Yes, on most routes. A bank wire withdrawal costs 40 USD or 50 AED, card withdrawals cost 2.50 per cent of the amount and FasaPay costs 0.50 USD, while Skrill and Neteller withdrawals carry no commission. Deposits are free on every published method, so the cost falls on the way out.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours. The broker gives an arrival time only for bank wire withdrawals, which usually take three to five working days to reach the client's account. The receiving bank account must be in the same name as the trading account, because third party payments are not accepted.

VPFX publishes six funding routes: bank wire transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller and FasaPay. Card and e-wallet deposits are credited instantly and bank wires take two to four working days. The minimum deposit is 100 on every route except FasaPay, which requires 1,000. There is no cryptocurrency funding route.

Ventura Prime FX Limited does not offer its services to residents of the United States or of European Union member states, and it names a further list of sanctioned jurisdictions it will not accept, including North Korea, Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Syria and Yemen. Residents of United States dependent territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam fall under the United States restriction. The restriction notice appears in the footer of the broker's own site and in a separate restricted countries document that the site links.

Live chat is the broker's main support channel and is offered 24 hours a day on weekdays. Email goes to customerservice@vpfx.net for general enquiries and to support@vpfx.net for complaints. Support is published in English only, and the broker also maintains Facebook, Instagram, X, Telegram and YouTube accounts.

The entry-level Standard account opens from 100 USD with leverage of up to 1:1000. The two higher tiers require far more and allow less leverage: VIP from 10,000 USD at up to 1:500, and Elite from 25,000 USD at up to 1:200. Those figures come from the account types page; the broker's forex trading page says leverage scales up to 1:500, so its own pages give two ceilings. The 1:1000 headline therefore applies only to the smallest account, and leverage at that level magnifies losses as much as gains.

VPFX offers MetaTrader 5 and nothing else. Builds are available for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, connecting to the broker's own live and demo servers. MetaTrader 4 is not offered, so a trader who depends on MT4 expert advisors or indicators cannot use them here without porting them first.

Ventura Prime FX Limited holds licence number MB/20/0046 from the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA) in Malaysia, and that licence is recorded on the authority's own register of licensed entities. The permission on record is a Labuan money broking licence, which covers arranging transactions rather than dealing as principal with retail clients, so it should not be read as an onshore retail brokerage licence. Labuan is an offshore financial centre, and a licence there carries weaker investor compensation and complaint recourse than a major onshore regulator.

VPFX states that client funds are held in segregated accounts with tier 1 banks. That is the broker's own statement and it is not a deposit insurance or compensation scheme.
