority. The account is specific and checkable but is a single report describing a security failure rather than a refused withdrawal.

  • E12The registered office printed on the broker's own pages, Kensington Gardens, No U1317, Lot 7616, Jalan Jumidar Buyong, does not match the address Labuan FSA holds for the company, which is at Skyward Business Centre, Brumby House, Jalan Bahasa. An independent on-site check at the published address in late 2025 found no company signage and building staff stated the firm was not present there.

  • E13Under the heading Safety of Funds the firm states that client funds are segregated from company funds and held at reputed global banks, and cites professional indemnity insurance of USD 1 million. Professional indemnity cover protects the company against negligence claims and is not insurance on client deposits, so presenting it under a funds-safety heading invites a reader to treat it as protection it does not provide.

  • E14The homepage carries a Multi Regulated Broker panel stating the firm is regulated by and registered with multiple regulatory authorities around the world, alongside an Award-Winning FX Broker section showing eleven unattributed award images and a Trusted by Millions Across Globe heading. In fact the group holds two intermediary-class permissions held by two separate companies, only one of which covers client money.

  • E15The firm offers leverage up to 1:1000 on its entry account with a minimum deposit of USD 100, 1:500 on the VIP account and 1:200 on the Elite account, and discloses no negative balance protection and no counterparty arrangement. Against that, no deposit bonus locked behind a trading-volume requirement is offered, which removes the most common withdrawal trap.

  • E16The firm declines clients from the United States, EU member countries, North Korea, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Syria and Yemen, but not from the United Kingdom, while holding no UK authorisation. Soliciting UK residents under a Labuan money-broking licence leaves those clients with no local recourse, though the practice is common among offshore brokers and is disclosed rather than hidden.

  • E17The firm's regulations page states the Labuan registration number and the authority's name but publishes no link to the register where a client could check it. A genuinely regulated broker normally links its licence number directly to the issuing authority, and the absence puts the burden of verification on the client.

  • E18A separate UK company named VENTURA PRIME FX LIMITED, number 15173137, was incorporated on 28 September 2023 at 86-90 Paul Street, London, a mass-registration address, under an activity code for membership organisations rather than financial services, and was dissolved on 4 March 2025. Its sole director is unconnected to the people associated with the Labuan and Dubai operations, and the broker claims no UK entity or UK regulation, so this is recorded as a same-name company rather than part of this group.

  • E19An Australian company, VENTURA PRIME FX PTY LTD, is active in New South Wales under ABN 28 641 553 933. Some third-party write-ups present the number 641553933 as an ASIC licence, but it is an Australian company number and confers no financial services authorisation. The broker itself makes no ASIC or Australian regulatory claim on its site.

  • E20Widely syndicated review pages assert that VPFX is blacklisted by European authorities on the basis of a CONSOB alert, and that no LFSA licence exists for the firm. Neither claim is supported: no alert number, date or link is given for the CONSOB assertion, the only comparable warning on record names the separate website aci-vpfx.com, and the Labuan authority's own directory lists Ventura Prime FX Limited as a licensed money broker.

Labuan FSA notification of business restrictions imposed on licensed entities. Ventura Prime FX Limited does not appear on the list.
IOSCO investor alerts search for vpfx, returning only the unrelated website aci-vpfx.com from a Spanish regulator warning, and nothing for Ventura Prime FX Limited or vpfx.net.

The other side

The strongest case in this broker’s favour.

The case for VPFX being a legitimate, if modest, offshore broker is genuinely strong, and several points deserve credit:

  • Both licences check out on primary sources. We did not take the company's word for either one. The Labuan entry and the UAE entry were read on the regulators' own registers, and both are current.
  • It discloses the awkward part itself. Most brokers with an introducer licence in a respected jurisdiction imply it regulates their trading. VPFX does the opposite, stating prominently on both sites that the UAE company cannot hold client money and provides no trading, execution or advice. That matches the regulator's own notice word for word in substance.
  • Clean regulatory record. Six years of operation with no warning listing from any of the regulators pooled by IOSCO, no enforcement action, no fraud-related court record naming the entity, and no place on Labuan FSA's restriction list. Labuan FSA does restrict non-compliant licensees, so that absence carries meaning.
  • Withdrawals appear to work. Multiple reviewers specifically describe getting paid, several naming fast payouts as the main reason they stayed. For a broker of this size, the absence of any withdrawal-refusal pattern over six years is the single most reassuring fact in the file.
  • Real infrastructure and no trap terms. A full MetaTrader 5 licence is expensive and vetted by MetaQuotes. We found no deposit bonus locked behind an unreachable trading volume, no crypto-only deposit funnel, and no guaranteed-profit language.
  • The worst-looking item in public search is not about this firm. The European blacklisting repeated across review pages belongs to aci-vpfx.com. Attributing it to VPFX would be an error, and the published claim that the Labuan licence does not exist is simply wrong.
  • The empty Labuan office is weaker evidence than it looks. Labuan companies operate through a licensed trust company as registered agent, so almost no Labuan licensee has staff at its registered office. The firm's real operating presence in Dubai is confirmed independently, because the UAE regulator records the same Latifa Tower address the website gives.

What would change this

What we would need to see to revise the verdict.

Concrete things that would move this assessment in either direction:

  • Would lower the risk: VPFX obtaining a tier-one or tier-two licence that covers client money, such as an authorisation permitting dealing rather than introduction, from a regulator with a compensation scheme.
  • Would lower the risk: correcting the registered office on vpfx.net to the address Labuan FSA holds on file, and publishing a direct verification link to the authority's register next to the licence number.
  • Would lower the risk: replacing the USD 1 million professional indemnity reference under Safety of Funds with a plain statement of what is and is not covered, and naming the banks holding segregated client funds.
  • Would lower the risk: a visible, recent base of independent client reviews. Twelve months of silence on the only review platform carrying the firm is the easiest gap for a genuinely active broker to close.
  • Would raise the risk sharply: any warning or alert naming vpfx.net or Ventura Prime FX Limited from Labuan FSA, the Securities Commission Malaysia, the UAE Capital Market Authority or any regulator pooled by IOSCO.
  • Would raise the risk sharply: three or more independent clients on two or more platforms describing the same withdrawal failure within one window, or any credible report of a demand for an extra payment before funds are released.
  • Would raise the risk sharply: the appearance of Ventura Prime FX Limited on Labuan FSA's business-restriction list or its surrendered and revoked money-broker list.
  • Would raise the risk: the firm beginning to present the UAE Category 5 licence, or the Australian company number, as authorisation to trade or to hold client money.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about this broker’s safety.

15 questions
Is VPFX a scam?

No. We found no evidence that VPFX is a scam. Both licences it advertises are real and currently active on the regulators' own registers, no regulator anywhere lists the firm or vpfx.net in a warning, and there is no pattern of clients being refused their money. We still rate it 49% risk because the only licence covering client funds is a low-tier Labuan money-broking licence with no compensation scheme.

Is VPFX a fraud?

No. We found no evidence of fraud. There is no regulator warning, no enforcement action and no fraud-related court record naming Ventura Prime FX Limited or vpfx.net. Searches of IOSCO's alerts network, which pools warnings from more than 150 regulators, return nothing for this firm. Claims circulating online that VPFX is blacklisted in Europe refer to a different website, aci-vpfx.com.

Is VPFX regulated?

Yes, but not in a way that strongly protects your deposit. Ventura Prime FX Limited holds Labuan money-broker licence MB/20/0046 in Malaysia, which we confirmed on Labuan FSA's own directory. Its Dubai affiliate VPFX Financial Services L.L.C. holds UAE Capital Market Authority licence 20200000242, but that is a Category 5 licence for introducing and promoting only and cannot cover client money.

Can I withdraw my money from VPFX?

The evidence suggests yes. Several reviewers specifically describe prompt payouts, and we found no pattern of refused or stalled withdrawals across six years of operation. Make a small test withdrawal early so you learn the process before a larger balance is at stake, and keep your deposit and withdrawal records.

Is my money safe with VPFX?

It is less protected than at a tier-one broker. VPFX says client funds are held in segregated accounts at global banks, but a Labuan money-broking licence carries no investor compensation scheme. If the firm failed you would be an ordinary creditor in Malaysia. Deposit only what you can afford to lose.

Does VPFX really have USD 1 million of insurance on my funds?

No. The USD 1 million figure is professional indemnity insurance, which protects the company against claims of professional negligence. It is not insurance on client deposits and it is not a compensation scheme. On the firm's MENA site the same figure is hedged further, as coverage it may offer subject to eligibility and terms.

What is a Labuan money-broking licence worth?

It is a real licence from a real statutory regulator, but a low-tier one. Labuan FSA describes money brokers as intermediaries who match clients with counterparties, and it does supervise them, having barred 31 licensees from trading for non-compliance. What it does not provide is a compensation scheme, so the licence establishes oversight rather than protection for your deposit.

Is VPFX regulated in Dubai or the UAE?

Only for client introduction. The UAE Capital Market Authority register shows VPFX Financial Services L.L.C. as Active for Introduction and Promotion, and attaches a notice stating the holder is not licensed for brokerage in derivatives or spot foreign exchange and may not execute client orders, manage portfolios or hold client assets. All trading is provided by the Malaysian company. VPFX states this clearly itself.

Is VPFX a clone of another broker?

No. The company name on the Labuan register matches the name on the website exactly, the UAE register lists a contact address on the firm's own vpfxmena.com domain, and we found no licence number, entity name or address borrowed from another company. Be aware that a separate website, aci-vpfx.com, carries a Spanish regulator warning and is not connected to this broker.

How old is VPFX?

About six years. The vpfx.net domain was registered on 9 January 2020, the licence number MB/20/0046 is from the 2020 series, and Finance Magnates covered the MetaTrader 5 launch in April 2020. Labuan's companies registry publishes no public search, so the exact incorporation date of the Malaysian company could not be confirmed, which makes six years an upper bound. The company advertises no founding year, so there is no age exaggeration to correct.

Who owns VPFX?

The brand belongs to Ventura Prime FX Limited of Labuan, Malaysia, which the Labuan FSA register lists with a contact address at Skyward Business Centre, Brumby House, Jalan Bahasa, Labuan. The Dubai affiliate VPFX Financial Services L.L.C. is registered with the Dubai Department of Economic Development under number 2431227 at Latifa Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road. Client reviews name a managing director, but the firm does not publish its ownership on the site.

Why does the address on the VPFX website differ from the regulator's?

Labuan FSA records the company at Suite No.22, Skyward Business Centre, Brumby House, Jalan Bahasa, while vpfx.net prints Kensington Gardens, Jalan Jumidar Buyong. An independent on-site check at the published address in late 2025 found no company signage. Labuan companies normally operate through a licensed trust company, so an empty registered office is common there, but the company should bring its published address into line with the register.

Does VPFX accept clients from the UK, EU or United States?

It excludes residents of the United States and EU member countries, along with North Korea, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Syria and Yemen. The United Kingdom is not on that exclusion list, so UK residents are accepted even though the firm holds no UK authorisation. A UK client would therefore have no access to local recourse or an ombudsman.

What should I check before depositing with VPFX?

Open both register links in this report and confirm the entries still show the company as licensed and active. Read what the UAE regulator says about the Category 5 licence so you understand it does not cover your funds. Treat the 1:1000 leverage on the entry account as a serious hazard, and never act on a payment instruction received only by email, given a reported compromise of the firm's support mailbox.

What do I do if I think I have been scammed by VPFX?

Gather your evidence first: deposit receipts, withdrawal requests, ticket numbers, wallet addresses and chat transcripts. Use the company's published complaint handling process, then escalate to Labuan FSA, which supervises the licence, and to the UAE Capital Market Authority if a Dubai-based introducer was involved. Never pay an upfront fee to any firm promising to recover your funds, as that is itself a common follow-up scam.

What we recommend

The practical takeaway from everything above.

Our advice

Treat VPFX as a real but weakly protected offshore broker, and size any deposit accordingly.

  • Verify both licences yourself before depositing, using the two register links in this report. Confirm the Labuan entry still reads Ventura Prime FX Limited and that the UAE entry is still Active.
  • Do not count on the USD 1 million figure. It is professional indemnity cover for the company. There is no investor compensation scheme behind a Labuan money-broking licence, so assume your deposit is unprotected if the firm fails.
  • Deposit only what you can afford to lose, and withdraw profits regularly rather than letting a balance build up. Make a small test withdrawal early.
  • Treat 1:1000 leverage as the hazard it is. At that level a fraction of a percent of adverse movement can close your account, and no negative balance protection is disclosed.
  • Confirm any payment instruction by a second channel. Given the reported compromise of a support mailbox, never send funds to a wallet or bank detail received only by email. Ask for it inside the client portal or on a recorded call.
  • Keep your own records. Save deposit confirmations, withdrawal tickets and chat transcripts. Labuan FSA accepts complaints about its licensees, and the company publishes a complaint handling process.
  • UK, EU and US residents should look elsewhere. The firm excludes the US and EU, and although it accepts UK clients it holds no UK authorisation, so there is no local recourse or ombudsman.
