What Vr 19 Capital legally published, but does not want you to read

Every clause below is published by Vr 19 Capital itself, on its own website, today. The finding is not that the text exists. It is the distance between what a client is shown and what a client agreed to. Read from its own documents on .

VR19 Capital publishes no contract. The signup box makes you agree to a Terms of Service that is not on the site, and the page's own code labels it missing. Its five Legal links all lead to short summaries on one About page. Nothing published tells you how withdrawals work, what the Prime spread markup costs, or how to complain.

What the documents say

11 clauses worth knowing about, worst first, each quoted from Vr 19 Capital's own files

01

VR19 Capital makes you tick a required box agreeing to its Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Neither document is linked on the page, and the page's own code labels both as missing. The About page says the full Client Agreement goes to every client before activation.

Why this matters

You accept a contract you cannot read, and it is the contract that decides withdrawals, fees, profit voiding and complaints. Nothing published limits what VR19 Capital may put in it, and you hold no copy to measure it against.

Buried at section 20 of 27 in the VR19 Capital Trading Platform, account registration, 74% of the way through.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus)

Firms licensed by the FCA or CySEC must give a retail client the terms of business before they are bound by them. VR19 Capital asks you to agree first, and publishes neither document.

Vr 19 Capital is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

Our readingBrokers normally publish the client agreement and link it from the signup box. A term nobody was shown is hard to enforce, which is why the link is usually there. Here the box names two documents, provides neither, and the page labels both as missing.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 2The rules for getting your money out sit in the same document VR19 Capital does not publish.
  • Worse together with Exhibit 7The complaints procedure is named as part of that unpublished agreement, so the route to challenge anything is unreadable too.
02

VR19 Capital publishes no withdrawal terms. The only sentence on the subject says deposit and withdrawal methods and processing times are set out in your client portal. That portal opens after you create an account.

Why this matters

You cannot learn what a withdrawal costs, how long it takes, or when VR19 Capital can refuse one, until after you deposit. No published page gives you a timetable to hold it to.

Exhibit 2CriticalHarder than usual

Minimum deposits start from $100 on Prime, $250 on Premium, and $5,000 on Elite. Deposit and withdrawal methods and processing times are outlined in your client portal.

The homepage says VR19 Capital holds client funds separately from company operating capital. No published policy repeats that promise, names the bank, or says what happens to your money if the company fails.

Why this matters

The one place your money is promised protection is a marketing page, which VR19 Capital can rewrite in an afternoon. No document you could hold it to says where your deposit sits.

Set against a regulated standard: FCA (UK), CySEC (Cyprus), ASIC (Australia)

Firms licensed by the FCA, CySEC or ASIC must hold retail client money in segregated accounts and reconcile them regularly. Those firms publish a policy saying so, and VR19 Capital makes the claim only in marketing text.

Vr 19 Capital is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 2The promise that your money is kept separate is unbacked, and the rules for getting it out are not published either.
04

VR19 Capital advertises the Prime account as 0 spread, and its comparison table repeats 0 pips. The same page says Prime bundles all trading costs into one all-in spread markup. VR19 Capital never states how big that markup is.

Why this matters

Your cost per trade is that markup, and you cannot compare it with another broker or check it on a statement. A wider markup stays invisible to you, because no published number exists to measure it against.

Vr 19 Capital is not licensed by these regulators, so this is a comparison of practice, not a finding of any breach.

  • Worse together with Exhibit 5Every cost on this broker's pricing page is named without a number, so no charge can be checked against anything.

VR19 Capital offers a 50% deposit bonus up to $1,000 and calls it extra trading capital. The last paragraph of the About page says the bonus cannot be withdrawn, and that it is left out of stop out calculations. The terms it points to are not published.

Why this matters

The bonus lets you open larger positions, and only your own money counts when VR19 Capital decides to close them. You can lose your deposit on a trade the bonus helped you open, and never withdraw a cent of the bonus itself.

Buried at section 27 of 27 in the About & Legal, 100% of the way through.

What it costsA $1,000 deposit to a Prime account is credited with a $500 bonus, giving $1,500 to trade with. The $500 is never withdrawable, and VR19 Capital leaves it out of the stop out calculation.

  • Only applies after Exhibit 1The bonus says terms and conditions apply, and those terms belong to the contract VR19 Capital does not publish.

Three charges are named on the pricing page and none carries a figure

VR19 Capital sells its Prime account as 0 spread. The same page says all Prime trading costs sit in one spread markup. It never states the size of that markup. Overnight swap charges and the Elite per-lot commission are named the same way, one of them inside a frequently asked question at the foot of the page.

Cost disclosure1 clause flagged

VR19 Capital says overnight swap and financing charges may apply to positions held past the daily rollover, on every account type. It gives no rate. The Elite account carries a per-lot commission that the site calls transparent and never states.

Why this matters

You cannot work out the cost of holding a position overnight, or the cost of an Elite lot, before you deposit. No fee schedule exists anywhere on the site to check a charge against.

Exhibit 5WarningHarder than usual

Overnight swap/financing charges may apply to positions held open past the daily rollover across all account types, in line with standard CFD industry practice. Swap-free options may be available on request, subject to eligibility.

The banned country list now points at a list VR19 Capital does not publish

VR19 Capital bars residents of six named countries, and since the 2025 version it also bars FATF Blacklisted countries. That list sits with an outside body and changes over time. The signup form asks for no country of residence at all.

Country limits1 clause flagged

VR19 Capital refuses service to residents of six named countries, and since 2025 it has added FATF Blacklisted countries to that list. FATF is an outside body, its list changes, and VR19 Capital does not publish it. The signup form asks for no country of residence.

Why this matters

If your country joins that outside list after you deposit, you fall outside the terms VR19 Capital agreed to serve you under. Nothing on the site says what then happens to an open position or a balance.

Exhibit 8WarningHarder than usual6New

The complaints procedure exists only in a document you cannot read

VR19 Capital says its Client Agreement covers dispute resolution, and it does not publish that agreement. No page on the site gives a complaints deadline, an escalation route, or an outside body to appeal to. Contact is an email address and a web form.

Complaint route1 clause flagged

VR19 Capital says its Client Agreement sets out dispute resolution procedures, and it does not publish that agreement. No page gives you a complaints deadline, an escalation route, or an outside body to go to.

Why this matters

You have no published deadline to protect and no published procedure to follow if a trade or a withdrawal goes wrong. Your only route is the support email, and nothing on the site says what happens when that fails.

Exhibit 7WarningHarder than usualNew

Document demands2 clauses flagged

VR19 Capital reserves the right to ask for more documents at any time. It can restrict what your account does if verification is not completed. It publishes no deadline, no notice period and no appeal.

Why this matters

VR19 Capital can keep your account restricted for as long as it is unsatisfied, with no date by which it must decide. Deposits and withdrawals both sit behind that check.

A Saint Lucia company with no regulator named and no compensation scheme

VR19 Capital Ltd is a Saint Lucia company, number 2023-00580, and no page on its site names a financial regulator or a licence. The homepage says client funds are held separately from company money. No published policy says where they sit or who checks that.

Who holds the money1 clause flagged

VR19 Capital Ltd describes itself as a corporate entity providing CFD trading services, with company number 2023-00580 in Saint Lucia. No page on the site names a financial regulator, a licence number, or a compensation scheme.

Why this matters

A company number is a business registration, not permission to hold your money. If VR19 Capital fails or refuses to pay, the site names no regulator and no scheme you could turn to.

The documents this reading is based on

4 files, all published by Vr 19 Capital. Each shows when we read it and a fingerprint of its wording.

WIKILIX keeps the copy of each file it read, and does not republish it: what is published is the fingerprint of its wording. Download the file yourself and hash its text, lowercased with runs of whitespace collapsed, and a matching fingerprint means the wording quoted above is still the wording Vr 19 Capital publishes.

Who the contract is with

VR19 Capital Ltd

A client contracts with VR19 Capital Ltd, a Saint Lucia company, registration number 2023-00580. Its registered office is Ground Floor, The Sotheby Building, Rodney Village, Rodney Bay, Gros-Islet. That number is a company registration, not a financial licence, and the site names no regulator. Only one entity appears across the site, so no second company can take over the account. The 2025 copy of the same page spelled the name Vr 19 Capital Ltd under the same company number.

Quotations are copied verbatim from the documents named above, with the clause number and the page each one came from. Where a clause is quoted in another language, the original is shown first and the English is a translation.

The plain-language parts, what a clause means for a client, how ordinary it is, and how it reads against a regulated standard, are WIKILIX's analysis and are labelled as such on every card. This is a reading of public documents, not legal advice and not an allegation of wrongdoing.

In fairness, and what we could not check

A reader who knows the edges of the work can trust the middle of it

The risk warning is blunt, and every page footer repeats it. It says plainly that you may lose more than your original investment. The bonus is marked non withdrawable next to every place the offer appears, not hidden away in separate bonus terms. The company number, the registered address and the restricted country list are all published in plain sight. The 2025 version of this page called VR19 Capital the world's leading forex trading platform, and that claim is gone.

VR19 Capital publishes its legal text on one page, About & Legal, and we read that page in full. We also read the account types page, the homepage and the registration form. The Client Agreement, the Terms of Business, a full privacy policy, a full AML policy and the risk management policy are all named on the site but not published. We did not read any of them, because no copy exists on the site. The site says the full documents sit in the client portal, which needs an account, so we cannot say what they contain. We also checked the contact and trading platform pages, and neither holds any policy terms. The site publishes in English only, so there was no second language version to compare the contract against. One earlier copy of the About page survives, from 13 May 2025, and we compared it line by line.

How to check any of this yourself

Every quote above links to the Vr 19 Capital file it came from. This is what to do with it.

Open the three stepsFind the words in the source, work out the fingerprint, and read what a difference does and does not prove.

Open the source and search for the words

Every quote has a link under it. Open the file, or the web page, and search it for the words we quote. The clause number next to the quote tells you where to look.

If the words are not there any more, the source may have changed after we read it. That is worth knowing too. We keep the date we read it, and a code worked out from its wording, so the quote stays checkable.

What a fingerprint is

A fingerprint is a code worked out from what a source says. Change one word and the code changes completely. We keep two codes for every file we read, and the panel on each source shows both.

The first is the code of the exact file we downloaded. The second is the code of its wording alone, with capital letters lowered and runs of spaces collapsed. When the same words are saved as a new file, the first code changes and the second one stays the same.

Only the first code can be worked out on your own computer. Save the file, then run one of these, putting the name of the file you saved where the example is. The panel on each source prints the command with that source's real file name already in it.

macOS or Linux:
  shasum -a 256 the-file-you-saved.pdf

Windows:
  certutil -hashfile the-file-you-saved.pdf SHA256

The two codes are different from each other, and they are not meant to match. Comparing one against the other proves nothing.

What a difference means, and what it does not

A different file code on its own proves nothing. A PDF saved again with a new date inside it is a new file saying exactly the same thing.

A different wording code means the words themselves changed. That is the one that matters, and it is why we keep it.

Even then, a change is not proof of bad faith. Companies update their documents. What this report says is what the document said on the day we read it, and every quote carries that date.

A source that is a web page and not a file has no file to save, so only the code of its wording is shown.

How this report is made

Every clause quoted above comes from a document Vr 19 Capital publishes on its own website, downloaded and hashed on the date shown, with the clause number and page recorded so any reader can check it. We do not allege anything the documents do not say, and we do not judge Vr 19 Capital on anything other than its own published terms and its own public marketing. Where a clause has a qualifier that softens it, the report says so. Last read Sep 8, 2026.

If you represent Vr 19 Capital and a clause has changed, been withdrawn, or is being read out of context, tell us and we will re-read the documents and update this page. Corrections from the broker are welcome and are published with the reading they change. Contact us.

This is a reading of a contract, not legal advice and not a ruling on Vr 19 Capital. Whether its licence is real and current is a separate check on the broker profile.
